001The notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551. At this time, we'll move to our open forum, and we've had nobody uh that signed up, so we will uh uh move along. And at this time we will hear and consider a level three complaint filed by a parent in accordance with section 551.071 and 551 of the Texas Government Code which is commonly known as Texas Open Meetings Act. The board will conduct this hearing in closed session. This board will retain Mike Lasser to advise the board during the hearing. My classer uh is not a factfinder, but he will assist me in conducting the hearing and advise the board on procedural aspects and that is our school the board's school attorney. Prior to the
002board holding the level three hearing, the board will meet with its attorney to discuss the procedural steps and legal u request involved with this level three hearing. We will adjourn into close session at this time to meet with the board's attorney and we'll then call the participants as necessary to conduct the hearing.
