Um this time we'll call the meeting to order. Time? It is 6:00. Roll call, please. Mr. Benavidez? Here. Mr. Sammy Houston? Present. Mr. Victor Gonzalez? Here. Mr. Victor Gonia but third is absent. Mr. Gabriel Espinosa? Here. Mr. Rey Espinosa is absent. And Mrs. Peggy Young? Here. For the record, we do have quorum. At this time we'll have a moment of reflection.
