At this time we will move into action items which is item number three close meeting. I only have two papers I like standing. The board will now recess into close session pursuant to one or more of the following sections of Texas Government Code. Specifically 551.071 and 551.074. 074. No action will be taken while the board is in closed session. The time is now 5:04 p.m. Five. And we were re excuse me, the board will now reconvene into open session. The time is now 10:25.
