005salaries um using the 2.4 the average of the four factors still for the mayor's salary and then setting the council member salaries first in fy 23 to 52 and a half percent shown here on the last line of the last of the second page here and then in 2024 setting them to 55 and then we also had some uh changes in the whereas clauses here which are shown in track changes in red so these two and then part of the third whereas clause up here other than that it's the same is there any discussion that would anyone like to take the floor no i i comfortable with the uh the way it's written i am as well i just double checked the math uh sorry i just took not that i didn't trust me chris

007it is on the screen hi all opposed and the resolution the motion to accept this resolution has passed okay okay community can you clarify when this actually go when will this actually go to city council and is there a cover memo that goes with it or is it just the resolution um this will go uh as soon as possible i'll send it this week um i i send a little something explaining what the process is um but just just the process that they would have to reject it if they chose to and um that is only if a council member chooses to introduce a resolution to reject and then it has to pass by two-thirds um i think it's within 30 days i don't have that up right now but i'm pretty sure it's 30
008days um so if nobody introduces a resolution it takes effect automatically and if the resolution is introduced and fails still takes effect okay is there any way to convey in that in that cover memo that the this was a unanimous uh recommendation i think that adds a little weight to the to what's being proposed yep we'll do any communications from anyone i have mr hewitt yeah um first i'd like to say i i'm happy that we now have resolution that's that has very clear uh arithmetic methods of determining uh salaries and recommendations for the next commission um i believe i've been serving on this commission since 2003 i think my memory's a little foggy and uh i would like this to be my last uh membership on the commission so after this is we are
