Okay. Okay. Our first item of business is the acceptance of the agenda. Motion to approve. Second. Any discussion on the agenda? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? The agenda is accepted. Next item is the consent agenda, which is resolution 070.25, approving the items on the consent agenda. Motion. Second. Second. Any discussion on the consent agenda? All in favor? Aye. Next order of business is one of the favorite things we get to do. That is recognized outstanding achievements by our students and staff. So tonight we're proud to recognize the outstanding achievement of our varsity boys basketball team for the 25-16 season. Dedication, perseverance, and true teamwork. They earned the CBAC title for Division II, Section 7 Class B title, won the Section 7 Champions Challenge, and a final participant in the regionals for the New York
State Class B. Remarkable accomplishments that reflect the commitment both on and off the court. This team has represented our school community with pride, sportsmanship, and resilience. Their success is a testament to the dedication of the players, the leadership of their coaches, and the unwavering support of their families and fans. We'd also like to take a moment to celebrate an incredible individual in our milestone. Rick Denkenberger has etched his name in the San Antonio State basketball history by becoming just the third player ever to score 1,000 career points. His achievements speaks not only to his talent, but to his consistency, his work ethic, and passion for the game. Congratulations to the entire team on these outstanding accomplishments. You made your school and community incredibly proud. That's a prepared statement. I was fortunate to be able to
go see your game, your regional game, and I've watched a lot of basketball here in my time over the course of four years. It was incredible to see the talent, skill, sportsmanship, and I felt for you when you didn't win the game. I've been a coach at that level. I was in football teams that were unsuccessful. I will tell you this. There was a time when there were no state playoffs. You won the section, you were done, you moved on. And then the state playoffs came to be and everyone was excited. The one drawback that a lot of people miss is every team in each class but one ends their season on a loss with the champions. Do not let that diminish your confidence. It doesn't feel good at the time. When you go back
in the future, you're going to be more proud of what you did than you are today. It's just kind of the nature of the beast of competition. But how you displayed your skills for an old coach like me was really something to watch. And we felt good about it even though it was a losing effort. The game was tremendous. You should feel that way about your season and about how you participated in this. So before we move on to the statements, do our coaches want to say anything about their season or game? No? I'm just fine. Yeah, thanks for having us. Appreciate the recognition and noticing what teamwork and hard work does. It's nice to get the boys as much experience in situations like this. This team, like you said, that final game, really their
want to be together every day is really one of the characteristics that I think got us to be a final eight team in New York State. and then how they handled their everyday, right? So we had a couple of injuries and illness and because they wanted to be together and how they handled every day, we were able to overcome those obstacles. And super shout out to the people behind us because without them and their support and willing us to do what we ask and support us in every way, we really, really appreciate it. So thank you. That's all I got. Perfect, thank you. Okay, let's get out the goods. I'm going to ask Mr. Morgan to give me a hand here. When he calls your name, come on up. We'll give you a certificate. And,
Bex, if you want to get a picture, please find out where we want to be and we'll make that happen. What's that? It should be. If not, somebody's in trouble. Sounds great. First up, we have Cooper Berry. Yeah. And Mick Dankenberger. You want my picture? howard gillis that water jumped under the chair before somebody tripped well next is maddox hamlin he's at track creek today and butter harrison noah hastings owen hi becky chakuna levi lambert finn mayory elias martel zach mccarthy and elias so i know you're all aching to watch the rest of the board meeting but the one or two of you that might not want to stay for the whole time now's the time to get out with a full applause if you want to move on to stay welcome to stay with
me congratulations again thank you okay the rest of the set not the staff next order of business comments Do you remember the public want to address the board? Really? You're going to do it twice? Yes. Public and then in your time? Correct. Surprising all of you? Hello, my name is Erica Bozzio. I'm the community school liaison and I'm here tonight to announce something that we already know. neighborhood, but now the state of New York all knows that Mrs. Fox has been awarded an Empower Youth Success Award as a community school champion, which will be recognized at the New York State Conference for Community Schools for her outstanding achievement in the work of community school. So I did not write this. Melissa Butler wrote this, and I'd like to take the opportunity to read it to
you. And so you can say, oh, yes, those things are all true. Diane Fox has 30 years in education and has spent the last decade, 13 years, as the superintendent of Saranac Lake Schools. When Diane was first hired, her introduction into the local paper shared how important it was to her to be connected to her district's community, to really know the people around her, and to serve those people versus simply delivering policy and programs. Those values continue to steer her leadership. Saranac Lake is a small rural district in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Despite the geographic constraints, students lacked few, if any, opportunities provided in one of the districts. The networking to make this possible has been intentional. Diane has been committed to partnering with the local community college, a local private university, distance
learning organizations, and local businesses to make sure that every student is afforded the greatest personalization to pursue their individual interests and plans. She also spearheaded establishing the district as a community school to meet the needs of the whole child as well as their families through wraparound services and enrichment experiences. Under Diane's leadership, the Saranac Lake Central School District's community schools has created and staffed a full-time community school liaison as well as a community school coordinator. This dynamic team collaborates with multiple CEOs, Franklin Essex Hamilton County Partnerships, the 21st Century Community Learning Center Initiative, and community leaders to serve our students and families in every possible way. Housing assistance, food assistance, medical assistance, mental health services, enrichment opportunities, family engagement opportunities, academic support, and the list goes on. Diane's vision has been intentionally and painstakingly realized
as this school's district staff and campus have become the true hub and heartbeat of this school. Anyone who has sat at the superintendent's desk becomes acutely aware of that responsibility, especially when decisions are controversial. Saranac Lake schools continue to grow and innovate because Diane Fox trusts the process. She can forecast the weather and is steadfast, even when she knows she's bound to be the lightning rod, because she is committed to advocating first and always for what is best for the students. Diane Fox is the leader we all aspire to be. She is thoughtful, equitable, and resolute that every single decision that the district makes answers in the affirmative, is it what's best for our children. So please join me in congratulating her. Okay. Anyone else? Yes, sir. Hi, Steve Mikowski, Santa Clara Township. Is this
the right time to ask some questions about the budget that's been handed out tonight? You can ask, but the budget you have tonight is awesome. no no forecast yeah you can make out we're not likely to provide any correct feedback but we can get it it's just questions really maybe you'd like to be able to answer some key questions first i want to thank the board for what it looks like the tax levy of the upcoming budget is on 0.74 versus 4.43 and 3.56 last year so um the community will appreciate the lower tax levy um On that page, it shows that there's an unassigned fund balance of almost $2.6 million. Can you explain to me what that is? So we will be doing budget discussions later on. Is that something we can do a
bit later? So stay tuned. Okay, so I just have three questions about the reserve funds hold that until the budget discussion once once you leave this over I can pick questions last Okay, so it doesn't show what the total reserve fund is on that page. There's Individual line items, but there's no total and the question is is this Similar to previous years the kind of reserve fund you've kept is this a larger amount and is this reserve fund? sort of as a percentage of your annual budget, is that within the average for rural New York State school districts? And the last question is, I couldn't find this budget, the forecast on the website. I think it would be helpful to be there and be prominent with the budget bill coming up in May. And if
possible, if the board could put together an executive summary to go with that budget so anyone in the public at a glance can see what the major changes are in different budget lines. And that would be very helpful rather than expecting them to go through each line and see what the major changes are. Thank you. Whatever we don't cover in the public, make sure you get that information. Anyone else? Okay. Now on your financial report, you may hit some of the things you're looking for. So I'm going to start with our normal budget status of cherry transfers. There were several, but there was really only one that was over $10,000. And that was from our project to purchase a wireless microphone. It's a second one for the field use. teacher decks and then the gray
water tank the rest of them are primarily related to athletics or except but that's really all of them all that i have for 2020. so resolution 07-1 2025 approving the current uh book straight judgment report is presented by the school business executive motion joe second mike any uh questions for the agenda any polls thank you um and everything to save them the share drive and um just to address the budget forecasting on the website after this meeting the forecast will go on because yeah this meeting has to happen for you um so the next resolution that i have is just for the fiscal reserve plan nothing has changed on there from um last meeting that we had where i just presented it but i don't know if there were any other questions I see now
that today it printed and cut off, so I apologize for that. Let's get it on the phone. Resolution 072-2035, approving the 26-17 fiscal reserve plan. Motion. Tori? Discussion on the reserve plan. It doesn't have the total on it, but I can total them up and add that. Okay, I have any questions on the reserve plan? It's the same as the last one. It's the same. I think that... Oh, there's one last one. We've discussed this over and over again. One of the strengths we have is the fact that the years ago when we hired Fox, she was instrumental in getting the reserve funds set up to help us ride out difficult times. There have been times where we've had vermiculite or you name it in buildings with no funding attached to it and the reserve
plans. and lots of money allowed us to observe those costs without escalating taxes so we've taken a long-term approach to try to be fiscally responsible it's impossible to ride everything out forever but uh we're in a lot better shape than some other folks because of that planning so thanks again for that money problem so the unassigned reserve balance is a percent of the budget the rest of them um and they have a term too like uh summer 10 years right right capital is 10 years capital last year we'll get it on the floor can i get a uh we have most of the full signal vote all the favorite hi any phones so that's proof the next um recommendation i have is for the school budget to adopt the budget in the amount of 39
million 831 000. let me get out of 400 okay let's start though we'll do some um this is the same as what we've presented before as well the only difference being it is increased by a hundred thousand dollars After our last meeting, I went through every single account photo again with a fine-tooth comb, going over my notes and everything just to make sure nothing was missed. And I did discover a few things. The summer hours for our guidance counselors and a tech person, those were not because they're summer and not their primary position. They didn't automatically carry the medical credit. And so that was exactly why I went back through and looked. Same thing with our part-time school monitors. These are people who are working two hours in addition to a different position or just
very part-time and so they didn't automatically pull in and then the related TRS, ERS and social security benefits for all of those positions. And then the last thing that I caught was our extended school year. Every year we pay BOCES and every year our BOCES budget ends up short and we have to pull it from somewhere because it's never actually been included. And for $15,000 of our budget being so good this year, I'd rather just add it in so I don't have to. So I appreciate you taking the time to catch these. They don't seem like a big deal, but they are one of the things that I'd like to thank you. You're welcome. and so i also so that's the the hundred thousand that's the big difference on this the last time while we
were talking i think it was nancy had asked what our contingency budget would be so i did calculate that as well should the budget vote fail and we have to go to a contingency budget our contingency contingency budget amount would be 38 million 537 000 the budget we're operating on in this current school year is 38 million 100 000 So it's only $437,000 higher than what we're at, because of the employment versus what we're budgeting of a $425,000. What kind of things would a contingency budget not include? There's rules for this, right? Right. Pay increases for, I don't know, really. It also would remove lots of, basically, it's material, supplies, and equipment. So it would just cut down to the very bare bones necessities of what our students need and what we're planning. I missed
the last meeting, but can you just update on how the greatness of the state budget is possibly impacting this at all? So right now, it's just an estimated state aid projection in there based on the executive state aid budget, but also assuming the 2% income. It doesn't seem to be the sticking point at the state level? Right. Correct. So that's why I left it. That was also part of our $100,000 discussion was we also have some assumptions and that is the difference right now. It's always frustrating. Also, we thought we made it a higher spend last year. Yeah, I know. Every year. It goes up in such a jump. Well, yeah, and I've been looking at one of the questions. Yeah. the projections a couple of other things that it's going up i didn't do
so i'm happy to see that it's in there but i had some money okay anything else for nikki on the resolution of the budget all of you favor this is where the property tax report card it is based on oh i told you about i'm sorry backtracking for a minute i forgot about i did a little chart to um just show a history of where our tax levy has been Since I can only go back to 2015-16 with our dot there. And then the unassigned fund balance that was budgeted to be used for that year. Just so you could see the history of where we're at. And just a reminder, in some of those years that we did have $2 million plus usage for fund balance, we also had more in grant funds and below
state aid, too. So the next resolution is property tax report card based on the budget. to be the resolution before I can. And that's required and that gets presented to the public? Yes, and all of this will be posted on the card. And this report card gets mailed out, right? Or no, there's a summary of the budget that gets mailed out. Right, this report card gets submitted to the state. Right. So let's go to 074-2035, approving the 3637 property tax report card. Motion, please. Second. Second. Any further discussion on the report card? Well, I think the question was asked about the almost complete fund balance as a percentage of the budget. This year it was 10.5. Last year, estimated for next year it would be 16. So we're trying to do what's best we can.
That's a good point. That's a key word, right? It's to be helpful. Discussion on the report card. Did you all get a copy of that? Okay. Because the other question was the question about the reserve funds. And that does total at the bottom on the back left. all right all of them there okay under uh business capital project updates i'm going to actually combine and they're overlapping tonight there's quite a bit of work that was done for our capital project for the epc project um some additional work that all um as usual when we work at the children's goes completely without a hitch working in a hundred year old building it's amazing So there were a few bumps in the road, but the good news is by the end of the second week, we were
up and running. They have done the balancing and testing. It actually seems to be making a difference to work. It does have positive impact. So that piece is good to go. With the district facilities planning, just a little aside, we are hoping tomorrow to send out to families the possible bus pickup times for next year. We've established the start times of the high school and the elementary. It will not be specific to your home, but it will be specific to a road. So if you live on McMaster's Road, we can tell you what time the bus is going to be passing down the road. It will come with a star because it will determine a bit by who's actually riding the bus next year. Our UPK and K students need to be figured into that,
anybody who moves into the district. But we do think that because of the change in step time, there's slight change that we want families to have time if they need to adjust their pick up or drop off. We hope that will go out tomorrow. We've also been working on the establishment of the district office. We know that with four people with 1,000 plugs, that we need some power for those rooms at Potomac. We also know that some of those rooms are less than attractive once we take the schooling out, and it's left only with four walls. So I am going to be asking on the 21st when we meet. for a resolution for $100,000 out of our fair reserve to prepare those rooms for the business office. But we all went for a tour over
a spring break, and it'll be a nice spot. It'll be great for our community because it's right there, our control door, and handicap accessible. Ground level. Ground level. It is really a lovely place for the business office to move. but we do need to do a little pick up in ielts and as you know that's never inexpensive in the district the people who do our electric work have actually given us some estimates on that and they've done terrific work right along so we're really pleased they're interested in continuing to work is that work an in-house thing or not outside some of each we will it will not be under any capital product it's under the threshold for bidding but it will not receive state aid on it either. Right, but the actual physical work, is
that some announced work or is it contracting it out? So we're contracting out the electrical work, of course, right? But all built-in panels are full. So we're contracting out the electrical work. The other thing is to do the, it's cost-effective and it's held up really well. It looks pretty new and it's pretty good. So every conversation isn't shared by. every person in that room. So the physical rule would be that... Oh, there is just a short amount of time left should anyone wish to run for school board. Five days to be exact. So the applications are due April 20th. So if anybody's interested, if they do have some packets left, that'll be good. That's right. Not large. There's two seats open. So it's not quite as specific as C, and it wouldn't matter anyway because
they're two of the same. Can I say something on that? Sure. I have been holding off on announcing this. I was looking at a possible job switch that involves a significant amount of trouble. FYI, you will get my application. All right. Bye, baby. Otherwise, you're a write-in. I've been in California business for a while. When you're a write-in, you automatically... New business. Jake Chera, give us a little update on the Turnip Victory Library. Jake? Yeah, I mean, last year we asked for, sorry, I'm on the list again. And that doesn't work. Oh. So our operational budget this year is $600 million. And so we're asking for 5% at least this year. Budget, I mean, staffing, utility bills, $1,000 in rent over the last three, four years to... provide any additional info. Do you have any
other capital projects going on this year? Yeah, and it's fun building. We do constant work for the foreseeable future. So I applied for about $130,000 in August for various projects. HVAC work, the upstairs, and applying stuff in floor electric, which also let us do some new carpet down there, which was a way to do that because it's a construction for library. to show them so by digging into the concrete and everything gets a lot of use so like the previous carpet had stains and stuff and now carpet squares you know still which is popular um it looks nice we didn't realize like chimney liner repair is it's all part of this big problem uh yeah and then my attempt to in june yeah i mean you know they're they're covered in so i'm pretty sure
they're not gonna yeah it'll be a more comfortable target year won't get to this point we remind people when you see this on on the ballot Well, every year, I'm like, explain it. This is not the school district giving money. This is the taxpayers providing this funding. We're simply the collector and distributor. It's a master. And so it's a proposition, but it's a proposition as the library curve, New York State Ed Law. So sometimes they get mad at us because why are we doing it? We're doing it as a community service because it's required to, and it's a good thing to do. But you should be clear when you're cashing a ballot. that that money isn't being taken away from education or if you don't know it doesn't stay with the school's office it's passed
through the record yeah i mean we talk about this every year is there is there a warning we can change on the ballot the ballot is pretty technical do it according to you know we're just trying to explain something all we want is people to be informative yeah and i feel bad that you know you get the questions i'm more than happy this is creates both of us. What you're doing Jake though and what you do at the library and the activities and the place that you've created at the library, the safe space for people to go, you know especially with the building upgrades and conditioning. We're a registered cooling center now. Which is fantastic that's something we're so desperate for as the suburbs are hotter and so many people don't have that regardless of
how much money they have. It's such an issue. We've done so much for so many big programs. I'm happy to support that. We really appreciate you coming here. Again, I don't know what meeting... You saw the attendance. They left. Oh, no. I was really excited to talk to all the baskets. As you guys are building your budget, is there a meeting where you... Except to say that we are gearing up for spring. And this place is humming. If you've been here at all, you'll see every team is within one area right now getting our spring season together. But beyond that, there's just a lot that's happening. The administrative staff has put together a really nice list of activities for parents who have transitioning children, both for the children to experience the transition and also for
parents. So I would just encourage you to watch the website. and come and join in some of that. This is a fun time of year and somehow it passes. It's 10 weeks to the end, it seems like forever, and yet somehow it's the end of the school year before we know it. So this is the fastest part of the year and there's a lot of opportunity to be a part of it and see the work that you do really. Let's see what we got here for admin staff. Amy? Nothing to report. Nothing to report. I didn't get that memo, I'm sorry. Saturday, April 25th, we will be going on the Clearwater, which is a split boat in the Hudson River. And the trip is full. We welcome them if you wish to have your children
to the wait list. And our extended school day grant is complete and will be submitted tomorrow. Thanks to a lot of hands in the pot to make that happen. And so we're hoping to be awarded to continue our after school programming for students and families for the next five years. So, cool. It's hard to wrap your head around how much money they had stored down there. It looks thorny, doesn't it, Elliot? It's hard to look at that gold. It's like a jail cell after jail cell after jail cell of gold. And it's so bright and shiny that you feel like if you touch it, it's spongy. Just to finish my comments on that, I heard just about no one complaining about any part of it. Everyone loved it. And I hope the school can do
more trips like that in the future. Well, we can June 5th to the 7th. We're going to the Riding High Ranch. Are you coming on the Riding High trip with us? I'm actually not going to attend that one. It just wasn't in my interest as much as the New York City one is. Max is coming. It's fun. This is called the Cure the Mockers. I wasn't planning on attending that. Sorry. I can just drown a little later. See, this is how it works. And then Flag Football had their season just started. They had a win the other day, I believe it was. I'm not a big football guy. I don't really have any. thoughts on that other than congratulations to the team and then National Technical Honor Society is Thursday. That's with OSES if I'm
not mistaken. I don't know all the details on it but that will be soon. We have on the 20th we have an assembly with Judy Kutcher about schools. I don't know much about it but I encourage you to check it out. We also have fourth quarter class assemblies coming up, which is where Mr. Bam tells us how bad we're doing. It's actually fun. We'll give you the finish strong. Yeah. And then on May 1st and May 2nd, there's the MISMA Solo Festival, which I think around 50 students are going for in band and chorus. There are a lot of kids going this year. Where is it at this year? Platford. That's all I have. Thank you gentlemen. Okay, we'll go to committee reports. Justin? Oh, he snuck out. Joe? Nothing to report. I have wonderful
news. In your email I received in the last week, the municipal resolutions packets looking for the beginning of the resolution process for the municipal marching order. We're going to talk about looking at actually presenting some. putting in some ideas from our own, if everybody could just take a glance at it, and be thinking about what do we need to add a thing for us. I really would like to get something this year, particularly because I'm on the committee this year. Congratulations. Thank you. Do you want those ideas just to you, or should we have a future agenda item? I do think that we, I think the policy committee should get together at some point. student of the mayor and the more ideas i think the logan is going for my ideas if you want to
send them to me just as a clearinghouse and say it's under that and then you can add them because this is our chance this is our chance to have not only his advocating for us but like other um advocacy liaisons from other districts are out um on this behalf they're on our behalf so this is our chance even the city districts um everybody kind of works for everybody else when we go meet with legislators. So I think this is a good opportunity and we are getting a reputation as one of the really significant school districts in the state. Can I jump back in? Sure. I thought you were on the Champions of Change Committee, but when you said you were on the other committee, I realized you had moved off of it. I finished two
terms and I opened a new one. It's lovely. So I do want to mention that our local BOCES is going to be recognized by this fund as a champion of change and it's based on our marine program here that we have with Josh. Really it was Josh's dream child and we helped orchestrate it and then BOCES picked him up. So there will be a ceremony at some point and I'll put you in the loop but it would be nice if they... as a little board representation at that little ceremony. It will be during the BOCES meeting, but nice to be recognized. And congratulations to Josh and to BOCES for being willing to expand their program based on community interest. Sorry, Tori, I was saving that for you. No, it's really exciting. And I think that
was one of the ways I originally got hooked with this one. And seeing... All the different things in the state and a lot of these awards go to small districts You know, we're all struggling for the same money. We're all short money. I was at another district today that is in financial trouble. You know, they're in a much worse position than they are. And it's nice to see some of the good that's happening and some really good ideas. And the Marine for us is fantastic. My day job, we are desperate for . So this is, the district is really trying to pivot where we can to participate in meaningful careers and meaningful experiences that . Nothing really important except Josie went on the trip through New York City and actually had a blast as the
chief. The interesting comment that she said to me, and she said, because of where we live, there's not a lot of people. And she watches these shows on TV, and she sees it. But to be in Times Square and to really see in real life that every square inch of the ground is covered by somebody's footstep, like, was just huge for her. That was something that really is a fantastic thing coming from here. We would take them anywhere. Any day. Any day. And she said the seats were fantastic. I worked really hard for those seats. I could see their facial expressions. I could see everything about the show. Can I add one quick thing I forgot to mention? I'm coaching again for Saranac Baseball, and they applied to use the field, and people are very
excited. So I just wanted to share that. I remember we went through that process. And like it's really awesome to see people out on the field early season. And we talked about all of that. Like to see it actually coming through it. Like reinforcing how good it is. Yeah, you can't really play it based on being on that. Yeah. And that's what's going to happen as a coach where the kids are at. Yeah, it's field workshop. But, you know, we had a meeting the other day and people were really appreciative of it. We weren't charging them for it. We had a meeting with a lot of the questions that came up was whether or not we wanted to open. No big wheels, no baby carriages, right? But we want the community, if you want to
come and take a session, our goal is for the treated well, the goal is to keep it open also. Like we've always had our track open. We want the community to also feel comfortable. A couple updates for you. Next week, our schedule looks a little different. We do have to meet on Tuesday. The policy budget is required. and our resolution for the contract. It'll be an abbreviated meeting. It'll be here. Wednesday, our stakeholder groups Wednesday evening will be meeting with the superintendent candidates. Gina will be assisting me with that. That's going to run from about people coming in at 5.30 to 8.30ish now and stuff like that. Gina and I will be early with Dale and make sure everything's ready to go. Wednesday morning, midday, early afternoon we're going to be taking be selected to
the district, drive around, visit some buildings, see the land. Hopefully that will be helpful for him on Wednesday evening. We will be asking all of the stakeholders to submit some paperwork after they're done with their interviews. We will then meet here on Thursday. That will be immediately in the executive session in which we will discuss the candidates. We'll have an opportunity to review all of the paperwork that the stakeholders have done for us and what their views are. We'll have a discussion for however long it takes us to try to see if we can come up with a plan list. If we do, then obviously we won't be making an announcement until 10 minutes later. There's some processes that you have to go through to do that. Definitely a sit-over forward and an opportunity to
meet with Douglas. Actually, by happenstance, he was coming up and I called him for something else. Tony was on his way up so we met there and discussed the process from his end and what he would review for us and how he can help with the negotiations and successful candidate. Usually Nancy and I would be involved in that process to represent the board. So it seems like everything's all there. If you think of something that you think has been missed, please reach out and let me know. Hopefully that process can be completed. We do forward the beginning of the CSE negotiations. Yeah, not a board meeting. Correct. No. That caps off the week, I guess. We see a lot of each other. We are rapidly coming to the conclusion of some major district business. This
has been an unusually busy meeting year. More than what was added. Nothing exciting ever happened. Last thing I got for you is I was helping a friend of mine pick up one of the mowers that he wanted in the school auction. I have a trailer there to put that on. So we're over at the skate shop, we call it the skate shop, but a baseball field in there. As we were in the storage area, I noticed seven or eight pounds, six, seven feet high, cardboard boxes, brand new boxes that are ready to be opened up and put together. You look at the volume of the boxes that we got, kudos to you, but it's happening. So I saw that and I knew right away what it was. I said, okay, we're ready. And I think
it was smart by the district to say, we'll provide the boxes so that we'll be the same size stuff, more efficient, limits what gets put in, and we can pack them better for the move. So that was the plan by Diane. So with that, I got nothing else. I'm going to get a motion to dismiss. Mike? Second. Joe? Any discussion about getting out of here? No? Good. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? We are adjourned. Thank you. There you go.
