Thanks. We got our oldest. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. minutes. So we'll check it. And I will note that the claims are a little late this month because the board meeting is early and not all of them have come in. And our fabulous fondness gone to. So in my report, I will ask for permission to take claims after the board meeting. Are there any comments or questions on or corrections on the minutes? All in favor? All right. Opposed? Okay. Approval of claims. So moved. Second. Which vent was replaced? Which vent? It was just the repair of the air handler in the van. Oh, the banner. But it wasn't replaced.

It was just the repair of the air hand order. I would point out that on the claims, you have a claim from Frontline Technology. Frontline is the system that we use when we advertise positions, teaching positions. And it was a discussion, Mrs. Benjamin and I had a discussion last year about the cost of it versus the value we get from the ability to hire teachers. And we feel like we've gotten great value out of it. So a wide net is cast. And we've had good luck. I don't know that you can gauge the number of applicants you've had, but I think you can say that the applicants that we've hired have been, we feel good about the people we've been able to hire. It's because we use that system. We use the Office of Public

Instruction system and the Frontline system as well. So it's an annual membership every year. Do you need a motion to amend the chair? No, we have one. I was just giving a couple more minutes. Are there any other questions? All those in favor? Okay, so now it's time for public comment. Just a couple things to note before we open it up. The public will not or will be allowed to comment. Let's see. No member of the public will be allowed to comment on tested cases or personnel matters. If necessary, we may have to place a reasonable time limit on public comment just to maintain. and ensure effective and efficient operations. Also, the board cannot take any action on any matter discussed unless it is a matter specifically noticed on the agenda. So with that, we'll

open it up if anyone has any comments. So communications to and from the board. We have a very nice letter here from Molly Gamar, thanking us for her interview. Any board chair reports? I do not have anything for my general report, but we do have a senior trip. presentation. I'm happy to introduce you to Landon Good. Landon Good is our senior class president. And as has been the tradition for the school board, the senior class is obligated to come before you to ask permission because they are going to request a tip that involves an overnight. They are here to request to share with you what the draft of their itinerary is and ask for your blessing and permission to travel for two days and I'll let the landing be the rest of the event. Yeah,

so we're just seeking approval and permission to go overnight. It's very similar to the trip last year took and we really, it sounded like they enjoyed it a lot so we kept a lot of those aspects and the prices are, I haven't heard back from a lot of the places they'll give group rates and stuff so that's at the very high end, the prices on there. And so everything as far as the itinerary goes, we follow as it is on them. We're loosely looking at departure. When you look at day one departure on Thursday, April 9th and return on Friday, day two would be Friday, April 10th. cross their travel with what they want to do. And our athletic calendar, it does conflict with a tennis match on day two. But when you look at

the spring calendar, there aren't a lot of options. And considering what they want to do, the water park they want to go to doesn't open until four o'clock on a Thursday afternoon. We discussed going on a Wednesday or Thursday. So in order to get them home at a reasonable time on the second day, we felt these are the days, honestly, there isn't like a really a second option. for an overnight trip so that's these are the days that we're proposing is um april 9th and 10th right landon yes correct that's music what that's the music festival those two days april 19th sorry that's district music council clearly i missed that it's not on the calendar i don't know that that's good yeah that's the problem it wasn't it's not like that that's the problem they

are those two days Okay. I'm playing piano. It's on the Friday. Is it Thursday and Friday? Okay. Well, we have to go back to the drawing board for the dates. I apologize. So we need a motion to approve the trip and then we can we can wrestle about the dates. Yeah. Thank you for bringing that up. I would move that we approve their request and with. The understanding that this is a privilege we don't allow. I mean, people have to come to the board for approval for overnight for a reason because we have expectations of our kids to be good long-term and represent us well. And as senior, I just kick soon. And we have been known to revoke this privilege. I would make this motion with the understanding that you go back to your

class and let them all know that if there is any cause for concern or behavior issues between now and then that we reserve the right to revoke the privilege. Not that I'm worried about you, Landon. No, you're not. It only takes one. We'll say it to you. I second that motion. Thank you. All right. Perfect. If you want to pass those around, Dusty, I would like you to do that, actually. Good evening, everybody. Good evening. We are busy with parent-teacher conferences down at the elementary school. We've had great attendance so far. So our conferences will go through Thursday evening. A lot of our teachers love the ability, though, to schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. So they will just spread out. their their conferences throughout those um three or four days especially with the bigger classics

that's very helpful and we've also had some fabulous meals donated by our fort benton families so that's been wonderful as well like conferences and being hungry is never great so having fed teachers is always good um we had on february 11th we had a cooking with kids session again that's always very well attended um And then on February 24th, we had our February assembly a little bit early, especially with the days off and districts and divisional tournaments. And this was the first assembly. I think I remember since being here that I called kindergartners up for AR. So that was exciting. We have a very competitive kindergarten class already. And so they give me daily updates about their AR points. So that might not seem like a big deal to you, but it's a big deal

to them. Yeah. And then we had a pretty cool opportunity on March 2nd. Montana Farmers Union visited the elementary school. And so they did different grade level classes kind of themed around different agriculture type lessons. So I think some classes like built a garden in the club and then they talked about renewable resources. And the people that came from Montana Farmers Union did a great job at selling their camp. So a lot of kids are very excited to attend the Montana Farmers Union Camp this summer as well. The spelling bee on March 3rd was... A great time and always interesting. We had one of our third graders, Allie Bronick, was the champion. So always good. Be the Geraldine kid. You can put that in the paper. I'm just kidding, Bethany. Don't do that. But that

was really fun. And we won't talk about who won the big one because it wasn't a four-man kid. So anyways, March 4th, Deputy Rudin came and brought Benny the drugstiff. Snipping dog in for the deer instruction. We passed the test, so that was good, but that's great. The kids really enjoy, have enjoyed Deputy Reardon's lessons and his presence in our school. And especially, I just am always thankful for law enforcement and their support. March 4th was another cooking with kids as well. And then we ended trimester two. So do you guys have any questions on any of the highlights? It seems like it's been a little while since I've sat here. In terms of our MTSS report, the second window for our mass testing has closed. So we also now, the window has opened for

our alternate assessment, which is called the DLM. So we administer that to some of our special ed kiddos that qualify for that. We finished up our second round of math testing and survived NAIT testing as well. So testing has been busy. In the works, we have our preschool screening that's going to be held on April 17th. And that's always a great time to gauge the incoming numbers on our preschool class. We have Miss Rodeo Montana that's going to come visit us on March 24th. I'm still trying to kind of like figure out what big assembly or, yeah, rodeo, plan a small rodeo. Who knows? We'll figure that out as we go. And then March 31st will be our March assembly. And then looking forward, it'll be almost take it. That'll take us to like Easter

break. So, yeah. I mean, do you expect the pre-K? I don't know. Our classes are sitting like our kinder class right now is like at 15. I would say probably. That's how many, because we'll have the kiddos do a couple years of pre-K. I'm thinking that our kinder class will be around that same number next year. And so not a bunch, but, and I know that sometimes those classes seem small, right? And maybe it's not great. It might cut into our overall like A and B funding, but I do feel like our teachers enjoy the smaller class sizes and things like that. So there's some pros and cons that come with it for sure. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That is it. Okay, wonderful. Yeah, thanks. This is very good. I have a copy of that. You

can have it. Yeah, okay. I'm going to ask you like a trivia question. Good thing. I have time now. Good evening. As we start out, always with the thank yous to Jordan. He had a lot of events at the high school for the first time. Somebody else was doing those instead of Larry, and he did a great job and stayed late a lot of times to get those done. And on Larry's note. Pat and I have talked to him many times and Roxy and he's chipping in down at the elementary and helping us out. And if you do see him, be sure to thank him because without his help on the Saturdays, getting everything kind of organized to keep it clean. And he's coming in in the evenings and he's doing a great job to

help us out at the elementary until we find somebody permanent. And on that note. There's some individuals down there. There's Mark Smith and Linda and Sarah Smith. They're doing lots of extra work during the day to keep the elementary clean. And it's appreciated. And of course, our teachers are pitching a little bit more with their kids and doing the garbages and stuff like that until we can find a permanent solution. Right now, we're getting ready to do the outside work, as you all know, it's going to be a little bit snowy, but we need the moisture. We'll be working on the track to get ready for Jamie's track season next week, get it packed and get everything ready to go for track. And the golf net will be out, but they can work inside if

they need to. So right now we're just kind of winding down from the winter stuff and getting ready for spring. A lot of small events going on. Wrestling has Thursday night here. The prom is the 21st, which is a big deal in the gym with the Grand March. Wax Museum is on the 24th that nobody has. It's on anybody's calendar. They'll set up the high school gym this year instead of last year. They did the elementary and it was really packed. So we're going to do the high school this year and have a little bit more room and the kids can spread out a little bit more. That's going to be a great event. We packed the gym in last year. We just worked on smaller stuff. You did note on the outside, we were

talking just a little bit about the heat systems. They're doing good right now until next week when we have to turn them off for a little while when it hits 70, hopefully. We did have a leak over February 13th and 14th, which is Friday the 13th and the 14th, which was Valentine's Day. It kind of ruined a couple people's days. But they were here until 10 both nights, and we got it going, and I appreciate his help. And I'm glad that he's on board with this, and I don't think we would have got anybody else to do it over the weekend when we needed it on Monday. And the last thing is we contracted with... Brock to take down the big tree on the corner. As you all know, there was quite a few trees

went down. And so that was on our list of things to do. And it's contracted. Friday, obviously, was the day that we were going to take it down because of no school. But with the snow, he'll opt to do it on another day when we don't have school. So but we have contracted the big tree at the corner of the elementary to come down. It's honest. The courthouse was. having their troubles and everybody's having their troubles so we'll just get it out of there before we do have trouble. Questions? I had one comment on the janitor at the elementary. Maybe this is a Cali thing too. In college kids do work study stuff. Could we explore something like that for doing some janitor stuff at the elementary, just a couple hours? For our high school

kids? Yeah. Russ has had work-study kids before. How many work-study kids signed up? Yeah, we've used them. Yeah, we have. We just haven't had anybody. Everybody in the afternoon right now, some of our local businesses, They've absorbed out quite a few of the kids in work-study this year. Yeah, this year was the first time that everybody's leaving the building and they're going out to active businesses instead of staying at home. And we have quite a few kids that come down, but we actually have been working with kids. Yeah, they're doing some interventions and things like that. Like Mrs. Longfellow is working with a couple different students to administer interventions, obviously, as she oversees them, of course. Yeah, why is this a good after-school? Yeah. Yeah, I think that's something we can explore to find the

right person. Maybe Don Leppard will quit working at Bryan's. He'll come down and do it. Sure. We'll work out. Yeah, I'm just thinking. All right. Good evening. Five minutes and a half. All right, I'll try to be quick and just give you a little update of where we are. It's been a blast seeing you. We'll start with high school wrestling, which was really exciting since we've last seen you. We went to the state tournament down in Billings, and our boys placed seventh overall in Class B, eighth if you consider BC. We had six boys that competed at the state tournament, with three of them placing. Wyatt Klein in sixth place, Bert Ferris in third, and Lane Wallace in third. The girls, we had nine that competed at the state tournament, and three ended up in

the placing positions. Etta Wicks in second place, Maya Campbell in third, and JoJo Manning in fourth. And your Fort Bend Longhorns were the girls' class B state champions. So that was pretty exciting to witness and be part of and bring home that trophy. And I want to say... Thank you to all of the people who stayed up at 1 a.m. in the morning and brought them into town because that was a pretty special moment for those kids that were on the bus and they deserved it. Also with wrestling, I wasn't here because I was up at tournaments, but I got to see pictures and it's kind of funny. I got to see my cousin who I haven't seen in quite a while. She put up some pictures of her little... humans it's a wrestler and

I know that's cool um so it was really neat to see the gym full of little guy wrestlers and I want to thank Russ and Kale for taking care of all that chaos um and putting that on because it's you know I lived through it and it's fun to see those little guys and it's a lot of work and so I appreciate you guys thank you Like Russ said, we have middle school wrestling that's happening right now. We have 12 athletes that are in this, eight ladies and four girls. And if you would like to see them, we are hosting a wrestling mixer here on Thursday at 5 p.m. Switching sports, we just finished up high school basketball. Both your teams placed, girls and boys, placed third place at their district tournament in the 1B

and both moved on to divisionals where they each represented us very well and both won a game in the divisional tournament. And we should be proud of our showing up, moving up and sending both teams. And it was a lot of basketball, Pat, and I got to watch a lot of basketball. do a lot of things and it was a lot of fun. I need to say thank you as well because while we were gone up at Shelby, the first elementary basketball jamboree happened here in our gym and that couldn't have happened without Damon Gilbreth who stepped up. He is your winter host. Usually doesn't do elementary basketball but he was very willing to come in and cover that day while we were up at the tournaments and all the volunteers that I had set

up and they pulled off a great day of little guy basketball games. And there's one more time that you can see them. Well, last Saturday in March, they'll be back here in Fort Benton again. So if you're interested in that, please join us. There are 12 boys and 11 girls competing on our Fort Benton team. We are working on wrapping up all the seasons and all the things that go because they just ended. So we're just I'm just finishing on trying to get those all closed up. And then, like Russ mentioned, we start a new Monday. Spring sports practice will start. Monday after school. So we'll have golf, tennis and track going. I think we have the schedules, but we all know whether I don't actually I don't know whether anymore because where is winter?

It hasn't come yet. So that makes me quite nervous for spring sports. But we'll go with the flow and see where we go. And then other than that, I have a high school district meeting coming up. For our athletics, we have a middle school athletic meeting coming up to determine what next year will look like for that. We have a little bit of discussion happening on tennis right now. We are currently in two different divisions for boys and girls tennis, which causes a little bit of chaos with scheduling, especially during postseason. So I raised the question earlier, asking if it was a possibility to be placed in the same division. And I was told in the future, but that's kind of come to a head right now, all of a sudden, because of the divisional.

And this meet's not matching up, so I'm not sure where we fall, what division we're in, what's happening. We have a Zoom meeting with all the ADs and MHSA next week. So it's happening. We just don't know where we're going for the post-seasons yet. What are the splits right now? Right now, they're kind of chaotic. Right now, the head of our, they're different ones. And right now, Terry. Terry leads our division right now for boys. And so they were trying to find where to host boys and where we can find that. But then the dates didn't work out. I don't totally understand. I feel like it's one of those things we're being thrown into. So hence we have a meeting with all of us. And the hard part is there's just a couple of ones

that don't have boys and girls. So you're trying to fit everybody in. And so what that looks like exactly, I don't know. Maybe we're going to be in Haber. Maybe we're going to be in Big Fork. Maybe we're going to be in Grand Falls. We just don't know what district or division they're going to put us in yet. So I'll have better answers. Yeah, possibility we'll be in Big Fork, yeah. So I'm not sure yet what they're doing with us, but they'll be playing tennis. Don't worry about that. Just a little bit of chaos on our end. We'll figure that out. I have almost all of next year's schedules built, just waiting on some verifications. And so we can look forward to planning what that looks like next year. And I think that's all I've

got as far as information. Do you have any questions for me before I? I didn't think I had these, but then I looked back and realized we had not yet hired middle school track coaches and they won't be starting quite yet. We'll finish up. the elementary basketball season and the middle school wrestling season. They will be able to start in April. That exact date, I've kind of been in discussion with like, what's too many days of practice? Where's the right date? So it'll be right near the beginning of April. But I would like to bring back to you the same recommendations that I brought previously. And I would like to recommend Roxy Benjamin and Jenna Botts as your middle school track coaches. And then once again, once we see numbers or get an idea for

numbers. we will know if we need to do that. But our CDA has the two. So I'd like to recommend Roxy and Yena. So move. Second. All those in favor? Aye. Opposed? And then the one other one that I have that I want to do just to keep things clear because... I love him and I know that he's going to come help me set up the track. I would like to approve Mr. Shaw again as a volunteer, just so that if he's here, he says, and he said, he told me he'd come back and help us run the, you know, you're in charge of running events at track meets and he knows how chaotic that is when you're a coach. So he, he had told, he said he would come back and as long as

we're not going to Fairview, he said, it may be even Fairview, but. Then he'd come back and help us run the event at the postseason so that we could do the coaching. So just to cover our bases, I would like to recommend Mr. Kevin Shaw as a volunteer. So moved. Second, then. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? I don't have anything else unless you have questions for me. Thank you, Jamie. Buses going here and buses going there. We're staying some nights and we're not staying other nights in places to eat. There's a lot of pieces moving. So she did a really great job navigating all of that and dealing with different coaches and moving sports. And it was really incredible. So hats off to Jamie for her hard work with that. Thank you. So the general

report I have, we have a lighter number of claims this month due to me trying to do both jobs. very unsuccessfully, but that's okay. I mean, that's Tommy dearly. So in the back on the salmon sheets are our budget current to date, and we're sitting very nicely there, same as always. And then, so, and as a result of the board meeting being earlier this month, I don't have all the bills yet. So I just need to move things to continue to pay the few struggling claims that'll come in. after the meeting. So all those in favor. Okay. Okay. Then the other thing I have for you all to vote on is our resolution to report non-voted studies. I handed it out. You should all have it. There really is no change in front. last year

to this year. It just shows this will be published in the paper. And the funds that it affects right there, transportation, tuition, adult ed technology, and building reserve. The building reserve there is the amount that's allotted to us by the state. So that's a number that's picked by OPI for us. So we don't really have much control over that one. So give me the ID. Yep. Okay. Second. All those in favor? Aye. Opposed? Okay, and then I'll get published in favor next week. And the last thing that I have for you is our preliminary budgets came out this week. If you just want to take a look at them, you don't need them. Most importantly, I just printed them for your perusal. So the number that you're going to want to look for is actually...

It's on the back in section nine, letter E. This is just the general fund. So it gives you kind of the calculation of where they come up with their total dollars for the general fund and not the population. For your information. Thanks. I don't have a lot to report this month. One of the big things I have to share, I'll give you hard copies of these, are the calendars that the school, we put together a couple options with My secretary Kathleen Fry's help with Roxy Allen's help and Roxy Benjamin took a look at these as well. So these are the options I gave for the teachers to vote upon. Carly sent out a listing for them. I have a response from the teachers now that I can tell you which one they voted on. The

difference between the two calendars, basically one option, one had a starting school next year on the 26th of August. The other one had a starting school on the 19th of August. Next year. Next school year, Memorial Day falls on the 31st of the day. So either way, both calendars, no matter how you sliced it, the graduation was going to be before, and so was the last day of school going to be before Memorial Day weekend. But in the end, the teachers voted 51%, excuse me, 58% to 41% for August of the 1st. And so what I would ask the board for tonight, we can give you a couple minutes to kind of look at it and I can answer questions about the number of PIR days. It's very, very similar to the calendar we've been

using this school year and some of the last school years too, for that matter. Because of where Christmas falls, both calendars, you'll see we have two weeks for Christmas break. sort of our traditional, what the district has done in the past for Easter break, Easter's early this next school year, next year it's in March, end of March. So a lot of similarities to the current calendar we're using. And so I would ask after you've had a chance to look at it, I would recommend that you adopt the option one calendar as voted upon by your staff. So moved. Seconded by. Thanks. Any questions? Yeah. All those in favor? All right. Opposed? When I send out my board report tomorrow, I'll also send a long electronic version to those calendars as well. Any other questions about

the calendar at all? It's... It's kind of a big math problem, actually, trying to sit and figure it out. And you kind of need not to have seventh grade boys come into your office when you're trying to figure out the number of days and every quarter and such. But we finally got options out to the teachers and they were kind enough to vote. We too have been enjoying parent-teacher conferences last night and tonight, and we'll wrap up those tomorrow night. Certainly, it's sort of been like this last month. The thing that I think of is the ride at Disney called Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. This last month has kind of been really since the first of the year, but it's been kind of wild and busy. But through it all, we're still doing well and

certainly can appreciate your continued support. Roxy and I are going to talk, and at some point on a future agenda item we want to bring and talk about, we will have... and doing the measure of academic progress, the math testing. It's the first year we've done it. The school district did it once upon a time and we started doing it again. And so once we have our third set of that exam, we'll have some data from this school year. And that data will be important to look at within the context of the school year. But as the school district moves forward, we're going to add additional grade levels and you're going to want to see the academic growth of the district. So we're going to come back to you with some data in the next

couple of months to show kind of where we are and look at some numbers where we'd like to be. So that's something upcoming. um you'll see some calendar dates and honestly other than that that's my report for tonight okay so committee reports and meetings um first we have on their personnel committee so we've actually met twice since last four meetings uh we opened up negotiations with the certified employees And we're working through that still. We tabled it at the last meeting we just had so we could run some numbers through budget. And we're going to have another meeting to go over those again. And so I guess we are, that next meeting is going to be the 16th of March at 6 p.m. Extracurricular committee that we met tonight and visited a bit about some

tennis, the tennis coach came and had a proposal for us. And so we visited with that. We tabled that also. And we're going to meet at seven o'clock. Okay, policy committee. We met and talked about sex ed policy. We decided to go with option one, which is the gender identity option. With that, we'll hand out or give a handout out to each student, and that'll be how we talk about it. So it's option one, it comes with restrictions regarding teaching gender identity as a handout for their use only. Instead of teaching it abroad, it'll be a handout that they can either choose to read or not read. Where's the handout going to come from? The teacher. We were going to create off of once you decide your policy. You guys will go through the curriculum.

Income biology teacher, I guess. Yeah. And Jake. They will most likely be teaching it. Okay. It will be in biology because the audience is there. I don't have all the freshmen and sophomore or sophomore, whatever age you want it to be. They're not all in gym. And the weights classes are not the appropriate places with the age range that we have. So the biology class will be the audience. Or you hand out that paper. Whatever you direct me to do, yes. However you direct me to do it. So the curriculum we're looking at is basically what was put together last year. And it touched on both sexual education and gender identity. There will be handouts that the gender identity won't be necessarily discussed as a handout, I guess, is the best way to put that

with the information about definitions of what each is, as well as some additional resources for those or if kids have questions. And that's what we discussed. But there was still some questions about the curriculum that the board can look through. So that was what was decided. Is there a written policy that we can have to review since it's the first reading? Yeah, well, I have my copy. So I'm going to go make one. We can pass it around. I think we can get copies to everyone so we have something to read them. But if I can't read them, that would be great. And so it's option one on the MTSDA policy. So if we picked option one, are we going to teach sex education part of it? Yep, it includes both. So the options were

sex ed and gender identity, just sex ed or nothing. And so we went with option one that included both, but we'll adjust the curriculum and make sure everyone's comfortable with it, as well as the... the notification to the parents. It's an opt-in, not a opt-out situation. So everyone will have to sign and have their kids be part of it. And the slides will be available at the office for the parents to read first. Slides and worksheets. Cool. Thank you. So again, to repeat what Jamie said, so basically... Jamie and Milo Clark, the biology teacher, science teacher, we're going to... tweak that curriculum so that they could show you a finished product for that based upon your decision tonight. So you can see what the curriculum is. And we'd make that available for public where everyone

wants to see it. But to her point, it's very similar. You might recall that last year, the board agreed to have that curriculum used. The then teacher, Emily Nishikawa, did a lot of time and research putting it together, whatever. There were some points we met prior to the board's discussion of it. And there were some things that were, again, adjusted in that policy, whatever. We had of the group that was provided that instruction last year, we had one parent that opted out. And again, the student is not punished academically in the class because they were given an alternate assignment in the library. I didn't have a single complaint from a parent last year. I think if she were sitting here, I think she would tell you that it was well received by the parents, by

the students. It went pretty well. And I can only... I say that because, you know, oftentimes no news is good news. So I feel like because I didn't, I felt it was well-received and Jamie and Milo had a couple of different conversations and they would address it in the same respectful way. I think that it was addressed last year. And so no action is needed because it's the first reading. So now everybody has a copy of the policy and a general idea of where we're going. And we would certainly, Jamie, don't you think we could put something together for them to look at for next, because they're going to be approving the second reading next. Yeah. When you need it, maybe don't run boards. Whenever you finish this, I guess. I don't know. Before last

year, I think there was some years where it didn't get taught. Yeah, we would drag our feet upon an actual to say that we're going to do it these days because we wanted to make sure that we were in accordance. We are teaching dancing next week for the prom. It can't be next week, so you're safe. Really? We are. It's actually in the standards for physical education in Montana still to teach dancing. Luckily, I can not dance. Not well. My life is going to come in and support us with that. Otherwise, they might look like fools if I were the teacher alone. Are you going to do that in your wave classes, Jamie? We're doing it now on classes. We're doing two days next week, Monday and Thursday. You want to learn to dance, come

to school Monday or Thursday. So I guess moving on, are there, we have scheduled the extracurricular and the personnel meetings. Are there any meetings that need scheduled? Maybe. I'm sorry, but are there any activities? Do you do that all the time? Does everyone remember who's on the transportation? Yeah. Whatever works. We can do it right before next month. We'll put our hands together and figure it out. Okay. Okay. You'll let me know? You'll be determined? Or just before the next meeting? Just before the next meeting. Oh, yeah. I thought next week we're going to leave personnel. No, we're on our next meeting. Yeah, we can do it. Yeah. 6 o'clock. Okay. I'm sorry. What day? Before the next school board meeting. Before the school board meeting. On the 14th? Yes. Thank you. Sorry. You're fine.

Okay. Are we all good on committees? Okay, so personnel. So I would express concern on Paul's behalf. We have four people in play here for concern about they may be resigning from driving the bus. I'm going to pass around tonight. We have two resignations that were received on the 26th of February, one from Wes Skerritt and one from Marvin Brodock. I'll share those with you. So we've received those resignations and we're anticipating the possibility of having two more in the very near future. So there is concern. We have some people onboarding to be bus drivers and that will certainly help. But as you well know, you can set enough of these board meetings. Spring is a wild time for buses and trips and we're going to try to do our best we can to cover

those buses. Yeah, and hopefully we can get some other drivers moving forward in the future. I think that has impacted spring sports where middle school didn't always, or not everyone in middle school has gotten a job before. We discussed that today, actually. So we'll see. We should make security. Did you hear somebody talking to me? I bet he has. Yeah, that might be scary. You have on the personnel. We're tapping the brakes on that. You see a possible staff hire, but we're still pending a background check. So I would ask that we not consider that option tonight. Okay. So we are currently to the superintendent evaluation because the person right to privacy, always the public's right to know. We will be going to a closed session. So at this time we ask everybody but the

board that you know. Okay, are we ready? Okay, so we are back from the closed session for the secret tenant evaluation. Do we have any future agenda items? That's the extracurricular meeting on the 16th at 6. Personnel 16th at 7. Is that not in the right order? You see the way around. Extracurricular is second. Extracurricular is at seven. Yeah. Okay. And then a transportation meeting at six o'clock or the next board meeting. I don't have anything other than second reading. Oh, second reading. Yep. Okay. And there's still pizza left. That's good. You saved up for two more pizza in three days. So I need a motion to adjourn. So moved. Second. All those in favor? Aye. Thank you.
