I'd like to call in the Lancaster Central School District Board of Education meeting order. In the unnoten event of an emergency, if we have to evacuate the room, please note the locations of the exits. At this time, I ask you to silence your cell phones and rise for a public allegiance. Please remain standing for a moment of silence for the flashmob. Today we remain standing for a moment of silence for Lauren Chabon, a home act teacher from 2002 to 2015, who passed away on April 6, 2006. Thank you everybody for being here. Before we get started, I would just like to say that the cleanup is in the business and the physics stage for the meeting. 4.0 presentations, we have no presentations this evening. 5.0 correspondence. 5.1 we have an email from Lindsay and Ryan

De Sino received March 1, 2006. 5.2 we have an email from Mohammed Amin from the Muslim Community Center of Western Europe received on March 30, 2026. 5.3 we have an email from Khaled Seder received on March 31, 2026. And 5.4 we have an email from Dan Young at the Time of the World Appointment and Employment Department received March 31, 2026. 6.0 approval of minutes. 6.1 can I have a motion to accept the regular section from March 23, 2026? Any comments or questions? All those in favor? Anyone against? Motion carries. 6.2 can I have a motion to accept the public vote session from April 13, 2026? Comments or questions? All those in favor? Anyone against? Motion carries. 7.0 we have an item from SAF organizations. Is there anybody from the Lancaster Administrative and Supervisory Association? Thank

you, sir. Anybody from the Lancaster Central Community Association? We have a few quick highlights that we'd like to share tonight. First, we would like to congratulate Mrs. Hankey on her appointment as President of the Colonel Park of the United. Next, Woodin Street School hosted STEAM night right before our spring recess and also today we'd like to thank the teachers, administrators, and students that worked collaboratively to make that night a huge success. From Project Lead the Way, the Science Honor Society and art students at the Bay School, to the art, music, and tech teachers at the middle school, and Woodin Street, our students, and Marisolite for a great time. I've ever heard one student say, I can't wait to do all this when we get to the show. So I think Sarah-Lynn was involved in that.

Finally, the LCHM would like to recognize Alexis McTighe from the Middle School Arts Program. Alexis will be receiving the Early Career Award presented by the Western New York Network of English Teachers at the 2026 Established Educator Award ceremony in May. She was nominated by one of her students' parents and in the nomination, Alexis McTighe was my daughter's seventh grade English teacher last year. My job was excited to go to English class every day. She liked Ms. McTighe's content-writers and learning, which were five to ten minute games to discuss. Ms. McTighe was always there for her students. She would take time to help every individual so they felt confident and comfortable with the class content. Her class can, in front of me, lead to my child's growth and confidence as well as her abilities as a

writer. Ms. McTighe's passion for her content and her kids turned around my daughter's seventh grade year. For that, I'm ever grateful. The parent also commented, Ms. McTighe is involved in learning for the middle school community as well. At the school, she runs the LMS-ESAP, which is the Middle School's newspaper club. There, she was brainstormed, created, and published her own quarterly school She also must have applied also to use her student feedback to make any necessary changes to her own curriculum. She often asks students to reflect on previous activities and share their honest opinions with her. So we congratulate Alexis Tomei and Bill Savers. Thank you, Mrs. Farrar. I actually attended CNAD. I was invited by a couple of teachers ago and I had an incredible experience. I was also invited to shuttle launch in the

HVC. I was on a shuttle launch by the school, so it was really, really cool. So we'll hold you to the pause. Anybody from the Lancaster Association of Service Persons? And anybody from the Lancaster Association of Substitute Teachers? 8.0 Board Reports. Does anybody have anything to report? 9.0 Superintendent's Administrative Report. I will turn it over to Dr. Kruso. We'll say Farrar. He's in CCC for the season. I'll also say that I didn't put out the math problem, the math problem. So we'll see if you want me to say. Some of the wonderful things happening throughout the school year, there's time for you, but always. But it does feel like the pace takes up some of the time. You probably noticed as you drove in with any one of your friends on Lone Street, there was

a construction going on. There's a great work over here as the new part of the brick is already up. So we're going to have our season going. The December board meeting are full of kiddos. They live here. The coffee shop and coffee treats. Those who attend well are legendary lots. They do serve, et cetera, support for them. And they're a real highlight for everybody who's hired on the other side of the wall. So I was able to build a highlight. There are also shows called our Tears. Moves from the Tears. Moves that are going through here and beyond. And those experiences align and continue. Skinny night. A terrible success. I've never seen a parking lot being off my page. Because I've heard a lot of that by officer doctor. Somebody say, I'm so excited for

my physical day. I have to ask this to all of you. It's been a really big one. And the biggest highlight, so many teachers and viewers supported the L.I.S. kids group. Good stuff, folks. I just can't even find the time of the day. Another time I watch it, you can't find it. And Thursday is first class. It's also Teacher's Day. So it's at 5.30. So that's happy happy food. I will say doing the dance issues for half time. Because I know the kiddos. I'll be jamming a little bit with anybody who wants to come in. Speaking of dancing. Dancing with the faculty. So talking on the way in with Mr. Raleigh, Mr. Ross, which is really a little bit about dancing with the faculty. Talks about a gesture for a class time we shared in

our college hand rows. The students who ran a new process. They were both great and talented participants. The judges. Everybody's got a part in that. It's an amazing event. So there's so many perspectives that I'm not even going to get into. You can see, though, of our art career group functional class to our current faculty, students, students on stage who experience and who are a little nervous to get on stage. But it's just such a grand event. But this goes to show how people rally together in this case. So over great new moments. We talked about this in the past. As the police department, this is the end of the time for our partnership with Mr. Smith. Our SLOs. We utilize our buildings all over. We utilize active street organizations. Helps them become familiar with

other groups and planning our buildings. Great and brilliant building. We can get great, therefore, other types of situations. So that's SAC. There's some of our tutors who participate in the summer law enforcement program. That could be some of the illustrious and the folk in the building. And then add your own talent for it. For a down-to-date, a strong partnership is you can make faster. It helps keep our students happy. Thank you, Dr. Poole. All right, on to 10.0. Old business.
