I'd like to call this meeting of the Lancaster Central School District budget meeting to order. Now that we have an emergency, I'd like to note the entrance of the new building. If everybody could sign into their cell phones and rise, we'll play a couple of songs. I'm standing for a moment of silence. And I will turn the meeting over to Thomas Phillips. Thank you. I'm going to turn the second budget in for you for 2016. How do I do it? one of the students with quality care on three also gets out there with mom. So today we have a favorite of the course in the community and then the first thing is just having the mix up. We've actually organized through the state council's radiation. 26-37 school year. It's not this moment that we tell

you a lot. It's a simple and complex number. We're learning a lot. It's a two-person. We also have a day-long carryover from the commissioning and we align with the commissioning. and other numbers are not going to be affected by the increase. Let me name the four-year plan in the name of three additional staff positions to support our educational programming here in the district. First is going to be the Department of Special Education. This position, we are going to meet the ever-changing needs of education students here in the district in supporting our various special education programs. We are consistently reviewing the different projections of students who are being satisfied. and to see what programmatic changes that we can make holistically. So right now, as we're looking at it, we believe that this position can be false

or more beautiful than it is. Our teachers want to look at how us, private high school, support for this. As you head into work, the individualized assessment, our assessment pathway, which is going to be a mother pathway for graduation for students out of the New York Inspired Scholarship Guide. So to provide the appropriate level of support for project work, most of our projects have been additional. So every single one of those teachers is taking on an additional assignment. So essentially, this would be taking on most of our assignments plus an additional assignment. And then we would have other additional assignments if necessary. We need to go through, for right now, the art department's one-funded tuition. That's how we would be able to use an additional math teacher. This would be able to be passed through

middle school to support the health of the long-term. to review 85% of our students reaching out to the one at the conclusion of the eighth grade. What we're seeing right now is all of the great work that is taking place right now because they can provide support. They take one of those different math programs. The initial support is that more students are now coming to us from William Street who are mostly needed to help them as they get to the school. So those are the positions that we will be asking for time to fund. So that's one special education, one part. Currently, the first one that you see here is additional support for the athletic department. What this is, this could be the creation of a teacher assistant position to provide assistance to Mr. Rupp,

the athletic director, with oversight programs being present in terms of facilities. Mr. Rupp is one person who should advise us to study on different athletic teams over three seasons. He can't be everywhere else in the state. I'm sure I can't. Thanks to greater assistance in helping out the teams throughout the three different seasons. Essentially, what we are looking to do is to add essentially one schedule to teacher assistance to help for each of the three seasons for fall and to provide additional support for the athletic department working with New York over the course of each of the two seasons. The president talked about 18, so 19. I'll be looking for a simple or I just want to make sure that the institutions are a little more established. Obviously, as I said, all the new buildings

are flying. It's also because I did buy tonight all the instructions. I'll be looking at the various course programming. I'll review when you include the days. So we come back to that. And then I can change my thing. But I just want to let you know that the numbers are in here. I just put them in this section. And then I'll talk to you. I just want to say I always hate. We're going to take a look. We're just going to go through this section by section. And at any point, if anyone has any questions, these are going through by all means. Please feel free to share. First section here, curriculum and parliamentary provision. Like James said, salaries are based on contractual negotiations. If you take a look, then throughout that entire section, there's some

nominal increases in profit percentage. And a lot of these are salary agents, salary increases in that first section. 2020 supervision, supervision of regular schools. Again, at the beginning of those salaries, again, the contractual salaries for our administrators. And then if you look at the material supplies, that's also based on a program as well that my as well. Then to 2020 supervision, people person out. So, getting into our special education office. This is the administrative team that is working on the district office with the, with the change in the budget. So you felt like it increased their under supervision to personnel. So it's been a continuing education period. And so then moving on then to in-service training. You'll see there's about 27,492 services. We've run on a tremendous amount of staff development through our books. And

that's leading to definitely that. We'll see if we exceed over $400,000. So that's our in-service training for teachers. This is to our resources team. over a year and one policy by DAP. So essentially this increases the service base that is associated with the class-to-do and business-to-do policies. We have to pay service base invoices for the members of these organizations, which really look at increasing that $6,000. We have the 21st-century codes that we're teaching right here in school. And then we have some contracts and contractual pieces here at the beginning. Just to highlight, 21, 5, 140 teachers salary under substitutes. You'll see a change of what that is. It's a substitute increase each year, and the amount of substitute that's paid in your year basis based upon the last. And as we've had more teachers taking

on staff development opportunities and coaching workshops and much different types of things, obviously substitutes are going to the teachers' classes as well as the teacher training. The main idea of this is that we don't have enough self-admitted and that if we have teachers who are, especially those teachers who are as well, that really kind of reflects the chances that we've had to make less power substitutes or a chance that we can make as many more substitutes over the course of the past year. That's not. Moving on down the line to the next item, 473, charter school tuition. You'll see an increase of $100,000 to $97,000. You see a couple of families that have decided to go to the charter school route because again they are public schools they are rising in scale in the district

they do have the opportunity to serve at charter schools so if you do that we do pay that bill. Here at TIC that's about 10 students so it's not like you're some last-ditch citizen kids who have the best approach. And some other pieces here at TIC are only $12,000 you go to the higher education district and it's very small. but not that this is just a reflective truth to the context and level of what we're sending out to our people of government. This is the moving arrow for the down the line post-service 2110-490. This is for alternative learning programs. We have students who are attending alternative placements outside the district. We're sending this to our students like our education. We also have other student enrichment programs, online learning. We do have for kids who are

academy. We have our homeschool monitoring service, science kits, school safety, service fees that go along with making students. So if you take a look at the number of assets that's holding up available to us in the building. Later on, I'll talk about this, but we're taking a minute. Here we're moving into another code for the APT exams going forward. Just some materials and supplies changes. One of the pieces I can see that increased is the materials and supplies for music. Again, just to talk about the existing cost of supplies and materials, if you were to go to the store and buy a pair of tracks, they're not getting any cheaper. But if we are providing a chance for our kids to repair services, that's a good question. I'm sure there's no changes under that section

there. The next 2110 is in our alternate school program. So this is guaranteed for our individuals who are provided with 21-10 moderate enrichment program, which here is the supply and no changes at 3,600 hours. So we do offer buses for certain conditions for about 30 minutes to be able to reach the organization. So it's a good time to be out of the time cost. That's all. Good question. Thanks for that. We're going to look at instructional salaries here. So from teacher, there's no change in that. We're looking there. That's based on the salary increases, but also the reduced military level that we used earlier to meet. We also have an increased 65% non-constructional service amount to 30% and 21% increases. So no changes to our special ed study or 225,400 after our constructional expenses. You

see about a 25% increase here. So that's really the part of the rising in service. Also, I want to note, we are protecting our students. and also individual wellness and wellness support. Census for both occupational therapy and physical therapy actually increased in the estimated rise in service level. Physical therapy was actually a deep-discreting start. We had no change to 2200 or 2200. We went down to 20. We see a large increase here, and this is really contributing to two whole consumer states. What we mentioned earlier, this was actually kind of a different budget line and wasn't as flexible. or we are in the computer classroom. So, we're kind of like a student district unit. They're no longer living here. They go to their kids' community. They have a living room. That's where they live. We

are moving to the Tokyo. And we are just located in the middle of the classroom. We are so not tuition-other. If our students are in the C-6, we are seeing an increase here as well. So, these are our students that are in, for example, like the Outlearning Center or Summit. or any of those places. So students really just need to see what we can offer within our school district. So the average cost of placement here in the city of Peoplesville is about $80,000 a year. So it's almost like the students are trying to get a two-year program. To see the idea, as Andy mentioned earlier, we had four students this school year in a while who actually had a lot of district placements that needed some of the cost, and they were also projecting a

lot of new and better students for next year. people who stayed at school for a 22-year period. So in the past year, we've seen a lot of increases. As Jamie mentioned, we do receive some revenue in this area through the staff system, and that's where we're essentially wanting to get a threshold of $5,000, which is $54 million in post-services. We also see a large increase in this area as well. This is for our students who are in the 6th and 9th and 8th and 1st classrooms. We're seeing an increase in students that have to leave those placements. We're also seeing an increase in the learning services that they receive there in this budget line. We also account for a vision teacher who sees students within our district and all of our students. I wanted to

note an increase that's happening as students are firing cats. These are essentially, I have like this microphone here that's providing hearing services for students. We're seeing an increase in that number. We're also seeing an increase in the material supplies, and that's really just the horizon. special education. This is the obviously drug-free, free-side patients. And then also the contractual-only patients, as well as the special ed 22-year. We're really just seeing the contractual-only patients. We're moving on to the next portion, 20 to 59, Programmed Study with Language Learners. So you can see the actual increases there for our LTE church that services our students who are using English as a new language throughout the district in 2012. 60, Occupational Ed. This is our career and technical education line based on... school year, the total time is 26

school year. We take a snapshot of our enrollment year to take around the holidays in December and essentially what's it going to cost for enrollment at that current time, that snapshot. Right now, we're down three students, which are in the current 48 to 137 students. However, the cost per student has increased, which is why we see that 2% increase. And if we look at 2330 Summer School, we do host an annual summer program here in the district for our students here at K-12. We're not looking at things as they do for summer school. Same thing, 2330 Summer Music. The music department does a series of programs over the summer for our students. And again, no changes to the program there. 2610 is the school library. Again, at the start, we've got some salary pieces. And

then 8-Bolt Library Books. This reflects the same number of library gate levels, which this is our offsets by gate. And then we see 26.4% OSU services. We have library automation that we do for OSU's poster. We have catalog software. And because of the service fees, we do see that small increase. We're actually seeing a decrease as being requested by the department. But overall, we're seeing a small increase of just over 3% estimated because of some increases, some slight increases. I'm going to turn it over to Mr. Miller to talk about computer-assisted instruction. Thank you, Mr. President. 401 and 501 are equipment, which actually is a consistent and more material supply of the line of duty. My research is on the accountability of the same cost to a minimal increase despite the wide spirit of the

cost increases we're starting to look at. It's not an ample identity. Our current structural software can be accepted by the United Empires of Standards Committee. Once that software hits standards, the largest part of this that can really be talked about actually is that itself in the law. 460, 434, 60, that's your computer software. That's a 4.7%. That's the 490 that covers our computer software. That's the 536, 3500, you'll see in the deduction, that's basically the cool profits. I just thought I'd like to be a little more controlled than some of the other departments may be able to have. My finest practice is really getting money and more and more usually just coming in and saying, you know, is budget support all on here? They'll say, We need to try to see some variations. We're going

to find problems at the Department of Salaries. We're going to include, like, 28 goals for attendance services. We're going to no more changes here other than contractual salary increases. 20 to 10 guidance services. This is our guidance counselor. medical support at the middle school and the high school. Those are salary increases you can see there. When you get to 20% to 100% contractual expenses, you do see an increase over some supplies you're putting in here, additional money for the payment of AP exams. And as you know, the best placement total among all of the students, and 50% of our students participating is at the 2% of the average. What we're seeing since we have put this into effect, we are seeing more and more students taking advantage of this opportunity. We're at the same pay

at a pretty good spot this year, and we're projecting to see that continue as we move forward. So we are allocating some more funds into the budget to set those costs and make more and more students and families taking advantage of the offer to AP communities, especially if they're under a very specific condition at the AP Center. That's a new course this year. We had a lot of different students involved in that course. More students participated in the J-9S exams, which was great because that was the whole point of the group. So if you look at that full list, you'll see about an 8% increase. A lot of that is in order to take the exams. There was an increase in some contractual salary increases, so that's what we see, that 8% overall increase in

the employee services. That's 28. that's seen, again, issues with contractual increases down there, increase up there. And as you get down 20, 15, 4, 21, health service for other districts, we've kind of under-budgeted this one. In the past, we've been overseeing with the current, we've seen an increase in district non-pub performance, or we've had families that have moved into the district that were currently enrolled in a non-pub, they're now looking for it. So all those things, we do have to provide health services and other services to our down-to-earth school. So this is one of those calls where we take money out to get your services to our down-to-earth school. So we're bringing them more to the post so that we can get traction in your other patients. So here we just see the contractual salary

increases for our school. There's 28, 25 social work services. So same thing there, we're seeing the annual contractual increases. I want to point out the 490 services that we see a slight increase with here, and that's for our students who are in BOCES programs. We're seeing a couple to bring this instructional section, the appropriate class tip, at $220.50 plus all of those guys who do our same. We're seeing 3% up at $2 million, 72% BOCES, and a lot of administrators who are in general care, and it goes like this. We're looking for also a little bit of BOCES to go through, because I didn't want to have any questions. So, Bernie, Pete, Laura, the Boise staff at Health Board Trump, the budget that's on this Biden 10-4-90 associated with our board health and all the

other board meetings. So, it creates 13-9-8, 13-10-4-8, small and big, 4-9-8, 10-7-8. Actually, now, great, since this is a New York State data key phone, just so here is where we send 2% of things. So, we're going to see some updates. It is 4-3-0-1-1-1. And now, we have the new different. We're still taking a bus out of Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, Ponce, I'm just going to do an excuse. I'll

miss you all next meeting. 23rd, 20.6, that is our regular session board meeting, straight to the right by 8. And as Phillips said, April 13th, 2026 at 630, we'll be...
