[Music] okay [Music] she's uh yes uh um uh um okay okay welcome everyone get to swim here you got here just now uh welcome to our july uh work session so um turn it over to dr neal let her take us through it glad you're here welcome everyone it is such a joy to have a july board meeting like this instead of rewinding to a year ago a frenzy of change day after day and week after week so i do want to talk about reopening but we are in a bit of a holding pattern because i believe the state department believed things were rolled out too soon last year so they're waiting for the last minute to give us the guidance that we may or may not need however we have everything in place to

operate exactly like we did last year if we need to so i i'm going to deal with the nose first and the first thing on my agenda is our involvement our relevant projections and so on to show you a couple of slides on the screen to talk about enrollment because health officials and everyone has determined that face-to-face instruction is better than virtual so to return for this particular school year we are projecting 4868 students and that is up from last year's 4 802 students so that is simply a projection based on these student population formulas that are a trend it's a trend formula based on what we have had in the past and so we're actually starting the year with about 12 more students than projected so the question is well something's wrong with your

formula but it's not mr kirkland and i have been over and over this our formula is good but the reason trussville city spills will start with more than projected is because of our new subdivisions and the new housing developments that aren't part of the formula so for future growth and future analysis i wanted to show you what we have today on the subdivisions that are in the trustful area so we have new subdivisions coming up and i won't read these to you because i know you can see it but this crosses the payne elementary zone the magnoliasm and the cahaba zone with new lots that are vacant and being built up for 2021 and these are based on um what information we have for the mayor's office and the utility company the utilities that have

been requested so not knowing when these homes will be finished not knowing how many school-aged children will be in these homes we have to prepare seats for this school year as students trickle in and transfer in moving to trussville so these are in phases and so we anticipate a different phase and a different number for 22 and 23 moving forward so i'm glad that we're in a position of growth and we're doing all we can to be prepared to grow and uh in school systems that are growing and thriving i think it brings some energy and excitement that is amazing and um we're keeping a very close eye on this and we do know that right now in stockton we're keeping an eye on all those toddlers in the community they're not in school yet

but we can drive through and see them playing in the yard and that's those are the pain zone issues so we are we are certainly looking also what happens in subdivision growth i believe the final year that dr berry was at the middle school that summer we had 76 middle school students enrolled that moved into these homes and they moved in to start middle school to get involved in sports and that's the most popular reason for moving to trussville at that time others just move in have children and start from day one but others deliberately move in at the middle school age to start sports and to be in our middle and high school programs and that's a great compliment to us so we're excited about it we're ready for it and our funding of

course is in arrears so we take what we have in one year and make it work for the next year so tonight's our first budget hearing and mr cochran will talk about that a little bit more but my opening remarks in july will always be about enrollment unless we're in a pandemic and not opening school and not having to worry about seats in classrooms so are any questions okay next up is a new index for athletic supplements and i'll turn that over to mr walker our athletics director who is zooming in from montgomery everyone hear me okay yes hey hey lance how are you i'm doing well first of all i want to apologize for not being there um we are here on our first day in montgomery at the ahsa summer conference in all-star

week so it's an exciting week we've got seven of our student athletes that have been selected to all-star games so we actually had two of them compete just this afternoon and five more later this week and all of our head coaches will be coming down throughout the week so it's uh it's an exciting time to kind of kick off the new year but but i do miss being there with all of you tonight as dr neil mentioned on the board agenda tonight is the athletic supplement index for the coming school year and you know kind of what that process looks like each year you know really most of our hiring and filling of athletic uh supplement spots happen uh between april and july every year so you know at that time i would be working

with mr kirkland uh using the index that is in front of you uh finding out where where uh employee is on the chart and basically filling in names which is what we've been working on uh for the last couple of months and then all the names for the athletic supplements would appear to you at the board being in in august like we do every year um you know with our athletic supplements in the past they've been listed as dollar amounts and honestly it's it's been hard for us to have a clear picture i haven't been a part since i've been here with trustville city schools of being a part of kind of creating this chart or creating a list so it's it's you know made it difficult in terms of hiring you know if we

hire a teacher in may they obviously want to know where they're going to be on the salary schedule and then in terms of athletic supplements to kind of get a clear picture a total picture of where they're going to be financially for the next year so this chart would make that clear going forward you know with this we've made sure to pay attention to making things equal in terms of you know if you have a sport like boys basketball and girls basketball making sure that those amounts those percentages are equal as you go along to jv head coach or assistant varsity coach whatever it may be this also kind of gives a clear picture of how we pay our non-employee coaches or our aides on average we have approximately 85 coaches in a given school

year that's for middle school and high school and all sports and you know on average probably 75 of 85 are certified teachers but we do have those that are retired or not employees and you know we have maybe one or two aides that an athletic supplement every year so that explanation on the front of the chart kind of explains better in detail how we pay those people going forward again you know working to get working together on this uh over the last year um the idea behind it was just trying to create something that would be official um easy to follow and just help us for the future making sure things are equitable and you know easy for us to communicate with our teachers and coaches [Music] um maybe just a little bit i mean

everything that i've said you know it's just putting our process in paper and improving the process uh years ago we had something similar uh i think this is a lot easier to understand from the country's perspective they can look at this oh yeah so i think what's the very last thing on the very last page it says peace course [Music] yes yes esports was um you know that was started a couple of years ago with from ahsa and it's um you know an activity that they sponsor and it's kind of in the uh gaming realm um so we have you know we had students we actually participated in it our school did last year for the first time so we had two of our high school teachers that wanted to kind of start that program

and we had um 10 to 12 students at the high school that were interested in that so that's kind of where that came from thank you thank you lance representing him um i just have a question for for lance just just not even related to this salary deal but where are we on girls flag football is there going to be a team this year or do we not have enough interest um yes we we are planning to have a team we have two of our coaches that are head coaches for other sports coach burt and coach hunter you know have committed to doing it we've put out a link you know for those interested and we've had great response over last we checked over 55 um girls that that signed up as far as being

interested later this week on thursday they're actually having as part of the conference down here a session just on girls flag football and talking about how many games we're going to be allowed to play and how we do scheduling and what the timeline looks like for the season and those type of things so once we have that we'll be able to put some more detailed information out but it looks right now probably soon after school starts you know we would have um an evaluation a tryout period to select the team and then those games would be played during the fall semester okay just curious okay kim i'm super excited about that too i've been known to play a little girls play football but we have female coaches that coach spring sports that want to jump

in here and coach girls flag football as a fall sport so it's a great opportunity i think it sounds like football player kim well i have one that is one of the 55 that has expressed interest in it that's awesome i'm excited about it okay thank you thank you both okay on some plans for this coming school year there are a couple of things that are i'm going to call it in a holding pattern or up in up in the air and one of these has to do with elementary school and dr barry's department and it's the literacy act and i just wanted to say a word about the literacy act to give everyone a heads up that some more things will be rolling out about that after the acap results are in the state

legislature wanted to delay the requirement to retain third graders if they didn't make certain reading standards this year they wanted to delay it for two years and it did pass the legislature but it was not signed by the governor and the governor wants to wait until the acap results are in so that may or may not change so what that means is third graders this year may be subject to retention if they don't pass certain reading standards or have an adequate reading portfolio in effect this year but there would be year-long interventions the parents would be alongside of us as partners it wouldn't be a surprise at the end of the third grade year the other thing that could happen is the acap results could come in and after a covered year and many students

not having face-to-face opportunities last year the governor could sign the bill and it would be then delayed for two years and not go into effect this year so we're in a holding pattern on what will happen to third graders but dr barry and the elementary principal to be rolling that out to parents as soon as we know more about that when does the results one of those do august do you know the day dr barry not released the official day yet but we're so that is one of three of our holding patterns the second one i've been in contact with the state department of education related to health and co-fitted the delta variant and i've been in contact with dr mark wilson and and gary mackey and the state department and right now all we

have are cdc guidelines the alabama state board of education has asked the alabama department of public health for specific guidelines for alabama and we haven't gotten specific guidelines for alabama yet so we're a holding matter for that but today all we have are seeds and guidelines that anyone can look up essentially is that masks should be worn indoors by individuals aged two and older who are not fully vaccinated and that schools maintain three feet of physical distance last year was six this year it's three and that's all we have to do actually and then our continuous options for face shields anybody that wants to wear a mask plexiglas cleaning and disinfecting and all those preventative measures are still in place but we'll wait to hear more from montgomery and not roll it out too soon

because as soon as we both put it out it might change like it did last year but that's where we are today anybody wants to go to the center for disease and look at what we have for school values today um and that is subject to change that's my second and three and a holding pattern any questions um i've i just have a couple um so based on that i mean obviously we will we will start school before we have another meeting um is our plan just to follow whatever the cdc recommends and whatever you do i assume you'll get something from from some guidance from them between now and the time school starts back right we're waiting on guidance from the state department and i think the information will flow from the alabama department

of public health and the director of scott harris and it would flow into montgomery to eric mackey and then out to every school system in the state of alabama okay that just seems like that would be hard to hard to pull well i guess any child under 12 would not have been vaccinated and then over 12 would be subject to if the parent wants to disclose to you that medical information and how that oh i don't envy that task well you don't want to treat one child differently than the other right so we're waiting on that clear guidance because someone could say they are vaccinated if they're over 12 and they're not or they could you know say vice versa it's not not something we could really believe right that's why i'm saying i don't

envy that that decision so we'll know i hope you know something about august 2nd monday august 2nd and that will give us time to roll it out before school starts okay have we gotten the results of the uh of this survey on how many are wanting to come back versus uh how many are going to want the um the option to stay at home um yes we have um 99 of our students enrolled coming back face-to-face and we have a breakdown by school of how many families needed to remain or she was virtual and it's really down to a handful what's the number today dr barry the number today we have um roughly five at the high school level and then k eight eight possibly nine so five wow five at the high school and

eight and grades came from eight great just started um in the last thing um in a holding pattern and we've been asked to to wait uh the state department because the state superintendent of education is having to deal with um is the media frenzy on critical race theory and critical race theory is not in alabama public schools right now and the school systems are charged with teaching the state curriculum and crt is not part of the state curriculum but the state board of education was going to issue this statement on that their next meeting and they have voted to send a resolution to the state legislature based on that so it looks like we're going to maintain our curriculum there are two research institutions that have researched the teaching of history in all 50 states

and amazingly they had a checklist one of them is one of this fordham institute of research and then there was a second one that's put out a similar article but both research institutions agreed that the three states that teach critical rate that teach history the way that it should be taught without bias uh and without um controversy are tennessee california and alabama and those three states have probably never been lined up at all but but apparently uh there was a flaw a specific flaw that the research company found in texas they taught the civil war and the emancipation of slaves before they taught the history of slavery and what that means so to align the curriculum and teach it the way it happened chronologically was part of their checklist and alabama got an a they

did an a throughout reports card an alabama tennessee and california guys uh for the way it was taught and the sequence in which it was taught so it it's likely that nothing will change that we will keep our curriculum just like it is because we do a better job in alabama than some other states too in terms of teaching history and crt is not in our curriculum so i guess we're in a holding pattern for that but it's it's not official yet but it looks like we'll just keep our curriculum the way it is until we hear other ones if we hear otherwise so those are the three holding patterns i wanted to share with the board and with the public any questions on that one okay it's time for a facility update and i

will turn it over to our new facilities coordinator ron ferriss all the [Music] yeah okay we'll start with the new central office they're moving around alone they've got motor majority of the truckers on them they're working on the interior walls they've rubbing the plumbing in downstairs the electrical opener up then downstairs a lot of condos and run the upstairs plumbing drains were up there put the glass board on outside everything going pretty good so far the tennis courts had a meeting today about the two scores of the contractor that was supposed to look at the lines from utilities the power on the poles they rang out no love game today but they have mobile eyes so as soon as they can they're going to start hauling dirt they said they were going to move to

the inside of the building and start renovating the inside of the building for the bathroom that's pretty much where we're at on that the the carpet and the amphitheater paint is complete it looks good like that the uh there's a hundred people project on for the fiber optic connection that the baseball field that's doing away with all the satellite systems going fiber optic for internet that's kind of where we're at right now anybody got any questions about it it's not good construction weather isn't it [Music] few weeks it's been wonderful all these people have been so delightful and i'm learning a lot so our next next board meeting is august 31st 4 o'clock it's tuesday august 31st in the [Music] okay so three o'clock work session four o'clock board meeting and then for those of

you who registered downstream stuff okay you want to call this july meeting to order and we're going to stand up and mr sams god we thank you so much for the opportunity to live this country where we don't take things for granted we thank you for education we thank you for the blessing of living the city and god we strengthen you give us wisdom and direction there are as we've already discussed some of the unknowns but uh you are the peacemaker the healer and we ask that you'll continue to work in this land and give us wisdom and how to leave the school system it's in your name we pray amen amen attention salute pledge i pledge allegiance to the flag of the united states of america and to the republic for which it stands

one nation under god indivisible with liberty and justice for all okay sandra you'll call royal please kathy brown here steve moore here mark sam kim duchess is not participating in the board meeting not a voting member she's by zoom but she she's not counted in our vote um shari's harper here okay thank you thanks everyone for being here tonight and welcome anyone that has not joined us and it is kind of nice to kind of have a sort of regular born meeting so all right it's time to adopt our agenda do i have a motion all right now we would like to hear from our city council liaison miss lisa bright thank you for being here yeah if you don't mind oh thank you thank you glad to be here and i know y'all are

excited schools getting ready to start um we have a few things coming we're supposed to have workshop this thursday and city council next tuesday evening we've got some road winding projects i'm sure you saw where jefferson county is gonna we're gonna finally get three lanes on north chop hill road which will be if you live in that area will be a blessing and then the lightning on highway 11 should be starting soon they finally got i think the century lengths wiring down to be able to drop those poles to be able to widen and we will have a turning lane from the braden's corner all the way to the bridge so there'll be five lanes there which will be nice but we'll be okay for a while so you may consider alternative routes um we

are on our council being cheese yet we're going to recognize the trustable fishing team what an accomplishment they had so we have gotten in touch with otherwise jeff jones one of the parents and they will have the fishing team there and city council will issue a proclamation for them so we're these teams that we have with our sporting events just has keeping us busy um there are a few things on the books there is a prayer breakfast on august the 6th the mayor's prayer breakfast at the civic center i'd love to see as many people there as possible it is at 6 30 am if you want breakfast if not it starts at seven you can register the chamber of commerce for that but i think as a city it would be great that we

can all come together and pray for our city our schools our teachers our staffs as we enter in a new school year and it's restaurant week with chamber of commerce so i know it's not a great start on a rainy monday but if you um can go and frequent our restaurants during this week that would be great that concludes my report unless you have any questions for me thank you very much thanks alyssa i just i did want to add that we were going to recognize the fishing team tonight that mr satan was out of town and he wanted us to wait for him because he wanted to be there for that recognition turn it over to mr jim kirkland for the 20 year thank you um before i get into the budget uh presentation

i do want to mention um we do have the financial statements that have been published uh you have those in your packet um i forgot to put them on the website before we came in here tonight but that will be on the website in the morning for anybody in the public to to view you may remember last year we had no procedural issue that we had a small finding on they looked through everything we did to correct that and satisfied so the report that you have today has no findings in it so i am proud of that and i'm proud of uh everybody who does the crazy things that i asked them to do and my team this goes far beyond just the finance department it just shows the [Music] the dedication that everybody puts

into doing their jobs here they make my job easy and stuff like this just continues to uh to show that so again very very proud of that and it will be on our website in the morning for the public um like ms brown said this is our first public hearing for our budget for the next school year school systems in the state of alabama are required to have two hearings if you didn't have one there are packets on the table uh they will be on the website tomorrow if uh if you would rather have it in digital form um i'll go ahead and tell you this is truly a draft because there are a lot of things from the state that i don't have yet there are several allocations that have just not been released

to the schools yet so you know this is an incomplete budget by the next time by the august board meeting we will have everything in so that i can have a key so bottom line is i can't budget it if i don't have to key in um you can go ahead to all right next page uh this is the budget as it exists right now like i said it is a drought there are several of the federal allocations that i don't have currently um this is the format dictated by the state of alabama it is the format that our financial statements are presented every month to the board and to the photo we will present a budget and actual variants each month throughout the year and that is available for review i do want to

spend a few minutes talking about the format because if you've ever spent time or ever looked at any type of financial statement this looks totally different than probably anything you've ever seen we are different we have financial statements totally different from public or even a lot of private sectors we have what's called fun types which are governmental fund types special revenue debt services capital private and expendable trust so i'll take a few minutes just to explain those to you if you've never heard those terms before the uh and i'm gonna start from the end and work my way back um expendable trust those are activities at the school level um like we talked about the fishing team that is a club at the high school well they'll have an activity an account at the high

school so those are all of our clubs at the middle school high school ptos ptas athletic boosters have some money at the high school so those are funds that we account for but we don't exactly own those funds so that is why they call them trust funds um capital projects moving to the left those are funds that either we have received from the state department or funds that we have set aside for large capital projects and uh you know mr ferriss talked about the main capital projects that we have going on right now all of those will be accounted for within the capital projects fund debt service is primarily our mortgage we have two issues out and that is the fund that we account for paying the principal and interest on those bond issues special

revenue funds those get into those are our local school accounts and they are also our federal funds that we receive from from the state child nutrition special ed perkins at the high school as well as all of our local schools counts this is the column that is incomplete because i don't have the federal allocations you'll see this looks really odd but it's just you'll see down here where uh our excess is actually a negative number i i do have expenditures budgeted but i don't have revenue yet because i don't know what it is so that is why that is showing up as a negative number uh next time it won't be it will be a positive number next time so that is the column that our local school of federal revenues are reported in general

fund is basically everything else we receive a large allocation from the state department known as the foundation program and that's what i'll spend most of the next few minutes talking about but we have two major sources of funds foundation program from the state and our local fund which is made up of our local avalon taxes that the citizens of trust will pay as well as sales tax so that primarily is what makes up our revenue stream for the general fund as you can see the state revenues at 30 million make up about 54 of our revenue and local comes in at around 43 so those are obviously our two major sources of revenue that the school system depends on to talk about the expenditures of how we spend those money obviously we're school system instructional

services is our largest line item of expenses that is what goes on in the classroom there's your classroom teacher classroom aid that is the materials and supplies that we purchase that those teachers and names use to carry out the instruction of the day the next line is instructional support services those are everything at the school but not in the classroom so those are your principals your bookkeepers your counselors everybody who is not assigned to a classroom is accounted for in the instructional support services and then we kind of move out a little bit further into the operations and maintenance that's the redshirts those are the guys that take care of our buildings and you know they do a phenomenal job we have some of the best buildings in the uh the state in my opinion

but that's all the custodians the maintenance guys all the supplies that we have to buy to keep our buildings in top or utilities utilities is a major portion of that budget line auxiliary services that is our transportation department and our food services so cmp and transportation is what makes up the auxiliary line um and then finally general administration that's pretty much this building everybody here and the expenses that we pay that benefit all the schools as a whole a large part of that is professional development and technology expenses that we do our network and all of that that that or for the entire school system as a whole that in a nutshell is the budget again next budget i mean next board meeting we'll have a completed budget that i'll present to the board but

i do want to take a few minutes and talk about the foundation program and how it's calculated because it does make up roughly 50 of the funds that we receive to operate on dr neal spent a few minutes earlier talking about enrollment enrollment is very critical in school systems we have a number that we refer to as abm or average dating membership and that is a calculation where we will take enrollment for a 20-day period after labor day so the first 20 days after labor day and that average of enrollment is what we turn in for every school and every grade the state then has a bi-grade divisor formula that will determine how many teacher units we earn based off of our enrollment and those numbers are all in the packet um to tell you

how many teacher units are earned from the state level as well if we uh pay for any teacher units above and beyond that they'll show up as a local unit but um so that's how the number of teachers is uh determined it's purely based off the enrollment by grade by school we will also then turn in a report we call it leaps but it basically tells the state department every teacher we have their college degree and their years of experience and based off of that they will determine how much money they will send us to cover their salaries um they call it the foundation program because it purely is a foundation um in trustful we kind of take two steps up we pay a little bit more than the state salary matrix and in certain

areas we have a few more teacher units than the state funds but those two those two areas make up the calculation of how the state funds us in their foundation can you go to the next sheet now this is a total summary of all of our schools combined in the packet there's a breakdown by school of how each particular school landed but for the system as a whole and these are certified units which are basically teachers librarian counselors administrators is both the assistant principal and the principal at the school and then certified support we have certain employees that have a they're not in the classroom but they are certified teachers so that's and they they're all local units but from state sources foundation program and other state sources we earn 302.5 units and then we

have one federal teaching unit we fund several of our support staff through federal but not teachers we only have one teacher funded through the federal program and then everything else we have to pick up locally so right now in budget team 19.4 local units which is about average uh to where we've where we've been in the past teaching news that's where we are right now and as far as search if you go to the next page this is kind of i guess the most important page it's where we kind of want to look at how are we doing with our local operating fund like i discussed the state funds i try to budget everything that i'm allowed to in-state funds but basically i spend every penny they give us and then everything else has to

be funded through our operating fund there is a state law we are required to have at least one month's operating reserve uh for us that is almost four million dollars um so for fiscal year 22 uh well i'll start with uh 21. this is this is the year we are in right now um we should end up doing a lot better than this so we budgeted 16.7 million dollars to end the year that's right at three months reserve um like i said we should come in better than that so for right now um i have a budgeted 12.9 in revenue 12.7 and expenditures with a rollover about 256. um a little bit of cushion there not not tons but a little bit so again balanced budget i feel like it's a strong budget that does

put us just over a three-month reserve so you know obviously we'd like to be better but even given everything we've been through over the last 18 months a three months reserve is strong so that's kind of where we are next you know i apologize for not having the entire budget done but you know i just don't have it yet uh next month we'll have uh you know all the applications budgeting again and we can talk a little bit more about the federal funds and how it impacts so but this really should not change that much everything else should come in either on safe revenue climb or federal revenue live so um i feel good about the budget it does doing everything we've done for next year we will have our second budget hearing next board

meeting if you want to come back it's almost the exact same information a little bit more um but you know i'll definitely have a handout available either in person or on the website and uh any questions let's go back to this audit congratulations that's a great moment for you and for us and i know i speak to the risk of the lord it feels very nice or very secure to have you in charge and whatever crazy things in your words you make your team do we're glad for that so that's a lot of people thank you thank you very much yeah i would want to say that the mark of an outstanding school financial officer is a clean audit which he has them almost every year and when we don't have one it's painful one

little thing just rocks our world but we take care of everything and congratulations on that clean audit when you post it on the website i want everybody just to go to page 60 and on page 60 where it says are there findings it'll say on the check sheet it says no none noted no no none noted following a clean audit i believe we have the best chief financial officer in state of alabama so thank you thank you jim i appreciate you i would like to add one thanks to the board um if you look through the audit you will see those financial statements don't look on this level obviously the state dictates how we are to present it's called a budgetary basis in the financial statements we have to convert those to a modified approval

legacy level financial statements so they look totally different if you ever want to thank you okay you ready for consent agenda yes okay um roman numeral one i recommend the board of group consent agenda items a through n as listed do i have a motion to approve consent consent agenda items who end as listed all in favor opposed question and number two is personnel i recommend the board approve changes in personnel contracts extra services and supplements as listed have a motion to approve superintendent's recommendations for personnel as listed okay we have been a link for board members that just as a review of your training requirements as board members and i think aasb puts this out in july because it's the official start to our school year so they like to start the year that

way even though the fiscal year is different our school year starts july 1 our fiscal year starts october 1. so you've got a link to your training requirements okay just another reminder that our august 31st board meeting the time has changed will be at four o'clock and the work session at three o'clock and that's because we're all attending a aasb district five meeting um now we have hearing of delegations uh i think we had is it shane armstrong hey please come forward thank you yeah yeah i just want to say this is the first board meeting that i've ever attended and i thought it would be dry and kind of boring but i think it's been kind of interesting well she's going to give me the ground rules for speaking um yes you have you

state your name and your address and then you get children in school and then you have three minutes for your comments and you're happy you're here okay so shane armstrong 52.99 stockton pass and then trustville and uh i have a little boy named charlie he's in uh going into fourth grade okay so um i also just want to say thank you for the time and uh thank you for speaking with me and also spoken with dr barry on the phone um about and i know that you've given a great update earlier dr neal um what i'm about to say are just three things i know that probably we don't have a lot of control over things might come down the pipe from state agencies but where it's in our power to say no and do

something about it i think we should exercise however we should and those three things are critical race theory crt and i've done a lot of reading and studying on the subject and i think it is actually racist itself and i think wherever we have the power to say no to something like that in our school system we should um i think we should judge we should teach our children to judge based upon the content of one's character and not the color of one's skin and i don't think that crt does that in all those little offshoots um the second item and i don't think this is going to be an issue but i still want to put it out there is we should say no to required vaccinations for code 19 for children in our

schools um i think that should be parental choice just for the rest i'm not anti i'm not any type of actor charlie's how it is i just think that this particular vaccine still i mean i know it's still in the emergency phase and also children don't really have issues for the most part go to nike with the kitchen um so that should be incredible choice the third thing and um i know you gave an update earlier on this as well but i think we should say no as much as possible to required of masking and we should get back to normal as much as possible with events and social gatherings um so i guess that's really i just wanted to put it out there and it's not just me and speaking for myself my wife

and a lot of friends that we have in our neighborhood and just other parents i've talked to so again i'm not asking for an answer just putting it out there thank you thank you we appreciate you coming thanks thank you very much perfect um okay anyone else that we adjourn i make emotional
