So um the reason for this meeting is because we had a a short timeline uh because the tolling agreement was going to end uh for us to be able to sue uh or present litigation against the auditor general if we choose to at
003some point. Um, and so I go ahead and and uh ask the attorney to go ahead and file the the notice on our behalf. And so this is a request to to ratify that. >> All righty. Uh does any board member wish to make a motion regarding uh item 2A information discussion action notice of claim? >> I can do it. Uh motion pursuant to ARS 38-431.05 05. I move that the governing board approve and ratify the district's action taken on February 27, 2026 to serve a notice of claim pursuant to ARS 12-821.01 01 upon the attorney general of the state of Arizona and the Arizona arbitary general in the matter of Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District number 35
