002coach unfortunately could not be here tonight because she's attending her own child's graduation over at Madison High School but she wanted to make sure um that I expressed on her behalf how much she enjoyed all of you and enjoyed the season and in her words the wins and losses weren't really the most important Clark even though your wins and losses were outstanding at a record of 10-1 um but the accomplishments and the contributions of every player on the team was really the thing that she was most proud about and spoke to me most often about after every match she's just glowing with the enjoyment that she got from being with all of you during the tennis season so it was really great that we were able to have such a nice season and more importantly
003she talked about sportsmanship she talked about camaraderie she talked about teamwork um on a sport that is often considered an individual sport but those things were all there so I know we have some of our players here today raise your hand if you're one of our if you're our tennis players all right sounds good I need a volunteer who's going to help us give out certificates so I want to make sure I call the names correctly I'm the 8th graders back there I want to volunteer who are you pointing to John I've never seen this eighth grade group shy in my life until just now come on someone volunteer all right all right [Applause] so John I just want to look at your teammates there to make sure you're calling each one at a time

006as always be talked about the number of curriculum-based topics the theme of our New Zealand curriculum wise are we measuring that and what action s we've discussed curriculum enhancement and standard alignment we also discussed a successful and memorable graduation last night [Music] as far as I'm ready opportunities for improvement and a possible year in analysts for next curriculum program continuing we looked back on a year of healthcare curriculum now so the Miss Jones brought two topics I did not submit the formal report any questions and the human resources uh the committee did not meet but we did review the items on the agenda and felt it was not necessary to anybody has any questions [Music] there was a question last time um you're adding uh policies and we didn't we held that last time because
007there was a question how you force that anecdote uh there was an update how that provided so there are several ways one I did share with you [Music] for Health Services commissioned access applies [Music] District so those policies will be up in the first reading um the second one is you have an update core docs which is our policy hosting um software and they uploaded all of our flywalls through Section 9000. so hundreds hundreds of days and policies have been loaded for the system they're currently in direct so they're not publicly accessible there's two steps that need to be completed one is to [Music] which is great we just have to format them and then publish them so in that regard and regarding trainings that will be required one on the formatting and then one
008on how to react to produce this system in production so it doesn't get new policies and make them searchable there's you need to figure out exactly how we're doing that hours [Music] create an estimated time framework nope it could be accessible uh no we need to go from draft to published and that information right now and is that as per policy or is that the entire quote so if they format one policy would that be accessible and as they go into the groundwork could be done individual so it's something I'd like to see done in terms of progressing for this once the training has been affected by uh you know your assistant um and then there's a question of the hours I want to take actually properly um [Music] they had their last meeting on
009the 31st of May where they elected new leadership um the new co-presidents vice president um from the bpac organization uh they just wanted to send their thanks to the board and to [Music] listening to all of the parents on a variety of topics with children and of course looking forward to continue um as we've been wrapping up the end of the school year from an Administration standpoint we had a great uh 2023 graduation ceremony last night very very nice congratulations to all of my credits um and then moving into the summer we have Blazers on July 11. and then uh summer Recreation will be the beginning next week after school on the 25th of June to August 4th um and then there were in this past month uh during June a successful North versus South
010where thirteen thousand dollars and real first aid as well as the food truck festival with all those seeds [Music] um [Music] president Ronnie Jones she had another garage I would like to take a moment and acknowledge the dedication and service you found yourself has provided to the real Elementary School in such a short period of time he's been a successful instrument instructional leader that has fostered a safe productive learning environment for all of our students he has also developed a trustworthy and collaborative important environment professional and has performed as an exemplary interim superintendent the experience has an educational leader has allowed for a smooth transition from December until the president [Music] learning community [Applause] thank you for those kind words [Music] but important thank you because all of that were um to make that happen
011and as I mentioned last night at graduation the staff here worked very very hard to make sure everyone stepped up their name to make sure uh in particular I want to thank his love Mr Sandia Mrs Gregory for all their hard work and Villages um as they'll all tell you about the attack on their shoulders 10 times a day to ask questions and of course uh committee level and at work level um pretty quickly uh and I've enjoyed that relationship thank you everyone [Applause] [Music] um [Music] superintendent programs thank you Joe I'm asking that we really approach on day 12 separately second okay Mr Becker yes Mr Williams yes this is me yes yes and I'll make a motion for a12 seconds yes um [Music] yes this is me yes this is Mr Wolf yes
