Hi, this is Tech Exploratory and this is Cat TV News. Hi, I'm Gabe. >> And I'm Kai. And this is Cat TV News. >> The plant cell is now underway in environmental science. It runs all this week, open from 8:00 a.m. till 2:30 p.m. Cat TV reporters are on the scene. Let's take a look. >> Hello, I'm here with >> Chloe Haley. Um, can you tell me a little bit about the plant sale? >> So, the plant sale, it's hosted by the environmental sciences class. It happens from June 1st until June 5th. It's during the school day from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Um, it's like a good affordable option if you're looking to get some plants. Like places like Lowe's and Home Depot and everything else. Uh, they're pretty expensive. Everything here is pretty

cheap, pretty affordable. We grow it all ourselves, most of it. Um, and you know it all the funds go towards supporting our class and everything. So, it's good to show up. Show some support. Support your community. >> Yeah, we have a variety of plants, herbs, and flowers. So, stop by and veggies. Lots of tomatoes. Come get a tomato. >> Recently, the culinary class competed in Atlantic City and won just about everything. Carpentry went with them because they helped build the backdrop, which had a Coastg Guard team. They also won first place. Here to tell us more is Caleb Waller and the crew from Carpentry. >> Hello, I'm Caleb and I'm here with >> with the one and only Josh R, >> Lucas Trouts, >> Maria Torres, Lindsay Grunfell, Alex Clark, >> and I'm here with

them because they won multiple things at a competition they just recently did. Uh, what was the theme and what made you decide on it? It was um you basically we were doing what like what are counties known for which because we're in Kate May it's the Kate May Coast Guard. So we did the Coast Guard helicopter. >> Uh how long did it take you to build and what was it used for? So, it took roughly around two weeks to build this and like a little bit of like rushing towards it. And my teammate over here will uh explain what it was used for. >> So, it was used as a backdrop or almost a walkway for the people to bring food through to present at a table. And the table was themed as the rescue

basket. Oh, we have here a nice helicopter with our captain Serrano and Lieutenant Roaring in on our seats. And we have a bunch of well two lifeguards and with a beautiful code right here for Cape May with a couple numbers on it. And last but not least, we have the US Coast Guard logo on here. And that's basically our helicopter. >> Thanks for that interview. Recently, the boys volleyball team held a senior night. They honor the players and the managers of the team who will be graduating with the class of 2026. Let's take a look. >> All right, we're gonna start with the managers. All right, first up, we have a new manager this year. She's running the scoreboard most of the time. Gianna's been in it the entire season and done a great job.

So, Giana Hart, come on down. Giana's favorite memory is when I and when coach Wanker myself had to do the book for a day. It was a terrible thing. manager Sammy Zuvo. Sammy has stuck it out the entire season, for the last three seasons. All right. Her best position that she wishes she could play if she played was benchwarmer. And uh the thing that's favorite to her for this season was chaotic bus rides. We had a lot of people and we had a lot of travel and it did get chaotic. Our last and final senior manager, Ray Hunter. Let's go, Ray. Ray is also stucking out for most seasons. Ray has been like a key leader. Ray and Sammy have led the managers this year. If you didn't know, we had like 12 managers at

the beginning of the season and they have organized all of that. All right. Her favorite memory is her and Sammy being chaotic on the bus. She doesn't love she doesn't hate anything for the season. Um, her advice that she would give is always be ready to duck out of the way when you hear Jude yell, "Had up. Heat. Heat. Now it's time for question of the week. What is your summer job? >> Uh my summer job is going to be bed rotting. >> Uh my I'm working on Morris Pier. >> My summer job I work at an aquarium. >> I'm going to be working at Jersey Mike's. >> I work at a marina. >> My summer job is beach tagging. My summer job is dishwashing. >> My summer job is working with aerial banner planes.
