001[Music] good morning I'm Stephen and I'm Cammy and this is C TV News last week the ASL class with Miss narcisso requested the wishes a great school year and a welcome back let's take a look e thanks miss narcisso that was very very nice of you two weeks ago was back to school night here's some highlights [Music] for [Music] oh that was so cool anyway last Tuesday I did a broadcast and an interview with 98.7 The Coast on their annual School tour let's take a look hi I'm Cammy here with Cat TV news with 98 .7 the coast host Mark Hunter right here and after interviewing a select few students I think it's only fair we ask you a few questions okay so the first thing that we want to ask is just tell us
002a little bit about your station like where you're centered what you usually cover on and so forth oh thank you very much uh 987 to Coast is a local radio station we've been in Kate May County for over 30 years uh we do like to focus on a lot of community events such as the back to school tour um we also play some music we like to play uh a lot of pop music uh artists like Lady Gaga and uh Sabrina Carpenter Bruno Mars stuff like that um but also we like to provide a lot of local news coverage we do cover uh some high school sports like basketball football and uh we just love to talk about things going on in the community and we are just we're just thrilled to have been here
003for the back to school Tour all right and a little more about that back to school store for any oncoming students or freshman that just came in um is this an annual thing absolutely this is an annual event uh and we stop at five high schools throughout Cap May County we started uh with Wildwood this year and then we went to Middle Township uh we uh visited the Wawa Catholic Academy we also visited lower K May Regional and the final stop has traditionally been here at K May Technical High School and it's always been a blast all right now I've heard a little something from Mr Jones Is it true that Tech is your favorite school to visit I love the fact that uh every year uh Tech has the the conclusion of the broadcast
004uh with with Hannah Toof and the animals but really I one thing I love about Cape Tech is just the variety of programs that you guys offer and it always seems to change it's amazing to hear about the conference center and uh uh you know the the the new dining restaurant and all the things that have been added the volleyball team and uh yeah I I really do love broadcasting here every school brings a little something but I always look forward to coming here to Tech each and every year to find out what's new and there's always something amazing to learn so yes it's definitely my favorite all right well that's all we need from you um thank you for coming out and we hope we set your tour off with a blast thank you
005so much for having us and appreciate it and thanks for the interview back to me in the studio I think I did a good job anyway for those unfamiliar with the school store here's Max to tell you a little bit about it hey Hawks welcome to the tech store here we're with Mr Bren and uh do you guys have a name for this place yet uh we're currently working on it I posted a survey for all my seniors and I'm soon going to post that to all faculty and and administrators so they can give me their input as well and then uh we'll go from there that sounds great so when is this place open well it's actually open now we opened up for back to school night and uh we are currently open now
006okay that sounds great when can we visit uh you can visit during either Lunch Period so we're open during both lunch periods however uh we do have a QR code so you can actually scan that and place an order at any time and pick it up during one of the lunch periods okay that sounds great you can scan the QR code right here and what do you guys sell here well we sell um hats we have two types of hats we have baseball caps and knit hats we sell hoodies warm-ups uh long sleeve and short sleeve shirts okay that sounds great thank you oh you're welcome back to the studio Thanks Max and for anyone is willing to donate me $20 so I could buy a Cape Tech football t-shirt hit me up he's going
007to use the money for food anyway let's look at question of the week the question was what's your favorite comfort food what are your guys' comfort food uh I like chicken alfredo with broccoli mine's prels French toast SpaghettiOs and my mom's fried fish my favorite comfort food is rice what's your comfort food waa donuts with jimmies mac and cheese chicken tenders Pizza my favorite comfort food is nachos what's your favorite comfort food probably pasta BR short ribs hi my name is Ari and my comfort food is probably Bia tacos Pizza salt and vinegar potato chips my favorite comfort food is probably some chocolate chip pancakes with home fries and sausage my favorite comfort food is my 7 a.m. popsicles my favorite comfort food I would say is pasta any pasta with a lot of cheese
008mine is a sushi for sure for sure my favorite comfort food is Pizza I live in Ocean City so there's like a a plethora of places to go on the balks like MOS is the most famous place but my favorite is uh preps because they put like the sauce on top of on top of the cheese um also I get Dominoes and pizza is my guilty pleasure too thanks uh my favorite comfort food is probably instant cup Ramen my favorite comfort food is Chicken and watermelon my favorite comfort food is probably like Chick-fil-A or ice cream my favorite comfort food is probably like raisin canes or Chipotle uh my favorite comfort food has to be uh garlic knots and mega fries from Panini Andes and wood mine those sounded pretty good what's your favorite comt
