My name is Bertha Flores and I am the board president and we're going to go ahead and call this meeting to order. And I would like to ask Joanne if she can do a roll call vote. Mr. Fuentes? Present. Mr. Ibarra? Present. Mr. Flores? Present. Mrs. Flores? Present. Thank you, Joanne. Okay, I would like to ask our vice president Mr. Fuentes if he can lead us in the pledge of allegiance. Hand over your heart. Ready? Begin. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Thank you, Mr. Fuentes. Okay, we have no amendments to the agenda, so we will not have any action in this in item 1.3. Item 2.0. We have public comment. Do we have anybody here for public comment? Joanne? Nobody's here.
