Jack Schwartz memorial softball game between students and faculty it happens after school at 3 p.m. the cost is 5 dollars and all money will go towards scholarships the school nurse is asking that all health forms be returned this year cat TV reporter lex had the chance to talk to her about it so I got some forums in their mail what's that about hi I'm the school nurse I'm just trying to get ready for next year and for all of our returning 9th
00210th and 11th grade students we'd like to have forms about your health your parent fills it out you don't have to take it to the doctor and the good thing about that is that you can get either Tylenol or ibuprofen next year I won't have to call your parents each and every time and then we're prepared for you it looks like this it's just a white paper and then the first page is just instructions and the second page is the form that your parent completes with all the contact information emergency phone numbers and things of that nature and they sign it and you just return it to me directly I just want to remind you if you're going out for sport please make sure you get your annual sport physical you can check with me
003regarding that last state of that just want to let you know if you have working papers with us before this front office can just write on file and that would suffice for your physical part however if they you don't have it on the front office file just bring them back to me and I will sign your working papers for you - thank you I'm Alex what cat TV is and we'll catch you next time last week was the annual Art Show there was a lot of hard work that went into it here are a few comments from our students [Music] [Applause] [Music] some of selects how do you think the art show is going absolutely going nicely this year in the past we only had it for one day and they share it's two days
