003achieve one broward. Today's school board meeting will operate in and board will review the items as advised and presented by the superintendent. They and published it on the school district's website. The chair's finds pursuant that good cause exist for such changes and accepts the revised agenda. MAY I have a motion and a second to close the agenda. so moved. second. moved by MR. Zeman and seconded by MS. Thompson. All those in favor say aye. aye. any opposed say no. The agenda is now closed. MAY I have a motion a second on item 1. so moved. direct the superintendent to transfer all funds to the handy lease agreement. Moved by MR. Zeman seconded by MS. Thompson. It has been moved and approved and seconded proved item 1. Public comment. DR. Nathalie lynch-walsh. good afternoon, DR. Nathalie

004lynch-walsh, plantation florida. So there are two issues, one is can you get out of this lease? And the then the other is to echo the question from this morning, why? why was this even a thing. I appreciate MS. Bulman bringing the item but this demonstrate why your advisories are important and why it's important to you make sure that they're supported properly. The facilities task force has been tracking and it's been a recurring item the move from rock island to where ever, since the sale happened in 2021. I sent you you guys an email with various attachments demonstrating that even when the board tries to be proactive, if that's not what staff wants, that is not what is going to happen. While I was chair of the facility task force, I managed to get ahead of

005sam bays want to go move to the tscc building because we were trying to reduce administrative space and reusing administrative building does not get you there. However, this time around, when somebody decided to lease space in the handy building, we did not find out about it until after the fact, staff does not attend ftf meetings and the board item did not mention rock island so, it didn't stick out plus it was a couple of weeks after your superintendent removed me so I did not try to stop this before you approved this. So now you paid rent, wiring has been done and the public is outraged because it doesn't make any sense. And remember this is the not first year you've been doing redefining, this is like the second or third year and I sent you

006the second attachment was a board member follow-up where staff was requested to do a costa nal sis of moving from rock island to an under enrolled school? Do you think they did that? No, they brought a presentation, and now your chief of staff can attest to that, because he's now over facility planning for a period of time. So they never did it. They had six pros for moving to ts DR. C and then one pro and seven cons for moving into a school. So this school board could have seen proactive except that staff didn't want that. And then there is radio silence and misinformation and this did not need to happen. And I'll be turn thising over to inspect or general because this was management wastefulness. Thank you. thank you. We'll move on to board

007debate, MS. Bulman. thank you, chair. So this item involves a contract of commercial lease approve amount that we approved on JUNE 17th, 2025. And I want to go through a little bit about the history or the facts as we knew them to be at the time. So the item, the item was brought, we voted on it, there was a representation on the executive summary that we had either in 90 or 180-day termination cause for convenience which upon for closer review is not included in that lease. Then on JUNE 309ing, the skaoltz of hope was expand today allow to allow charter schools to colocate in schools that are under capacity. On AUGUST 10th, 2025, it was the first day of school and that week we realized that we were having a significant under enrollment that exceeded

008our expectation, the projection that's we had for the school year. And on OCTOBER 8, 2025, we received letters from mater academy one of the schools of charter identifying 27 schools in our district that are under capacity that they would like to colocate in. So this is, a very sensitive and important thing that we're addressing right now, because of all of those facts. We are in a significant budget deficit situation. We don't have any money, but more importantly, we have space that we need to fill. Or we will be vulnerable to having the schools of hope come in. So we're not in a position right now to be in this lease. You know, the south and central parts of the county in particular, are facing redefining. We're discussing proposals to close schools, we're, MS. Thompson like

009she said is meeting every day with different schools, talking about what is going to be happening to them. I've been working with MS., with DR. Wanza to try to find partner to fill space in the schools in district one. I know other people have, and so, we're all working on this and then we've got this lease out here, that is causing 500,000 a year. And while the lease was affective JUNE 17th, my understand is that we have not moved into. We're paying for two leases because we still have the rock island lease in affect and the bottom and we've expended costs to wire it and what have you, we need to cut our losses right now. We have to be very vigilant. We have a if I fiduciary beaut to the people. We don't have

010the quick out that we thought we had, but there is a termination clause and with all do respect to the landlord, we are, we have to do everything that we can to try to get out of this lease. So I think we can make a good argument based on the termination clause that is in there and at the very least we need to cut our losses and negotiate something and not take anymore funds to be moving into this place and figure out somewhere else. Wick take the money and renovate another of our properties that we have space in, and you know, also avoid schools from coming in. Thank you, I look forward to what my colleagues have to say. MS. Thompson. thank you, chair and thank you MS. Bulman for bringing this item. I think

011it is imperative, well two things. So first, I think I echo a lot of frustration that the executive of the lease that there was an easy out with without clause but the actual contract language that was not what was in the contract. And back at the original meeting this was passed, I had hesitation because I knew we did have this under enrollment issue, was it as significant as we now know? No we're finding out things every day. And I remember looking at the executive summary and saying, there is a termination clause if we have to enact that it, we have that way out. And to find out later that it's not, it's just very important that the information the staff is delivering to us, we read several contracts every meeting. And I want to echo

012what MS. Bulman says, at my community meetings, this contract has been brought up. Because they're saying, you don't have money to keep my school open but you have money to fund staff. And that's the sentiment that is echoed through these conversations. And even though I explain that there will be cuts and contract changes that's not what people are hearing in the news. And we need to start speak withing our actions and not words and if there is a way out of this contract, we need to take any option to do so. So I really thank MS. Bulman for bringing this as rapidly as possible. And unfortunately I have another meeting, so I'll be joining via video. Thank you very much. and MS. Batista, since it was brought up, is there a legal way to get

013out of this contract. can you maybe address that before we move on? I will differ to MR. Coony. thank you, MS. Batista, through the chair. Thank you. Yeah, so this particular lease like most other outside party lease agreement does not have a termination for convenience @ all but annual and that was the article that was sited in MS. Bulman's board item. So article point 12, states that school board shall be contingent and that at the if they do not allocate funds be provided under the lease, the lease MAY be terminated at the independent of the period for which funds have been allocated. So that does give us an avenue to defund and to extricate ourselves and terminate the lease. It doesn't have any exemptions, it doesn't go into detail about the funding mechanism, at this

014point, that's the only mechanism that we have. okay, I have more questions but I'll ask when it's my turn. DR. Holness. thank you, MADAM Chair, so board member bulman, I appreciate you bringing this item to us. I think this is certainly, relevant and important that this is going forward. I did mention, even before we, had the hope issue, that others will act on our behalf. And I have said that in the past. We're closing schools, board member thompson who is joining us online, shortly. She has schools that are potentially closing in our district, I have schools closing in my district. So this is concerning, we have a significant decline and a number in our student population enrollment. This has resulted in significant amount of funding loss. A a district, leasing spaces is not what we

015need to do. It's important that we redirect our funds, there is schools where families have object proveeter, they have economic hardship, communities with homeless children, schools with major facilities issues, we have to be very very, careful and responsible in how we spend money. We have, teachers who deserve to be paid more, we have students who are not getting the maximum resources because we have funding issues. So this is concerning. And so, I am going, I thank board member bulman for bringing this forward. Because we're not in a position when we have a significant amount of emerging space because of declining student enrollment. Thank you very much, I appreciate it. MR. Cervera? thank you, chair. I have two ask backs. I can appreciate the fact that this contract was voted back in JUNE. Before the school

016board stated before this year and before we got our enrollment numbers in. I don't think this it's secret that this is hemaging money. We're losing students and staff members and certainly the current business model as many times is not one that is sustainable. We should be not spending millions and I realize that this contract was entered into before we got the letters but in my mind this was a mistake from the very get go. On finding a way to get out of this terrible contract that will cost this district millions if we don't take immediate actions. That being said, my question to the district, to the general council is this. MS. Batista, pursuant to article 21.12, are you confident that this is a viable way to terminate this contract from the landlord? This is the

017most viable, mechanism to terminate the contract as it is written. And I agree with you. I do read contracts that are presented. I found it to be that it's our standard language that we generally have termination provisions in our contracts whether they be 90 days, 120 days, whatever it MAY be, we usually have, that that clutch that termination provision. This is a three-page agreement that andy provided for us. The provisions in there are perfectly legal. Staff is perfect able to recommend the agreement on the terms provided. When I looked at it initially, it's 43 pages, actually. I noticed that many of these so that's it. The agreement itself, was legal as to form and contact, it was a ownerous one sided type of agreement. and I'm not suggesting that the contract the question was not

018legal, I mean, it's a contractual agreement. Parties can generally can contract for whatever they want, right? My question is, that allow us to get out, as a master of convenience why was not bargained for and not included? Was there no ck and forth? well I donon'ttypicallget asked to engage in contracting. I want to make sure that I understand the process. We were in the market for a property, we found one that we liked apparently, and for the record, most of this if not all, is negotiating, I believe what happened in 2025 maybe going to 2024. I believe so. okay, so we find the property that we like and we contact the landlord and what do we say? Just give us a lease? I think you have to redirect the request because I'm not involved in

019any of you. Our office is not involved. okay, I'm trying to wrap my head around where we get a one-sided contract that we don't negotiate, I see some of the edits that your office does. I generally agree with a lot of our form contracts. I'm trying to figure out why, we did fn have our standard provision. this is not a formal agreement, again. And we do not impose a party. It's something that the administration would impose upon the agreement. Especially when it comes to commercial lease that's are drafted by the office party. I've never seen one that comes through our office without cause provision. DR. Fulton, can you have staff that did the contractor negotiations, if it wasn't through legal counsel answer MR. Cervera's questions? so do you want to describe? in my understanding, it

020would go through the portfolio department, MR. A kubuz o's department. MS. Paul? I'm directed it to you or MS. Batista, was what I just said accurate. we have the ability to negotiate, yes, but that's not the course of business that we've taken in the past with regard to leases. it's not your to make sure that the district. I review them, not negotiate them. and you don't negotiate, you just make sure that there are legally feasible that there is an inten tour provision in here or something crazy. we identified provisions in the agreement that are not typical and not favored, but they don't strike them or remove them, we bring them to the attention to the department and present iting for the school board for consideration and approval, and that's what we did in this case.

021after your review in this contract in which you decided not to negotiate, did you go to back to MR. A kubuz o's office, hey, this is missing? did you bring that to any attention? I didn't bring the termination provision to their attention but I did bring others and did not get any feedback. why was the provisions not brought back to MR. A kubuz o's office? they don't typically have them. This has an out with regards to funding, if you don't have your funds, that's your mechanism so that is satisfied any minimum legal lead to protect your district. There is no reason to question why they were going to present the lease to the board for consideration and for the need for the lease. There was no red flags. if I'm a landlord, trying to rent

022a commercial property for 2.5 million dollars, of course I'm not going to give you a termination for convenience in the lease. Nobody in the right mind will do that. If they did that, they won be a good landlord. It's on us to find things like that. And I know we've done it in the past. I've seen them. I'm struggling to understand why it was not done in this case? And it's so important, MR. Kaouny because somebody thought that it was. Not that out landish of an idea if somebody thought, somebody thought it was in there. I would like to move on if I MAY. i think I've gotten the information that I need. In regarding the executive summary aspect of this. , I don't know what is worse, the executive summary or the fact that

023we needed a provision in here. I said this before, and I'm certainly not being brag docious, I I am a lawyer by trade, I have a leg up than some of my colleagues that MAY not deal with contracts as I do on a regular or professional basis. A lot of us rely on these executive summaries, they do. They look for the importance, they look for the substance, they look for the proverbial meat and potatos without having to do a deep dive into a 44-page contractual agreement with other parties. This mistake, in the executive summary, would have lead the reader into thinking, we had a way out by via 100-day of termination. How on earth was that confused. This summary in all regards could not have been more wrong. And when we, finally uncover this, there

024is some media stories on it. Some of us become aware of what happened and we ask for back up, documentation, and what do we get? We get another memo, saying that there was a scribner's error in the original version of what presented to us. Now, believe me chair, there is no irony that is lost in all of this, in the most resent memo which spelled the words scribner's wrong, it spelled it with a b. I don't mean to cut you off. I'm going to finish chair if I MAY. I'm going to finish chair, if I MAY. So there is no irony loss in the fact that we misspelled scribner's error. In the memo that we got. However, what really erked about all of this is scribner's error is if somebody MISS Spells my name. Or

025if I get an extra hyphen in a name, that's a scrib ner's error is not when you mix up whether or not a contract can be terminated or extended by 180-day notice. That is not a scribner's error. This in my mind, chair is unacceptable. And I'd like to ask the following question. Chair, who drafted the original summary that was presented to the board before the JUNE 17th vote was taken? And who drafted the executive follow-up summary that we got explaining that was a quote unquote scribner's error. I'll have DR. Fulton answer that and we'll have to move to another board member on the list, we have a policy about five minutes and we're way beyond five minutes. I appreciate the extra time. DR. Fulton. thank you, MS. Paul? both were out of my department. sorry

026was that a punt? she said her department. do we know who in the department drafted it? I approved it. okay. did you draft it? no. Out of my leasing department, real estate and leasing department but I approved it. sxl was the first executive summary and the follow-up that we received with the scribner's explanation? yes to. My knowledge. are there safeguards to make sure that something like this does not happen again? definitely in terms of if we enter into a contract, making sure that we coordinate with legal to make sure that the termination clause is included. thank you. Thank you, chair. thank you. DR. Zeman. thank you, chair. this body made a mistake, and it's easy to to point fingers to people, but every time do that, you're pointing three fingers at your self. It's our

027responsibility to ask questions and the broward school board for make thising mistake. I don't think that we can walk away from our own responsibilities, I think we got to own this as well. We're going to terminate this contract tonight. All the other details, we got to take time to think through these processes, we learned some things about legal review and negotiation that's surprise to see some of us. And we need to tighten those up and make sure that this board is aware of everything that we have to approve. Clearly the legal review was different than expected. And that's an area in which we can make some dramatic improvements. But at the end of the day, we had some agenda, we had time to review it. We blew this with a capitol r, this is our

028mistake. And so, if we're going to, cancel this, which is great, and I appreciate that, MS. Bulman did some amazing work, to get this to us, the damage will be minimum. We will find space for the staff that we're going to go there and better spaces and I'll remind people, that we're doing a lot of other things to save money. We voted 9 to nothing to do that. We're actively moving lease space into this building, we are moving staff from buildings that we have sold or leased into schools, and we're doing everything we can to do make sure that we're being as efficient as possible going forward with this space in broward county. So this is a black eye, at the times let's take it as a black eye, let's heal and fix the things

029that we can fix and move on, thankful that this will be damage and thankful to the people that are still here to fix this. MADAM, superintendent if you don't mind. Could we, at get a follow on on you on lessons learned from this particular item, you know, both for kind of general staff improvements and for school board improvements to make sure that we don't do this again? so that is a yes and thank you DR. Zeman we're prepared to do a after action after this board meeting. I'll differ to MS. Paul. yes it did. It was the deposit that we put down, the 80,000 plus the -- let me make sure that we got one. We are fixing the problem, I hope MADAM Superintendent that we can learn from this and make sure that, that

030we are more thoughtful about how we describe things and we do things in a different way. I for one, is going to be looking hard at kind of relationship between the different departments negotiate versus a legal review. I think we have to accept the way things happened and that's, you know, not the way you do things in the modern world, as MR. Cervera pointed out, lawyers need to be empowered to do what lawyers do well, to ensure that we get the best deal from every deal. Even if it's a contract from somebody else, as a body we've got to spend other people's money with a great degree of fidality. and I agree with MR. Zeman, this board needs to take accountability. It's easy to blame other people, but we all need to take accountability. I

031appreciate MS. Paul taking ownership for her department and I appreciate DR. Fulton informing us that they will be doing an after-action on this after the meeting. But still have some questions and concerns. Can somebody again, help me understand the process for negotiating this contract? like the collaboration that happened between our real estate department and legal? MS. Paul and MS. Batista? so the process is, that not just for this contract, but in general, the user department which would be in this case, the real estate department, would you know, identify whatever lease they're looking for or space they're looking for, that's something that that department would do. Once they find that space, they would negotiate from usually our template a lease with that other party in this particular case for whatever reason, they accepted the contract that

032was presented by the landlord. Once that those items are negotiated by that department, be it in the real estate department in other cases, it could be another user department then it comes to legal to review as to substance and form and that's what we, sign off on, if we obviously see something that is, that is different from what we normally would see as in this case, MR. Coony wrote a couple of emails to that department and he did not receive a response as to some issues that he identified with the contract. And you know from that point forward, from my department's view, if, if operations of the district would like to have a particular agreement for whatever reason, we do not question, the business operation part of of the deal, we only look at it

033to make sure that it's legally sufficient. okay, I don't know if MS. Paul wants to add anything. no I don't. do we know why MR. Coony did not receive a response to his email lagging his contract? MS. Batista? no, we do not. MS. Paul? that is something that I have to look into, I was not aware of that. okay, so it sounds like to me that there is a communication lapse that I think, should be unacceptable for our standards, so I hope that that is remedied. I heard MS. Coony say that this is like an ownerous one-sided agreement, so why didn't our team negotiate something that was not ownerous and one-sided? is that question for DR. Fulton? it's been established that legal does not negotiate that piece. let me ask a different question. Let me

034ask a different question. Did legal represent that this was an ownerous one-sided agreement to staff in any way? MS. Batista. I believe so, yes. I didn't use the term ownerous but I said that there is multiple provision that's is not favored such as identify fickation, I didn't use ownerous, but in my words, you have a 43-page agreement, it's well written but in favor of the landlord. uz use the words, several provision that's are not favored by sb B.C. correct. ?A. Are legal but not favorable. right. And you did not receive a response to that? no. is that acceptable? no. what message does this send to other organizations as we look to do real estate transactions in the coming months and years? DR. Fulton? well, seeing it play out like this, certainly doesn't make any other

035businesses or anything like like they want to go into agreement with us if we enter a contract and putting a pause. I could see why there is questions and concerns how we got here and how we got here. I look at it from a different perspective, if I'm an organization look to go do a transaction with us and we agreed to, an agreement that was not favored by us, it looks like we, we are open for people to exploit us and that is certainly not my position. And it's very concerning to me given the position we are in with under enrollment and so on and so forth with what we're trying to do with our schools. So I guess I'll ask, what I think are the most important questions, which are what accountability measures are

036being taken to remedy the fact that the nature of of this agreement was misrepresented to the board? DR. Mult on? -- fulton. so like I said earlier, we have to do an after-action and determine where the gaps were and where we did not follow process and procedure and hold those accountable whenever we're leasing an agreement with anyone. okay. And then, the same question goes to the fact, you know, what accountability measures are we going to take regarding the fact that we were presented with an agreement that was owner us and one-sided and not favored by us? I'll tell you what, the board memebers up here, we're being held accountable in the court of public opinion, we're getting the phone calls and we're embarrassed by our vote on this. But what, how is staff being held

037accountable for not doing more to protect this institution from an agreement that was not favorable to us? so certainly as MS. Paul stated, we have to go back and check with the person of the person that entered the agreement on our side would be cps and to see how we did not work in conjunction and collaboration with legal because it when it comes to agreement, we want legal to be the biggest advisor, making sure that we enter an agreement that is not in favor of anyone anyone else but in favor of us. thank you. If we vote yes on this item, can we expect legal action from the organization that we're entered the agreement with? MS. Batista? MR. Moony. depends, I don't want to get in the details on the details that would be favorable

038to them and not us. I know we have other lease agreements teed with andy, perhaps there is room for negotiation. if there were to be legal action and I guess it would depend on what that would look like, do we have any idea how much that would cost us or is that too far in the future? I appreciate MS. Bulman bringing this forward. I really hope that the commitments that were made here tonight around, doing an after action holding individuals, accountable so this does not happen again, putting safeguards in place so this does not happen again, and sending the message that we are not up for exploitation, when you're doing business with us, I really hope that we make good on those commitments. Thank you. thank you. MS. Rupert? thank you. This is been a

039de de bocle but the other company created thed contract, I'm disappointed that the contract still went forward even though our attorneys on record stated it was not in our best interest. Aif few questions. Did the superintendent's office have the attorney's hestantans on record? I don't think. if not, which is what I thought you were going to answer, we have a bigger problem. Why was this hestance not shared with the board and certainly the superintendent before the board? MS. Batista? well, hind side, 2020, normally that's not the procedure. We try to use with the department and not elevate a situation to you know, to the superintendent or the board. And you know, the process would be that that department would you know, obviously respond to us and try to, negotiate better terms with the guidance from

040legal. thank you for that. But, it's still doesn't really answer the question as to, how it kept going forward when there were moments along the way that could have been stopped. Also I want to thank, the advocates and people from committees that were here today because they are the canary in the mine and they certainly to even get to the point to have this conversation and awareness, was from advocates and I asked for follow-up, which MR. Cervera, I can't talk, sorry. MR. Cervera so eloquent' ly said, that there were errors in the follow-up and misinformation about us getting back to it. So bringing it back to that point. So I was doing quick math, english major, so give me a little grace. We lost close to 147,000 dollars, is that right? 19,233 for JUNE and

04142,500 for JULY AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, and OCTOBER, that's been paid. For total of about 275,000, or just under. okay, just to point out, that it was not just the one month, cause that was not clear. So, I have a couple of questions. First, early on when, school board member bulman was talking, she mentioned something about paying lease to both rock islands and handy, I just want to be clear, we own rock island, yes? We don't pay a lease? no, we sold it. so we're paying a lease to them to stay in there I'm going to differ to MS. Paul but we sold the property. we sold the property and we're not paying a lease but we are responsible for the maintenance for the areas that we occupy and the after that, after we get out, the

042urban league will tear down the whole facility. but we're not paying a lease. Okay. Thank you. couple so I guess my other question, and I'm sure people are listening, we do have a long term relationship with handy and sort of to MS. Leonardi insinuate. I just want to know how the district would frame this in a way that would not hurt the partnership. In termentz of a lawsuit, we did fund this in your budget so to back out of this at this point, I think, would be my concern, like I get it for the next school year and on, but it's already budgeted, we already got a budget. I'm not saying that I don't want to get out of it. We're halfway into this year already. So if MR. Coony could give his thought on

043is that, something that, that would be a big flag? So I have a concern, most of the time we're explaining that our legal department is, is, looking into things too much and that it's taking long because they're putting the items back and forth, so I do just want to say that, you know, the legal department often does do the job of looking at a contract and looking out for the best interest of the district. So I don't want anyone to walk away here, thinking that, legal does not do that on a regular basis, because I can tell you from many conversations with MS. Batista, that that definitely happens. So, I appreciate the item. I do agree that we should be putting our staff in places in our own schools and places where we have space.

044But I do have a huge concern about how this alters and affects our very positive and needed relationship with handy if we just, back out in the middle as oppose today finishing a year that is being funded already. And we'll finish off with MS. Bulman. thank you, chair. I have a question about legal, I also do this for my day job. So, the commercial lease agreement is usually pro landlord and that's how they write them. So the fact that the executive summary said that there was a termination clause was amazing to me and I thought this is great. I actually think that the allocation clause was very good, I believe MR. Coony put that into the lease. So that is very helpful to us. Oh it's already there? Okay, so was good, I don't think

045that the lease is particularly terrible or unusual. But I do think that there is over archer issue of why we're having this lease brought to you when we're under enrolled and have a ton of space and plenty of place to see put people. And like I said in the beginning, we're out there, trying to protect our schools, trying to represent our communities, trying to do the least amount of damage and here we are fighting over a lease that we should have never had in front of us. In terms of our relationship with handy, this is a tough one but this is business and we've been through a day of very tough budget realities. And so we're going to have to make some tough decisions, I think it's going to come to this as well and

046obviously, we don't know how much it would cost to delegate. We've already paid them a ton of money and if you look on the other side of it, we are going to have to pay a ton of money to move everybody into the handy building and move people out of the handy building. There is money going fob lost, so we have to figure out how we have our losses. Schools of hope are coming, breathing down necks, we've already had letters from one of seven operators. I think it behooves how we're going renovate our schools because that's where we need to put our prior pits. There is a lot of unknowns, but we're going to be spending money either way. So I just hope that, as a district, we're not going getting anymore of these proposals

047coming to us and we figure out how we're going to use the space that we have affectively. Thank you. call the question. okay, all those in favor of calling the question, say aye. aye. those opposed say no. no. I had something I wanted to add. All right. All those in favor of the item say aye. aye. any opposed? Any opposed? I don't hear DR. Zeman? Or DR. Holness. alhadeff, yes. we got that. DR. Holness? Are you on the line? I'm sharing them all on the line. but, I didn't hear their answer. make sure they're unmute. sorry, did you get me, I said yes. yes, I got the two of you, I just didn't hear DR. Zeman or holness. So minus DR. Holness and DR. Zeman. 7-0, so the motion passes. ork, the scheduled order of

048business for this special school board meet ing of school board of broward cocoun flflididhas beenen cpleted. Bebefore I do that,, jujust want to mentn n alal qui that there are also other things attached to going into handy so we ask what we paid to handy but there is a couple of 10,000 that also went into wiring stuff. So I just wanted that on the record. Seeing no obligation, I now adjourn the meeting. Have a great day.
