Special Lake County School Board Meeting January 12, 2026

001Good evening everyone. This is a special meeting of the finance corporation for the school board of Lake County, Florida. Today is January the 12th, 2026. We just finished a meeting, so we're going to skip the pledge of allegiance and the moment of silence and we're going to go right into the topic 3.01, the annual election of officers for the finance corporation for the school board of Lake County, Florida. And Mr. Ward is going to Chairman Matias. In the past, the finance corporation has elected the chair of the board as the president, the vice chair as the board of the board as the vice president, the superintendent as secretary, and the chief financial officer as treasurer. I recommended the financing corporation continue this practice by appointing Bill Matias as president, Stephanie Luke as vice president, the superintendent as secretary, and myself as treasurer. >> So moved. >> Second. >> Any discussion?
