Um as you know, we completed the preparation for the FY27 budget. It's been published in the Harris County Journal. So, if we have anybody here that would like to see that, you can get that in the central office in my office or you can see it posted in the

Uh at this time, uh FFA member Kyler Monol will lead us in the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. So before we get started with our special recognitions and and item H, I'm going to take a privilege as being the chair of the Harris County Board of Education and say a few words about the gentleman sitting next to me over here. This is Dr. last official meeting as superintendent of the Harris County School District. And I would like to again publicly thank Dr. Penny for all of his years of dedicated service to this school district, as
a teacher, as an administrator, as a superintendent. Uh you've done an excellent job. you are truly going to be missed and we greatly appreciate all of your time that you spend away from your family serving the parents and students of Paris County Schools and I just wanted to recognize you. Thank you so much. Thank you for allowing me that. All right, so that will take us to item eight on our agenda, special recognition. And first on our list is CTAE and FFA. >> Good evening everyone. My name is Dalton Jones and I'm here to recognize the wildlife team um for the Ben County Department School FA chapter. I'd like to recognize members who place second in the state in the wildlife management CDE. This competition requires members to demonstrate their technical and management skills related
to wildlife habitat and harvesting regulations. Each competitor first competed in their individual assessment of deer management, game bird biology, aquatic management, and general identification. Then all teams competed in the team activity portion. HMS delivered the highest team activity score of any middle school or high school team at state events, propelling them to a second place overall finish in the state. Team members included Lincoln Moss, deer management, Avery Finch, game bird biology, Colt Johnson, general identification, and Ellen Smith, aquatic management. Woo. The team placed second in the area competition in December and advanced to state in February. As a competition that showcases great achievement by placing as the state runner up. Congratulations to the team. Hi there. Uh my name is Miss Gonzalez. I'm a high school agriculture teacher and I have two wonderful members with
me today. Uh first off, we have Kyler Morno. He received his state degree this year. Um, in order to do that, you have to accumulate over 300 hours with your supervised a experience. And Kyler actually had over 1,500 hours. So, we definitely surpassed that requirement. Um, his SAE focuses on horse training and competing in radios and volunteering at radio. So, we're super proud of Kyler. Um, this is a great accomplishment from for him. From here, he can go on to uh complete an application to receive his American degree, which less than 1% of FKA members ever do. And Kyler actually already achieved our performance for that. So we know that it's only up from here for him. So our next member is Morgan Goon. Uh Morgan did really well this year. Um so she placed
first in her aggra science fair project. Um she tested two different um effects of comfort mix thresh treatment for horse. So she placed first at states. So she will go um and compete at nationals in no in October, November. Um she also placed first in her proficiency area. So she had four projects over the span of four years testing different applications and treatments for thrush and horse nodes and a study researching the most common treatment for the bacteria. But she also placed first in so she will also compete at nationals for that later this year. Uh not to stop there, Morgan also competed in a ed. She was the region winner for the third year in a row and this year she placed third in the state. I'm Shelley Driscoll Reagan. I am the proud
athletic director of Harris County Carver Middle School. I am pleased to share some of our successes for this year school year. Um we'd like to start with golf and our head coach Dean Boyer. Thank you. Uh, golf is a unique sport at Harris County Carver Middle School in that we have two seasons, a fall and a spring. And in the fall, we had 48 kids come out and participate. And in the spring, we had 60 kids. These are our top golfers that we're going to introduce you to tonight. And I've asked Coach Cena to kind of take over because my voice may leave at any moment. So, coach, thank y'all for the time tonight and for the recognition. Um, we had some some team achievements. This team won four out of six tournaments and won
regular season championship with the CJA. That's the Columbus Junior Golf Association. We had one individual tournament winner, Jake Jake Seaman. Um and when you get into the city championship, we came in second place by one stroke. We were we were right there going into the last last hole. Um but the team team really performed well. And then what CJA does at the end of the season is they invite the top 16 ranked RERS in Chattahuchi Valley to participate in a match play competition at Green Island Country Club. And we had eight eight of the 16 banks county. Um, and then on the very last hole of the competition, he came and stepped forward. This young man sunk an 18 ft birdie butt to win the competition. >> Okay. Hello, my name is Uh, first and
foremost, I would like to thank God and and secondly, I would like to thank my dad and mom for being at every match. And I would like to thank my dad for taking me to practice every day. Third, I would like to thank my all my coaches, two in particular, Coach Dean, thank you for always showing up for make showing up for for me and making practice fun and always supporting me. Coach Seaman, I would I would like to thank you for taking the role of coaching the CJGA team and we came one stroke short from winning the whole thing like I said. And last but not least, I would like to thank all my teammates for representing Harris County Carver Middle School. Go Tigers. And now our head girls soccer Maddie Miller. This season,
our middle school girls soccer team accomplished something truly special. They finished the season undefeated. While we are incredibly proud of their success on the field, what makes this team so remarkable goes far beyond wins and scores. These athletes show dedication, resilience, teamwork, and heart every single day. They pushed each other to improve, supported one another through challenges, and represented our school with sportsmanship and pride. From long practices to intense games, they consistently chose effort, discipline, and teamwork. An undefeated season does not happen by accident and takes commitment from the players, support from families, encouragement from our school staff and administration, and a willingness to work for each other every day. I could not be prouder of this group of young ladies and the example they set both on and off the field. They have truly
earned this recognition, and I am honored to have coach them this season. Thank you. And last, but definitely not least, volleyball coach Tamara Good evening board. Thank you for this opportunity uh to come before you tonight. Tonight we celebrate greatness. We celebrate dominance. We celebrate a team that didn't just win games. They made a statement all season long. The ACCMS Tigers volleyball team has officially cemented their legacy as the queens of the West Georgia Middle School Athletic League. What this team accomplished this season was nothing short of spectacular. Undefeated. Let me say that again for the people in the building. >> Undefeated. >> Every serve, every dig, every strike, every set, this team showed heart, discipline, chemistry, and championship level focus from start to finish. And now they stand tall as the West Georgia Middle
League Athletic League champions. You know, in sports, we talk all the time about dynasties. We talk about programs that create culture win. Well, ladies and gentlemen, HCCMS volleyball has officially entered that conversation in a major way. This championship marks the program's 10th volleyball championship. 10 titles. That is not love. That is excellent. That is tradition. That is title pride. What impressed me most about this group was not just the talent, because trust me, the talent is there. It was their composure under pressure. Championship teams know how to respond when the moment gets big. At every single time this season, the Tigers answered the call. They played for each other. They trusted one another. They competed with passion and represented their school class. To the parents and supporters, your energy fueled this team every step of
the way. And to the players, understand this moment. Championships are forever. Undefeated seasons are rare, but building a legacy. That's historic. Years from now, people will still talk about the HCCMS team. The team that refused to lose, the team that brought home championship number 10, the team that proved that what happens when talent meets hard work and unity. So stand up and celebrate these young champions the right way. West Georgia Middle School Athletic League champions, undefeated season, 10 time HCCMS volleyball champions. Go Tigers. I'd like to take this quick moment to thank the board and our parents for allowing us to brag on our kids this evening. Thank you so much. Good evening. 033agenda in item I, the Harris County Board of Education approved attached meeting minutes for the board meetings held at April 20th, 2026. Uh, I did not get any revisions from Ashley. So, at this term, I will entertain a motion that we approve item I, the April 2026 meeting minutes. Mr. Good second by Dr. Sparks. Any discussion? All in favor? So that will take us to our action agenda and item J1. Um the Harris County Board of Education review and approve the test proposed first draft of the FY27 tentative budget. >> Yes. So, um, you have here the proposed FY27 budget of which we had the first public hearing this evening. Um, and you know, it's been an in-depth process that we've gone through very detailed. We're very proud to present you with this budget. Um,
as I said before, it's been advertised in the Paris County Journal for the last two additions and of course with our requirements. As we always do, we still have another the required um public meeting at the first meeting in uh June and then um this will be tabled until the the next public hearing can be had and then voted on at the second meeting in June. So well this is as this is being a draft or legal council uh just we can vote to approve it as a it's just a draft is not final. There may be no adjustments made to it. This is a draft version and we can approve that version this evening. So I will entertain a motion that we approve item one the first draft of the FY27 budget. Mr. Johnson
seconded by Mr. Proctor. Any discussion? All in favor? All right. And that will take us to item J2. uh that the Harris County Board of Education are do approve the attached proposed student attendance and school climate board of education representative memorandum. Uh and last week um Mr. Proctor and Mr. Goodno um stated that they would be interested in taking on this position. Um okay, so Mr. Hoos is putting his name up for that position. Uh are there any other nominees? Okay. So at this time I'll entertain a motion that we name Steve Goodo as a student attendance and school climate board of education representative. Motion made by Miss Second Mr. Green. Any discussion? All in favor? So thank you for serving in that capacity to do that. We appreciate that. All right. I would take
us to item J3. The Harris County Board of Education review and approved the attached 4H uhou Dr. F. >> Yes. So at this time we have sent back theou force revision by the state extension service and county extension service which was that aircraft school district providing them with a vehicle. um everything else was acceptable in accordance with the current agreement that we had. We are at this time still waiting for that revision to come back official revision to come back from the state extension service. So I would recommend that we table this until next month. All right. So like I said this time I entertain a motion to table the 4ou until next month. All second, Mr. Proctor. Any discussion? All in favor? Second. All right. Now, we'll take this item J4. The Harris County
Board of Education review and approve the attached proposed ESS educational staffing solutions contract. Dr. King. >> Yes. So, we've talked about this staffing solution that we've had in response to some of the high health care costs and um benefits costs for classified staff. Um, what I want to add this week for your information is we've revised the memorandum and at the bottom of the memorandum we have a summary of the school nutrition staff for this transition. We have 37 total school nutrition staff. 10 of the current staff are under TRS um that will stay on the school district payroll because they are TRS. Uh we have one uh that will be full retirement. Um we have five people who are PS plan um that have 10 years of service but do not meet the age
requirements and they will uh stay with the Harris County School District payroll because they're so close to being invested in that in that um benefits package. Uh six employees meet the years of service and age requirements for full retirement. So they plan on retiring, collecting their full benefits and coming right back to work with ESS. So they'll be double dipping. So that's really going to benefit six people there. And then we have 15 more with uh four years of service or less that will transition to ESS. So this is going to be a great solution that meets a lot of needs. Any questions? All right. At this time I will entertain a motion that we approve by the J4 the ESS contract. Mr. Johnson second Dr. Sparks. Any discussion? All in favor? That will take
us to item J5. The Harris County Board of Education review and approve your attention Harris County High School Stadium RFP. Dr. >> So paint uh the RFP went out. Uh we got three bids back for the RFP for Harris County High School Stadium. The best qualified bid was rightway commercial in the amount of $27,84. All right. So at this time I'll entertain a motion to approve item J5 the painting of the Harris County High School Stadium RFP. It's all second Mr. Green. Any discussion? Yes. I will have to check with I will have to check with Mr. Mr. Fisher. >> Okay. He is not against >> it's not there. >> So, we're planning on changing the color. So, it would make sense to match that color with everything. >> All right. So, there was a
>> motion made and a second. Any any further discussion? All in favor? That will take us to item J6 that the Harris County Board of Education review and approve the attached proposed painting Harris County High School gym RFP. Dr. King. >> Okay. Harris County High School Gym RFP. Three companies submitted a bid. Um, Rightway Commercial Codings in the amount of $8,537 was the best qualified bid. >> Yes. All right. So, at this time, I'll entertain a motion that we provide in J6, the painting of the Harris County High School gym RF. Good. Second, Mr. Crock. Any discussion? All in favor? That will take us to item J7 of the Harris County Board of Education review and approve the chance to propose painting Harris County School District central office RFP. Yes, central office needs a a
facelift, especially inside with the painting. It's been years and years and years since that building is painted. We had three companies submit this for the RFP. Again, Rightway Commercial Catings in the amount of $24,784 was the best qualified bid. Yes, several of the offices in the hallways. Um, all of the offices will not be painted because several of the offices have been recently painted. >> Boardroom. No, not at this time. I will entertain a motion to approve item J7 the painting of the Harris County School District central office RF Mr. Proctor second Mr. Johnson any discussion all in favor take us to item J8 that the Harris County Board of Education review and approve to attach proposed paving new Mountain Hill parenting drop off pickup RFP. >> Yes. So, you know, right now the the
big long parent drop off line that goes behind the um old school way back to the playground and it's been very effective at getting all the traffic off of Mount Hill and Highway 219. Um, we hope to we hope to pay for that uh to limit the the potholes and the the dirt and just make it more um effective for that process of dropping off and pick them up. Mcmath Turner, we we had two companies submit bids. McMath Turner Construction Company in the amount of $97,933 was best qualified. So at this time I'll entertain a motion that we approve item J motion made by this second Dr. Any discussion? All in favor? >> That'll take us to item J9. Uh that the Harris County Board of Education review and approve the tax proposed bus purchases.
>> Yes. And as we've talked about through the um the budget process, we are in need of four regular 72 passenger buses and two international lift equip special needs buses. Um the total for those six buses would be is the total for the four buses would be $616,000. two international this time I'll enter we approve it bye J9 I bus purchases Mr. Johnson second Mr. Proctor. Any discussion? All in favor? I now take S2 item J10 and the Hair County Board of Education review and approve the tax proposed Gallagher Insurance Perspectus. >> Yes. So, we finally got the insurance perspectus from Gallagher and it's there for your review and you can see that again Gallagher has done a great job getting us maximum coverage for the best price. You can see that um the auto
liability uh because of the continuing to upgrade and make our fleet a little bit more modern, it has increased just a little bit. But the good news is is our property insurance from last year to this year has gone down just a little bit. And what I'm most proud of is the workers compensation as well. So you can see that the grand total from last year's expiring expiring premium program um to the proposed 2627 program is um a drop in about $4,000 from $779,000 to $775,000. >> Mr. Mr. Mr. Chair, I don't know. Um I know you guys like to have this for a month for review and um so I don't know if you need to table it for next month. Okay. Um could be voted on in June. We implement this now. You
guys changed it a couple years ago to July 1st 206. All right. So this time I'll enter a motion from the table item J10 gall on the books for a month again next month. Mr. Good. Second Mr. Green. Any discussion? All in favor? All right. That will take us to our consent agenda and uh I am going to make a motion that we take all the consent agenda items in one vote. Item K1 the major purchases report, item K2, the financial report. Item K3, the enrollment report, item K4, the school nutrition report. And item K5, the local school council meeting minutes. None of these items have changed since we reviewed them last week. So, I will I've made a motion to approve all the consent agenda items with one motion. Do I have a second?
Mr. Green, any discussion? All in favor? So, move. So, now I will entertain a motion since we put all of those together that we approve the consent agenda as stated. All second. Mr. Green, any discussion? All in favor? All right. So that will take us to item L. That the Harris County Board of Education approve the superintendent personnel recommendations. Do I have a motion? Good. Second, Mr. Crocker. Any discussion? All favor. So that will take us to item M where members of the Harris County Board of Education share news and information they may have with the public this evening. I'm going to start with M. It's awesome. I also graduate ahead of time. Uh yes. Um like Mr. Johnson said, congratulations to all these student athletes. I am a size student on top of it
because as you heard, there were several of them taking their their skills to the next level to pursue their college careers in their respective sports. also also recogn champion track team for our ladies celebrating up in the cafeteria as we speak. So, congratulations to them for graduation on Saturday. Thank you to everybody who has something to do, some part passion this school year we have as we wrap it up. >> Um wonderful summer again in just a few months. Um yeah, congratulations to all the workers tonight accomplishments. I mean we do a fantastic job by coaches on sports. I mean this is always a busy time of year. Greg Race coming up. I look forward to that every year. Um it's another chapter of student life. Um I forgot to mention last week I did
have a chance to attend the I guess it was the chorus extravaganza where they had all the from the high school, middle school, elementary schools, uh in the gym, which is really good. It's good to see all that. And then I we did the second grade play over the park the other night. So I look forward to Saturday. Oh, just wanted to say, is this on? Um, yes, graduation and congratulations to everyone that was here tonight and to all the ones who weren't able to be here tonight. They all worked so hard. I want to see the JR's TC rifle team perform for us one time. Wouldn't that be awesome? Anyway, they do a great job. But Dr. Vinnie, I just want to say as this is your last meeting. I remember your first one
and you were so nervous. You were so excited and I know this is your last one. And I just wanted to say that we are so excited for you for this next chapter for what you're going to do and all the traveling and all the plans that you have for you and sweet Terry. And um from the bottom of our hearts, we're just so grateful for you and we wish you all the best in what's next. Thank you. See everybody at 9:30. I guess 9:30. >> 9:30. The ceremony starts at 9:30. >> Yes. Let's see there at 8:15. >> All right, you're on. I want graduation will be at 9:30. >> Start at 9:30. We need to be there at 8:15. So, we can be directed where we need to where we need to go.
Um it's it's nights like tonight and last week where you get to recognize all the people um here at the uh school district and evening with the stars when you see all the greatness of the people that you get to work with. And that's when you realize what a pleasure and a distinct honorary to be able to serve as superintendent of such a wonderful school district. I don't just say it all over the state to other superintendents, but when you go other places, people tell you how great Paris County is and all of the great things that they hear that we're doing. Um I I just can't believe the last 30 years have gone by this fast. But I want to thank this board for entrusting this school district to to me. Um but it
wasn't just me that you were entrusting it to. It was all of the principles and the teachers and um this wonderful staff that I get to work with every day, these assistant superintendents and they truly are the heart of this school district, the teachers and the the the leaders of this district. Um I will be in the area so if I can ever help with anything, please let me know. Um I appreciate your opportunity that you afforded us, Mr. Barton and I to work together. Um, Mr. Barton is going to do great things here and like I was saying earlier, I've learned a lot from him in the last couple of months and I think, wow, I wish I'd had about two more years. I would have done that. Um, but just great ideas. I
really feel like you guys are going to be in great hands with Mr. Barton. Um, he's got a lot of leadership experience. He's got a lot of great ideas and um, he's going to do great things for the Harris County School District. Um, I truly do love everybody in this school district. It has um it's been a pleasure and it's God-given blessing to be able to serve and there's a way that I can continue to serve Cleveland. Thank you. Um, I too want to uh echo the sentiments of uh everyone that's gone before me this evening. It's great to honor our student athletes, our coaches, our sponsors, all of those folks that give of their time and time away from their family to help lead these student athletes on and off the field, on and
off the courts, in the theater, in the band room, in the FFA competitions, you know, all of it. It's it's um it doesn't go unnoticed. And I know that give a lot of their time um to do that because they have a passion for it and I thank them for that. I thank all of our student athletes and all of our honores that were here tonight for their commitment to their sport or their activity or their club. It's it's always great to see our students succeed on and off the court and we do that here at Harris County as we saw last week when academics and and some of the other stuff. So, um it's it's it's just prideful to be part of this school district and uh and I honor them all. They did
a great job this year. Um Dr. Um, it has been my true honor to serve alongside you under your leadership. Um, you you took the reigns from from Mr. Couch, we left you in a good situation. Mr. Barton, I believe Dr. Penny is leaving you with a with a good path for success as well. Um, Dr. Penny, you're going to be missed. Um, you've given a lot of years of your time, effort, blood, sweat, and tears. build that you built literally. Um and uh you'll truly be missed and you know we love you. It's it's been my honor to serve with you. I know this court feels the same way. Um and uh we wish you all the success, but just promise us if you're going to go out in the middle of nowhere dare
territory. Don't do like you did before you took the job when when we hired you when you took a vacation. Please take safety precautions so you don't get heated by something out there and feel good. Um, and to Mr. Barton, the outer turn of the page, uh, he will be sworn in, is it this coming Monday, sir? This coming Monday evening, uh, he will be sworn in as the next superintendent of Harris County Schools. And you will be, uh, I guess a, uh, lane dump for a couple for the rest of that week. But uh we thank both of you for the time that you you spent together uh learning the system, trying to impart all of the the knowledge where all the skeletons are buried and all of that stuff. Um and it's I
greatly appreciate you both for the professionalism that you've shown uh during this transition time and uh we look forward to Mr. Barton's leadership uh going forward. I I I do not know Mr. Barton. What time is that? Monday. >> 3:00. Sorry. >> At the courthouse, correct? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. So, at this time, that will take us to our public participation portion of the meeting. And Dr. Penny, do you have any members of the public sign up to speak this evening? >> Yes, sir. We have Miss Alison Margo who has contacted me to speak tonight. >> Is it Miss Margo? Are you >> She is. She is. And I will get her set up with this microphone. Mr. Can you hear me? Thank you very much. Thank you so much for your
time this evening. I really appreciate it. This is something that is on my heart tonight and I'm the kind of person that likes to tell people when something's on their heart. Again, my name is Alison Fargo. I'm a resident of Harris County. Been here for over 20 years. Two children have gone through this school. The parents of Harrison Edwards have asked me to speak for them here this evening. Timothy 4:12 states, "Never let anyone look down on you because you're young, but set an example for the believers in speech and kindness and love and faith and impurity." Harrison Edwards was unfortunately given the opportunity to be such an example just this week as a prek through middle school student here in Harris County. He was present every single day. He has maintained this amazing feat
over in Troop County. He's also maintained a 4.5 GPA while excelling in sports. As a matter of fact, the reason the Edwards are not here tonight is because he's playing in the state semi-finals in baseball again this evening. Like several here, and I'm so glad that we were raised with witnesses this evening. Garrison's academic excellence earned him a scholarship. He will be entering the Naval Academy this fall. Why am I giving you the 411 on Garrison? It's because on Tuesday this week, Ericson and his parents, Timothy Marcus Edwards, arrived at Pine Ridge Elementary School so he could participate in the singing walk, a normally joyful and happy guide of passage. Because there wasn't a formal request procedure in place, they had previously contacted Harris County High School in Ridge to make sure it'd be okay
for Garrison to join his former classmates. At first, the high school said it would be a security risk, but Edwards remained to believe this was because he wouldn't be able to ride the bus with the other students. They were fine driving him, and Primidge eventually got back with him on this past Friday, letting them know they would love to have him there. Again, both parents, you know, took time from their jobs to go and watch their younger son participate in this parade. They stood in the hallway across from me with their phones raised, sure to catch um him as he passed by. For some reason, Garrison began calling them. When he finally answered the phone, it was to the news that he had been unceremoniously physically hands-on removed by a high school faculty member from
the rear of the line of students and told he was not allowed to walk because he was not a Harris County student. This wasn't done during the hour that his parents sat outside in the parking lot or in the 30 minutes he came in and sat where instructed in the cafeteria. No, it was after Garrison went to get in line and his parents had lined up. Not knowing what happened, I followed the rest of the crowd to the gymnasium there at Hine Ridge for photo ops, took several photos and realized a key member of the student body that these kids all love and know was Garrison and he's missing. Texted the Edwards and they explained what happened. Several Harris County students and friends of Garrison for years followed me and we took a few photo
ops. I took Garrison into the gymnasium and got him underneath the Pine Ridge sign and took a little picture. Took him out front and took pictures in front of the sign as well. But the parade, the joy of participating with his friends was gone. He was denied participation by a me a faculty member and by Miss Snder. They consider him a security risk. Enough of a security risk to give a call back to the high school to verify he should be pulled. On the surface, it almost sounds understandable. Garrison isn't a student at Harris County anymore. Except it's not understandable. Especially when you realize there was at least one other student from another high school that attended wearing an obvious different colored robe who was allowed to walk, no questions asked. It's also not understandable
when you see on Facebook and Instagram the photos of three non Harris County High School students who participated in the senior walk at Malberry Creek. There were reports of several other non-H Harris County students across the county who participated without being removed. Garrison Edward's name was banded around with words like security risk as though the ones who know him and love him with ever consider him such a thing. The Navy seems to have no issues with him. At least 60 parents and family members walked into Pine Ridge without signing in. But that isn't considered a security risk. I'm sure it was the same across the district. When someone is treated in an unjust, prejudicial, and unequal manner, it's called discrimination. Garrison Edwards was discriminated against by employees of the Harris County School District. None of
the non Harris County students allowed to walk are black. No reason was given, so the only reason one can surmise is because he is black. Garrison, a phenomenal young man, a student has earned much academic success. But as someone once said, "No amount of academic success or personal excellence can shield a person from the sting of bigotry, but it can provide the tools to dismantle it." The Edwards are longtime Harris County residents who regularly still give back to our community via volunteering, donating, and paying their taxes. they help pay for the educators and administrators in this district. Having their child discriminated against by the very system they so wholeheartedly support is a huge slap in their face. They deserve a public apology from those who chose to malign their name. Acknowledgement of wrongdoing should also
be in writing so it's permanent. Specific measurable steps need to be devised and adopted to ensure this type of inequity never happens again. When one person is discriminated against, we all feel the effects. Do not sweep us underneath the rug. Thorough cleaning of the entire area is in order. The dirt is showing in Harris County. I appreciate your time. If anyone would have any questions for me, I would take them. If you'd like to reach me, I'm sure Miss Dr. Benny can get you my information. Thank you very much. All right. At this time, I will entertain a motion that we second. Mr. Johnson, any discussion? All in favor?
