Uh, all right. We'll go ahead and call the meeting to order. Forgot that's the microphone now paper on top of that. Uh, we have quorum. So, let's go ahead and do approval of the agenda. We approve the agenda. >> Uh, moved by Shields Cook, seconded by Tipton. All in favor say I. >> I. proposed name passes 5. Uh celebrations and recognitions. Is that you, Amy? Okay, I will toss it over Amy. >> You unmuted, so I thought it was you. >> Good evening. 21 Iowa Elementary students have been selected to join the innovative National Math Stars program through a new extension pilot, the Pathfinder Stars program. Through this new program, students will have access to expert guidance from the National Math Stars team and fun learning opportunities in the community. Two students receiving this honor
are right here in the Ames Community School District. Theo Traxxel is a student at Mitchell Elementary. You can go ahead and stand up, Theo. And Arthur Wang is a student at Fellows Elementary. They joined Chigosi El Gbe who was named as one of 17 students in Iowa as a Voyager star through National Math Stars earlier. This Iowa students chosen for either program represent those who scored in the top 2% in mathematics on the Iowa State statewide assessment of student progress as third graders in the 2024 2025 school year. Both programs provide outstanding opportunities for continued learning for talented students. Congratulations to Theo and Arthur and their families. [applause] >> I was gonna say if we want to do this, >> why don't we go around and um puddle You know what I mean? >> [applause]
>> Thank walk over there just >> thank you. Congratulations. Thanks for coming by. >> Thank you. >> All right. Next up is our public forum. >> We'll start with our statement. Uh residents of the district, students attending the district, parents or guardians of students attending the district, and district staff members may address the board about any topic relevant to the district, whether on the current agenda or not. Those who wish to speak must sign up at the beginning of the meeting. Speaker participation is limited to three minutes, once per item. The views and opinions of citizens addressing the board do not necessarily reflect those of the board, district administration, or staff. Speakers are to remember that Iowa law prohibits the board from discussing specific employees, students, or their performance. Student speakers will state their name
in school. Others will state their name and address. And I have Barb Peterson signed up to speak. if you want to go to the mic right over there. Hello. Um, as you said, my name is Barb Peterson and I live at 903 Murray Drive here in Ames and I am a member of the League of Women Voters of Ames and Story County. And we wanted to inform you that we are having a forum where you can meet with your Iowa legislators. Um it's your opportunity to ask questions and hear from your legislators. And um the first one will be this Saturday at uh the Cardinal Room at the Memorial Union on Iowa State campus. And it the coffee is at 9:00 and the program will start at 9:30. And if you can't make that one,
we are having another one in Roland on the 14th of February, then another one in Colo on the 7th of March, and then another one in Slater on the 11th of April. And all of our uh senators and um legislators have been invited. We just never know who will actually come that day. But um we really encourage you to attend and um be able to ask questions of the legislators at this very important time. So, and I have a copy of this. >> You can thank >> All right. Um, that will close our public forum and we can move to our consent agenda. I move the board approve the consent agenda as presented. that it's in my where I talk. All right. Uh so that was moved by Shields Cook. Uh seconded by Bombgartner. All
in favor say I. >> I oppose. Nay. >> Right. That passes 5 Z. And now we can move into our report. And first up, uh superintendent, you have things for us, Mr. Todd. >> I do time of the year where you'll hear me talk about enrollment staffing um SSA which will come through kind of where we are with new monies. So, you'll find that probably today's meeting is kind of the beginning of ongoing conversations around these three items. Enrollment enrollment [clears throat] wise, uh this is the first time that you have the elementary numbers for this year and then projected numbers next year. Uh just as a learning for newer board members or just as a reminder um you have the uh numbers at the top. The second one below that is in yellow projected
0072627 is really just a straight drop down of the numbers above. The ones that are in red are the exact same numbers for this year. So if you look at kindergarten at Edwards um currently kindergarten has 58 59 70 72 72 63. If you drop down to the next year, it's 5858 and then it's just a drop down one. A reminder that the increase section is in green, meaning that we would like to increase the either the sections that year increase to keep um a line [clears throat] to board goals. And then also [cough] um pink is a decrease of section. And then yellows means they're close or at goal. And then red would mean that they're over goal and we need to do something. Uh looking at first glance for next year and not
um keeping anything within kindergarten at this point. Um for example, fellows would be looking at a decrease of one grade, an increase of another grade. Uh MER would actually be an increase of a grade. Mitchell would be a decrease of a grade and an increase of a grade. a shift within the building and then Sawyer looking at board goals would um be an increase. So just looking at initial numbers and current needs based on board class sizes uh this would be an increase of two elementary staff here. I say that hesitantly as the point of knowing that we um are going to have to monitor the state legislation dollars coming in and new dollars Um that is the biggest item at least with the elementary for you um to understand. Looking at a decrease in
the elementary numbers not projecting kindergarten would be six students would be a direct decrease of the elementary whereas last year we had a decrease of 131 students from the previous year in our elementary. If you just look at the total served and then the number underneath it. But when we move to the secondary numbers, um, secondary enrollment, this is [clears throat] where we had a large class going out and a smaller class coming in. And as you can see, our um, our middle school next year would be a down 62 students based on just a straight enrollment number because they have a small class coming in and a large class going out. And then the high school itself would be going down um 26 students just based on numbers alone due to a large class
going out and smaller class coming in. Uh secondary overall right now would be projected at a down 88 students. Um and then down six students. Trust me, these are not numbers we want to uh calculate or but it's information that is just try to be as transparent and open the conversation up as early as possible and also letting um you guys know as well as staff and public transparency of how these numbers work. And it's not not as easy as number to number, but I do know last year the board did make a a conscious effort to decrease class sizes in the elementary to have smaller class sizes. Um, and now to maintain those, there's a cost. just a rough estimate of what it means for a teacher. We usually estimate $75,000 per increase of
a teacher and a decrease of $75,000 for a decrease would be our average numbers. Those are not don't always do that. Those are just give us there's a wide range of the variables that go into our salaries. you will receive this uh same document now looking at this current year and next year and then projected um between now and the end of any questions on just the enrollment piece of it and how that initially connects to staffing conversations. Okay, moving to the staffing. [clears throat] Right now, we have the certified staffing document. So, this is the staffing document that we will be continually adding to, putting comments into, and then um putting whether replacing or not replacing, whether it's posted or not posted. Uh it also has all of the early retirements as well as
other resignations. This is just certified staff and administrators. This is not our EAS or support staff in this document. [clears throat] Looking at the initial numbers, um, for example, let's just say last year, don't quote me for this year, but let's just look at we have a success teacher number one that is, um, leaving due to retirement. Last year, we had a couple success teachers leaving and we actually absorbed a couple success teachers last year as a cost because we were overbudgeted. um we have more success teachers um but right now we feel we're at a balance properly with success teachers. So um so right now we would look at the areas based on numbers um and posting or not posting these would be always considerations when it comes down to as I always say
anytime we have a resignation we have to ask the question Is this staff um needed? Is this a wish? Or is this an opportunity to make some change or adjustments within our programming based on overall changes within education? Um also some of the percentages, we don't have them on here. For example, the two homeschool teachers, neither one of them were actually a 1.0 FTE. That combined might be I think a 75 FTE. We do not have the FTEES on here. Um, but those are actually located on our staffing document that you approve under consent agenda. Uh, other positions I do want to bring attention to the board. Um, through the last couple years or at least last year I've been here, I've been reserving the position of director of teaching and learning. this position has
been really on hold to support other areas of our district. Uh I would like to um bring that position into uh filling that position uh for next year. So that would be an a replacement of a position that's been on hold for a couple years. We did hire a director of student services to help support counseling and all the other supports that we have within the district. uh that has shown success and some alignment and support for our uh support staff and success for our students. Um examples of that area would be counseling, nursing, guidance c or I already have that guidance counselors which are family resource student advocates. Um really the areas that we're finding is needed more and more with our support for our students and mental health as well as support for
our teachers. And then teaching and learning that has been picked up by our teaching and learning team um which has added some strains onto them for the year. knowing that we will fill the position in the future and then also that has also moved to our associate superintendent to carry some of that load and moving forward with that. Um that's really the only staffing of a need that ICS we need to move forward with would be our director teaching learning. We are down a um had a resignation mid year. The staff member went to the state department of education to support in math. Uh that was a teacher out of our teaching and learning team, one of our coordinators. We're holding that and not filling that position knowing that we needed a director of teaching
and learning. So we are aligning our teacher leadership team, our TLC, our coordinators to align more with our new needs. I know this is a lot. I'll put it into a chart. Uh so if you look at the alignment, it would be superintendent, associate superintendent, director of student services, a director of teaching and learning. over the teaching and learning you'll see um a coordinator for academics a coordinator support behavior or student supports and a coordinator for future ready Iowa or not future but future ready team. So we're aligning our coordinators for the work we're doing. Um and then we have a director of teaching and learning and then under that a coordinator for behavior supports our director of special ed. A coordinator for behavior under special I know that when you talk about dollars when
we talk about needs we are feeling a big gap. We are feeling a gap within the and I knew we would we would when you take the curriculum side out of some supports but we do know that that gap is needing to be filled and now would be the time to move forward with that. About all I have on staffing right now. I don't see us posting anything for any positions until at least a couple weeks from now. I think last year we did post a lot of positions after this today's meeting a year ago. Still think we need to align some more conversations with the state kind of where we're seeing with heading on the SSA and then also looking at um kind of alignment with the sports the the supports needed within the
district. And then we also have our AEA funds uh that we have for multi media supports which is a percentage that's coming back not coming back but not that's not going to the AAS we do have that dollar amount now and we are using those dollars to actually purchase a lump sum for our curriculum that we need to use for our reading and language arts that's been presented to the board throughout the school year. But we do know those dollars um directed there. Then we continue to look at opportunities to share um sharing dollars because there's more opportunities for as I talked about PK and beyond work actually three levels of coordinators that would be supporting that work not only for our district but for neighboring district. We're not there yet but that's also some
conversation around it. Any questions on staffing? And then facilities. Uh if you haven't been by uh Northwestern and seen the demolition down and the grading work, it just gives that whole area a much better look. Um but that does open up the next steps um within that and we are currently working with the city uh to reszone that area to be more for school zoning versus more health now. So, we're working on reszoning that so that as we get through the next steps for the Northwestern project that we are able to move forward with some of those pieces as dollars become available. And then a substantial completion certificate which is a common practice after you finish a major project which be our high school track and bleacher improvement. It was director Gordon's first facilities meeting.
Yeah. Looking for >> one of many. Any questions on facilities and we will be working on a 10-year facility plan that will work through that facility >> gifts to the district. Okay. Hey, we This is the longest list I've had so far. >> That is quite the list. >> It is quite the list. >> I mean, it's not a bad problem to have. >> No, it's not. Thank you very much for all those have donated. Maybe next time we should put a dollar value to the max. Um, I do know we have some buttons on our web page that is allowing people to give specific areas and maybe that's benefiting I'm pretty sure that's benefiting us too. So, thanks for all those and you'll take that under new business for approval. >> Thank you. >> Going to say if you you know you ever change you post retirement if you want to do a a game show announcer voice. You had it going
there for a little while. don't retire. >> I try try to make it interested. [laughter] >> Um, thank you to all of those that donated. Uh, this that's great news. And so, let's shift now to our chief financial offer officer to talk about other financial things that might not be as happy. That's exactly right. Not as exciting. Nonetheless, it's time to get into um budget season. It is January. So, um I did receive the Story County valuations um that will be used for the FY27 budget and the um basis for the FY27 budget are the valuations as of June 1st of 2025. So, um basically um the regular valuation increase in Story County was 6.56% and that is a little skewed. Um residential is 2.7, commercial 11, and then industrial property is 29.5. Um there
was a change in how like the northern natural gas pipeline is being valued. So in the past um that has not um seen a valuation at all. And so what was it? It was Senate file 614. Um so that 2025 was the first year that um central centrally assessed pipeline in utility properties would see an assessment. And so basically you can see that um it really increased like 600% let's say right around there um for those types of utilities because the natural gas pipeline had never been assessed before. Overall, I think you know a lot of it is is you know what is our commercial, what is our industry and what what's our residential properties going to see. Our residential properties are going to see about a 2%. Well, I did do some um calculations
then for new money because you know that's always what we want to know is you know how much the governor um came out with a recommendation of 2% for supplemental state aid. Um, and so at 2% that puts our district on budget guarantee. And so we would see, you know, a 1% new money um at a 2% supplemental state aid. So about $364,000. Um, and 100% of that is funded by property taxes for the increase of that, which is $172,000. Um, so I did a couple other calculations and I thought, you know, it would be good to know what our break even percent would be for supplemental state aid. So our district needs 2.49% in order to um be that's our break even point where we would not have to go tax our property taxpayers
back or the budget guarantee portion. So I I think that that you know would be our message you know if you're out talking to you know your legislators and and so on that 1% 2% is not enough. Um at 2% there's 199 schools in the state of Iowa on budget guarantee and that's just not enough to you know 2% not enough keep us afloat. So a few talking points for you there. But I just wanted to give you some examples of you know what that would look like. you know, we could get up to 3%, you know, that would get us, you know, 1.51 new money, $549,000. While that's not enough, this a district this size, you know, to um flush out raises and insurance and things like that, it definitely helps and is, you
know, in the right direction. So, but I, like I said, provide a few talking points for you if you're out talking to people. those. Uh, >> sorry, quick question on those. Uh, the enrollment change projections from the department of management, they're a little different than the ones that Scott just presented on. Um, they said the next year 65.1 student decrease in enrollment, but we're more like 90 little over 90. We take that into account that there's difference in our actual enrollment project. I don't know whether I should say this or not, but I've never looked at that. >> Yeah. >> State projection in 17 years. I've never used that number. I use our own and I've been more accurate than the state. So, just FYI, if I don't ever look at it, then maybe I
don't want to confuse you guys by looking at it. Um, you'll get the numbers you need here. I don't even know if I could find where that is at the State Department. I've glanced that a few times and people That's my perspective. I maybe I should look at it, but I find we rather do the stuff internally. >> Any other questions on any of these projections or the new money reports? >> I'm not sure if I'm going to ask, but to clarify in lay person uh because I'm the lay When you say break even >> um and 1% new money that is that is basically not that is that the are there still does that mean we'd still have to make cuts budget wise okay now so I did the hill so I my brain
>> no I know >> a lot of numbers today >> okay so when when we are on budget guarantee the board passes is a resolution or I bring it to the board and I ask you to pass it so that that puts us on the budget guarantee so that we are guaranteed 101% of the money that we had you know the year before right and so to make us full um that's what I asked but that is 100% property tax dollars when you're on the budget guarantee to do that >> so it's the raise in property tax and that doesn't that's just at the current level that doesn't like you're saying doesn't count for raises or insurance increases any have the other things. >> So the you said the 2.49 is the break even level
where we're not on a budget, >> correct? >> Sorry, one more clarification. We're like all just hanging off of each other. So that the break even percentage bill would again not take into account raises and 2.49 means you're not fix way. >> That's Yeah, it's a good way to put it. >> Well, and I think it's just important to to the 1% new money and to my ears initially sound like we have 1% more money. So, everybody gets a 1% based on what we heard today, even the two. >> Yeah, I got a few items that we'll talk about uh from that, but it's all about money. >> Doc little percent. >> Thank you. So 2.5 is where we I if we could get there that would at least be bare minimum >> bare minimum
and you're not taxing your property taxpayers back for the gap. It's kind of like the gap you know to yourself whole >> you're not t taxing your patrons back for that gap >> to make yourself to >> the same budget that you had last year. But at 2% you said what was it 199 schools would be a budget guarantee >> out of the 320 or so >> state may have may have legislation proposed where they said they would cover all the budget guarantees >> just increase >> just let you know just an area to >> give temporary money instead of burn. >> Right. Right. So it creates a a funding cliff because it's a one time funding. So then next year you you don't have >> Well, and then yeah, we talked about some of
the property tax um situations as well that affect what have access. So the next item I have is the budget timeline. So, I just like to put all this out for the board so that we do have to have two public hearings. Um, you know, there's the notice that's published in the newspaper. Well, that will probably be have to be published before supplemental state aid is even set. So, I have to publish at like the highest rate possible. So, I do want you to know, you know, kind of what we have going on here. At the next board meeting, we is our work session. And at that work session, we will have a budget session. So Monday, April 20th is when we will take action on the certified budget for next year. It has to
be action has to be taken before April 30th. And I'll highlight for the board and for anyone who's here watching that statute requires for the uh for SSA to be set 30 days after the governor submits her uh budget proposal. They have not met that deadline since I've been on the school board and I don't know when the last time was was that they had and from what we heard today it will likely [clears throat] be very late. So we have to publish and go with something that we'll we'll have to wait and see. >> That would be another talking to your legislators or people on education committee. Let's make this a priority in your timeline. you're going to go into May for your session. Can you at least do this part first? >> Any
questions on that timeline? >> When we published last year, did we go what number did we go with since the SSA wasn't set? Then did we go with worst case like 0%. >> Okay. >> So, we probably do the same thing. >> Okay. And that always raises, you know, some eyebrows and, you know, people are like, "Oh my gosh, you know, look at what my rate's going to be." But we have to publish. Actually, the first one isn't even a rate. It's And so it looks like a lot of dollars and if you put it back to a rate, yeah, it would seem, you know, like a really high rate increase that we were asking for, but that's what we need to ask. And 0% is worst case but I mean there's precedent right like
there's 2012 or 2013 they didn't make the decision so it was% some somewhere in that time frame >> there was a 0% year I'm not sure why if it was I think they have to make a decision but it may have been yeah I say on average it's been 2% over the past I think 15 years studying up but I believe the Senate's proposal was was zero% >> 0 to one Yep. So >> the governor's number is the best of the three bodies of any other questions or I feel like I have a ton of questions for you Sherry, but that's just out of stuff today that I excited that we have a budget work session. I need some other any other items or questions for Gary. Okay. Um our student representatives. So, how are
you all? And do you have anything to share tonight? >> We're good. And yeah, >> are your exams are done now, right? >> Thank God. >> [laughter] >> Way to go. You made it through. >> Um and uh for the board update, um we were we had several uh four of us at the day on the hill, ISB's Day on the hill to learn about what the legislature and governor have proposed, what's in the pipeline, um what is likely, what we don't know. Uh the answer is that we don't know a lot. Uh and but we do know money is going to be the problem uh for a lot of reasons. Um the supplemental state aid as I mentioned uh that number is likely not going to be enough for most districts. Um there are
if you paying attention this session and last session um a lot of talk around property taxes and I'm not going to try to explain all of those things because I will not do them as well as somebody else possibly could. But the property tax proposals could affect um our save revenues which is part of our the school district budgets. Um the Senate proposal has um some limitations on how management funds could be used. The House proposal also has some we what we learned is no one really knows why, but there's something about a vote in there to issue bonds that would make things more difficult. At this point, it's very early in the session. So we these will get um tweaked and and refined uh over the next month as we come to the first
final deadline. But between property taxes and then we already talked about the SSA funding, uh it doesn't look great. So, I encourage folks to talk to your legislators um as well as legislators for um that that represent the district. Even if [clears throat] not you're not in that district. I would look up who's on the education committees, contact those folks. Um, we're all here because we val value public education. And I would hope that they do as well. And as you make decisions [clears throat] about your uh budget, you decide what you value most and where you want to put your money. And we want to see Iowa be a leader in education and public. Um, that's we were there today. Um, but it is always money and it's always a choice, but we want
to encourage our legislature to make choices that benefit all of the >> And I'll echo too if I may um I was unable to attend the Hill Day on the Hill, but I did attend an IASB advocacy um webinar and got learned learned a lot and got some important updates. And I just want to echo what you say in terms of the importance, you know, if you're out there and you're listening, um, to attend forums and not and of course contact contact our legislators and try to have stories that explain the impact on our community and our school because I think sometimes those individual stories can get lost, especially when you consider um, 296 bills had been introduced in the first um and 25 of those um were educational bills in the first two days
of the session. And so sometimes, you know, amid all the shuffle and kind of the the hectic nature of the opening of the session, you you can lose sight of the stories and the impact. So I encourage folks to share impact stories as well. >> Yeah. Thank you for mentioning that because it it is I think what moves legislators more than just us telling them numbers is to say here are human beings and their stories um are more persuasive and thank and yeah reach out to our legislators. We were able to talk with a couple today um and share what we felt our impact the impact was here. any other board member items day on the Hill. There were a couple hour or an hour and a half this morning where we talked about most
of the that we mostly funding legislation and property taxes. And I'll say that being on the school board has taught me more about property taxes, facilities, things than I ever thought I would know in life, but um I'm glad that we get to be a part of it. Okay. Um that moves us to our new budget. We have policies for discussion. Um we have a long list of policies. I will say um the description of what the changes were is all right here in the minutes. Mostly these were either no change and it was just on the annual review cycle or it was updated to um comply with changes to the Iowa code or to match what our actual practice is in a couple of cases. So um mostly all based on ISB model policies
and nothing really surprising here but if anyone has any questions sorry uh two that were rescended um the pleation of financial reports um it just says resendment was recommended any background on those policies why they're being rescended the the the discussion around those items. So the first the PPE one um I can speak to a little bit at least we about five oh about seven years ago now um undertook a major effort to align our policies with IASB model policy and prior to that we had a lot of these unique to as policies that have if you'll see this one is a 704.1A so whenever we have those with the point A after them are ones that um the board kind of wrote that weren't really based on legal guidance or anything like that. So,
we've been trying to just clean those up. Um that information is usually included either in another policy that is one of the ISB model policies or within the administrative rules. So, I don't know if Scott or Sher you can add anything on that one. [laughter] >> Yeah, usually the resend is a very aimsp specific um that may limit what what we're able to do or may not align with with Iowa code. >> Sure. But >> redundant or >> Yeah, a lot of times it's redundant or just generally um and I'm not I wasn't on this policy committee, but >> usually it's redundancy or um oh my gosh, did I um >> covering another policy >> or moved into the administrative roles. That's what I say. >> We've had history of of some board policies that
were more in the administrative lane. And so as we've cycled through them um every they're on a three-year rotation, right? >> Yep. And I I just looked this >> kind of clean those up. >> I looked this one up um back on our the actual meeting. It was recommended for ament by IASB via policy primer 32 number volume 32 number. I think the piece that's on this that was probably I'm assuming was a board was they were looking to ensure that there was a five-year plan in place uh through the facilities committees and what we're trying to find and reduce is having plans built by board feeling they're not being communicated properly versus just communicating properly and not having the right board policy to ensure that's being done. >> Yeah. At least that's what I'm
finding. >> I think that's accurate. >> Yeah. And so, sorry, just to clarify, the one I was talking about that was ISB recommended was the publication of financial reports. >> So, the purple one was getting rid of an AIM specific policy and the other one was by >> Does that help? Yes. Thank you. Actually, I'll kind of go into 707.3, the publication of financial records. That is we have to do all this by Iowa code. And so the salaries are in the newspaper every year and the financials are published every month in the newspaper because Iowa code and and we get audited on that by our audit and good memory because I was this meeting was December 11th that you all met. So that's why I had to go back to the Yeah. policy review
a long time. [laughter] All right. So, next up we have our gifts to the district. >> I move the board approve the gifts [clears throat] to the district. >> Second. >> Any discussion? Moved by Schultz Cook, seconded by Rodriguez. All in favor say I. >> I. Oppose. Nay. That passes 5. We have our high school track and bleacher improvement project change order. >> I lost. >> Anyone else want to make a motion? >> I move the board to approve change order five to the high high school track and bleacher improvements project as presented. >> I second. >> Discussion by Rodriguez, seconded by Typton. All in favor say I. >> I. >> Oppose. Okay. Passes 5 Z. And then our certificate of substantial completion. >> I move the board to approve certificate of substantial completion for
the high school track project as >> second. >> I just had one comment. Um there was uh some information in the substantial completion documents that there was some repair work gear tracks that went through the the track. And uh was were those repairs done or does Henle have a plan to repair those in the spring before we finish completion? those repairs are done and we actually have a longer existing warranty on it based to ensure that we were able to complete it without tearing the whole track up and relaying it which was the other option for us. So, we do have an agreement, an extended warranty in a sense of that area to ensure that it doesn't crack or take care of >> I figured you guys probably had had some discussions. We just >>
Yeah, I think it was a facilities meeting before you were on the board that we talked about those. >> Those were fast. >> I had to bring that up. It's been a while since that joke's been around, but I don't >> Am I not old enough? >> I think. [laughter] >> All right. Second by Tipton, seconded by Shields Cook. All in favor say I. >> I. >> Oppose. Nay. >> Our request for the superintendent. It's been a schoolboard day. Um I think I kind of made a note or chart uh as we think about staffing. Not a quick timeline on that, but as we move forward, I have handbook updates, too. So, we've got some of those. Any other items that Okay. board planning calendar, our next meeting, uh, actually, we have a joint work
session uh, with the United School District at the AIM Center on February 2nd, which is a week from tomorrow. And then our next regular meeting is February 9th. Ames accolades anything you'd like to highlight. Feel like we I'm gonna start picking one. My favorite one is well. All right. And uh Director Bear Bomb is not here, so we'll need somebody else to adjurnn. I move we >> second. Or we could say [laughter] >> I like you all of it. Come on. Move by Shields Cook, second by Bob Carter. All in favor say I. >> I. >> Oppose. Nay. Passes 5 Z. We are ajourned.
