Call to order. You could please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you for all for joining us at our regular board meeting on April 8th. Um this is the call to the public. At this time, we have one request. So, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 38-431.01H, this agenda item provides an open call to the public allowing individuals an opportunity to address the governing board on any issue within the jurisdiction of the governing board. Members of the public wishing to address the governing board are required to complete a participation public form and submit the completed form to the superintendent prior to the meeting. Individuals
recognized by the board president must state his or her name. Speakers may comment on any item on the agenda or topics not listed on the agenda. No personal attacks on the governing board, staff, or other community members will be allowed. Individual comment will be limited to no more than 3 minutes each and no more than 30 minutes will be devoted to the public comment portion of the agenda. Governing board members are not permitted to take action on any matter that is not on the agenda. Um Mr. Luttrell. Hello. Hi. Thank you for allowing me the time. Um my name is Jed Luttrell. I've taught at uh in the district for 22 years. Uh I taught at Agua Fria High School and I currently teach at Verrado High School and I'm the also the parent of
two students. I know that transparency and communication with the public is important to the superintendent and to the board members. And that's why I'm here today to propose revisiting and opening up real discussion to the public regarding the proposed AB block schedule. I do think that a block schedule will be better for students as it offers the opportunity to take more courses and electives, which will help align with and achieve our goals for our academies, our pathways, and CTE courses. However, while a block schedule does have benefits, the AB model has problems that parents and students need to be aware of. And at the same time, the 4x4 block model offers the same opportunities as the AB, but with additional benefits that parents and students also need to be aware of. The key issue is
not just the type of schedule that was chosen, it's the fact that the process for choosing a new schedule did not include all stakeholders. There was no input from uh or communication with parents or students. There was a committee, but this was largely made up of uh district employees. Several members of this committee have raised concerns about the AB block, and although it was stated that it was unanimously approved, at least two members of the committee voted against it. There are records of these meetings and the votes, and I would hope that those would be made public. I've spoken to many teachers and most don't even know what an AB block schedule would look like or what other options were even proposed. Again, this just shows that there was a lack of communication, transparency, and
most importantly, stakeholder involvement. The decision to choose the AB model also seems to have been made mostly in favor of AP and IB courses. And as an AP teacher myself and parent of students taking AP courses, I understand the importance of these. I've taught AP courses for almost 20 years. I've taught in traditional, AB, and the 4x4 block. My AP World History students consistently score higher than any other school or teacher in the district. I say this not to brag, but for two reasons. First, to highlight my experience with teaching AP courses in various types of schedules. Second, that student success in AP courses ultimately comes down to good teaching and student dedication, not what type of schedule they're on. More importantly, we need to recognize that students taking AP courses only make up 26%
of our overall student population. IB courses are only offered at one school in the district, which is a minuscule percentage of our student population. We cannot choose a schedule based solely on what some people feel is best for a quarter of our student population. Ultimately, we need to do what's best for all students and ensure that they're successful and that they have every opportunity to graduate. I don't have enough time to share all the issues with the AB model and benefits of the 4x4, but here are just a few. The 4x4 offers the exact same number of courses, eight, as the AB, giving students the same opportunities to fulfill those academy, pathway, and CTE courses. The AB requires students to take eight classes at a time. This means that on a weekly basis, students will
need to complete homework for, study, and take assessments for eight classes per week. Even a full-time college student only takes four or five classes at a time. The 4x4 gives students who fail a course first semester the opportunity opportunity to take that course again second semester. This is especially important for increasing graduation rates and improving student retention so they don't become overwhelmed and drop out. The decision to change our schedule is monumental and I wouldn't expect the board to alter their their decision based solely on what I've said here today. Mr. Luttrell, I'm so sorry, but the time has come to an end for your presentation. Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with >> I have one sentence if that's okay. Instead, I just ask that the board fulfill our district's
commitment to transparency, communication, stakeholder involvement. Before moving forward with the new schedule, please just inform the stakeholders of the benefits of various options and allow all stakeholders to be part of that decision-making process. Thank you, sir. >> Thank you. Moving on to my favorite line item, recognitions. Good evening, President Acton, governing board members, Superintendent, and our amazing Agua Fria community. Um tonight we are excited to bring you another update and recognition connected to our academic superstar initiative that we have. We're proud to celebrate our top 1% of our ACT students in our district. This outstanding group has achieved some of the highest scores, placing them among the top performers nationwide, demonstrating exceptional academic ability and dedication. Several students across our district have excelled and have ranked in this category and we congratulate them all. Tonight,
however, we have asked our each principal and their leadership team to acknowledge one MVP top ACT performer to be recognized this evening. So, we're going to begin tonight with Canyon View High School with Principal Lentz to acknowledge their student. Good evening, governing board, Superintendent Easley, cabinet members, and community. Today tonight it is my pleasure to recognize Miss Cheyenne McKinney for her outstanding ACT ACT score of 33 with a 36 in English and a 35 in reading. But there's so much more we have to celebrate about Cheyenne. She is so much more than this one score. Cheyenne's teachers shared just how proud they are of her accomplishments and her intelligence. Miss Dell described you, Cheyenne, as brilliant beyond your years, while still being genuine, respectful, and down-to-earth. Mrs. Major calls her an absolutely outstanding student and
person and says Cheyenne is a true role model for her peers. And Mr. Garrett shared that she is a fantastic and brilliant student who gives 100% every day and is also a gifted artist. Speaking of art, Cheyenne has made a remarkable impact not just academically at Canyon View, but also through the arts. Some of her favorite accomplishments include performing as Crystal in Hallelujah Girls, Hannah in Freaky Friday, Kenosha in Trap, and then this year she played a southern belle with just the best southern accent. Hannah, wait, oh sorry. Eleanor Dunbar in the musical Footloose. She is an active member of the Jag's theater company. In fact, theater is truly the love of her life and she hopes to pursue a future connected to theater and the arts. She In her own words, she shared with
me and I don't know if you know if you remember sharing this with me cuz I think I asked about a month ago. She said, "You simply need to keep working hard and taking action toward your dreams. It's okay. You don't have to have your entire life figured out by 18 or 25 or even 30." Wiser words have never been said. Thank you, Cheyenne. You are an exceptional student. We so appreciate the work and the amazing everything you've given, not just academically, but your artistic side as well to Canyon View. Thank you. THANK YOU. >> [applause] [applause] >> AND NOW FROM DESERT EDGE, WE'LL HAVE GRETCHEN HAND COME UP. OKAY, good evening, President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent Easley, and members of our community. Um I am proud to be here tonight with Aussie
Rubino. Come on over, Aussie. Feel free. Um to recognize him as our ACT MVP from Desert Edge High School. Um Aussie represents the very best of our scorpion community. Not only did Aussie score a 34 on the ACT, he is also one of our top one percenters. Um we didn't have the pleasure of celebrating him last week, so I wanted to or last time, so I wanted to note that. Um he is currently enrolled in six advanced placement courses, successfully demonstrating an exceptional dedication to his academic rigor and intellectual growth. He is a proud four-year member of our Desert Edge community um and has made a lasting impact. He serves as the treasurer of our National Honor Society, the president of our planet club, an officer in the Innovation Club, and an active member in
our gifted and talented program. Um also, Aussie took on the Fast for Challenge team this year and has been working with his students on getting themselves prepared and ready for financially for college. Um Aussie has earned the prestigious New American University Scholarship at Arizona State University where he plans to attend and uh major in medical microbiology. He aspires to attend medical school and pursue a career in the medical field, continuing his commitment in learning and serving others. We are very proud to have Aussie AS A SCORPION. >> [applause] >> AND HERE TO CELEBRATE OUR Millennium VI or ACT is Principal Nicole Bundy. Good evening, President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent Easley, and our wonderful Agua Fria community. Um I am super excited excited to be up here recognizing our Millennium MVP ACT, um Stella
Waltman. Um Stella Waltman is one of Millennium High School's most accomplished scholars, earning one of the school's top ACT scores with a composite of 32 out of 36. Her performance places her in the 99th percentile among Arizona students and the 97th percentile nationwide. Demonstrating exceptional academic drive, Stella began high school having already completed two math credits. She maintains a remarkable 5.12 weighted GPA alongside a perfect 4.0 unweighted GPA and has been recognized as a 2025 AP Scholar with distinction and a principal's list recipient. Beyond the classroom, Stella is dedicated and a dynamic leader. She has been an active member of NHS, band, and the Stepping Out Performing Arts dance team. As captain of Millennium Color Guard, and she led with commitment and creativity, an accomplishment she considers one of her proudest. Stella has also expanded
her talents and interests beyond school, working with the Whale Museum's Marine Naturalist program, and serving as a TheaterWorks choreography intern. Her academic excellence, leadership, and passion for the arts and community reflect her well-rounded character and bright future ahead. Congratulations. >> [applause] >> And our final recognition from Verrado High School, we have Principal Matt Lee. Good evening, President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent Easley. I want to introduce Vance Chakshi and thank you for allowing me the opportunity to brag about him. Uh Vance uh does everything at a high level. He's taking on a tough course load with 11 AP courses and has earned an A in every one. He's also passed multiple AP exams and is getting ready to take five more this May. He's fluent in four languages. I hope I nail these. >>
[laughter] >> He is fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati. Okay, thank you. Uh and he'll be earning a biliteracy seal in May as well as have the opportunity to get others. He's in NHS, he plays piano, paints, and reads a lot. The biggest thing I want to mention is he had 36 composite on his ACT, which not an expert, but I think that's good. Um which puts him in the 100th percentile and is one of only about 3,000 kids in the state in the country to do that. Plans to go to ASU for architectural studies and we're proud of everything he does. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ALL THE STUDENTS TO COME BACK up for a group photo really fast. Governing board, if you would stand, please. Uh I was here first. Actually, I
was here at the board. But you weren't wearing that shirt. Okay, ready? 1 2 All right, 4.02 winter sports recognition. Good evening, [clears throat] President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent English, and the whole Peoria community. It is my great pleasure to stand up here and I get the opportunity to once again come to you to celebrate uh some student accomplishments this winter season. So, I am going to invite uh Principal Lynn Reed to come up to introduce her three-time state champion wrestling team. Thank you, Mr. Nolan, and thank you again, governing board, Superintendent English East, West, sorry, and um the entire community. It is my great honor to introduce and invite up our three-time Division II state champs in wrestling. Gentlemen, COME ON UP. >> [applause] >> WE COULD NOT BE MORE PROUD UM
AND I COULD not be more proud to be up here speaking um for these young men. I do want to say, so you guys all know and so the community knows, your athletic director, Ms. Hudson, did want to be here tonight. It is track senior night and there are not a lot of track home meets, and so she could not move that, but she was so devastated to miss this. Please know she loves you. Can't think of anybody more committed or dedicated to our students than Ms. Hudson. Again, I'm so proud and next I'd like to introduce Coach Viegas. Hello, uh board, uh members of our community. I just want to, you know, show my appreciation for our administrative team, show my appreciation for our coaching staff. Um you know, it's not just me, there's
a collective of people that pour into these young men and um just sitting up here with us today, we have Cito Ramirez, who just won his third state title. Um Stephen Robles won his first state title. Braden Walls won Braden Walls won his second state title. Matthew Cerda took third at the state tournament and Brody Moore took third at the state tournament. And I'm just so grateful and so blessed to be a part of this program, um you know, to serve our community and to uh pour into these young men. SO, THANK YOU. READY? 1 2 CONGRATS. I WOULD now like to bring up Principal Bundy from Millennium High School to talk about uh the uh two-time open state champion women's basketball team. Good evening again. Um I have the honor of being able to
talk about our girls uh basketball program this evening. Um unfortunately, they have some scheduling conflicts, which are preventing them from being here tonight, but hopefully, they'll be able to watch the video later and hear the shout-outs. Um so, just to talk a little bit about um these girls in this program, um it's been an amazing experience to watch them over the course of several years. Um quite honestly, you know, last year winning an open championship, um everybody's in awe, first time, um but then to go back back to back again this year um winning the top title um in the state is is an amazing accomplishment. Um so, just the amount of dedication and hard work that these girls um and coaches put into the program, um it's an obvious true testament to what they're
doing um is very positive um and instilling good um responsibility and values into into our players and program. So, a big congratulations to them. I wish they could be here, um but again, just a true testament to being able to go back to back um and what they're doing on and off the court as well. So, congratulations to our GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM. WELL, I THINK EVERYONE RECOGNIZED shows perseverance, grit, and unwavering determination. So, just great job, all of you. Were you saying you were going to say something else? No, I'm good. >> I just wanted I just wanted to take this time to possibly excuse anybody um who doesn't wish to stay for our um public hearing. If you were just recognized or part of the family, you are free to go at this time,
so you don't have to sit through the rest of our board meeting. We will not take offense. Great job. It's really good. General comments happen at the beginning of the meeting, which we had already passed. You have to fill out a form at the beginning and turn it in at 6:00. If anyone can come in before a meeting and fill out the public statement form, and then you have the opportunity to speak for 3 minutes at next month's board meeting, and I suggest if you cannot reach a solution by then, you can come back and we'd welcome your your comments at that time. Yes. I sent I sent the I sent the letter to everybody on the Okay, I'm so sorry, but we can't we have an agenda that I have to follow, otherwise, I'm
outside of open meeting laws. So, I am so sorry. >> difficult to get to the guys. >> we can't we can't proceed. I understand. I I tried to contact you, Superintendent, and you would not talk to us. >> Okay, sir, I'm so sorry. We have a We have a agenda we must follow. So, please, if you we we will not hear you tonight. We will not. No. No, we will not block it completely. You are happy to come back next month with a statement and speak just as our other presenter spoke today. I have I I look forward to seeing you then. I told you I would. I hope you do. 5.01 Be it resolved, the governing board convene a public hearing as recommended. Yes. I second. Do I hear a second? Second. Thank you.
So good. Coltham, yes. >> Mannis, yes. Acton, yes. President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent English, and the rest of our Agua Fria community. Um tonight uh as we come to you with this instructional time model every single year, the instructional time model uh provides an opportunity for schools that if they are modifying their instruction that is outside of just direct instruction, for instance, providing our Agua Fria online instructional model or our learning and collaboration days that we must come to you with a public hearing and then come back at the following meeting with a vote. So, I would entertain any questions in regards to our instructional model at this time. I was able to ask my question um at the um at the end of the board meeting, so thank you for that response.
No problem. Mr. Chair, are there any questions? All right, then, be it resolved, the governing board adjourns the public hearing and return to the regular session. Second. So yes. Coltham, yes. Landers, yes. Acton, yes. Thank you. Thank you. 6.01, consideration of and approval of the minutes of the March 4th, 2026 study session and regular board meeting. Do you have a motion? Be it resolved the governing board approves the minutes from the March 4th, 2026 study session and regular board meeting as presented. Second. So yes. Coltham, yes. Landers, yes. Acton, abstain. 7.01, action item. Um, approval for expenditures in excess of 150,000. Good evening, President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent Eseles, and the Agua Fria community. Um, this agenda item is related to uh your governing board policy 3-109 regarding procurement that the board shall
approve all purchases over $150,000. Um, this month we have just one item on that list. Um, that is a um a replacement uh vari- variable speed drive or VFD out at Millennium High School. Um, that's a key critical component of the central plant um HVAC system. And I do just want to share with the board also um our central plants are are very complex. Um, there's a built-in redundancy out there, so um this repair is needed. Um, however, the school is able to operate functionally right now with a HVAC. That is the item uh for your approval this evening. So just a household item to maintain everything working orderly and improving what's already there, correct? Correct. Be it resolved the governing board approves the listed expenditure over 150,000. I'll second. So yes. Coltham, yes. Landers,
yes. Acton, yes. Thank you, Mr. Shepherd. Consent agenda items. Anything anyone would like to pull for discussion or questions? Yes. Mr. Coltham, go ahead. 5-217, please. 58? Sorry, 807. 807. Related to policy 5-217. There we go. Um, all right, so regarding the Okay. What is your question? Uh, it's more of a comment. I Mr. Nallen, I'm glad you're coming up. Um So, um my comment is this. Um, some may remember, some may not remember. Uh, as we transferred our district policies from ASBA policies to the trust policies, we um I commend our district for such a smooth transition. I just think sometimes when you make those transitions, you go back and look at things and see things again. Um, I called Mr. Nallen and just asked him about 5-217, and I really appreciated how he
took the time to um I think in the transition sometimes um the aesthetic format of a policy, um I just want to say thank you for just how you formatted that in a way that looks much, much better. So, I just wanted to acknowledge that. Thank you. No problem, Mr. Coltham. Okay. Um, and just to mention also, this isn't directly directed to you, but 8.12 and 8.13 are um I our IGA with the city of Buckeye and the city of Goodyear regarding our school resource officers. Again, this is just a renewal, but something I'm so um proud of our our um relationship with our cities and having school resource officers on our campuses. They're only keeping our students safe, but just excellent um role models in working with them in in all aspects of, you
know, teenagers' lives, so just glad that we have that in there. We truly appreciate the partnership with all of our municipalities to keep our schools safe. Absolutely. So. All right, anything else? All right, we have a motion. Be it resolved the governing board approve the items of the consent agenda as presented. I second. So yes. Coltham, yes. Landers, yes. Acton, yes. Okay, 9.01, comments and/or information from our superintendent. Yes, President Acton, members of the board, Agua Fria community, thank you so much for allowing me to speak. Um, we are at that time of the year where there are lots and lots of things that are going on. Um, you our community uh via the principals have received lots of information of programs and events, uh award assemblies, um as you know, our uh senior graduation
will be coming up. I think that's May May 14th. Um, we're all preparing uh preparing for that. Uh, also just briefly, um we are doing a really good job regarding our uh hiring and staffing for next year. Uh, I'll have uh Todd Stevens and uh uh Gabriella Began uh give you a brief update on what what it's looking like for next year. Um, just just uh as far as it goes um as far as the staffing goes and those kinds of things. Want to say thank you to uh Rachel Gross for uh representing our district at the um Tech Week uh West Valley West-MEC Consortium event um that happened last week, but um uh testament to our school district for leading the way in AI infusion um and everything that's coming down uh with AI.
Uh, also uh we will be uh real busy uh with our construction updates um for you that'll come in May and June, so the board is aware of everything that's happening there. I know the board has asked for a specific uh safety plan for some of the improvements and repairs that are going on at Millennium High School, and we will have that for you uh next month as well. That's all I have. Thank you. Thank you. 9.02, governing board members' summary of current events or direction given to the superintendent. Sarah? Yep. Uh, okay, so I attended the Mike and Tom Transparency Tour, and um I think you guys should get shirts, honestly. I noticed somebody's changed his tie. Yeah. >> a word or a word? So, um an it anyway, the it was it was
a great presentation, and but what I want to say is thank you for taking the extra time to do that. I love that we're being transparent and talking to the the public about what we do with our money and their money, actually. And um being able to answer any questions so that really is no question where it's going and what we're doing with it. Um, I want to make sure that everybody knows that we're good stewards of their their hard-earned tax dollars. Um, also I got to I'm going to leave it. I attended the supper. It was fantastic, but I don't want to take the thunder from everyone else that did it cuz I always take everyone's thunder, so It's okay. Thank you very much. Very good. Thanks. Um, busy month. It's kind of funny,
it feels like it was a five-week month instead of a typical four-week month. Um, I was attending the Workforce Development Board Youth um meeting this last month in March, and to my pleasant surprise, we had a representative from the Agua Fria School District who was presenting, making a very nice presentation um at that board meeting, so I wanted to thank Mr. Nallen for a very nice presentation, I think, for everyone in attendance. They got to hear some amazing things about our district. And so, thank you for taking your time and being at that specific uh board meeting for that presentation. Um, couple other events. Couple's probably not the right word, but um in March, as is the case every month, um I have five different community events that I attend just because that's me and
I like to be out in the community. Um, although we all are in many capacities. Um in those meetings, it was really neat to just brag about the direction of our district. And to see all of our students with their academy work and our performance of kids, um as well as I like to brag about how much I enjoy the board, in which I am one member of. Um, and I also like to communicate uh the teamwork that we have in working with Mr. Eseles and being a team of six, and how important that is in keeping our focus uh very clear on the target of where we want to go. Um, attended the Southwest Advocacy Spirit of Strength event in March. Um, loved the Millennium High School girls' state championship game. Uh, fortunately um
we came out on the winning side. It was fun to celebrate with our principals, assistant principal, athletic directors, as well as many staff members uh that were there. So, congratulations to them. Uh, let's see. Had the opportunity to attend um the Governor's Parents Commission on Drug Education and Prevention. It was very interesting. Uh, ties a lot to the uh the OPI commission that I serve on. Uh, loved attending the Pebble Creek Rotary meeting um this past month. And the great part was is that we went to Desert Edge barn. So, to have our Rotary members come and attend that, uh they were thrilled to see that this was a part of what we were doing to support our students um at the school, but also with what they do with their tasks and such. Um
visited a couple of different times the Arts Academy and theater uh with our director Alex. Thanks so much for uh all your effort with that, Alex, and walking us walking me through specifically. Uh also, um since I wasn't there for the ribbon cutting for the Agua Fria cafeteria, had a chance to go and look and we wowed by how amazing it is. So, kudos to everybody involved with that project. Um did attend what's called the West Valley Lending Closet event this last month. Uh it was really neat to see those that uh came together as volunteers and supporters to really help support that closet that's uh right down here in Avondale. Let's see. Had the opportunity to attend the Litchfield Elementary School District Foundation event. Um enjoyed connecting and and talking with various members of
that district. Uh it was a great event to support their foundation just in the same way that they support our district's foundation. Uh let's see. Lastly, um the superintendent um superintendent superstar supper. Um we all know this has been an event in the planning for a couple of years. And so, to see that event uh come off the way that it did, to see such proud parents and thrilled um that they could be there and support their students and for um those students to be able to be recognized for their excellence was an amazing event. So, I just wanted to point out that that's something that's been in the works for the longest time. But, also I want to say to our principals at their schools, you recognize your students very, very well. And the
fact that this could be done by our superintendent just echoes uh the great job that you guys do recognizing students in all varieties of activities. So, that's it. Thank you. Thank you, Eric. I will just say thank you to everyone for their hard work this year. And it's all coming to an end soon. I look forward to celebrating our seniors as well as all of our other students as they approach the next school year and what is next. So, thank you all for your hard work. Perfect. Um Oh. Oh. Okay. Um thank you for highlighting the things that we've done this month. Um as always, recognizing our students, our student athletes for their achievement in the classroom, um on the court, on the mats, on the field is just it's the best part of what
we get to do is see them um exceed and um I love hearing about their their next plans. So, that's what we why we do what we do, right? So, that they have the best opportunities possible. So, um thank you for all you do. Appreciate you so much. Yes. President Acton, um uh if you would please allow, we just uh with your approval of the board tonight, we um uh are welcoming a new member to our leadership team. If we can make that announcement, please. I have uh Mr. Nalan come up. Absolutely. So, Superintendent I mean, President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent Eastless, and Agua Fria community, I'd like to welcome uh Principal Nicole Bundy up here as we um welcome a new member to the family of schools here in the Agua Fria
district. And I'd like for her to bring up um your uh recently approved uh assistant principal at Millennium High School. Thank you. Good evening again, President Acton, members of the board, Superintendent Eastless, and our Agua Fria community. Um I am super excited to be um introducing our new assistant principal who will be joining us next year. Um this is DeLon Leggett. Um he comes to us with a variety of experience um in education um over 20 years. Um he has spent some time at actual all three levels in the elementary, the middle school, and high school. Um currently, he is in the East Valley at Chandler High School um doing some amazing things over there. Um he is a West side guy, graduated from Tolleson. We will not hold that against him. Um but, we
are super excited to bring him back to the West side. So, congratulations. >> Thank you. Welcome to the district. Thank you. THANK YOU. >> [applause] >> JUST ONE MORE RECOGNITION. WONDERFUL. AND and uh Thank you. Um any requests for future agenda items? I have one. Okay, let's hear it. Um I'm so excited with the recognition of our students' success on ACT scores. And I know every year we talk about ACT scores in a report. And with all the work that our academic services team has been working on this past year, I look forward to the presentation to the board just about all of the exciting news. So, Okay. I request that for the board. >> Okay. Which yeah, we will get that worked in. Thank you so much, Eric. You're welcome. Anything else? No? Then,
do I have a motion to adjourn? So moved. Second. Eastless, yes. Colton, yes. Landers, yes. Acton, yes.
