I'd like to start off with Mrs. Violet and Mrs. Christian. Sorry, yeah, we'll start with our third grade student of the month. First, Mrs. Violet, please present us your your student of the Good job, Amelia. Good evening, members of the board, school leaders, teachers, families, and guardians. What makes a great student? Is it high grades, talent, or something more? In our classroom, we have learned that the true measure of a great student is kindness, compassion, and the way you treat others. This student is not only strong academically, but more importantly, she leads with kindness every single day. But if you wanted to truly understand who she is, I listened to her classmates. If they were here today, they would say, "When I cry, she talks to me. She makes me laugh when I'm sad. She
helps me when things are hard." They would describe her as funny, kind, and always willing to help, whether it is writing, an activity, or just simply being a friend. She is always there. One classmate shared how she helped her during lunch. When she felt uncomfortable seeing others eat every single day, and she always helped. That small action shows big the big heart she has. She is the kind of student who notices others. She is the kind of student who steps in without being asked. She is the kind of student who brings joy in her classroom. In class, she listens, shows respect, and always tries her best. But, what really makes her special is how she makes others feel. Safe, happy, and caring. Because of her, our classroom is a happier place. Because of her, students
feel supported. Because of her, kindness grows. In a world where you can be anything, she always chooses to be kind. And that makes her exceptional. It is It is with sincere pride that I present our third-grade student of the month, AMELIA GARRIS. GO TO THIS RIGHT BY ANGELINA. CAN I TAKE A PICTURE? DAD, do you want us to take a picture on your phone for you? Yes, please. I'll I'll just say her name and then go. Okay, that's counselor. I'm sorry. Ready? One, two. Good evening, everyone. It is a true honor to recognize an exceptional student as our Superintendent's Award this season. This student exemplifies the qualities this award represents. Strong character, dedication, and a genuine commitment to others. Each day she comes to school with positive attitude and a readiness to learn. Consistently demonstrating
focus, attentiveness, and responsibility. Beyond her academic efforts, she is known among her peers for her kindness and compassion. She is She is She quietly uh She quietly and consistently goes among out of her way to help others. Whether it's taking the initiative to keep our classroom clean, returning items to classmates, or checking on a friend who may need support. She treats everyone with fairness and respect. And her calm presence helps create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. She is also a thoughtful and supportive classmate who encourages others, offers help when classmates are still working, and brings joy to those around her with her warm and uplifting spirit. What makes her especially deserving of this recognition is her remarkable perseverance and growth. There was a time when she expressed doubt in her reading ability, often saying
that reading was difficult. However, through determination and hard work, she chose to persist. I have seen her approach assessments with patience and focus, and I have had the privilege of hearing her growth firsthand during oral reading. Her progress is a testament to her resilience and commitment to improving herself. And it has made me incredibly proud. She reminds us that true achievement is not only measured by ability, but by effort. Effort, growth, and heart. She is a shining example of what it means to be a lifelong learner and a compassionate member of our school community. It is my privilege to introduce our Superintendent's Award recipient, Mayeli Sanchez. Let me see. One of the Sanchez. Come on. I'm ready. Good evening, everyone. I'm ready. All right. You want to take your picture with me? Yes, please. One,
two, three, four. Congratulations. Good evening, everyone. A silent force that is Marcus. He excels in his own quiet, yet effective way. But make no mistake. Such discreetness doesn't deter him from achieving his goals and earning the respect of his peers. It has become his honest heart and strength, the very notable quality that his classmates and teachers truly admire. He always comes to class prepared. Not only does he perform well and complete complete his work diligently, but he is also respectful to his teachers and classmates. Let me share his thoughts when he was asked to respond to these three questions. First, what does being a good student mean to you? His answer was this, "Being a good student means being responsible and kind to others." And he's right. These qualities are enough to help a student
succeed and be effective in school. Second, "Who inspires you to do your best and why?" His response was very interesting. He said, "No one in particular inspires me to do my best. I try to be the best person I can be for myself and for others." This may be surprising, but focusing on on improving yourself is indeed how you truly thrive. Lastly, "What message would you like to share with other students?" He shared, "I would like to encourage other students to help those in need, be respectful of others, and not judge people." This is very thoughtful and insightful. His outlook highlights the kind of mindset we all need to help and contribute to positive change in the world we live. Now, these answers may be simple, but they are genuine and inspiring. They are a
reflection of his subtle yet resilient character. An example student An example student can truly worked, has achieved quietly, demonstrating that true excellence lets actions speak for themselves. His calm and steady determination makes him worthy of emulation. That is Marcus David Graninger. A quiet achiever. CONGRATULATIONS. COME ON UP YOUR FAMILY. COME ON UP. LET'S GET A GOOD PICTURE. 009single day. Kindness, leadership, and positive influence on those around us. This student truly stands because he is the definition went from me. I would like to give recognition to Gabriel Mateo Cooper. AND WHO IS MATEO? GABRIEL MATEO Cooper exemplifies excellence and heart. Showcasing remarkable curiosity, leadership skills, and eagerness to learn. His commitment to growth inspired everyone around him. Mateo truly embodies the three R's spirit of our students. Respectful. Mateo is always encouraging and uplifting to his classmates, creating a supportive environment that fosters collaboration and growth, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. What's the second R? Mateo demonstrates responsibility through his consistent with fairness and dependability, ensuring that he meets obligations and contributes positively to growth in efforts and academic success. Of course, the last R is ready. Mateo is always ready, approaches new ideas and
challenges with eagerness, showcasing his willingness to explore, learn, and grow, reflecting positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. I chose this student because he is a good scholar. Whether we're tackling complex equations in math, deeper comprehension in reading, exploring the wonders of science, or diving into social studies, he approaches every lesson with a level of curiosity and excellence. He doesn't just sit back. He actively participates and helps drive our discussion forward. But his brilliance isn't limited to his desk. If you look toward our classroom library, you'll almost always find him with a graphic novel in hand. He is truly a voracious reader who knows the power of a great story. And when transition to the playground, the energy and sportsmanship are absolutely unmatched. Beyond these hobbies, Mateo is a leader we have all come to
depend on. He has become our resident tech expert. Whenever I run into a glitch, I'm he's also a consistent, reliable helper to both me and to all his peers. He leads by example, showing us what it looks like to be dependable, focused, and kind. But wait. I am not the only who has noticed these qualities. While I get to choose the super 10 student, your classmate Mateo wanted to make sure their voices were also be heard. I have here a scroll of kindness. It's just a handful of collection of all heartfelt messages written not by me, but some of your classmates and friends who sit next to you every day. Each note reflects the appreciation and respect your peers have for you and the positive impact your kindness had made on this classroom. So, this
is from one of his best friend. And from Boris Alvarez, Mateo, can you come forward? I need your participation this time. This is This is This is, you know what? So, it's Uh this is his personal. Okay, another message. Oh, I love you. Oh, something I appreciate about Mateo. He is always kind. A positive moment I had with him is that when
we played football, even though we were on different teams. I'm certain that he'll always be there. It's for him to go to fifth grade and for him to always be following himself. Aw, that's nice. So, can you come forward? So, congratulations Gabriel and Kaylee Cooper for being chosen as superintendent student for this month. You are more than just an excellent student.
