001here. Miss Rodriguez is present. Mr. Guthrie, Mr. Kersich, Miss Olsen is absent. Dr. Sero here. Miss Eric here. Miss Venezuela here. I will make the motion to adopt the agenda. I'll second. All those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries four to zero. Please stand and to the republic for it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all thebody Super. Yes, sir. Mr. President, members of the board and our whole unified school district community. It's great to see everybody here tonight. We have a few special uh actually we have a couple of special uh recognitions today for the superintendent report. Um I'm just going to give a a brief intro and then Miss Adam's going to talk more about it. She was at a very uh rewarding lunchon today

002that recognized our students. So, uh, the FASA financial pre-application for financial student aid, I believe, um, we were in the top three. Is that right, Mr. As far as completion rate for small school districts in the state of Arizona? So, I want everyone here sitting down to be proud that that's that's a collaborated team effort. And so, um, I believe our students also received some recognition at this lunchon sponsored, I believe, by the Arizona Board of Regents. And so and I'm gonna have Miss Adam one talk about that a little bit. That's our first uh uh recognition uh today. Miss one. Yes. Good evening everyone. Um well let me share a little background first. Okay. So FA plays a critical role in opening doors for our students. Um even if they're not sure if they

003want to go to college or take vocational classes um once they graduate high school, this is ready for them. So they'll be they'll have access to financial um support once they are ready. That's why beginning of the year if you remember seniors who are seniors that are here two too I hope that you were there August of 2024 parent night right parent and student night. One of the things I shared with them is the facts of completion and how important it is. And I challenged them that I told them we are going to accept the FAFSA challenge and I believe that their class will be recognized by the Arizona Board of Regions and my guess is right. Uh last week I received the the mail and the email that uh our school leads in the

004most improved FAFSA completion. So, and we've been tracking this for a while. If you have received or read our newsletter, we've been tracking the FAPSA competition for a while and and our our our kids did, you know, really amazing job. Um, as of Monday, our rating is at 73.53%. So, that's how how many kids that has completed FAFSA. um taking down uh three less kids that were are here are kind of super seniors that makes us about 80% completion just for our current seniors. So that's huge. Um we did not make it to the like the the rating. We're only number 15, but only number it should be number 15. This is Arizona wide. Arizona wide. and most improved. So we we lead in the most improved. That's why we were there earlier. Aana was

005there together with Miracino and Calebas and they each of them received an iPad and other other gadgets in that bag to to help them as they start um you know their future. Right. Um the state's goal was 40%. and ours is at 73. And again, if we don't we take away the three, we are eight at 80%. So, we are way above the the the the state's um goal and I I told Ariana earlier, next year it won't we're not aiming for most improved anymore. We are aiming for 100% completion. [Applause] Thank you. Mr. President, members of the board, Angeline, can you go to uh I want to share something that I want to share with the entire uh town of Aaho. This is something everyone should be proud in proud of. Um this is

006from Irene Copa, the chief executive officer for the Better Business Bureau says, "Hello, I'm excited to share some inspiring news from from Aaho High School. Three exceptional students, Alana Valdez, Marina Nelson, and Silus Manuel were recently honored as winners of the 2025 student ethics video contest presented by the Better Business Bureau serving Southern Arizona. These students were recognized during our annual Torch Awards for ethics dinner, which was last Friday, May 2nd at 7 at 5:30 at the Casino in Tucson. A celebration of businesses, nonprofits, and leaders who exemplify integrity in our community. Their award-winning video was created during a special visit in February to the University of Arizona Elbert College of Management's high school ethics symposium. This is sponsored by the Better Business Bureau, but also by distinguished professor of organization and ethics from the

007outer college, Dr. Paul Melendez, and also MBA coordinator for the Outer College of Management, Miss Diane Sult. So, you you see the winners right there. Ariana Valdez received $500 for a scholarship to her college to postsecary institution. Marina received $1,000 and Mr. Silus Manuel received $2,000 for a scholarship for we wanted to show this to you. Um, you know, this is why we're here. This is awesome. This is motivating. And I wanted to share with everyone here in the audience so you can see it. You can look at it, talk about it. Uh we're putting the red raiders on the map throughout Puma County and the state. Uh the lady in the middle is is Arin Copa, the CEO for um Better Business Bureau and the two gentlemen on the left and right are from

008Kinghorn Law Financial. They were the sponsors. And so just really wanted to share it with you. Uh just so you know some more details. You know, we can never brag enough about our students. There was around 200 high school students who participated in this ethics contest. 200 from southern Arizona. Some such school districts like Sunnyside Unified School District Unified School District, Tucson Unified School District and some other uh schools in Santa Cruz County. So we didn't just get one or two or three. We swept the awards and we should be so proud of it. So when you see Silus in our in Marina throughout town on campus, give them a high five. Tell them congratulations. Tell them great job. This is you. This is you. This is a concerted effort. All of our staff in

009here, everyone throughout the community. And I just wanted to share this. I'm going to call them up here to receive their certificate of award student ethics video contest. And these interviews were conducted by the CEO, Miss Harin Copa for Better Business Bureau. students answer the question on what does ethics mean to them. So I'm going to call the person Ariana Valdez. Can you please come up? [Applause] [Music] Um you want to say something? Absolutely. Absolutely. I just wanted to say thank you to our school and all the teachers that pushed us to continue and as far as to going to this conference. Marina also wanted me to say she wasn't here today. She said that this really impacted her because she's going to the UVA and it really shows like ethics does take you a

010long way and it does show how good a person can be. And I wanted to thank Dr. Sulttero for pushing us all to go. We're We only went because we were student council and we the leaders, but we ended up making it worth it. So, thank you so much. And yeah, Martinez, she's not here, right? It's for $1,000 for her to take to uh to the university. Um, this next person needs no introduction. Number 56. I believe he set the second season record. 50. I'm sorry. I'm comparing him to Lawrence Taylor at the New York Giants. So, I believe he set the uh one of the top records as far as most rushes over 50 or 60 yards, touchdown runs, but also he also was in the top 10 for number of tackles in a

011season. And so, this is presented to student ethics video contest certificate of award. first place out of around 200 high school students in about southern Arizona. Let's give it up for number 58. Uh uh I just want to thank you guys. Uh thank you for always being my biggest hype man. Uh yeah. Uh thank you. I just appreciate being a part of this guys. Thank you. And uh Mr. President, that concludes um superintendent report. Okay. And next up we have the award. Yes, Mr. President, members of the board. This is always, I believe, our favorite part. Um our student of the month awards for our preK to second grade students is and as you can tell, whenever we recognize our primary students, we always have a a standing room. We always have a big crowd.

012And so I'm going to go ahead and start it off by calling up prek teacher who in her last prek award before she becomes our new assistant business manager. [Music] [Applause] Miss Hopkins, Mr. Mr. Mr. Dr. M, thank you for coming down here. Fellow teachers, guests, and parents. In preK, one of her frequent conversation topics is animals. All the children enjoy animals and many of them like to pretend they are animals. Please explain my voice. We often have dogs and cats come to school greeting teachers and classmates with barks or meows. But in prek we also have one unicorn. Unicorns are rare and magical creature. Unicorns are Jade's favorite animal, which is correct because we think Jade is a unicorn among students. She has a rare test for life and grasp of identity. Jade 100%

013knows who she is and is not afraid to be herself in any situation or in front of anyone. Every day, her inner unicorn sparkle shows itself in tus. Jade always come to school in her signature tutu. Each day a different color. She looks like a princess, but make no mistake. She can run and play with the best of them. Jade is strong and not afraid to get dirty. She stands up for herself if a situation calls for it, but she never hurts anyone. She uses her words to make herself understood loud and clear. Jade's independence is one of the things that makes her such a rare special uniform. She's very responsible with self-care, eating, cleaning up after center time, and helping around the classroom. Jade is very friendly and funny. She makes all of us

014laugh and get along well with her peers. She has built a great friend group that enjoy playing together in the music center. Jade loves music. Jake has many admirable qualities but we think the most magical thing about her magical thing about her is how far she has come during her time in prek. We have noticed Jade really grow and mature in prek this year and feel that she has become a leader in the classroom. She's kind, dependable and smart. She has really made an impact in our classroom. Thank you to friends and family that have supported Jade in her prek journey. You are the sparkle in her life that have cultivated in her such special uniqueness. Jade, your individuality and kindness bring much joy to our classroom. So, keep spreading your magic wherever you go.

015People need the originality you bring to the world. Ladies and gentlemen, let's give a big round of applause to JK. [Music] [Applause] She [Music] has one, two, three. [Applause] Good evening everyone. Leadership is not about age. It is about influence, integrity, and example. And demonstrates all three every single day. It is with great pride and admiration that we recognize Liliana as our superintendent student of the month. A shining example of excellence, Liliana is a kindergarten student who who consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. From the very first day of school, she has demonstrated a level of maturity well beyond her years. Her ability to remain focused, responsible, and composed in a busy classroom setting speaks volumes about her character and upbringing. Lilana is not only an exceptional student academically, she also embodies

016the qualities of a true leader. Whether she's helping a classmate, participating in a group activity, or offering respect and enthusiasm, her natural leadership skills are evident in the way her peers look up to her and follow her example. Her commitment to learning, coupled with her strong moral compass, makes her a role model in the classroom. Liliana's work is always completed with care and attention to detail, and she takes pride in doing her best at all times. She asks thoughtful questions, stays curious, and shows genuine excitement about exploring new topics. Her love for learning is contagious and brings joy to those around her. I am incredibly proud of her achievements and the person she is becoming. She truly exemplifies what it means to be a leader at any age. We know that this is only the

017beginning for her, and we can't wait to see all that she will accomplish in the years to come. To honor Liliana's extraordinary character, I created a special acronym using her name. Each letter of Liliana reflects a part of who she is. L leader at heart. I inspires others. Lifelong learner, I integrity driven. A always kind noteworthy in every way. and a ambitious and driven. Congratulations on this well-deserved recogition as our superintendent student of the month. [Applause] She's like my little teacher in the class. Thank you. Good evening everyone. Today I want to recognize a very special student in our class. Someone who may not always speak the loudest but whose actions speak volumes. Luis Bucherasaurus. This student is quiet and reserved but within the quiet quietness is a heart full of kindness, respect and extraordinary

018responsibility. He leads not with words but with examples. Always doing what's right. Always treating others with care and always showing a deep sense of integrity. He notices the small things he helps without being asked all the time and he brings calm and thoughtfulness into our classroom. The calm and an emphasis. His quiet strength has made a lasting impact on all of us. We admire not just what he does, but who he is. Truly special and truly kind. Once again, let's recognize Louise and give him a round a big round of [Applause] applause. Can you take a picture? Congratulations. Okay, I need I need him with me. So, today today I'm incredibly proud to celebrate a very special student, our student of the month, someone I like to call our little president. Why little president? Because

019from the moment you walk into the classroom, you carry him. You carry yourself with quite confidence, calm leadership, and a natural sense of responsibility. He is the kind of student who doesn't wait to be asked. He sees what he needs to be done and just does it. Whether it's helping a friend, straightening up the classroom, or answering a tricky question, he steps up without hesitations. And he's not just smart, he's sharp. He asks great questions, explains things to his classmates in ways that I sometimes just stand back and smile. Honestly, he's like a little teacher. There are days when I feel like he's running the class. Actually, he can lead a group, settle a disagreement, and encourage someone who's struggling, all with kindness and patience beyond his years. And let's not forget forget he's also

020incredibly athletic, just like the sisters. Whether it's soccer, basketball, or just a fast game of tag at recess. Oops, recess. He brings the same energy, fairness, and team spirit that he brings to every everything he does. But what ad what I admire most is that he's not just working hard for himself. He lifts up everyone around him. And that's what makes him a real leader. He reminds us every day that being a leader means serving others, showing respect, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. So congratulations. You are a bright light in our class, a learner, an athlete, a helper, a friend, a little teacher, and a leader. You truly deserve to be a student of the month, and we are all lucky to have you. Keep leading the way, Jordan.

021[Applause] [Music] I'm the only short. Good. Awesome. Congratulations to the board. Long story short, we've never done this before, but it's your last time as a teacher recognizing one of our students for student month. Can I ask Miss Kot and the teachers and the students they recognize? Can they come up and get a group picture with you? It's her last time. She's not doing the boards anymore. In honor of Miss Kay, teachers, can you guys all go up there? Stand behind the board, please. and students go with them. Go up with them. [Applause] That sounds good. Parents, you want to join them? Parents, you're welcome to join behind. parents take service of the month selection all our teachers got our students ready One, two, three. Last time look at Angelina's first. One, two, three. Then

022she's tippid back there. Miss Sanchez. [Music] So today we just want to take this time to uh stay right here. Hello. You're not shy. Um guys, uh how many years have you done prek? 2016. Uh in my experience in other districts, Dallas Unifi, Tucson Unified, I've never seen any prek teacher anywhere. Every single day should be every parent, right, Tyler and all the time. Absolutely. And so, u this is an honor of all your dedication and uh enjoy your next chapter in your life as the assistant business manager. But guys, let's give it up for she deserves Well, I think you'll find it easier to be a preschool teacher. Anything else? Okay. Uh Mr. President, uh that concludes the awards and recognition. I want to at this time, you know, all of our families and

023and students, families and teachers, uh you have a lot of things you got to do. go home and have dinner, do homework. You're welcome to do that right now. I know you maybe want to stay for the whole meeting, but you know you want to go home, too. So, we'll give you a few minutes to to go home and enjoy the rest of your night. And thank you again for being here. Thank you, staff and students and parents. Thank you, guys. Goodbye. Thank you, Silus. Congratulations. Thank you. Still as good looking as ever. Stop it. Your beard looks amazing, too. Okay, next up we have public comments. Visitors are welcome to speak on agenda and non-aggenda items. Comments are limited to three minutes. Please state your name and address prior to making your comments. Please

024note that members of the board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, action taken is limited to directing the administration to look into the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling matter for future consideration. And the first person we have, David Leco. I'll invite you up to the podium. Yes. Hi, my name is David Leco. I say my address 111 second Avenue here in Aaho. Uh so man, I wish we could kick everybody out. Um really want to tell everybody congratulations, especially Miss Cotch. She's a wonderful prek teacher. Um so what I'd like to talk about today real fast goes by quick is this whole firing residing firing residing. The only reason why we're even talking about all that is legality reasons, right? Because nobody has once said, "Mr.

025Leco, the evidence you've provided me is false." Which means if I was fired, I was fired under false pretenses. And we all know that changes the ball game. But I can tell you right now, I have no desire for a legality case against this district. Zero. That's not who I am. That wouldn't help. I never wanted to go this far. But what's wrong is wrong, and what's right is right. And that's my only thing. And what are we teaching these kids? What are you paying me for as a coach? What do you vote on? Right? You vote on am I going to have a strong leader? Somebody to teach these kids how to be morally and ethically responsive. Right? If you want to know why, because I do this out of kindness of my heart.

026We all know I don't need this job because I have an amazing wife and I am medically retired veteran. I don't need this job. I do it out of the kindness of my heart. And the reason why I will keep showing up and I will use every legal outlet possible at my exposure to make sure justice is done. I told you I already forget the kids, but the parents that were involved, especially the one that sits in a position who is there based on their sole purpose of being able to make decisions for the rest of us to have it instigated by that is a problem. And if you want to know why I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing, this is it. The last time I tried to hand you guys something, which

027is perfectly legal by the way, and the secretary told me, superintendent jumped in and told me, his legal team told me I have to hand it to him first. I don't know if you guys ever got it. I'm not sure. Thank you for coming again. wish for me to kick everybody out to hear this because there was several students in here that were involved and I would love the opportunity to tell them that I forgive them. I owned up to my mistake immediately for cussing immediately because the nights that I teach, we have three letters on our shield, D, H, and I. Discipline, honor, integrity. Everybody makes a mistake. Everybody own up to it. Deal with it. Move on. That's what we need to show our youth. Too many times, staff members here have been

028thrown off to the bur because it's easier than dealing with the actual problem because we live in a poor community and nobody has the resources to fight back. I volunteered for the infantry in a time of war. Not got pushed into the infantry. Volunteered for the infantry. I will keep going. Thank you all. I do want to clarify that we didn't kick anybody out of the meeting after the awards. We always invite people to leave because most people don't want to stay for the whole reason, but they were all welcome to stay. Right. Absolutely. But I've noticed that most of the agendas I've had that since we showed up here, public comment is before the awards. Yeah. Okay. Next up, we have her Hello. Uh, my name is Nathaniel Hardy. I re I live at

029961 North Ker Road here in Aaho. Um, I expressed my concerns about school security report and David Leco's uh, firing or resignation, whatever you want to call it. Uh I'd like to further elaborate on our conversation and Lonnie uh said that uh he hasn't heard of any allegations as I did not hear anybody else disagree that they haven't heard any stories of uh assault threats of kids being called snitches pursuing kids that have been called snitches snitches teachers being threatened with assault uh apparently the board is unaware so I would like to produce some edits I have not been able to obtain evidence yet of assaults in the bathrooms, but I believe the superintendent is quite capable of letting you know of any and all um what should I call reports of from a parent

030or a student that they and this is for here today. if you could please forward this to her um of any allegations. So what I would ask him is have you heard of any allegations of kids getting assaulted in the bathroom? Have you heard of any threats against teachers? Have you have you um have been aware that the security cameras did not work for however long a period of time? How many security cameras do not work right now? Do we have auto security cameras? Do we have security cameras at the entrances of the bathrooms? Those are questions. Um, and I would like to elaborate that yes, um, we should all take responsibility as David Leco has for things we've done wrong. Um, I think the school is an anarchy. I've heard stories, I don't know

031if they're true or not, of kids getting graduated simply because they mowed somebody's lawn on the school site. Multiple stories of that. Um, yeah, I don't I don't know, but the this place is a this is a place of learning. This is a place of discipline. This is not kids don't run the show. That would be anarchy. Um, I think uh the superintendent is capital ship. I don't think the school should be punching down to the lowest levels of employment. I think the highest levels should take responsibility. I think Miss Mercy is doing a great job. I think everybody below her is doing a great job. But they are not given the tools and the authority they need to keep this school in order. Um, I think Mr. President, your house is out of order.

032I think people on this board are going behind your back to hide to discipline people without your permission. David Leco, two days after, from what I understand, the um superintendent, 2 hours after the superintendent forwarded a complaint about Trish to this board. Two hours later, um Mr. WCO is served with an harassment injunction. Does that sound like retaliation to you? Did you know about that? Did they go behind your back? Again, I'm not allowed to That's okay. But I believe a complaint was on the agenda. The complaint is on the sir. It's as an executive session. Sir, the complaint is on as an executive session, which means we cannot discuss. That is fine. That's fine. Okay. Speaking. Yes. You've got about 4 seconds left. Okay. And that's not your fault. I I just I just

033don't want anybody on this respect. Please have the voting there for protocol. The pro the podium wasn't there, but I I have a first round. Right. Okay. Protocol pledge of allegiance to the flag. What protocol? The one you just made up. What talk about protocol, sir? What about uh is Trish a teacher? Because according to you, you follow protocols that she was. sir in writing please there's no personal test your I believe I was on back here okay please absolutely thank you okay you're very welcome okay now we go on to consent agenda I will make a motion to consent Okay, all in favor say I. 043at all that he was going to be gone at all? Mr. President, Mr. Guthrie, um from what I understand we had Mr. and Mr. involved in the committee process. So I would direct this to one of them and Mr. Young if you want to talk about that. He mentioned it but if not it's not not extended. He said he should be done before the season that he should be fine doing the practice and games. I just see a pattern being developed of us and and not and I don't mean this against Jose, but a pattern of us hiring coaches that have other scheduling issues going on that keeps them from from participating fully in in in their in their sports. and and so I don't know if maybe something I shouldn't even worry about but

044um I just I just see that see like every sport now one of the coaches can't you know has an issue where where they can't be there all the time and I know my my situation and and Lonnie's situation Brian B's situation were the same where through work you know they were gone a lot you know because of of the ambulance cost, but it you know, so we should we continue to pay these coaches the full amount of money when they are unable to attend. Am I way out there in the I mean, what do you think, Eric? It might be. Well, no. Um, I do think we should have some kind of stipulation to pay if not singling out anybody on the list right now just in general for paper coaches. I mean, we're

045paying them a certain amount for that season. Maybe we need to break that down to how many practices they have, how many games they attend. I mean, I mean, this is the public funds here. I mean, we don't want to be just giving away taxpayer dollars. Sure. So, maybe that's something we need to address here in the future. Yeah, very soon. Only we can do it on this one because it's already Yeah. for June. We can look at have a discussion if the administration looks into a meeting. Sure. And I understand there wasn't 27 people retracted for the baseball coach's job, right? If they had taken it, they wouldn't have had a coach at all, right? They would just had Eddie. And I understand all those issues involved. it just that I'd like to get

046paid for this you can prorate a so you can 75% 50% 25% those are easy ways things we can do it our financial system any further discussion then I will call for the by football. All those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries four to zero. And now I'll ask for a motion on Scott as assistant football. I'll make motion. Any discussion or question? If not, I'll call for deferral on Scott. All those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries four to zero. Next we have Bonnie Guthrie III for assistant football coach. We have a Is there any questions or discussion? The same issue that he's going to be gone, you know, working and so there will be, you know, times when he just won't be able to be in practice.

047Real quick, if I could real fast, um, now this what we're going to discuss at a future date. um you've already got contracts prepared for these people. So it may not be applicable for right now. Yeah, that's my Yeah. So this be from for the future moving on if if we decide to do that. Change the terms after. Okay. If there's nothing further, I'll ask for the vote on the third. All in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion carries three and let us take the motion myself as volunteer football coach. Second. Any question or discussion? If not for all those in favor say I. I. Any post? Motion carries four to zero. I will make a motion for Jose for the volunteer football. Second. Any question or discussion? All those in favor say I.

Um, this report reflects a significant reduction in compliance questionnaire findings. Um, I just attribute to like the growth that the district's had in that department. So, um, in Pennsylvania, right, a

050lot of this is from last year. So, we know going into this year, we've had even more growth and we anticipate even less reduction. So um just a kudos to the team here attempt to be in compliance with the USFR and all those financial questions or comments from all those in favor say I. I any oppos. Okay. Mr. Hopkins. Yeah. From ASBA as a member-driven nonpartisan organization, ASB probably represents the collective voice of Arizona school boards. It's time to begin developing the 2026 political political agenda. A shared set of advocacy priorities created and approved by members members. Uh there you have as far as what you need to do. This is a board decision, Mr. President, members of the board. feedback from left here because the same notebooks. the same people from No, they get mixed up. They might be tucked into somebody else's The ones for Monday are the same

053ones. Oh, okay. I marched mine up with my priorities. I thought I just tucked it under my notebook. So, I have it. I didn't move anything. Okay. Security. I know for me I'm going to go with adequately and equitably fund district schools to the Nashville meeting standard for people preserve and respect local control federal advocacy school safety and Arizona rural schools. I think mine are the exact same as yours. Okay. Yeah. Arizona rural rural. Yeah. Safety, federal advocacy, require public accountability and transparency. That was my Oh, sorry. Yeah, that was mine. 054association things they already know what they're going to do so this game okay because then we're stuck with we have three three of the priorities that have three votes for it and we have three that have two votes three that have We can just go with three. Yes. Do we have five that are, you know, we've got I mean we've got three that have two votes and three that have three votes. So we got to figure out which to eliminate based on Oh, okay. That's tough. Yeah. for them. Like Angelina suggested, we just submit the ones where we have three votes for only three priorities. We also those three that we have three votes. I agree with Carolyn. Whatever she wants, I want So you guys are all the same. Okay. Adequately and equitably fund

055district schools. There's three that will be require public accountability and transparency with taxpayer dollars. Arizona rule and remote schools, school safety and security and federal advocacy. Okay, we're still kind of still in the same box now. We've got four for three of them and two Wait, we did it. We got three that have four votes, two that have three votes, one that has two. Perfect. Thank you. I'll snag those and then we do submit them online and that will get you at the same time. Okay. And I'll make some sort of mark that makes sense on which one you just chose. Uh we have the option too to pick a delegate. old school. So, anybody interested in being the delegate to be I'll nominate Trist. Yeah. That is it. We can choose to send the

056delegate to the Assembly. We don't have to. Yeah, we can submit our priorities online. Yeah, but we can do both at the same time. Yeah. And I think she's already she's already gone to one. Yeah. 23 24. And I think last year they had an online like you could you could video in either through teams or FaceTime or something like that. I don't know if they they haven't opened that up at ASDA yet. So um I can give that to the board as soon as that happens. Okay. And I believe I need to make a motion. And the motion is to submit these top five priorities to ASPA and to see if Miss representative second. Okay. If there's no further discussion, I will call for all those in favor say I. I. Any opposed? Motion

Any questions or discussion? Call for the vote. Okay. All

059those in favor say I. Any opposed? Motion carries four to zero. Okay. Next up, we have possible new item for the next meeting. um Monday I made um made the suggestion that in June we modify the public comment form because I don't really see a need to know somebody's address and like Lonnie pointed out that could also be a security level but say have them state their name and their connection to the district. In addition to that I think for Monday there's um I think we like we pulled the podium out. We used to have the podium out for public comments um under the previous administration. We hadn't been using it, but I think it helps with public comments to keep things under control and focus. I think that kind of need a vote from

060the board to the public comments. So, I'll put that on the J. I think you know should should discuss uh you know ultimately the board's going to be the final decision on any issues with school. Um, I do not I'm not trying to knock on anybody's first memory right because I don't feel this is affected by that, but I do not think it's a good idea for people just to be allowed up to us to give us documents or things like that because if they have an issue that has to come to the board, you know, we need to maintain impartiality and by receiving this, I mean there's proper channels we have that go basically principle on up. Mhm. So I think that we have the we have we haven't received this this I'm not

061going to read it. I'm not going to touch it in case this had this comes to us later for something. Any videos for future? Yeah. Um can we get an update on Dibble's data? Um I think this week is there last week I remember right or it was ready for June. Yes. Oh. Um, well, we discussed it earlier about the u the pay with the coaches and presence and all that. So, if that's something you guys have by then, if we can. I mean, sure. I know we have pressing issues at the end of the year. Okay. Anything else? Okay. Then it is time to convene or relent executive session. to vote. [Music] I vote I. All those in favor say I. I move that we move into executive session. Okay. All those in favor
