001you'll have to sign where it's his signature oh that's you that's me eric oh i thought it was yes eric this one and this one um wendy has a pen i got one and then they go to the the county to get signed they'll come back to you when they're all thank you that enemies afford domestic kind of changed this last couple weeks now we have to wait till 5 30. all right that's true that takes less time i don't think we've ever done all three all the same time i was one of the two separate state commissions i had to be sworn in for those two and you've been on the school board before right yeah what years uh was elected in 2010 i'd search for your term back at it again yeah back

002at it again that was when it was lisa and you and i lisa you uh burns yeah but that's the election yeah and there were a lot of people there and we had questions moderator what year was that 2010 so the election was in 2009. yeah 2010's the general election then served 11 12 13 14. yes so my granddaughter did her mom she's awesome put her in barbie keybridge school district this year online yeah so my sister my daughter listened in today while she was doing her online deal so it started off with the teacher yelling at the kids there were 27 kids in the class and it started off with her yelling at him and within a minute of her beginning to yell at everybody 24 the kids logged out wow and only only

003six of them stayed on and then some came back later and um but she said she stayed there the whole day and listened to what was going on and the majority of the day the teacher just ranted at him on about issues at grade level and there's a lot of research about frontal lobe and learning and when you're embarrassed or angry or scared and sometimes people use all three of those strategies to help shut down that frontal lobe that stops learning i understand frustration some days it doesn't help the learning
