004that we will be leasing they are within close proximity and they have um independent access to the school um as you can as notated on the map of q144 q47 and also the two offices on the right hand side of the map um it this plan also allows them to have access to Independent restrooms as well as independent independent parking lot providing both entities privacy and be able to conduct business may I just make a com comment and and I know we got a response from the attorney but to me we put a fence between accelerated and intermediate because of age and all of those safety issues but I don't know why this is any different than having individuals on campus that are not that are adults that are members that are around students anyway
005is that not why is that not still somewhat of a con I mean I don't want to say concerned and I know they're going to follow the policies that we've asked them to but I just it sounded like they weren't going to have to do anything more than that so follow what we asked them to do is that my understanding I completely understand and this is something that we can continue to have those conversations and look into it um we have the uh understanding of what is the expectation and the uses of the facilities um but the the safety of our students and our staff it's a priority and that's definitely something that we can continue to uh discuss okay right so so there's four four areas that yes the one on the right where
006it doesn't have a number there's actually two rooms located top no the one of the corner one that doesn't have a que there's there's two rooms there off to the right here the closest one the one on top is just saying the that color is what the color key so the K you see where the K is that will be their parking uh R will change the locks they'll have specific keys to them so they can only and get in and out of there along with operations where the K will be the entrance to where they'll be getting in out of the office so they should be secured this area and then leave from that area after I did have a question in regards to is it all programs that are going to be there

011if he does get approved like who's going to be there okay and you're going to deal Direct with the Director of Education on anything that's going on there if you have any issues if you have any concerns we have any concerns yeah um I as part of our the same way that I do check-ins with my departments um I'll be more than happy to set up up um checkins with our collocated partners um to ensure that we're both on the same page and we U meet each other's needs I appreciate that the other concern and I know I don't know I mean excuse me it's only the only concern comes from me is when when our students are there and we're in having instructional days and those types of things like if students aren't there
012we have space or room this is why I'm glad we talked about putting them in a location where they're we know where they're at and that's what they're doing and not carousing around the the campus it's an actual operating school so let's please treat it as such and be respectful I'm not saying that they won't be it just makes me feel a little concerned but because their parents too if they get what are they doing here what's that when did you guys approve that you know I mean it just for the sake of at least the discussion I want us to say we had that discussion and we feel confident and comfortable we're going to move forward even though I don't feel comfortable I feel like I don't want to not be hopeful either as
013long as our expectations are clear and and I believe that that needs to be continue to be um part of the conversation um even though there is there will be at least agreement there's also um the the work ethics from both departments that we need to review and the expectations um of what it means to respect the students privacy um and honor and respect the teachers uh practices as well as the school there's um also giving an outlet um when there's any concerns how to address it who to address it and the timel the timelines in which needs to be addressed on both ends oh okay I mean yeah I guess just wondering whether or not I mean just wondering because also we don't want students to be hanging out there I know that's sometimes
