001Okay. All right. We are going to go ahead and open up our hearing, public hearing for the truth and taxation uh primary property taxes um uh session. Uh so again uh this will be our our business manager Courtney Hoffmire is going to go through that and uh go from there. Okay. Thank you. Do we have a new We don't have a new So, we don't. So, the only thing I actually have for this one is what's up on the board. And this is what we publish uh anytime we're doing a tooth and taxation. We have to have a truth and taxation notice and just make sure we're being transparent with our taxpayers about any increases in uh primary property taxes. And so, this is just a uh this is talking about our adjacent ways, our

002uh our tax levy. And this is proposing an increase in the primary property tax levy of $634,000. And what this would do is increase our primary property taxes on a $100,000 home to $36.20. Um, and it does it uh it also states that without the tax increases, the total taxes would be that would be owed would have been $1810. Um, and that's due to so we actually are are only going up um $18. Yes. But actually last year I think we were at about $34. So we're actually only going up by about $2 and that's because we had an adjacent ways. We had a tax levby last year as well. Um and we'll still see our even even with this increase, our primary tax rate is still going down because of the um the lowering

003bond um payment that we have. And so um so this hearing is really just to give this information to all of our taxpayers um and make sure that we can answer any questions if there are any. Hopefully. Can't guarantee, but I'm going to try. Are there any questions? Um and so I actually I apologize. Um so these what the projects that we're going to be working these projects are going to be the bus loop um in the back between the junior high and the high school uh in that back bus loop and that is just dirt right now and really needs to be paved um it's just it's a muddy mess out there um in our winter months and then also um some parking lot and uh parking lot adjustments at the elementary school and

004those quotes were provided um to you so you could kind of review those as well. So, is this a vocal item for the public or No. And so, in our um so this will actually be the the U board will vote on this in the during the uh board meeting today. No, I think um projects like this are very important. So, thank you, Courtney. Okay. Thank you. Anybody else have any questions? Okay, then that will conclude this hearing.
