002a total of 45 minutes. Speakers will have three minutes to address the board. Board meetings are meetings of the board held in public, not open foreign town hall meetings. Board members will not engage the board the public during public comment. The board will keep this in mind as we conduct our meetings allowing the public to provide input at the time allotted on the agenda to ensure that the multiple voices of the community inform board deliberations. When the board deliberates would be a time for the board to listen and learn from each other, taking the public input into consideration, not a time to re-engage with the public. The board will consistently abide by our formal processes relating to this issue so that all persons are treated fairly and equally. Our first speaker, first and only speaker
003is Kim Noaro. >> Good evening. So nice to see all you guys. Happy New Year. Um what I would like to talk about I like the um evaluating programs and evaluating where our resources go which I talked to facilities and finance and I'll come back to HR and talk about that. But what I really want to talk about with all of you is data. When we put out working data, we have egg on our face a lot of the time. I think we really need to protect our data and not share it publicly until we have come to an agreement that it actually is verifiable and it matches what we put out before. Um, you know, close. We're really, really close. It's like 2% conflicts at South and 1% at Central. and our goal was

So like we've blown it out of the park >> and we would all be super celebrating and if we had had all of our data together we could have done the press release and it would have gone out and it would have been super positive and it wouldn't be the look once again the south got flooded. So please, please, please push whatever our data is coming out of ANO is what's going to be moving forward as an operationalized piece. If we don't have stuff in our data, they won't have it in their data. So we need to ensure that we have every single >> I dotted te crossed. we have every single person who was um denied a course for whatever reason involved in this. Um and then I think we also need to
005take the time and do the same process for kids in special ed, BH and multilingual. We need to understand how we're resourced and how those resources are best used to serve the students in our district. >> Thank you. So please don't look at the data that's currently out cuz it's not right. Thank you. Moving on to action items.
