002Creek family as well students staff welcome Bullhead middle school and Coyote Canyon Life Academy students I am so proud to be here to celebrate with you all today today marks the end of a chapter in your book not the Final Chapter though you have so much more to write in your books often the junior the journey through junior high is a difficult one you have made it through and her ready for whatever comes next I hope that we have given you the tools to conquer high school and Beyond remember the things that you have learned over the past couple of years not just the academic things but the life lessons as well they will come in handy as you move through life if you were lucky enough some may say unlucky enough to receive one
003of Mr Eastman's talks remember those words they will they were given to you from my heart I think of each of you as part of my family and I want to see you all succeed now let's get on to the real reason that we are here to honor all these amazing young people for the hard work and dedication congratulations to the promoting class of 2024 and the graduating class of [Applause] 2028 next we're going to welcome Fox Creek student body president Lily Morrison [Applause] hi I'm Lily Morrison your student council president you may have seen me around campus or recognize me by all the pink this year we've gone through so much and I'm sure we're all just excited and nervous for high school however as we move forward we may tend to look back
004on the memories we've made here together whether you think back on walking to classes with friends watching the clock in 7th hour just counting down the minutes to leave last minute studying for social studies tests stressing a little too much over last week's homework laughing at the rare moment of when Mr West makes an actually funny joke or constantly bombarding teachers to update your grade all of these memories were made possible by the many people that I believe we'd like to thank at this time I'd like to thank the teachers the administration the cleaning staff and our families for supporting us and always pushing us towards our goals and better Futures lastly and most importantly I'd like to thank the students together we were a we were able to help and support each other throughout
005our Middle School years and we'll always have the friends around us to thank for our happiest School memories whether you're anxious for the new teachers new students in new campus are excited for what lies ahead and all the happy memories we still have yet to make I know you'll be just fine this is a new beginning for us and I believe at this new beginning it is important for us to be able to reestablish ourselves and and grow into even better people than we already are in the world words of Eleanor Roosevelt the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams allow yourself to grow allow yourself to get an education and succeed but most importantly allow yourself to be [Applause] happy next tell me welcome from the recent graduating class
006of Mojave High Brook [Applause] Linsky good morning soon to be class of 2028 that's crazy just saying I hope these last couple of years at Fox Creek have treated you well and made you some lifelong friendships and memories I know years ago my time at Fox Creek was some of my best memories I hope I hope you all have matured and grown over the years and are ready to start your high school Journey this is going to be a big change bigger than you all realize you're going from the highest grade in your school to freshman in high school with triple the amount of students I advise you to take any opportunity help and advice given to you by the people above you it's all to help you make the right choices for your path
007through High School everything you do now and every choice you make does have an effect and will see you through to your senior year now this is not being said to scare you or give you pressure this is so you all know how important it is that you all make the best decisions for you individually and for your own path with that I know it can be easy to be sucked in by High School drama and wanting to fit in with your friends but please make sure each and every one of you is making the best choices for yourselves do not be a follower just because you're afraid to be different or because things may change if you don't follow by your senior year if you spent your high school career making the best decisions
008for you you will leave High School a better person and with no regrets and that's the goal with that being said I'm not saying not to have fun at whatever High School you choose to attend in fact I strongly encourage each and every one of you to somehow get involved and participate in as much as you can and not to be afraid to start something new getting involved in your high school is when one of the most rewarding things you can do you will learn an immense amount about yourself about life and you will grow as a person I know I will not be there to see you all shine in high school but I wish you all the best for your future and I know you will not let any of your teachers or

013as you leave here today I'd like you to share I would like to share five important lessons that I came across as I Was preparing for the speech from another principal named Mr kleene these ideas are lessons that I believe can help you along your path one don't assume all adults have all the answers often we don't keep asking the big questions two there are no shortcuts to Excellence solving really hard problems takes time requires risk taking and may result in Failure failure equals an opportunity to grow three learn from other people's mistakes you don't have to make them all Yourself four make yourself happy don't wait for others to make it for you five put your phone down and be present I have to remind myself of this lesson too nothing stren strength yeah
014nothing helps friendships and relationships more than truly being in the moment and listening and learning from others so put your phone down and be present lastly I want to say congratulations to each and every one of you we are proud of you and wish you m much success congratulations to the Future class of 2028 [Applause] 28 parents you can meet your the students in the foyer and students we will start the processional out thank you for coming [Music] what e
