008is simply an account of our fund balances as reported through 2024. The next page in green is fund balance as a percent of expenditures. And what this shows is that we are essentially fiscally responsible and can survive a downturn if it were to occur in a short. Do you know >> of what their rates were? >> Yeah, I couldn't tell you. They always said that we were we made it hard for them because we charge more or charge less than they were able to because we operational we have the facilities we have all those things. 013present and signify by saying I. >> Those oppos same. Motion carries. >> Uh we're asking the board tonight to approve uh the contract to move to KIC for food service for the 2627 school year. A number of reasonings for this. Um one of them is pricing of their commodities. Another one is the proximity of their warehouse. I believe Gordon is closing the warehouse that's in in Indiana and moving it to Ohio, which would make it three hours further away. Uh, and additionally, over the past year and a half to two years, we've run into food supply issues with our current vendor. So, we're looking to switch this up where um to KIC, who some of our other neighboring districts have started to use um in hopes that we can remedy some of those issues. >>

Okay. as part of the services that they do, which they provide some additional services uh during audits and so forth should we need it, which the current company that she's using does not do. I was going to say, I mean, certainly sold it, but I was surprised by the letter
015head. >> Yeah, cuz it kind of looked like it was coming from yet through Question. >> Questions been called. All those in favor to approve agenda item 8.3 signify by saying I. >> Those opposed same. Motion carries. Anything else from our administrators? >> Be careful going home. >> Congratulations to Mrs. Melvin and the Melvin family. Thank you. Excited. [applause] Yeah, it'll be great. >> Yeah, we're excited.
