Special nod to the uh community foundation.

They hit three of our buildings just with this one right here. And uh that's it's coming up pretty big. And I'd also like to thank Liz for the roll call votes tonight. Everybody knows how much I like those. So uh yep. >> Uh there's always a Grinch in every Christmas story, right? Um no. Um yeah, the light display I drove by last night and um I'm g have to go back because it it does different things for different songs. So, you gota kind of gota sit and see it see it go through the different songs there. >> Let's camp that out there one night like >> but I'm I'm gonna have to go back and check that out again. Um and it's the time of year unfortunately a little early uh compared to some years

where we have a lot of folks in this corporation who are out on the roads super duper early. Superintendent Klene, Transportation Director, uh, and our contractors, um, who are sacrificing a lot of sleep and time to make sure that we get our kids to school safely and, uh, an informed decision gets made. I know it's it's everybody wants to know the night before and everybody wants to uh has their opinion of when schools should be closed or two-hour delay and I I thank the hard work that goes into making that decision um as quickly as possible and with uh student safety in mind. So I really appreciate everybody's effort on that. Um next on the agenda, administrator comments. There are none. Oh, oh, Chris. Sorry, Chris. I'm sorry. >> I just want to say thanks

to Rick and to Dena and Steve for helping out at the career expo and I appreciate we had about 170 kids and 30 different careers and they were there with smiles on and they were greeting everybody. So, thank you for that and for the donation acceptance for Patrick'sburg. >> Okay. Thank you, Chris. We will now move on to the superintendent report from Superintendent Clyde. >> Uh just a couple of couple of items. I know with the impending weather, we have rescheduled our uh band and choir concerts. Those will be next week. And I believe Chris, those have already been sent out through Parent Square. Uh again, uh I give thanks to Dr. Lada and Mr. Kramer and the principles for working together this afternoon to make that determination to ensure the safety of our kids

and our families. Uh with the impending weather coming in on Saturday, uh that will throw us back a little bit. Uh so appreciate that. Also want to thank uh the Y and the Y board uh for their willingness to help us start swim lessons again. And uh that has gone um oh let me preface that swim instruction. And we began with the middle school students uh and that has gone over very very well uh with the kids and with uh the uh the students or the kids themselves rather uh being able to do that and learn about swimming and uh proper water safety. So it's a start for us that we'll continue to work on and expand uh as we uh fortify that partnership. So that is all I have. >> All right. At this

time, I'd entertain a motion on adjournment. >> So move. >> All right, we have or move to to adjurnn. >> Okay, we have Jack and Chad. Any discussion? Okay, hearing none, we will proceed to our Jack's favorite a roll call vote. Uh Mark, >> yes. >> Chad, >> Dena, >> yes. Rick, >> Liz, >> Jack's just grumpy. >> I'm a no. >> Jack, >> I'm going to come to town for 12 minute meeting. Let's stick around a little while. >> Well, what is your vote is? >> I'm a no. Yeah, >> a no. No on adjournment. Derek is a yes. Motion passes six to one. Just for the heck of it, we are now adjourned. Uh and our next meeting is on January 8th uh 2026 for our reorganization meeting uh that will take place

here at central office. >> Public comments. >> Well, public comment. No public comment were heard. Okay, there we go.
