We're excited for everything. excited to come on and bring some new ideas and bring some fun to the kids. Um, who doing a lot of stuff actually was really good. have the breakfast already sponsored by um she's got uh what call it ton of gift certificates for the kids and um uh triple going to donate a bunch of gift cars and stuff. 003have possibly do like a I know we do cult of the month but like a some superstar of the week or whatever. Student of the week. Yeah, something like that from each class from each grade or something like that as well as giving away certificates to teachers for free meals. A just kind of rotating it through, making sure that every teacher receives one at some point and trying to make sure that every student receives one at some point. One depending on how many we're able to obtain. We have uh we obviously have the new con out here than to the rangers. Um so we shut down the storage unit down the road and we got loaded out for length. Everything property. So try and starting a little money for the PTC and just getting everything.

Yes. have four slides for July because I'm saving a lot of the good news for August for our August meeting where we have parents and students here. So again our uh theme for the year is back to the future 80s. Okay. Best decade ever. Yes. So, um, so we're super excited. We've already started to set stage for preservice day with our future items. So, super excited about that. Um, we're getting ready for another amazing school year. Our staffing needs. We just need an elementary music teacher and have an interview tomorrow with the candidate. Um and I believe the
005candidate lives in or not in um we still need bus drivers as you know and we are always seeking applications for substitute playground launders, substitute paras and substitute teachers. Our students enrollment are registering steady. So we're glad to see parents coming in. Uh we ended last year with 660 students. As of today we had 624 students have registered. An open enrollment applications have increased this summer as well. So will be looking at those and our annual budget is based on an ADM of 614.5. Our facility ourans and maintenance crew have been working very hard. All the classrooms are almost ready carpet shampoo are painted. Um so we're excited ready to go because we always say we expect facilities like we have them. Um and as I mentioned we're finalizing our schedule for new teachers and
006for our days for teachers and our meeting great as well for parents and kids. Exciting news are a nether grade preliminary data. You can see there at the bottom it's tiny but I screenshotted it from a the ADE website. We earned a total of 94.3 points. You can see it on the bottom. So our that's 94.22 points out of 100. And you can see there on the bottom in 2022 23 we had 75.56 points out of 100 and we were a B. Um then we had 2324 school year we earned 88.64 points and this year we earned 94.22 two points. So we are just super super proud of our teachers and our students. Um our job is going to be to, you know, once you're at the top, it's hard to stay at the top,
007but we're super excited about our growth points because we receive 50 out of 50 points for growth, which is what we want all of our students to demonstrate growth. We've been sending out letters to people to help us get gift cards to celebrate students who grew from one category to the other and who maintain proficiency. So based on the data there's going to be a lot of kids. Right now we have AUW brought some gift cards to us who does our landscaping. They provided gift cards for us last year but we are really going to need help. So we're probably going to send out a parent link and if we could get every parent or every family to donate you know gift cards from day queen or MDonald we're going to ask our staff and
008obviously we all pitch in ourselves. Depending on the number of children who are demonstrating growth.
