Mr. Ashley. Yes. Now we're ready for the first reading and we're gonna hopefully adopt the uh revision of the acred policy. [Music] Now, Mr. Would you? So, the um the the passport policy that we had approved in order to allow um voluntary transfer of crude sick leave was just very wordy. So we were looking at other options to reward it and rewrite it um where it was easier to understand. So one thing that we had was um it used to say that you needed to be an employee of the district for five years and we changed it to four year to three years and it would all go into one. you would not be able to choose who it would go who it would go to. So, we just loosened up the language a little

bit. And we do because we do have um staff need right now for sharing of transferring a vacation or sick leave that people have acred. We researched and we really don't need by law to have a second rate if the board chooses what we're asking the board to approve as this is as an emergency. as one motion or yes it can be it doesn't have to be first and second because we did it one time before if you recall last year but this time it can just be one motion I will make a motion to approve the first reading and adopt that revised policy I second Mr. Bever. Yes. Mrs. Yes. Mr. McKinnon. Yes. Mr. Oley. Yes. All right. Enough of all that serious stuff, right? I want to thank Mr. Payton for everything that

he does. It's assistant principal week this week. Yes. So, thank you for all you do. Thank you. It's it's nice to hear we only have one page of it sometimes on the ground small right but it's nice to hear because as you know a lot of times in our leadership roles and in admin we hear what we're not doing right and we have to support each other and um celebrate all the good things that we do behind the scenes that a lot of people are not aware of how the magic happens. So yes, thank you Steve for our district. Couldn't do it without all of your support. Thank you. I have a question about this event school event. When is the senior walk very important for somebody? Yes, it is. That was just yesterday. It's

the last Tuesday of our Tuesday, May 20th. We just heard back from the Rolling Grove principal who we're in communication with Tuesday, May 20th at 11. And there will be information going out on that. That was just determined this week. And Mrs. Aas, if you want to help us like be in charge of setting it up and decorating because I know you have heck to that. It's usually the parents um um and we cannot so do we have staff parents who have do we have staff this year who have hello she's like and still you're the parents that it should be like somebody else so we set up a lot of the walk and we have all the students and we have the music set up in here the reception area where they come back.

The parents typically decorate new balloons and then like cupcakes for a kid or something in here and the parents typically like yes parents of the graduates. It's not a lot. We don't like it's not over. It's not a lot. You're off the hook. And then did you guys get a call from Miss Betty about the uh breakfast for the music sometime in May? Miss Bleti's breakfast for the students. For the music for the music kids. Do you know when that is? Yes. I can look. I believe she invited Mr. But we don't have the [Music] days. And if you have not seen a preschool promotion, they're very, very, very, very cute. So if you can get preschool, I'll be an eighth grade. I've already Who's the preschool graduation? I believe it's May 19th. I'm gonna

have I'm gonna have um Miss Roas send out calendar invites to preschool promotion, kinder, fifth grade. I mean, not fifth grade, and eighth grade. Okay. And so if you could please let us know if you're going to be in attendance so we can make sure that we're that we recognize you and give you a spot. I've already scheduled for eighth grade in my calendar. Okay. Eighth grade. So when Jenna sends out the calendar invite, if you can just accept it, that will help us and keep us all. I came in my schedule. Can you say parking spot? Sure. May at 7 a.m. May 9th. And where is it at? Okay. Yes. But it is, you know, time flies. There's a lot of events and activities. So, we're excited about the end of the school year.

Okay. Anybody else? We got any paperwork to sign? Great. Okay, you ready for paperwork? This is Mrs. Robinson. I don't know about this one. Dr. Robinson. Sorry. [Music] I'll do these later. And the parents that are coming in, just so you know, we're having a civics parent meeting tonight. They're not being [Music] Are there cookies? Nothing really. Okay. I'm sure they enjoyed getting you said really close. couple. [Music] That's it. That's weird how the adminbody is the admin don't need everybody's just I have no idea. [Music] All we have to do is make you happy about the [Music] entire that we are
