004proud of you you are a phenomenal leader for continental in this community and for us as your admin team we're very proud to work by your side and for you and under your direction so congratulations thank you thank you i'll keep mine really short but the staff is going to be really happy that you're still with us because they got really scared when they heard originally that you were retiring until they heard the rest of it so you know it's a great thing to see the staff worry when they have a great leader who is potentially leaving and so that just speaks volumes to the impact that you have on your entire staff as well as you know all the time you spent mentoring me and and working with us so thank you for for
