001all right awesome it looks like we're ready right perfect good afternoon everybody it is 3:30 PM I'm going to go ahead and call the special board meeting to order I want to thank everybody for being flexible with the last minute changes I really appreciate it but there was some stuff that we needed to attend to yesterday um that's happening with governing boards all over the district and um Arizona so with that said I'm going to go ahead and call this meeting to order we have Mr Jones present myself Miss SS and Miss Gibson mcle and for that I move the we're moving over to item agenda two which I move the governing board approve consent agenda items 2.1 through 2.12 in accordance with policy bb- may I have a second second all right and all those in favor I I hi do I have any do I have any n all right hearing none a motion passes and that brings us to 3.1 which is our adjournment I move the governing board approve to adjourn second all those in favor I I all I perfect thank you so much everybody I appreciate your guys's time and effort for being here and we will see you soon thank you all thank you goodbye
