002have item b2 fiscal year 2019 to 2020 expenditure budget so thank you madam president of the meeting today thank you miss Dan's more we this evening are holding this meeting it's a special board meeting for a couple of financial items and I'll let Ken explain what these first two items are and kind of the nature of on this public public forum thank you very much dr. Ellis and a good evening Madam President Pro Tem board members superintendent doctor Kellis colleagues so the first of this public hearing the first agenda item on this public hearing is the revision to our current FY 1920 budget so we are revising this budget so as we mentioned last month the Auditor General created some flexibility allows us to revise our budget one more time so we love it so
003much we're gonna do it again and this is the final budget revision because the year ends next week and it is just for one of two small things one is putting in the budget for the Esso relief I think last month I did tell the governing board that we would also include our Aoi summer school that that revenue actually is coming next year so I misspoke a little bit on that so that we're not adjusting a revenue based on that will revise December's budget and include the Aoi summer school this is just for the SSR funds which is at about a million dollars it's federal funds it's in a I think it's fun 326 so we've added to that budget we also have now put in the Student Activities budget knowing that it's requirement we've
004added the Student Activities budget under the other funds on page six of a so to small very minor changes and then also as per the public hearing any public comment they were supposed to email me by 5 o'clock but I received no public comment on this agenda item and so that is the end of my presentation and and I will have nothing additional to add when it comes up for vote later on in the action portion of this so typically when we have a live face-to-face meeting we take a moment to allow any public comments I'm at because of the nature of this online meeting notice was giving previously for comments to be submitted early and so since there are n n we can proceed through the agenda to item C excuse me we have
005actually agenda item number 3 thank you area so we got one more public hearing so normally we only do one public hearing we're due two public hearings right now and so if it's all right I'll keep going on with that yep go ahead all right so so this public hearing is now not this current year we're talking about next budget year so the fiscal year 2021 last board meeting the governing board approved the proposed budget there is absolutely no changes from the proposed to the adopted so this is the exact same thing so I've attached all the documentation or actually married oh and Ava have attached all the documentation once again this is also for the agenda item if there was any public comment they were to email me by five o'clock today I received
