We're going to begin with the Just Because Awards, and those for you that are joining us for the first time, what we do is every month we select one student and one employee through a database. It's a randomly selection, and we just want to say thank you for choosing GSD as an employee and also as a student. So, we're going to begin with that um ceremony now. We're going to begin with our student of the Just Because

month, and she is from Desert Spirit. Her name is Yanni Lena. Would you please come up? And the family, too. >> [applause] >> Desert Spirit family, are you here? And so, thank you so much, and so we're going to take

some pictures, and then afterwards we have one more gift for you as well. Okay? Miho. She's so She's so shy. She hardly spoke to me, remember? Yes. Let me see. Let me get the water. Our Kiwanis student um actually has withdrawn from the district. So, we we will take care of a Kiwanis student in May, but we do have a Kiwanis school and we have a Kiwanian with us

who also served on this governing board and that's Miss Sarah Smith. >> [applause] >> Well, I'm excited to be here as part of Kiwanis and for the month of April, the Kiwanis inspiring school is Challenger School. >> [applause] >> The staff at Challenger have gone above and beyond to create partnerships aligned with their signature program, exercise science and athletics. Of particular note, in March, Challenger created a day-long skills practice with AZ Evo and coach Frank who is also working to create a more robust skills development and teams program throughout the district. Utilizing their signature program for building community partnerships while also training students in sportsmanship, team building and skill development. It will go far for Challenger and Glendale Elementary School District. >> [applause] >> So, Sarah And Sarah, we'll do that. Great. Congratulations, Challenger. >>

[applause] >> Okay, this month we also what we do is we do perfect the attendance, who has the highest attendance as a school and this is for March's, is that correct? Yeah. This is for March attendance. Well, I guess April isn't over yet, is it? Okay. March's attendance and that school is Glenn F. Burton. >> [applause] [applause] >> Come on. All right, Burton Burton family, I see some more Burton family. Burton family, come on up. Yes. Yes. Come on, Burton family. >> [laughter] >> Come on, Burton family, come on up. All righty. She gets to hold it. There you go. All right. Great. Congratulations, Burton. >> [applause] >> Oh, she might want chocolate. We'll give her some chocolate. Okay, little one, you don't get to keep the trophy, but you can have some chocolate. How's

that? All right. All right, congratulations all our award winners and recognitions. Moving on in our agenda, the call to the public, do we have any calls to the public this evening? >> No, we do not. We do not. [clears throat] All right, so Moving on to the consent agenda items. Any comments on the consent agenda? I do have a couple of comments. First of all, the I want to point out kind of missed sometimes getting I know we kind of covered it, but the 26-27 extra duty extracurricular. I know it's kind of buried in there, but when Cindy told me about it, I was kind of super excited. So, I'm kind of somewhat disappointed that it's that it's in there, but volleyball next year? Very awesome. >> [applause] >> Volleyball coaches, good luck. >> [laughter]

>> Also, I will be pulling item C due to my own conflict of interest. So, at that point, I will motion to approve the consent agenda items minus item C. I'll second that. Mr. Hadimio, how do you vote? I. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Pimentel, how do you vote? >> I. And the chair votes I. I'd like to make a motion to approve item 4C, payroll and expense vouchers. I'll second. Mr. Hadimio, how do you vote? I. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? I. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Pimentel, how do you vote? >> I. And I will abstain. Moving on in our agenda, we have no reports or information items, but we do have a nice chunk of

action items this evening. Ms. Segura Jones, can we start with the first one? Yes. Board member, President [clears throat] Martinez, we are going to begin with the meet and confer recommendations. That will be presented. I'll turn it over to Dr. Jerry Peterson-Krivaja. Ms. Valdez usually does that, but she's recruiting this evening. Dr. Peterson-Krivaja. Good evening, President Martinez, members of the board, Superintendent Segura Jones. I hope that I can do Ms. Valdez um uh as good as she does. Hopefully. Hopefully. Um so, um we had robust uh meetings this year, which was uh exciting. Um I'm was back on meet and confer after some time off and it was um nice to see um that everybody was coming to the table, listening to each other's perspectives and um when we went out to different all the

departments, we really heard from staff and it was really nice to hear that. So, um if you're on meet and confer, which many of people in the audience were, would you please stand? Um and thank you so much for your service. >> [applause] >> It took us a few meetings to decide that we needed some food at one of our meetings and that was a wonderful wonderful meeting when we finally brought some food to the table, so to speak. So, I'm going to turn this over to Ms. Tara Burnaby and Ms. Elizabeth Seifter. So, if they'll come up to the podium and they will take it from there. All right. We would like to present the 2026-2027 meet and confer recommendations. I believe we're going to play the video and then we are available for

any questions if you have any at the end. Hi, my name is Elizabeth Seifter and I'm the representative of GEA. I'm Tara Burnaby and I'm the proud principal of Harold W. Smith. [music] We're here to present the 2026-2027 meet and confer agreement. The members of the team are [music] Sarah Balder, Tara Burnaby, Robert Gale, Amanda Markee Markowitz, [music] Christian Miranda, Monica Nunez, Jerry Peterson Encuerbaya, Elizabeth Seichter, >> [music] >> Debbie Valadez, and Pat Valencia. First, we would [music] like to share some of the key survey results that helped us guide our conversations this year. One of the questions you answered was if additional [music] funding is available, what would your compensation priority be other than base salary? The top two responses were retention stipend and longevity pay. Give employees retention stipend in the 2025-2026 [music]

school year, which was tiered based on years of service. Another question you answered was what is your first priority in working [music] conditions? The top two responses were student discipline and I am satisfied with my working [music] conditions. We asked again, what is your second priority in working conditions? [music] The top answer was I am satisfied with my working conditions and student discipline. We will go over our new agreements and in process [music] agreements that hopefully address your concerns. There were some revisions that we [music] agreed to to the current agreement. Currently, the meet and confer agreement states each site identifies site [music] committee, which could be the school learning team council or other group responsible for [music] site budget monitoring and adjusting. Identify and communicate membership of committee. [music] Quarterly review of school budget

for alignment with goals. Update [music] and understand availability of classroom resources at staff meetings. Create, [music] communicate, and distribute standard district-wide equipment, educational resources, and supply inventory. Our committee [music] has revised this to add a bullet point, which states include related arts, self, and [music] other teams. Another revision to our agreement, the current agreement [music] states a decompression study for all employee groups has been done and there is a plan to implement in phases [music] starting in 2023. We are revising that agreement to include review annually the need for a decompression [music] study. This brings us to our new agreements. Update restorative [music] practices in the behavior matrix and provide CPI training [music] for more staff, specifically de-escalation strategies. The following are currently in process and the district is working on. Visit schools during PD

time to share benefit information. Continue researching a child [music] care center where employees get a discount. Work with behavioral health and school safety department [music] to increase class offerings to families. Look at related arts staffing to accommodate the needs of self-contained programs. Communicate with the language acquisition department regarding ELD class size [music] before another teacher becomes an ELD teacher. Look at streamlining practices [music] during data digs. Look into scheduling events that align with the different school start times when possible. And [music] self-contained special education EAs starting on Wednesday to take the full day of CPI training. Now, we [music] need to hear your voice. Please scan the QR code or click on the link to vote. Voting must be completed by Wednesday, April 1st, 2026. >> [music] >> All right. As you can see for

the past couple years, we worked extremely hard and a lot of employees um It's on. feel satisfied with their working conditions, so we worked with the survey results to come up with um the options that we provided. Do you guys have any questions? I have a clarification. Would you ladies clarify just for the board CPI, what it what it stands for and what what it means? That stands for crisis prevention intervention. Is that right, Norma? Yes. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So, it's just our program for responding to students who are dysregulated and being able to help them regulate. I I I think I just have a comment. I really love how, you know, this has progressed and the fact that the sec top two responses were student discipline and people were satisfied in the workplace, that

that's huge for me and I'm so happy to see that. And being someone that works in schools and does student behavior, I am trained in CPI as well. Um I love the fact that you know, we we've agreed to focus in on those de-escalation strategies and um especially those replacement behavior um strategies as well. Those are huge. Um but you know, student discipline, it's it's hard, so I think I agree with the staff with with what they voted for. Any other comments from the board? Um I just want to like say that I'm really proud of this district because it's made such a concerted effort to make sure every voice was heard. Going out, presenting the information to every every person that works for this this community. So, thank you for that for continuing. And

I think I've said year after year, I just love seeing how far everybody's come to really work together and this is amazing and the working conditions is big and student behavior and discipline is really big as well. So, this is really nice to see how everything has come together and I applaud you all for your work. President Martinez, I'm sorry to interrupt. I just want to give you a little bit more data um before you would go into a vote that I would be remiss if I didn't share with you the actual voting data. Um so, just so that you know that. Um we had uh 621 responses, which was um almost 100 more than last year. And uh this year we had 98% in the affirmative of that. So, I just wanted you to

know that information. What do you attribute that to, do you think? The increase in those participating in the voting. Yeah, I think the QR code. That's exactly what I was going to say. The QR code makes it super easy. I would like to say maybe I Okay, we'll go with the QR code, but um I just, you know, I think the committee does an incredible job going out to and listens to every department and every voice and I think people respect that. They want their voices to be heard and I think that's, you know, pays a you know, a contribution. I'll go with the QR code, but I'm going with it's the work that the committee does and thank you for what you do. I would have to agree with you on that. You guys

do an incredible job and it's you know, not easy and you take a lot of time out of your, you know, after school. Is that when you meet? Usually after school. Yeah, so that's, you know, a big commitment. So, uh nice job. I was going to say it's because of an incredibly attractive board, but you know, to each their own. Uh I just want to say how much I absolutely appreciate the work that everyone put into this. Um all of our staff members, uh everybody on the member committee, everybody at the district. There's not a whole lot of industries where this kind of communication and back and forth happens. Um so, I I appreciate when not only we've gone through it and we've come to an an agreement in what our priorities or what our

priorities of our employees are going to be for the upcoming year. So, thank you so very much for all the work you guys put in. I just had one more thing. The fact that you had, you know, as the top two responses in the two questions being that they're satisfied with their work. Um I think that also I have have to think that that's attributed to the fact that we're trying to actively work on problems as they come up, not let it fester and be a reason that somebody wants to to leave us. So, you know, doing this, we're now focusing on something that is really significant that we can focus our efforts on and I applaud that. I would agree. Appreciate that. With that, is there a motion to approve the meet and confer

recommendations? I'll move to approve the meet and confer recommendations as presented. Second. Mr. Hotamiz, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? I. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? I. Ms. Pimentel, how do you vote? >> I. And the chair votes I. Thank you very much. Moving on to our second action item uh 6B, the pay for perfor- uh pay for performance. Mr. Gatto Jones. >> Yes, President Martinez, members of the board. We have uh Dr. Jerry Peterson and Corvaia will present on behalf of Ms. Debbie Valadez. President Martinez, members of the board, uh Superintendent Segato Jones, again, I hope I do half as good this time as Ms. Valadez would do and that would still be amazing. So, um we uh have uh as you may understand by statute, we

have to have a pay for performance performance pay plan for, the way the statute reads, for teachers and for principals specifically and then we spread out from there, but statute is about teachers and principals. So, it kind of starts with that. So, the purpose of this plan is uh based on employee evaluation, school data, and professional development responsibilities. You probably remember this this has been the same uh information for a few years now. It has not changed since the statute came out. There's a percentage breakdown where 50% is based on the teacher evaluation and then 25 25 professional responsibilities and school data. Um for the 50% of the 100% this is how that breaks down. You get um the percent of performance pay based on uh your classification um of your evaluation. School data um

we uh as um you know what? I was totally remiss. Who's on the performance pay committee here? I know there's at least one person in the audience. >> Robert is. Robert is? Is that it? Uh so congratulations, Robert. Way to go. Thank you. Thank you for your work on this. Um but the the team really comes together every year and reviews this to make sure it's working, what's not working, what kind of things do we need to revise if any. Um so I just wanted to make sure I said that. But um so school data if 75% of our schools district-wide receive a C or better, you get your full 25% of the 100%. And or there's positive gains um at your school site. Professional development, there's two categories. There's 10 hours of PD required

and um you choose a professional responsibility. The next slide gives a a slew of professional development that you can do for those 10 hours. This is not an exhaustive list. Um you just have to talk with your administrator about um what could count for that. Um and then professional responsibilities, same kind of idea. Um this is not an exhaustive list. Um coming to a school board meeting is uh one of those and uh we do uh support that greatly. Um eligible guidelines, I won't read through all this cuz it has not changed in years. But um they do uh uh all employees do have to meet the criteria that is listed in this. Um and uh those who are participating in FMLA have um some other guidelines that they uh go by with that as

well. Um district hired employees who are hired after the dates um get a pro-rated amount. So it's not like it's all or nothing. Um it's a pro-rated amount. Um and with the uh professional development and responsibilities, um they will uh be paid in full if fully completed and hired before winter break kind of with that timeline piece. And um I'll probably get to the timeline in just a second. Um employees must be uh employed on the last day of their contract in order to be eligible for the compensation. All full-time and contracted employees are eligible for 100% of the compensation. Otherwise pro-rated and um you're uh eligible if you are called to active duty. Oh, no. I have it on. There. Wait, wait. Can we can we go back really quick? I'm sorry. With the

exception of letter J? We need to get to J. Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. I'm like so John and Jerry and Jason can't >> Everybody but me. No, just kidding. Jerry with a J. Sorry, I skipped back one here. Um so uh they have to fulfill their contract obligations um and there is an appeal process. So it's not a for sure thing all the time. There is an appeal process that is outlined in statute as well. J. >> [gasps] >> If an eligible employee is deceased during the term of their contract. So that's where it obviously for obvious reasons. Um uh and uh based on funding, eligible employee groups may be added at any time. So an example of that um might be a group that's not listed in the statute and then we added them

um as part of the group that should be part of that um group. Here's the timeline and what's great about I think this timeline is because we're after April 15th right now and you can actually start on April 16th for next year. So you have the rest of this year, all summer, and into next year to get to work through this um which summer's really great for a lot of those things as well. So April 15th, everything's due. There's notification, appeal paperwork, um and a final decision of an employee following the appeal in written form. This is what the employee I mean the appeals committee looks like um if there is an appeal. And um voting on the appeals will be made by the majority vote of the the members of the committee. Here is

the committee members. Thank you, Mr. Gagne. Um and everybody else on the committee, we appreciate your hard work. I used to be part of this committee. I have to tell you, when we started those robust conversations years ago, um especially when the statute came out, they really were amazing conversations and um we really came to the table, listened to perspective, and created I think a plan that um is a good balance between robustness but at the same time not so overly complicated where it becomes, you know, decimal points of trying to figure out how much you're going to get in your performance pay. Um so with that I'll take any questions or comments. And when you when >> One last thing. Some really great news. What? Next year there's going to be a 5% increase

to performance pay. Oh. So um that has been um as per cuz they did put out I think it was March 31st uh Mr. Barragan. They put out next year's funding. So there will be a 5% increase to performance pay for next year. That's great. Sorry. Now questions or comments. I was just going to make a comment. Uh you when you talked about simplicity, um you know, when I was teaching, which was eons ago, um I used to walk away kind of scratching my head like, "What?" And uh so um to bri- to bring it down that way, it took me a long time to to figure out what was accepted and what wasn't accepted and what what exactly was happening. So that's that's really you know, simple and easy to achieve, you know, for

I think everybody. Thank you. Thank you. And I'll piggyback that cuz I think that also was changing even once I was on the board cuz we were watching how it clarified it and made it more doable for the staff, especially when you're putting in so many hours trying to get things caught up and ready for the next day and then you got to do A, B, and C to get that performance pay. So. Thank you. Come to a board meeting. How fun are we? And you can well, I don't know. Does that count? Does online board meetings count? Uh they did during co- COVID. Okay. Well, if nothing's been changed, then turn us on. I mean, hey, we have fun here. I don't know. Half of our board meetings are like 15, 20 minutes long.

It's probably not even worth the drive. It It counts. It does. It's easy to check off, yeah. >> [laughter] >> Done. Pop quiz the morning after. There you go. >> Right. I I like how that's included, by the way. Thank you. Yeah, that was the team. That was all the team that was part of that. That was um it was definitely important um and something that um wasn't even an aha. It was a yes. That's an important thing. So it was good. I would agree. I have to be here. All right. Uh any other questions or comments from the board? Is there a motion to approve the FY27 pay for performance plan? I'll move to approve the pay for performance plan as presented. Second. Mr. Hadamio, how do you vote? Aye. Ms. Wilson, how do

you vote? >> Aye. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> Aye. Ms. Pimentel, how do you vote? >> Aye. And the chair votes aye. Moving on to item 6C, the administrative performance pay. Yes, President Martinez members of the board, um it's recommended the governing board approves superintendent's recommendation for certified classified administrative performance pay for the 2026-2027 school year as presented. The superintendent recommends the pay for the performance amount for certified classified administrators for the 2026-2027 school year not to exceed the amount stated in administrative contract. Any questions or comments? Is there a motion to approve administrative performance pay for FY27? I'll move to approve the administrative performance pay as presented. Second. Mr. Hadamio, how do you vote? Aye. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? >> Aye. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> Aye. Ms.

Pimentel, how do you vote? >> Aye. And the chair votes aye. Moving on to the really fun stuff, item 6D, the employment of assistant principal, Mr. Gada Jones. Yes, um I recommend the approval of employment for assistant principal for Bicentennial South, Christine Eustace. Okay, so I'm going to do How do you pronounce the last name? Eustace. Eustace? Is Ms. Eustace here? Yes. Okay. Please rise. >> [laughter] >> While we all sit here and look at you with judging eyes. >> [laughter] >> Oh, it looking at your resume, you've been around for like a long time anyway, so we're good to go. Any questions or comments? Is there a motion to approve the employment of uh for assistant principal at Bicentennial? I'll move to approve the employment of assistant principal of Bayside South to Ms. Christine

Eustace. Second. Mr. Hadamio, how do you vote? I. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Pimentel, how do you vote? >> I. And the chair votes I. Congratulations. >> [applause] >> Feel free to take a victory lap. Moving on to item 6E, employment of assistant principal at Don Mensendick School, Ms. Segura Jones. Yes, superintendent recommends motion to approve the employment of BNA Payan as assistant principal of Don Mensendick School year 2026-2027. Salary and benefits commensurate with the assistant principal as presented. And is Ms. Payan here? Yes, she is. Please rise. Thank you very much. Are there any questions or comments? With that, is there a motion to approve the employment of assistant principal at Don Mensendick School? I move to approve the employment of assistant

principal for Don Mensendick campus to Ms. BNA Payan. Second. Mr. Hadamio, how do you vote? I. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Pimentel, how do you >> And the chair votes I. Congratulations. >> [applause] >> Moving on to item 6F, employment of assistant principal at Glen F. Burton, Ms. Segura Jones. >> Yes, superintendent >> [clears throat] >> recommends the approval of the employment of Ms. Maria Dzikowski, assistant principal of Glen F. Burton School for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary and benefits commensurate with other assistant principals as presented. And is Ms. Dzikowski here? Please rise. Any questions or comments from the board? With that, is there a motion to approve the employment of assistant principal at Glen F. Burton? I move to approve the employment

of an assistant principal at Glen F. Burton School to Ms. Maria Dzikowski. Second. Mr. Hadamio, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Wilson, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Bartels, how do you vote? >> I. Ms. Pimentel, how do you vote? >> I. And the chair votes I. Congratulations. >> [applause] >> There's a lot of people in the district office that start off somewhere in an assistant principal land. All right, moving on in our agenda, item seven, future meetings and events, Ms. Segura Jones, what do we have coming up? Yes, um for the next governing board meeting is May 14th, and you can see what's listed there, several things that we will bring. And we'll update that if there's changes to that. Um however, on um also on that May um 14th board meeting,

we will have the retiree reception prior to the board meeting. We are um we have some new things happening this year. We had talked um with Kiwanis. Kiwanis would like to do um one eighth grade boy and one eighth grade girl, recognize them as a Kiwanis student of the year as eighth graders, and they Kiwanis would like to present a medallion and a certificate. Uh so, we're going to do that um at a separate time along with our poetry winners. Um we can't accommodate all during the May 14th board meeting, so what we'd like to do May 7th, and we won't do that as a board meeting, we're just going to do it as a celebration of our poetry and as of our Kiwanians. So, May 7th um beginning at 5:00, and then we would

um do that, and then um it would be here at the district office. All right. Any other comments from the board? Um I'll I'll be out of town that day. I hope it's something good, sir. May 7th. >> Is that uh the softball championship? >> The softball championship um will be rescheduled. Okay. We'll reschedule. No, we're going to field the poetry team as as part of the softball team. Get out there. All right, um moving on to the summary of current events, Ms. Segura Jones, what's been going on? >> yes, could I have my presentation, please? All righty. A lot of things have been happening. It is on. Uh I just wanted to I don't think we took the time to recognize this, but the Vai Resort did a donation of we put it in

the update, but uh a donation of $10,000 to the system of care. So, we just wanted to recognize that publicly and thank Vai again. Um celebrates the family of art. Um we all attended that, most of us were there. It was a wonderful celebration, and the family project was incredible. So, we are just wanted to showcase that again for those of you that didn't get to be there. Um families and even employees participated, they chose a tile, and then it was put together. John Mortz and his art um team did a remarkable job, remarkable job. Uh also, we uh received from the Glendale Strong Family Network Foundation a 10-year award for support of that. I don't like listening to myself speak, so I'm just excited for graduations coming up. Um I'm going to start marking down which events I'll be able to attend. Didn't Didn't you have something big happen yesterday? Oh, and I was like trying to relate it to school and education. Oh, yesterday was my son's first birthday, um Elias. 044Um well, just congratulations to our three newest uh assistant principals. Um and uh yeah, much it's uh I haven't been around for a while, so um but I'm looking forward to the STEAM Fair and the other events that are going to be popping up these next over the next month. So, and then always thanks for all your support and thank you for everything that you do. Thank you, Ms. Martells. It's always exciting to see the creativity and the intellect that our students display when we go around to the different campuses and the different you know, larger events where we get to see everybody's work at once. We also did have three of us attend the National School Boards Association. It was kind of a reboot, I think on some of the sessions and you know,

just it's a wonderful reminder to you know, we're here for one goal ultimately and that is the success of our students. So, you know, I applaud every one of you for the work you do to help our students get there. Thank you. All right, thank you, Ms. Pimentel. The art show was amazing and I just wanted to let Mr. Martinez know you gave away some really great awards. So, so Ms. Wilson. Yes, because we were able to do that in your place and it was difficult and it was hard, but it our kids are so talented and it's amazing and I'm able to say the word capybara now. That was one of the things that just blew me away. Um National Admin Day, I think that our support staff just they they never get the

credit they deserve and I'd like to recognize our very own Ms. Powell and Britney Lisarraga. They keep us on track and to every support staff member at every site we have, thank you very much. Um congratulations to our newest APs. We look forward to seeing all the great work you're going to do and welcome to Mrs. Hecht. We expect great things from you and I expect a further culture of excellence you're going to be building because we know that we're looking at student discipline and everybody else's happy. So, I appreciate all the work that you've done. I appreciate thank you to

Ms. Gata Jones and our own administrative superstar over there Elizabeth. I will often say in and quite frankly, say what do you do on the board? I do whatever Liz tells me to do and then I keep myself safe. She keeps us in line, she does a great job of it and we are we are a much better board because of it. Look forward to seeing some of you at the STEAM Fair this weekend over at Landmark. I know I'll be there and we're usually a handful of us there will walk around staring at stuff and looking in on all the cool little experiments that are happening, so feel free to drop through and join us and then go out for breakfast afterwards. So, other than that, that's all. Excuse me, Ms. Martinez. I did

not announce somebody. When we had the telephonic, we also named Heather Morrison. Heather, is she here? Yes, she is. >> Heather, I'm sorry. The assistant principal from Suez South and she's now the director of MTSS. So, thank you, Heather. >> [applause] >> We're just hiring all sorts of people up in here today. I I have I have to say how much I appreciate how many how many internal promotions are happening. I am often a big believer that if you want good people, you have to make good people and you really have to grow your own. So, I appreciate all the work that you principals put in because these are your successes that we're seeing with the admin in the district office, with the administrators at all the sites. Congratulations, the fact that these people are

moving up in the new positions is an absolute um you know, just it's it's the work that you've put in in advance. So, thank you very much. But with that, is there a motion to adjourn? Move to adjourn. Second. All those in favor?
