001Good evening, everyone. Welcome to the June 11th ZBA hearing. Under some general business tonight, we're going to hold off on voting on the minutes from the previous hearings due to the fact there's a couple of members that um are not here that actually heard those hearings. Uh the next uh item on the agenda is we need to do the updated reappointments since it's a the election year is now over. This is our first public hearing. So, we're going to need to take a motion for uh for uh chairman of the ZBA. Anybody want to be heard? >> I'll make a motion you keep it. >> Second. >> [laughter] >> Second. >> Anybody else? This is from attorney David Bertonazzi uh and it's regards to the petition for variance Jacob Morais and Jacqueline of Morais and Maria Morais, 2 Mason Drive in Milford. Dear Mr. Consigli, this council is connection

003with the above reference matter. The applicant hereby requested the petition in this matter be withdrawn without presidents president prejudice. If you have any questions, uh please do not hesitate to call me. Attorney David Bertonazzi. And that was dated uh today, June 11th.
