001Welcome to Madison Camelview Elementary, home of the Cubs. My name is Hilary O'Brien and this is my eighth year as principal of Camelview. Our school has been named an "A+ School of Excellence" by the Arizona Education Foundation for the past three school years. Our signature program is STEAM: science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. The skills that your children will learn through our signature program, such as coding, problem-solving and collaboration, will be instrumental in preparing for their future careers. Camelview has roughly 550 students, and they wear school uniforms. Our school culture embraces a strong sense of school pride, and our community is extremely supportive of our students and staff. I am looking forward to welcoming your children next year to Camelview. Hi, my name is Mr McKinley, I'm a K - 4 coding teacher here at Camelview, I'm one of the special areas teachers. And our program here at Camelview is very unique and special. STEAM is science, technology, engineering, arts and math. And we integrate that every day here at Camelview. We have wonderful programs. I teach the students to use the computers very creatively. And we also work with the classroom teachers to integrate their science content into my classroom. And we have hands on experiences, activities every day. It's really engaging. It's really fun. I have a very fun environment, and I definitely would recommend our program to any families, any students that want to have hands-on experiences and have a fun learning environment with lots of fun teachers!
