001[Music] Hello, I'm Quinn Kellis, Superintendent of Madison School District, and this is a Madison Minute. Today I'd like to talk a little bit about the AzMERIT scores. As you may be familiar with, AzMERIT is a state assessment that is given to all students throughout the state of Arizona. This test was given in April this year. We are very pleased with how we compared to the state and most of the districts in Arizona, by doing much better than most. It's important to know that the AzMERIT scores are just one assessment in many measures that determine a student's academic success. Madison uses other assessments to determine how well students are growing. If you have questions about your student's specific AzMERIT scores, I would encourage you to please talk to your principal. Thank you very much and have a great day! [Music]
