Uh Dr. Strereer, >> Mr. President, Micronis, governing board members, members of the audience, our current purchase order with Fifth Avenue Productions to live stream the regular governing board meetings expires this month, January of 2026. The current cost for Fifth Avenue Productions to provide the service is $720 per meetings. You can see the uh statistics from the last two years on views. Um and below in

Could you >> not continue? not continue. >> Okay, >> we need to get a second so we can have a discussion. >> Second. >> Okay, >> can we have a Did anybody have any discussion? >> Second. >> Yeah, I I just I just want to say I think that we are in Arizona, we have a financial crisis and $720 per meeting is a very heavy for the views that we're getting.

007I think that we have minutes taken that are fantastic. I think people can read the minutes. I don't understand why they need video per se. Um, and I think if you do the math, 12 times 700, you're talking a lot of money in a year for a district to spend on live streaming when they get 78 to 130 views. >> Okay. >> Any other discussion? >> I think we also have to consider the size of our district and and people's ability to come to the meetings and I think it's a convenience that we can offer. We have a third more people watching this last year than we did the year before. >> So, it's important for transparency purposes and I I really don't think that whatever it is 720 time 12 is >> it comes

008out to about $7.13 of you. >> Yeah. >> Right now, >> right. >> I don't that's 10 grand a year thereabouts. >> It's worth it. >> Okay. I would just like to say that I think the minutes are significant enough than a recording to just watch. >> Okay. So, we've got a motion to not continue the live streams and a second. So, let's vote on that motion. So, all those in favor of not continuing the live stream, >> I. >> All those opposed? >> I I >> motion doesn't carry. So now we need a motion going forward. >> I move the governing board to continue to live stream the the regular meetings. >> Okay. Can I get a second? >> Second. >> Okay. Any discussion on continuing uh the live streaming? >> I'm voting no.

009I think it does not serve a purpose. >> Okay. So all those in favor of continuing the live streams >> I. All those opposed >> me. I >> Okay. So the motion carries.
