I pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Dear God, please bless our elected officials. Grant them the wisdom to know and the courage to do what is right for all citizens. Amen. >> Amen. >> Okay. >> Roll call, please. >> Allan here. Leaf >> here. Mr. Avich >> here. >> Ricks >> here. >> Schultz >> here. >> Warren >> Yes. >> Yellanic. >> We need a motion to excuse councelor Yelenishes from tonight meeting uh with given notice. >> Motion >> support. >> Motion made and support. Any discussion on that? Being not. All in favor
of the motion signify by saying I. I >> against. Motion does pass. We move on to approval of minutes for the city council meeting of March 2nd. Is there a motion? I'll make the motion >> support. >> Motion been made in support. Is there any discussion, corrections? >> Just uh we laid a new set of minutes on the table tonight. The motion to adjourn was made by Lefor, seconded by Allan. All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. I. >> Motion does pass. >> We move on to audience comments on any non-aggenda items. We ask uh you state your name and address and uh keep it within three minutes if possible. >> Good evening everyone. My name is Billy Cispaniac. I am the current interim superintendent at Richmond Community Schools. Um
so I guess as far as Richmond, I would use the school's address. I myself u personally live in New Baltimore. Um, so I wanted to come this afternoon or this evening to um, just make sure that there was awareness around um, the return uh, bond proposal for the May 5th um, election. Um, I did have the pleasure of spending this morning with several of you and uh, we heard kind of the same message across the county from different all the different municipalities that growth is what we're seeing in northern Mcome County and that's great. It's a great problem to have though, right? Because with growth, you need to make sure that you have the right space, the right infrastructure, everything in place to to look ahead and that to be responsible. I that was the
message I took away is that we look at what we're doing right now, but also look ahead. What does 5 years, 10 years, 20 years down the road look like? And for us in the school district, that looks like we're already out of space. So I it concerns me of what 5 10 15 years would look like if we weren't able to make a change and and have some additional space added to our great school district already. Um so for that reason we are coming back with the bond uh proposal on May 5th. Um it continues to be just like it was in November a no increase. So uh obviously over years for the last uh from the last bond it's gone down gone down um and it is expected to um go down again
would go down again in July. Um but our ask is that if we continue paying the rate that we are at right now that's how we can consider a note increase. So rather than taking that drop, we would just ask the community to continue paying what they've been paying for that school tax. Um, and that would ultimately allow us uh uh $51.8 million in bond funds to do a number of additions. So we would have additions on every single one of the school buildings um for additional classrooms, additional um spaces such as gymnasiums, cafeterias um especially at our middle school um where we have the mo majority of our students. Um, a lot of shared spaces are going on right now. I mean, every single uh gym class at the middle school is that gym
is split in half and and students are only in half of a gym space. Um, I mean, we're running so many lunch schedules to accommodate all the schools. So, we could really use that additional cafeteria there. Um, parking is definitely one that the community and parents make sure to remind us of. Um, that's often um kind of a headache for parents. Um, again, as the as the district has grown and and more and more students, um, they're very involved. We have so many amazing programs and sports, but we want to make sure that we can accommodate that and and help people feel comfortable. Uh, anytime we host an event countywide or beyond that, statewide, uh, in our district, we get so many compliments about the campus and and how nice it is that everything's kind
of right together. Um, but again, it would be so much easier for us to continue to do that and bring that um great spotlight to Richmond if we had ample parking and and some different outdoor bathrooms, things like that that would make it um again just that bigger space that we can really bring in and welcome this growth that we're seeing. Um, so again, I just really wanted to one make sure I had a chance to meet everyone that I am in this role and I do appreciate you listening for a few minutes this evening and and again just really make sure that that knowledge and information is out there that we are going to um seek for the for the bond again in May. One more thing I will add, I forgot to say,
um, we did spend some time kind of digging into the voter roles um, in November and were kind of surprised to see some of those that didn't vote were folks that we knew were very supportive of the efforts of the school district and, you know, maybe some that personally were were touched by how limited we are getting on space. And in those conversations, a lot of that kind of turned into the same sentiment, which was, you know, we just kind of thought it seemed like it'd probably pass. It seemed like a pretty good deal, and I didn't think it was that big of a deal if I came out. Um, and so because we heard that kind of time and time again, uh, like I said, we wanted to make sure that we were we're
bringing it forward again and giving the community one more chance that if this was truly the desire, um, that that it would be there that one more time. So that is what I would like to share this evening. >> Well, thank you very much. >> Welcome. >> Moving on to adoption agenda. Any changes, Mr. City Manager? >> No changes. >> City Council, any changes? If not, motion to accept the agenda as presented would be in order. I'll make the motion support. >> Motion been made in support. Any discussion? All in favor say I. >> I. >> Against. Motion does pass. Is there a motion for the consent agenda? >> Make a motion to approve the consent agenda as presented. >> Support. >> Mot according to our rules. There's no discussion on the motion. All in
favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >> Against. >> Motion does pass. We move on to uh items for consideration which we have nine this evening. And the first one is consideration of special request Richmond Knights of Columbus Tootsie Roll Sale. Mr. City Manager. >> Council scheduled to consider the request received from the Richmond Knights of Columbus to conduct their annual Tootsie Roll Sale on Friday, March 27th and Saturday, March 28th. The Knights of Columbus are requesting permission to conduct the sale at the intersections of Main and Division and County Line Road and 31 Mile on the city side. Uh this is kind of a routine. Every year they do come in for this request. Very good. Thank you. Is there a motion? >> I'll make a motion to approve the request
from the Richmond Knights of Columbus to conduct their Tootsie Roll sale in the intersections of Maine Division in County Line and 31 Mile Road Cityside on Friday, March 27th, Saturday, uh March 28th, 2026 from dawn to dust. uh that the Knights of Columbus agree not to be in the main and division intersections on Friday, March 27th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and further that the Knights of Columbus agree to sign a liability waiver. >> Support motion been made and support. Is there any discussion on this item? As John said, this is our annual Tootsie Roll sale. We haven't had any issues in the past and it's always been done very well. Any other comments? Any public comments back to the table? All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >>
Against. Motion does pass. Item number two is consideration of lotslit combination, the Methodist Church, city of Richmond. Mr. City Manager, city council is scheduled to consider approving a lot combination request from the First United Methodist Church and the city of Richmond to transfer a portion of the church parking lot to one of the city's fireh hall parcels. The city and church have signed a purchase agreement that uh sells half the church's portion of the parking lot to the city for a dollar in exchange for the city uh repaving the entire parking lot. And uh on the attached survey work, the portion that the of the church parking lot being sold to the city is labeled as transfer parcel. Uh there's several actions that uh the motion will uh undertake. >> Thank you, sir. Is there
a motion? I'll make a motion to approve the request lot split combination action requested by the First United Methodist Church in the city of Richmond for parcels 03-35-431-012 and 0335-431 >> support motion >> been made and supported discussion on this item Isn't the address of the fire all 46569465? >> There's the lot next to it though. >> Okay. >> Is a different parcel and different address. >> Want to make sure. >> Yep. But you're correct. The the address on the front of the building is different. >> I think this is a win-win for both the church and the city. uh takes care of a deteriorating parking lot and uh allows the city to fix that parking lot, still get half the property for which will aid in a small expansion if necessary in the near
future on the hall itself so we can stay there. So um it uh long negotiations, good job, John, uh negotiating with the church and getting this taken care of. Anything else, guys? Oh, wait. Audience comments. Did somebody second that? Sorry. >> Oh, I thought somebody did. >> Emily did. >> I did. >> Emily, >> sorry. Oh, I didn't hear her. Thank you. >> Back to the table. If nothing else, all in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >> Against. Motion does pass. Item number three, consideration of grit pump insulation at the wastewater treatment plant. Mr. City Manager. >> City Council is scheduled to approve the installation of a replacement gral pump at the wastewater treatment plant. The current budget included funds to uh for equipment maintenance and the replacement of the
pump. Uh council did approve the purchase of the pump. Uh DPW staff thoroughly uh evaluated the possibility of installing the pump with in-house staff. Uh but moving the 900lb pump uh to the basement o over there uh was a bit of a concern uh to do that safely. Uh Midwest Power, who's the low bidder on this, uh recently installed the new raw sewage pumps uh that were replaced and did a nice job uh safely getting them down. Uh so we are requesting that we approve their bid. Pretty good. Jim, anything to add to that? >> Uh no, thank you. >> He covered it all, huh? He did. >> Very good. Is there a motion? >> I'll make a motion to authorize the expense of $16,845 for the installation of a previously purchased grit pump at
the wastewater treatment plant with expenses charged to the appropriate line item and sanitary sewer fund. >> Support was been made and supported. Take your pick down there. It was one of the two. Any conversation on this item? This was budgeted for and uh correct. >> Yeah. How' we come in as far as budget goes, John? I didn't see that on. >> Do you know? >> I don't. >> Okay. Jim, any idea >> as far as our overall budget? I mean, we have this came out of kind of multiple funds that we planned for. I guess we planned for unexpected repairs. So, the grip pump specifically was not budgeted for, but we had funds >> for this type of repair. And so, we we did cover those costs. >> Okay. Good. Great. Any other discussion on
this item? Questions, comments? Any public comments on this at all? Back to the table. >> All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >> Against. Motion does pass. Can't believe all those young guys you got over there couldn't lift 900 lb. Come on. Up and down stairways. Was that >> through a doorway? Yeah. >> In my day. Uh >> Yeah. Right. >> Right. You took the piano down there. Right. >> Right. Yeah. >> Mhm. >> Item number four is consideration of reconstitution of the city manager evaluation committee. Mr. City Manager, >> council scheduled to consider reconstituting the ad hoc city manager review committee. The last ad hoc committee uh to conduct the city manager's annual review was established in 2020. Um the previous committee was made up of councelor Allen, Mayor
Prom Mastravich, and Mayor Rex. >> Thank you, sir. I thought we would bring this back talking to John. It's been, as he said, it's been since 2020. If anybody else would like to serve on this committee, um, we have the opportunity tonight to uh, change that. If council would like to drop their rules and talk about this before we have a motion. >> Yes. >> Or was somebody ready to make a motion? Either way, >> does anybody want to serve on this committee? I have already before. >> Are you good? >> I'm good. >> Are you good? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Okay. And I can still do it. Did anybody else want to do this? >> I don't I don't have time. >> Okay. Then let's have a motion. I'll make a motion to
establish the ad hoc uh city manager review committee for the purposes of coordinating the annual performance evaluation of the city manager reviewing the city manager's employment agreement and making recommendations to the city council on changes in the compensation package provided by the city manager with the committee to expire on December 31st 2026 with the following counselors appointed to serve in the committee uh Mayor Ricks uh Mayor Prom Mr. Robich and councelor Emily Allen >> support >> been made and support any discussion on this item. >> Any audience participation on this item? >> Back to the table. All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >> Motion does pass. Item number five is consideration of odd flooring fundraiser. Mr. City Manager >> Council is scheduled to consider approving the odd flooring fundraiser
and pricing as recommended by the recreation board. When TIFFA undertook the replacement of the odd gym floor, many floorboards were salvaged with the idea of doing a fundraiser down the road. Uh these salvage boards are currently stored at DPW in a bin provided by uh ABC Trust. Um there were several uh recommendations the administration, the the recreation director, recreation programmer and myself uh kind of worked on putting together. Uh one would just be plain boards. Um all of the pricing would be based on the the size of the board purchased. Uh plain boards being the cheapest. There's also kind of a a metal brand that we've purchased that our DPW could brand the board uh with a simple brand and then all the way up to uh for additional funds um there's a laser engraving
that uh laser market is able to do that has the odd uh established 1934 and then kind of a laser engraving of of the odd itself a little photo of that that's a little bit more expensive. Um the idea is that for the first I think 8 weeks um we would limit the number of boards purchased to 10 uh just to make sure that everyone gets a chance. Uh after that we would open it up in case somebody wanted to do like a larger project a table tabletop or a bar top with with the wood from the odd uh once everyone kind of has that first eight weeks to purchase boards. Um and and so uh the rec board did uh review this and their recommendation uh is in in the motion. Um and then
our recck director uh recreation director Marggo Venhov is also here tonight to answer help answer questions. >> Very good. Thank you. Margot, anything else you want to add at this time? >> Got it covered, right? >> He did. >> Okay. Do we have a motion? I'll make a motion to approve the odd flooring fundraising fundraiser to sell the salvage floor boards in the following guidelines. Uh limit of 10 boards per person for the first eight weeks and cost of the boards as presented below. I'm not going to go through all those >> support made and support. Any discussion on this item? This was discussed quite a bit at parks and recreation. Um, and they, uh, working with Margot, of course, came up with these numbers and, uh, there's a a bit of profit in it.
Um, but I think the motivation was the nostalgic part of it. The fact that so many people played on this. The floor is 92 years old, you know, roughly. I think 90 years old, probably about 90 years old. Um, and a lot of people had a lot of memories from that floor. A lot of people used to play basketball there. Uh, St. A's played basketball there. Um, you know, of course Richmond schools played, the band played concerts, theaters, and everything else in that. So, there's there's a lot there. So, it may be a a nice little uh nest egg that could create for other programming at the odd. So, uh it's a good idea, I think, uh make it available to the public. Anything else on this? >> And I would say we have had
some requests from family members uh already. >> Oh, good. Good. Yeah. So, I mean, we we'll see how many, but yeah, we I've we've had uh some people that have newspaper articles of family members scoring the winning basket, and they are already waiting for their board to put into a display that article. So, >> I uh I got a a walk down by uh the athletic director after a basketball game and evidently they've got a piece that you probably gave them gratus uh in their trophy case. So, it's it's kind of neat uh cuz it definitely was the Richmond High School uh gym for many many years. What till probably 59 or so when we built this high school. So, anyhow, um it's it's a a nice thing to have here to give to those
that uh care to have it. Uh if there's nothing else, any public comment? Okay, back to the table. All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. against motion does pass. And to make that available, Margot, call the or stop by either your >> working. We're going to work on a registration form. Um you can either call the community center at 7273064 or the auditorium at the 5864304950. Okay. >> Once it's available, then we'll have it on display at the community center and at the auditorium. We'll get a couple more boards done so that we each have a clean sample. So, >> okay, good. Very good. >> Okay, so we move on. Item number six, consideration of board appointment, recreation board. Mr. City Manager, >> the terms for Sarah Gillies and Lenor
Warren expire as of March 31st on the recreation board. We have received an application from Lenor Warren expressing her interest to be reappointed. And later tonight, you do have the letter of resignation from Sarah Gillies. >> Very good. Thank you. Is there a motion? >> I'll make a motion to reappoint Lenor Warren to the recreation board for a two-year two-year term with an expiration date of March 31st, 2028. >> Most been made and supported. Any discussion on this item? I don't know how many years she's been on there, but it's been a while. I don't think she put it on there. John, any idea how long your wife's been on the record? Before you got on council? >> No, it was after. No, it'd have to be before because you couldn't appoint her to a
board. >> Definitely before >> nepotism charter nepotism rule wouldn't allow it. So she got more time than you do in the >> city. Yeah. So how long would that be at least? >> Um the third one like 12 years. >> 12 years. So it's over 12 years now that she's been on there. Very good. No, she's an important uh part of your board. Definitely. >> Yes. >> Any other discussion on this item? Public comment at all. Back to the table. All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >> Against. >> Motion does pass. Item number seven, consideration of appointing a council leaison to the recreation board. Mr. City Manager. >> Council is scheduled to consider the appointment of an exeicio member on the recreation board in accordance with the recreation board
bylaws. Mayor Ricks is currently serving as that exeicio member and the term expires March 31st, 2026. >> 27. >> That's the new appointment. Is anybody ready for a motion? >> Pardon me. >> Are you good? >> I can be. Yeah, I can be. Or we can drop our rules and see if anybody else would like to fill that seat. I'm not seeing then. And um uh is there a motion? >> I'll make a motion to appoint uh Mayor Tim Ricks to the city council exofficial member on the recreation board with expiration date of March 31st, 2027. >> Motion made and support. Any discussion on that item? I do enjoy it's one more meeting a month, but uh you know we need you know uh but I do enjoy being there and sometimes uh the feeling
of the council I have to maybe interject so that they're not spinning their wheels someplace and it's worked out pretty well uh over the years that you guys uh have put me on this. So um just for the record, you have the right to talk like any other board member. You don't have the right to vote. So it's not a double vote at all. So anybody in the future would like to >> any public comment on this back to the table? All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. I. >> Against. >> Motion does pass. Consideration of board resignation recreation board. Mr. City Manager. Council scheduled to consider accepting the resignation of Sarah Gillies from the recreation board. Uh Miss Gilly's uh email letter of resignation is attached. >> Thank you,
sir. Is there a motion? >> I make a motion to accept a resignation letter from Sarah McGillies from the recreation board. >> Support. >> Must been made a support. Any discussion on this item? She I believe said uh it's been three years already that uh she's been on there, but she also serves on the school board and uh she's picked up some other responsibilities in her job, I believe. Uh and uh she said it was fun while it lasted. So, uh we appreciate her three years on the board. Certainly. Any other discussion on this item? Any public comments? Back to the table. All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I >> against. Motion does pass. Item number nine is consideration of adopting resolution 2026-6 Grashet Avenue overlay contract. Mr. City Manager,
city's received transportation improvement program funding or TIP funding for the mill and overlay of Graashia Avenue from the MCOME federal aid committee. Uh construction is scheduled for the spring of 2026. Uh, federal funding requires the project be administered through MDOT. The funds will be received and distributed through MDOT and the city's obligated to sign this contract. >> Thank you. Is there a motion before discussion? >> I make a motion to designate the city manager and the city clerk as individuals authorized to sign the contract between MDOT and the city of Richmond. >> Support. Motion made and supported. Is there any discussion on this item? >> I apologize. is I think the motion should actually be to adopt resolution 2026-6. >> Uh yes. Yes. So if we could just add that to the motion adopting resolution
03220. Okay. >> Emily, you good with that? >> Yes, I am. >> I'm sorry I don't write down who supports. But supporter okay with it. Okay. >> Okay. That's 2026-06 resolution. >> Okay. Sorry. Okay. Any discussion on this item? Any history on this? I don't even know. Why do why didn't they why is an MD dot take care of that stretch? I mean, they just did from, you know, south of uh 19, which is the city of Richmond. >> Any idea why we're >> M do turns at Main Street. So, Gratchet north of >> They're not considering that M1 anymore. >> It's not It's not an MRO. No. >> Oh, it was a M1 >> and and M19. >> Just a >> Oh, no kidding. It's just Gratchet Avenue now. >> Oh, I didn't know
that. >> Yeah. Yeah. So M19 is Gratchet. >> Yes. >> Until it hits Main Street and then it turns north. >> Yeah. >> The odd thing is that Muttonville Lane between Maine and Grashet is part of M19. >> Exactly. >> But Graashia is not north of Main Street. >> Yeah. >> Or north east of Main Street. >> Okay. Maybe we can, speaking of tariffs, maybe we could put have a tariff on the uh Canadian trucks that come through there that tear it all up. Okay. Anything else on this item? >> I had to. I just >> Any any public comment on this? Okay. Back to the table. All in favor of the motion signify by saying I. >> I. >> Against. Motion does pass. That completes our items for consideration this evening. miscellaneous matters from
the city manager. Sir, >> uh just wanted to compliment Mayor Ricks on his presentation at the chamber legislative breakfast this morning. Uh job well done, uh representing the city and talking a little bit about what's happening in our community. Uh last week would like to thank the council for sending me to the MML's capital conference in Lancing. Uh I was able to uh meet with our state rep a couple of times, a couple different times actually through the two days uh and uh made sure that uh as she always does uh that she supports local control on issues. There's uh some bills right now being uh pushed at the state level to kind of take away local control on some zoning issues that are troubling uh when when looking at the legislation. So, uh, it
was a nice conference and, uh, thank you for sending me. Um, and I'd just like, uh, in kind of more somber note, take a moment to encourage everyone to send their thoughts and prayers to the city of Huntington Woods. Uh, they lost a DPW worker last Friday who was called in to do storm damage uh, to take care of storm damage. And, uh, we don't always stop to acknowledge the dangers uh, that our of the job that our DPW employees do. uh whether it's being brought in for uh storm damage clean up in the middle of the night in a dark road or when there's a water mane break and they're standing uh trying to fix a water man on Main Street as traffic is whizzing by. You know, it's it's a dangerous job and
we don't always see we we often and rightfully so acknowledge the dangers that our public safety are in. Uh but DPW sometimes we don't take a moment to to acknowledge that danger that they put themselves in. uh uh especially in certain portions of their job. Uh so with that, just with uh just sending out our our thoughts to a neighboring community that lost a member of their team last Friday. >> Absolutely. John, would we consider sending a card uh condolences on behalf of the city and the city of Richmond? >> Abs. Absolutely. >> To them. Um that's very sad. >> Yeah. >> That that happens. >> Yeah. Okay. Moving on to council comments. Michael, >> uh nothing tonight. Thank you, >> Dennis. >> Nothing. Jimbo, >> I just have one for Jim. Um, does the
uh fiber optic do they only work when it's below zero and then they just go away? >> They >> because they've made a heck of a mess in town. >> They did say they they would be back. They had an emergency job they had to pull off for is what they told me the end of last week when when I called them. >> All right. Thank you. And we're keeping an eye on that restoration >> hopefully. >> S a >> Yeah, >> they need to do something with St. A. >> Someone's going to fall, >> get hurt bad. >> Is it in the sidewalk? >> It's on the sidewalk right in the corner and it goes down probably a good foot. >> So that's I've been watching it for the last couple days. >> Okay,
Jimmy, anything else? No, other than a couple warm days that we had uh thought it was Motor City >> Speedway by the by the house. I mean, >> I don't think even if we had the uh the signs out there, >> unless something fell on the vehicles there, it was terrible. >> Yeah, even on our back side streets. I know Emily and I both have issues, but it was pretty bad because of the school running. They'll make the instead of going down to division on Main Street, they'll cut through one of our two streets and uh same thing at when closing of the school. Same thing. They're flying. They were flying bad. So, you know, it's the nature of the beast, I guess, is the way people are. They're so aggressive today. And uh >>
I don't I don't know whether it would help if we started writing out a lot of tickets that get the message. >> It's you know, when they have done that because we did that, was it a year or two ago? We >> couple years ago. Yeah. uh it was a a seat belt thing and they were also writing uh you know running red lights and speed and it seemed like it helped for a few weeks and then it was right back to the same old. So I don't know I mean we can certainly >> yeah we we will talk I'll talk to the chief. Absolutely. >> Yeah. But oh yeah it was like above 50° and all of a sudden it was >> let's go. >> At one idiot he he lit him up from
Howard in a white pickup. I was carrying a pizza and else I would have taken a picture of it. He let him up and he was his tires were still squealing when they came by my house. >> Is that right? Yeah. >> Headed south. >> That's That's too bad. Easily can cause a major accident. U Okay. M >> I'm all set. Thank you. >> I'm all set, John. >> And uh we'll go to the calendar here. Um I will say yes we had uh the chamers's uh morning breakfast uh annual uh breakfast and uh uh there was a number of people there and a number of people spoke also. It was uh it was nice to hear from everybody and what's going on. I think we're all pretty much on the same page as uh
many of the things go and um it was it was nice to uh to have uh that type of uh uh gathering uh out here once a year. Once a year. Okay. Today's being the 16th. We have St. Patrick's Day tomorrow. Uh we have the EDC meeting at 7 o'clock right here at city hall on the 18th. And believe it or not, it's the first day of spring this Friday and the 20th. We have a TIFFA meeting on the 25th right here at city hall at 7 o'clock. And then Saturday the 28th, it's a big day. It's the libraryies annual puzzle sale from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The rags historic tea and the men's hot dog roast is going on. Also, I don't know if there's any tickets left. I haven't heard anything about
the historic tea. Um, but usually they're sold out by now. Uh, but you can always contact the historical society. And also the parks and recreation is putting on our annual Easter egg scramble. It starts at 10:30 a.m. sharp. You're you're you're tough on those people, too, aren't you? >> Yeah. You start She starts at 10:30. And uh different ages are in different areas, so we're not having any issues. Uh if they push each other, they're the same size, you know. We had to split them up years ago. That used to happen. But that starts at uh 10:30 a.m. sharp on the 28th at BB Park uh kind of over by the pavilion area in the skate area. Is that where you're still doing it? >> The tight track. Yeah, >> the tight the Yeah. Okay.
So, okay. And then um I have some here also. Uh we're having our second trip coming out of the yard, I believe. Is that coming from the odd, Marggo? >> Yes, correct. >> Yep. Okay.
