Good evening everyone. I just want to remind people that if you want to do call to the public, you need to create you need to fill in one of these blue cards that you get in the foyer and hand to Lisa here at the end. We'll start the meeting in about 3 or 4 minutes. I try. Okay. Good evening everyone. Welcome. It is Wednesday, July 9th at 6:30. I call this public hearing number one to order. Lisa, can you please call the role? Robert Downey present. Patty Coutrey present. Carolyn Lopez. Ben Owens present. Shante Rothschild present. Thank you. We now move on. Item 1 C, public hearing on the adoption of the fiscal year 2025 expenditure budget and truth of taxation pursuant to ARS 38431.02 and ARS15905DE regarding the adoption of the budget for the

fiscal year 2025 through 2026 and truth of taxation. Mr. Harmon. Good evening, President Downey, members of the governing board, and Dr. Lopeman. Purpose of this presentation is to review the fiscal year 26 budget. Let me first uh point out some highlights. Uh I'd like to mention that when we proposed this budget, the state had not yet approved their budget. To adhere to our board meeting schedule and statutory deadlines, we proposed a budget on preliminary forms released by the auditor general with a number of conservative assumptions. The state approved a budget on Friday the June 27th. The assumed 2% increase at the base level was approved and these highlighted uh three funding cuts were actually not cut and were approved to continue in the current budget. That's around $500,000 of one-time monies and around 600,000 of

ongoing. We're not allowed to change our budget from proposal proposal to adoption. Instead, we'll capture this additional budget capacity in a September budget revision. The Mino budget is based on current year funding, and we're anticipating a growth of 375 ADM. Our average years of teacher experience is greater than the state's average, and we qualify for additional funding. Some further highlights and celebrations of the budget. We continue to invest in sitebased leadership and decision-making through multiple funding sources. The um included in the budget is to maintain current benefits with no cost increase for employee medical insurance while adding an employee wellness program. It provides a 5% salary increase for all staff and some additional compensation increases for selected classified staff. It increases the the teacher base rate from 54,000 to 56,000 and includes $2.6 million of

additional staffing. Here's a summary of our available funds and expenditure plan for operations. The details of this plan were discussed at governing board meetings in January and February. This summaries of the capital budget and expenditure plan showing remaining funds of 1.2 million to roll into future needs. The classroom site fund um our budget limit is 16.6 million. We have a total expenditure plan of 9 million towards teacher salaries. We should end uh this fiscal year with around 7.6 million in reserves for classroom site fund. This budget includes a $5.6 million levy for adjacent ways to cover the proposed expenditure plan. We have an estimated ending balance of just over 19.1 million. Adding the $5.6 million levy to reach a budget limit of just over 24.8 8 million on the expend on on the expenditure plan.

Kate number one on and off-site costs at 3.8 million. Planning ahead for on and offsite costs of Kate number two of $3 million will allow us to levy more next year if needed. Federal road construction estimate is 17.5 million. 500,000 for parking lots uh parking lot projects throughout the district. The summary summary slide reviews the budget limits of the funds in our in our budget. The combined budget limits for these four funds is over $138 million. This table shows the date of our tax rates tied to the budget adoption. These are unofficial numbers um since Benell County has not yet calculated the official levy through the treasurer. Um every category of the tax rates are decreasing um due to increased property values in Maricopa. I want to just point out a few highlights. Um the

QTR or the qualifying tax rate is the same tax rate for every school districts and set by the legislature. Um the QTR is part of the equalization funding formula meant to ease the burden of funding for school districts with less property value. Our total budget derived from the state funding formula is 84.5 million. Um and due to the equalization formula, the burden of that budget is spread around the state. Of the $84.5 million, only 17 million comes from our local property tax and the other 67.5 million um comes from the state general fund. All of the property the primary categories are decreasing. Our total total primary tax rate is decreasing by 74 cents. Um our secondary tax rates uh are also decreasing total the total secondary tax rate um by 7.5 cents. The unofficial tax

rate for the bond is below our current level, which was the goal for um for our bond sale, which is great news. And overall, the district tax rates are decreasing by 81, which means next year each homeowner will see a reduction in taxes of about $8181 per $100,000 of limited home value. I'm happy to take any questions that the board might have or that the public may have. No questions. Um, thank you, Mr. Armor, but I think I need to call out one D and just officially say the public can actually come up and make comments and ask questions from the DAS or from the speaker if they want to. Okay, looks like Thank you very much, Mr. Harmon. We now move on to item two, adjourn public hearing number one. Motion to adjurnn. Second.

Lisa, we have a motion to second. Shante Rosschild. I. Ben Owens. Hi. Petty Coutree. Hi. Robert Downey. I so moved. We're now public meeting hearing number one. I move on to item three. Public hearing number two. A public hearing on a board policy 4-411 pursuant to ARS 36343601 regarding proposed policy to address J law. Miss Pastor. Thank you, President Downey. Good evening. Uh, this evening's public meeting number two is a part of the process required by Jake's Law. Jake's Law was passed by Arizona legislature in 2020 and is currently in effect. It creates the Children's Behavioral Health Health Services Fund, an $8 million state allocation to cover behavioral health services for uninsured or underinsured through students referred through schools. Under Jake's law, we must make school-based referrals to agencies um that contract to through access

or contracted providers. You must adopt certain public policies. These policies must include an annual opt-in process for parents, uh a parent survey after services are provided, a list of participating providers on our website, and an annual reporting of those survey results back to access. Jake's law requires school districts to adopt these policies before making referrals to behavioral health uh services or access contracted providers. And we will be returning uh at the July 23rd board meeting um for uh further uh review and possible adoption of policy 5411. This is our opportunity to publicly discuss the policy. Yes. So just let me officially say we're on item three now which is the public comment. The public can come either to ask questions or miss comments from the dis. Thank you Miss Pastor. I'm sorry I have to

Oh sorry sorry just a general question. So is this an annual adoption? We would only required to adopt the policy once. Um the parts that would be annual would be the annual optin process for the parents. Okay. Thank you. Apologies, Miss Postchild. No problems. It was ahead of the corner of my eye. She was already almost gone. Okay. So, thank you. Right. No other comments. All right. Number one item four. Ajourn public hearing number two. So moved. I'll second. At least we have a motion to second. Son Roth. Sorry. Shante Rothschild. I. Ben Owens. Hi. Patty Catra. I. Robert Downey. I. So moved. We might move on to item five. Good evening everyone. It is Wednesday, July 9th at 6:40. I call this meeting to order. Lisa, can you please call the role? Robert Downey,

present. Patty Coutrey, present. Carolyn Lopez, Ben Owens, present. Shante Rothschild, present. Thank you. We now move on to item 5C, pledge of allegiance. I've ask Mr. Verduko to lead us in the pledge. Aliance to the flag. for the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. We now move on to item 5D, adoption of the agenda. So moved. I'll second. Lisa, we have a motion to second. Shante Rosschild. I. Ben Owens. Hi. Patty Catra. Hi. Robert Downey. I. So moved. And I move on to item six. Superintendent's Report. Dr. Lupman. Thank you, President Downey. Local artist Veronica Lechinskaya brought the Maricopa Wells Middle School mascot to life in a bold new mural at the school entrance. Veronica spent

more than 30 hours on site, often perched 14 feet in the air on a scissor lift to capture the spirit and strength of the panther. The result is a striking symbol of school spirit that greets student, staff, and visitors with a whole lot of Panther pride. Pimbabute Elementary School welcomed future scholars to preschool boot camp, giving them a smart start to their first days of school. Children practiced daily routines, made new friends, and became comfortable in their new school. Staff gained early insight into each child's needs, setting the stage for a successful start to the school year. Students across Maricopa Unified School District continue to perform at a high level on AP placement, advanced placement exams. At Maricopa High School, 70% of students pass their AP exams with several courses exceeding both state and global

benchmarks. AP research, AP Seminar, and AP 2D art and design each achieved a 100% pass rate, well above Arizona and global averages in all three subjects. At Desert Sunrise High School, AP pass rates also continued to rise. Notably, 90% of students passed AP European History and 78.6% passed AP government with both courses surpassing state and global pass rates. Congratulations to all. This summer, 40 MUSD teachers completed Spalding training to strengthening to strengthen reading and writing instruction. Their commitment underscores our districtwide focus on effective research-based literacy practices. And there's a great picture of our Spalding uh teacher, our certified teacher, instructor. Um, strong reading instruction sets the pace for a successful year for every single student. A new touchscreen kiosk now brings the story of MUSD construction projects to life, and it's in our front lobby,

courtesy of Chase building team. The display features live updates, drone footage, and project details designed to keep the community informed. This interactive edition offers a clear window into the work underway to accommodate growing enrollment and building schools designed to last that are ready to meet the needs of the future. And Chase is here tonight. So, thank you. MUSD community preschools have earned national accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children with a perfect compliance score and a nearly 90% pass rate. Our programs were also recognized for excellence in family engagement, leadership, and instructional quality. Congratulations to all who helped achieve this milestone as the early childhood leader in Maricopa. And this proves that we are uh we continue to raise the bar with certified teachers and programs that meet the highest national

standards. And that's my report. Thank you, Dr. Lman. We now move on to item seven, governing board members report. Member Rothschild. No updates this time. Thank you. Member Owens. Uh nothing this evening. President Downey. Vice President Corte. Thank you. Um, not that we've had a lot of activity going on, but I did want to definitely give a shout out. Um, I know all the schools have been busy getting ready, all the classrooms, some carpeting, some painting. Um, so kudos to get getting all that done. I know the custodians have been wiping down the schools from ceiling all the way down to the floors. And a shout out to our uh grounds crew has been who have been working on uh some improvements over at Maricopa Wells in the develop in the ESS area. Um that

we toured before is now got turf on it and it looks amazing. So um kudos. Uh I'm so excited for the school year to start. Um I know the parents are probably excited to get the kids off the video games and back in the classroom as well. So good luck everybody. Thank you. I have nothing additional to report. Um Lisa, we don't have any call to the public. Second, skip item it and then move on to item nine, consent agenda. Motion to approve is written. Second. Lee have a motion to second. Shante Rothschild. I. Ben Owens. I. Patty Coutrey. I. Robert Downey. I so moved. We now move on to item 10, action items, specifically 10A, discretion and possible approval of the personnel schedule. Mr. Beckett. Thank you, President Downey, members of the governing board.

Dr. Lman, we have the personnel schedule in front of you this evening. I'll be happy to take any comments, questions you have at this point of time, and then I have some introductions as well. It's good. Yeah, he kind of knew, huh? All right. Um, first off, thank you for working on the new position, the pack theater manager. You're welcome. Um, so I just want to clarify though that position is just going to be for facility rentals, not for school activities. My understanding is that we will have somebody in house that will be able to cover those duties if and when they need someone to run sound and lighting at the at the school site for school events. Yes. So, all right. So, and this is and this is why I I just wanted to

clarify because the funding source says the facility rental fees. So that position is only going to be used for facility rentals only. That is my understanding. Okay. Because if it was M funds, we'd need to assign it to a level. Understood. Thank you. Thank you for working on that. I really appreciate it. Um, couple of other things that I have and I'm going to caveat this by saying this has nothing to do with the individuals. This is strictly positions and budgets. Okay? and the concern for our students. Okay. So, number 47, um, that position was the dean position at the at the middle school. Correct. That is correct. And we are changing it to a TOSA position. It is going to be a TOSA position in the initial stages. Yes. For the entire year, we're

going to be working with that individual on credentiing and our hope is that we can make that Adena students assignment. Yes. Okay. Um because my my concern is, you know, we're going to ask this individual to do dean level work at a teacher contract pay. I just want to make sure that we're prioritizing that number one. and number two that that position is 100% invested into that school because I do believe that school deserves that dean position. I think the students and the staff deserve that support as well. So I just want to make sure that going forward that that's being taken care of and we're not taking advantage of anybody. Thank you. We are working with both the administration of Desert Middle School as well as Mira High School with that individual on on

this assignment. We believe that we can do this and will be in the best interest of the district and for programs that he's involved in as well. Okay. The other uh position that I'm I'm questioning is number 71. And here's my question. The position is open from an LOA. So, leave of absence. That's correct. we can fill that position. Correct. That is correct. So my question then follows up as if we fill that position and the following year that individual wants is going to come back. We don't have to guarantee that position but we do have to guarantee them a position of similar job duties and the same pay. Correct. That is a decision the district can make. Yes. We would have latitude on that. We are not bound to offer the exact same position

or we would work with that individual in that instance. I wish I could give more details on that. I just don't feel it's appropriate at this point of time. No. Um that's fine. I just So my concern is is making sure that we have that position filled. Um I think that it needs to be filled. Yes. I don't know what our budget is going to show in the future. None of us know what's going to happen and we may not be able to create another position and so I'm just I I'm really concerned on that one. I'm torn on that one. I I think the position should be open and and just President Vice President Catra, we are going to have that open. He will be filling that role for this next school year. Okay.

Well, we're gonna disagree on that one. Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Um and just to follow up, so um the what is the position for 71? This is a counseling role in the district. Thank you. You're welcome. Any other questions, comments? Okay, everybody's silent. So I I don't usually do this. So I will move to approve um the personnel schedule. I'll second. At least we have a motion in a second. Shante Rosschild. I Ben Owens. Hi. Patty Coutrey. Nay. Robert Downey. I so moved. Thank you, Mr. Becket. Thank you. Oh, oh yes. You've got some people you want to uh introduce. Yes. Appreciate it. I'd like to first introduce Dr. Matt Smith, who's in the audience tonight, who'll be serving as our athletic director and and Dina and AP at Maroba High School. [Applause] And

then someone who probably doesn't need to be introduced, but uh we're going to do anyhow, Mr. Tevin Rutherford, who will be serving as dean of students at Desert Middle School. Thank you, Mr. Packet. Now move on to item 10B. Discussion of possible approval of the guarantee minimum maximum price for the K8. Mr. Harmon. Sorry, Mr. Harmon. Maybe I need to call out K8 number one in case there's different um categories that you need to address. Yeah, that Yeah, we have a lot of Kate ones and twos on this agenda. Yes. Yes. So, you have the agenda item before you and I and uh I believe you've seen the the the details for the guaranteed maximum price for Kate number one. So, we're seeking your support. I'll answer any questions you may have. If there's no

questions, I'd like to Oh, you have a question? I'm just to confirm. So, has anything changed since our last discussion? So, we This is the third GMP that we're bringing to you. We did a GMP one. And I think that I don't want to mess my details up, but we did one for early procurement um early on to make sure that that for some long lead time items. So we brought a GMP for those to the board back in January. We did a GMP2 that was for some critical construction activities prior to the permit being issued. Now all of the the permits are issued. The you know the they can mobilize on the site and we're ready to start. So the the teams have enough of the construction documents. They've done all the pricing. This

is the final GMP for the scope and balance of the of the budget. It's within budget. Um so this is the final GMP that we're bringing to to the the board. Thank you. Uh Mr. Harmon. So question and I deal with this every day in my paid job is tariffs. They change almost weekly it seems. Um and just this week there was some crazy um the the entire construction world again was turned on its head. Um uh so just kind of curious how are we handling uh tariffs? Who's taking risk? That kind of thing. We've had a little bit of a conversation about this uh in the past. Yeah, I have not heard any concern from the chase team about tariffs that this GMP is secure and sound and we see no change or anticipate

no change in the scope and the GMP obviously cannot change. So Mr. Harmon, I just want to say it in my language, simple language, this is a not to exceed contract agreement. So even if the tariffs go up, those guys are on the hook for it. As long as we don't make any changes to what we're asking them to deliver, the maximum price they can charge us is what's in this contract. And building to the scope that the architect designed. So to answer the question, Chase is taking tariff risk. They must be. They're naughty. They're naughty. Perfect. Thank you. Get the camera to capture that, please. Since there's no other questions, unless Mr. Donnie, you have one, I'd like to motion that we approve the guarantine maximum price for K8 number one. I'll second lease,

we have a motion to second. Shante Rothschild, I Ben Owens. Hi, Patty Coutrey. Hi, Robert Downey. I so moved. I going to say thank you, Mr. Harmon, but you're going to be here for a while. Now move on to item 10 C. Discussion and possible approval of request for architectural services for the K8 school number two. Yeah. So these next three items are are related um versus selecting the architect um which um let me just make sure I get their name correct here. It's uh where are you on my paper? GHC Orca Winslow. They've also changed their name to Grace. that this original proposal was on under GHC or cut Winslow. It's the same teams that we've had um same uh our team has not changed um and uh so we're happy to to continue

working with um Orcut Winslow and um yeah any questions you may have I'm happy to answer and then if not we can we can roll onto the next two. I don't have any questions. Make a motion to approve. Second. Lisa got a motion to second. Shante Rothschild. I Ben Owens. Hi. Patty Catra. Hi. Robert Downey. I so moved. We now move on to 10D. Discussion of possible approval of request for project management services for K8 school number two. So again keeping the keeping the same team we we've have for K8 number one is uh selecting facility management group for our project management services. like to make a motion to approve. Second motion to second. Shante Rothschild. I Ben Owens. I Petty Coutrey. I Robert Downey. I so moved. We now move on to item 10E.

Discussion and possible approval request for award CMR contract for school K8 number two. So we did go out for contract for construction manager at risk. Uh we received uh four or five proposals. Um we had an evaluation committee that's uh structured based on statute, an architect, a contractor that's not bidding on the project, and some district representatives. Um and the the committee um selected Chase building team to bring to the board for approval for K number two. If there's no questions, I'll motion to approve. I'll second. Please. We have a motion to second. Shante Rothschild. I Ben Owens. Hi. Petty Catra. I. Robert Downey. I. So moved. Now move on to item 10F. Discussion of possible approval of the fiscal year 2025 2026 adopted budget. Mr. Harmon. You've seen that presentation maybe a hundred times.

At least it feels that way. So, um, this is the final action to approve our adopted budget for fiscal year 26. I I have no questions. I'd like to move that we adopt the budget as submitted. I'll second lease. We have a motion to second. Monte Rosschild. I, Ben Owens, hi. Patty Coutrey, I. Robert Downey, I so moved. Thank you, Mr. Harmon. I move on to item 10 G. Discussion and possible approval of revised policies 1-41 and 5-303. Miss Pastor, thank you, President Downey. Uh, these suggested policy revisions come from a law signed on April 18, 2025 and will take effect statewide in September of this year. So, prior to this evening, we were partially in compliance. Um, we've already been asking parents during online registration to um about their directory information. Specifically, it's a

list of 17 items and minor changes such as also putting this language in our student handbooks and adding um this on our website will bring us into full compliance. So, those are some of the details that you see in the uh suggested policy revisions. and um and that will bring us into compliance. So just to clarify, we're just bringing our policies back into so they follow statute for September. Correct. Correct. Has there been any repercussions since we haven't been in compliance? We um have been in compliance. The law goes into effect in September. Thank you. Yeah, whenever I look at the revisions in our old policy, there's several words. There's nothing significant changes. It's just a a word here and there and maybe think one extra statement. Um, so we were in compliant with the

old policy. It's just the polic. Sorry, we were in complian with the old law. It's just the law changed slightly and it will come into effect in September. So, we're up getting ahead of that change. You mentioned there were some things um that parents needed to do. Is that correct? You mentioned that those deliverables is it something that would be um cause any hardship or anything that parents would need to know about in advance? No, I don't think so. We are currently asking them if they would like to opt out of this directory information which includes items such as their address um awards or dis um distinctions um and then military sharing information with the military for example. So these are things that parents um have been able to opt out. Um the addition is

that in addition to asking them during online registration, we will also put it on the website and we will um also be putting this more specifically in our uh policy. Thank you. So my question is as a parent that's already registered a child for school this year, is there additional optin or outs that parents will need to do before September so that we maintain compliance? No. in anticipation of this going into effect and knowing the priority of doing this while we have the opportunity and everyone is doing the online registration, we added some categories, but we have been for some time asking parents if they would like to opt out of directory information. Yep. Perfect. All right. Thank you. There's no other questions or comments. I'll make a motion to approve. Second lease. We have

a motion to second. Shante Rothschild. Hi. Ben Owens. Hi. Patty Catra. Hi. Robert Downey. I so moved. We now move on to item 10H. Discussion of possible approval of the revised policy 3 j 40 sorry 403 and 5305. Miss Pastor. Thank you. So this law was also signed earlier in the year. Uh however it is currently in effect. It is also a law where we found that we were already in compliance with many parts of it. For example, our student handbook has long stated that cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off and put away as soon as students arrive on campus. They are not to be used at any time during the school day unless identified for instructional purposes by the teacher um or special circumstances. And uh we've also been stating in

the student handbook that any phone or device that's not used for instructional purposes will be confiscated. So over the summer I met with administrators and to develop more specific procedures and we have uh aligned procedures for K5 68 and 912 to align fully with the new requirements. Administrators are overwhelmingly in support of the change and we're looking forward to seeing increased focus on instruction and fewer distractions. It is important to note that the law and the suggested revisions to the policy do allow for some exceptions in rare um circumstances such as when a student needs technology because it's stated in IEP or for medical reasons. So administrators, the principles will be able to work with parents in order to support those needs. And I open it up to any questions or feedback. So first off,

I want to thank you. I read through how um you worked with the team to separate the use of them at the different levels. I thought it was extremely appropriate. Um it was uh concise but vague enough to allow teachers to have that flexibility should they have a lesson in their classroom that they can use their electronic devices. Um and I was I was happy when we had this policy to begin with because the phones are distracting. They're distracting to for adults. Um, so I I thank you for making sure that that was really well thought out going into this school year. I think it'll be really great for our teachers in our school that they have the control over this and they have direction as well. So, thank you. Thank you. Were there changes

made in the handbook as well to reflect this? Um, no. I did not make changes in anticipation of wanting to give the board the opportunity to adopt the policy, but they will um be more specifically stated and that is a requirement in the statute. Um and I believe it's also in our policy that the handbook does need um not a significant amount but some additional information. What will probably be easiest is to include a link to the procedure where those K5 68 and 912 procedures are outlined. Gotcha. So, will there be an an an additional acknowledgement required by families? Great question. I because this is important for principles to articulate. I'll be giving uh the principles and ask to include this change in their um first newsletter for the year in their welcome back messages

in any opportunity that they have to discuss this publicly because it's going to be really important um to make sure parents are are supportive and uh and helping us uh with this. Uh, member Coutree, you said it earlier that in the summer we have a little bit of uh less uh restrictions on our use of technology and so uh July is is a difficult short month um for students that are transitioning from having um sometimes no limits on their technology to having significant restriction. Miss Ptor, correct me if I'm wrong, but the handbook says it just references our policy. Correct. The handbook actually says um what I uh read earlier, which is that they are not permitted during instruction and they will be confiscated. Okay. But it nowhere in our handbooks does it reference the

specific policy and procedure. It doesn't state the policy. Correct. So that can easily be added. Well, I think it would be I think it would actually be really good to make sure that we start um sharing that information now should the board approve this um going forward. So I think it it's great if they hear it from multiple sources multiple times um because they say, you know, if you if you hear it, see it, read it, um you have a better understanding of it and you absorb it. certainly we'll we'll work on multiple avenues of communication. Okay. And then should the student uh go against the policy or break the rules, what um where can they find the action items from that? Where is that called out? Yes, in the code of conduct section of

the uh student handbook. And when this is reviewed with students, that's also mentioned. Yes. Um especially at the secondary level, um the schools do spend time going over the student handbook and the code of conduct with students. Thank you. No other questions or comments. I'll make a motion to approve. Second. Lisa, we have a motion to second. Shante Rothschild. I. Ben Owens. Hi. Patty Coutrey I Robert Downey I so moved we now move on to item 10 I discussion and possible approval revise policy 4-204 this pastor thank you uh this law was signed earlier and is currently in effect updates Arizona's mandatory rep uh reporting requirements for school employees and for governing board members district staff and board members must now report suspected child abuse directly to law enforcement and the Arizona State Board of

Education reporting or uh Department of Child Services reporting it to an SRO no longer fulfills the obligation. Um if a school resource officer does receive a report, they're required to immediately notify law enforcement. And the law also places limits on when and how the SRO's may be involved in student interviews during investigations. So that required some changes to uh one of our procedural forms. The changes in the policy reflect um the this uh law and changes in the law and um we are working with law enforcement and administrators to ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities under the new law. Miss Pastor, I just want to clarify because it is important because it impacts the governing board members as well. Um it's not just the SRO. I mean for example, if we get something from someone

in the public and we report it to Dr. Lopement that is not enough under this law. We really have to report it to state. So I mean and I just picked Dr. Lopeman as an as an example. It could be Mr. Harmon or Mr. Vade could be somebody the principal that is not enough. Um you have to report it has to be reported to state directly to the authorities. That's absolutely right. Okay.
