Stand for the pledge of allegiance, please. Followed by the invocation for John. >> Pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Everything for this day given to us. Thank you for being [cough and clears throat] here. that you would give us as we go through to today's meeting. We also pray for each resident that you be with them this week and that you would just keep everybody healthy and just thank you for everything you give to us in your name. Amen. >> Amen. Okay, let's have a roll call. >> All right. President Moore, >> yes. >> Alex Kennedy, >> yes. >> Van Pelich, >> yes. >> Swack is absent. Excused. John Hollings.

>> Yes. >> For the record, myself, clerk Zelna is in attendance and treasurer Patrick Penny is here. Okay. First on the board is the approval of the meetings for the February 9th meeting. like to approve um the minutes for February 9th, 2026. I'll >> support. >> All in favor say I. >> I. Oppos? Motion carries. Okay. Next minutes of the meeting for February 10th 10th water before I came. That was the public hearing committee from the dangerous building. I like to approve the February 10th, 2026 stage closing hearing. >> I will support. >> All in favor say I. >> I. >> Opposed. Motion carry. One last special meeting minutes from February 16th. >> Like to make a motion to approve the minutes from the special meeting of February 16th, 2026. >> All in favor say

>> I opposed. Motion carried. Okay. On to the agenda approval for tonight. I'd like to make a motion to approve the agenda as presented. >> All in favor say I. >> I. Opposed. >> Motion carries. Budget adjustments for 25 and 26. There's just two. >> Wait, it's just one. >> It's just one moving money around from one. >> Just just open natural gas. >> Yeah. Adding money to the natural gas for the garage and taking it away from the annex. What we had annex. >> Okay. Like to make a motion to approve the budget adjustments for 2025 2026. >> That takes a roll call. >> Okay. Hawkins, >> yes. >> Pelich, >> yes. >> Kennedy, >> yes. >> No, >> yes. >> Okay. On to the treasures report. like to make a motion to approve

the treasures report as presented. >> Have a roll call, please. >> Kennedy, >> yes. >> Moore, >> yes. >> Uh, Pawkins, >> yes. Okay, on to accounts payable. General fund is 40,323 for major fund is 21,395 and.78 for local is 561 and25 mil park recreation zero. I'll >> support You made a motion? >> No. No. I just read it so you had to read it. Can you make a motion? You can I'll make a motion. He said to pay the general 432 and 3 cents major 21,395 78 cents local 561.5 cents and zero for a roll call, please. >> Hawkins, >> yes. Teleich, >> yes. Moore, >> yes. Kennedy, >> yes. Okay. At this time, is there any public comment? >> I just want to know what we're doing with the alley. >> I had

I was going to tell you more of a story. >> You have not submitted the letter yet, Steve. >> What? >> You have not submitted the letter to the council yet. Oh, I have to submit one. >> That's why you submitted the Freedom of Information Act and we gave you every the letter that I wrote to the council. >> You have to submit a letter. >> You have to you have to reduce this to writing. >> Okay. >> What you're asking for. >> That's actually the way I do. >> Okay, that's not a problem. But here's here's what I just want to say. It's a take master. Um, the alley has two items in it that will make it not really ever usable in my lifetime, but maybe somebody in the future. There's a 8

in storm drain that goes through there somehow. We got a cable line in there, too. And I'm looking in the future, not for me, it's for the future for people that might have the buildings here. Um, I could see the cable going away at some point. We'll have a new way of communicating. So that might go away. And it looks like the storm drains mostly on the north side. So if if it we both get it, it's not anything I'm going to use. It's just going to remain the way it is because there's really no nothing. But but the next person that gets the property, they can deal with it. That's the way I I I want to put it. I can't use it anyway. too many obstacles in the way. So, but maybe 20

years ago, somebody also had it and maybe some of that can be relocated or disappear. I could see the cable going on sometime in the future. So, anyway, I'll put it right. That'll be good. >> Okay. >> Cuz I can't hear that well. So, >> thank you. >> All right. Thank you. >> Okay. Now, a sign of new business. Uh, number one is the dust control bid from Big B. We get this every year. Uh, I think it's uh over and above what what they sent us last year. I don't have it in front of me, but 12 in what seems to be what we were at last year. [clears throat] But something like that, is that something you could like for savings. This is when talking about buyers, I always think of like how

you get savings. That's something like if it's something that's done like is it done once or twice a year? >> No. Well, we did it twice a year. We did it twice last year >> cuz I wonder if something where you could do like a multi-year like just lock in a price with them if they would do that. I don't know if the company would do that if it's something that we know we're going to use few years, but I don't know if it's like a product that you would want to do that with. But >> that's just me like trying to see like if you could like lock in the price cuz you know every year it's going to keep going up and up. If you can say like, hey, we can lock in

theory with you guys. >> It's it's a difficult one to do that with cuz typically chloride after we've done grading and grading depends on how much traffic the road gets and it's um but I understand point I think it's a good idea, but I don't I don't know how applicable it is to >> Yeah, that's true. I saw I saw the the uh bill come to the track, but I don't remember what it was on there for to do the whole village or the road. >> I don't remember. >> Yeah, it's almost as much it cost I think you remember. Right. >> I think what we've paid in the past is like take the extra salt, but they pay we paid by a foot for the chloride. >> Yeah. 12 cents per foot. I don't

know what it was last year. >> Uh I think it was 12 cents per square foot last year. I think uh >> I think we're at the same cost. >> Yeah. I think a few years back it went up from like 10 to 12. We were all know. But um no, I guess I'd like to make them motionally approve the uh bid to do the dust control. court, please. >> Kennedy. >> Yes. >> Hawkins. >> Yes. >> More. >> Yes. Okay. Next on the list. And this one uh is on your separate sheet here. This is for I said from Craig Ason for doing the grading again this year. I reached out to him because it doesn't look like this crater is going to be done anytime soon for us. So I don't know what's

going on with that. I've got to go up there. So this is the same as it was last year. He didn't it didn't increase the cost at all what it was. So >> he always does a good job. So >> and he does a good job and he comes when I ask him. He never says no he can't do it. I'd like to make a motion to approve the code for greeting from Craig. A roll call, please second >> more. >> Yes. >> Hawkins. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, we had Amazon visit us this past week in the office and they came up with a way for us to plan to get a a uh business account through them for the village and we did that. So if nobody's opposed to that, we'll continue to

spend any money on it. There's no limit or anything money monetary limit put on or anything. We don't use it that much, but it's there only when we need >> because we have I have Prime personally. They linked it. It's separate but linked to my personal And so there's no charge for the Amazon. >> Awesome. We'll be able to get our tax um free thing attached to it, too. >> Yep. And then when I get a credit card, which I have I have to apply I was going to apply at Auction Bank just cuz that's where all our banking is and we're going to pay it anyway. So it's not like I need to shop around for a credit card, >> right? >> But I tried to apply online and it was just >> Too

complicated. So I need to go into the bank and apply for it. >> I understand that. For some reason that is like a complicated process that you wouldn't think would exist but I think it's connected to our EIN or something right making it complicated. >> Yeah. >> So that way people won't have to get reimbursed for any Amazon order. So, the other thing we're looking at doing, and it's not on your agenda, but it has to do with the business account, is I had to go to Home Depot to get the material to fix the light fixture to rewire the fixture and put a new ballast in. Like it Ace Hardware doesn't have that. So, I don't know why we don't have a Home Depot account or something for some of the other needs that

we have that we can limited. So, I I going to go down there this week and and get us an account with the Home Depot if somebody's opposed to that. >> Uh, can we break that into two motions? I'd like to make a motion that we are proceed with the Amazon business account. >> Okay. And I also like to make a motion to authorize those president to look into a Home Depot account. >> Roll call. Absolutely. I'm first going to I'm going to do the roll call for the Amazon business account. >> Kennedy, >> yes. >> Moore, >> yes. >> Pelich, >> yes. >> Hawkins, >> yes. >> So, that motion passed. And next, I will do a roll call for the Home Depot account. >> Hawkins, >> yes. >> Pelich, >> yes. >> Moore,

>> yes. >> Kennedy, >> yes. >> Okay, on to old business. First on the agenda is the uh wonderful building that we we love to talk about comes up so often in this >> we did have the public hearing on the 10th of February. You want to talk about this since you were the gallon of the hour on that. >> Um no you go ahead. >> Thanks. Anyway, >> so we had we we had the uh same people involved, the uh uh Cosmo, what a nice gentleman he is to do this for us again to come down here and preside over this hearing again. Um, and we and Tim Hollis came and we read reread into the uh hearing his findings on the house and we added a little bit more of what happened this

summer with breakings and breaking windows and things like that. That was a little bit more on and uh I got to get down to Sergeant C Sergeant Harvey and get the police reports. There was there are police reports for the breaking entrance on that building. So after that, he gave he brought me a letter the the next day up here. He called me. He said, "I can't find anybody in the office." I said, "I'll be right down up out." And I picked up the letter. He gave them 120 days to comply with the findings to to fix that that house up into code or tear it down. So that's where we're at. >> 120 days. >> That's their only options. So, they were mailed out the same way. Um, certified mail return receipt. And I

don't know if we're getting any of those back yet. >> Yes. >> Oh, we got three of those, too. Oh, okay. So, because we did an earlier mailing that was to >> No, I think we got three. I got two from a New York two New York addresses and one from a South Carolina address. >> Okay. >> So, um you know, just kind of reaching out to to them. So that's basically how it's done is one to say hey we're having to show cause two to say these are the findings you have x amount of time to comply. So I would you say then in your opinion that the countdown would be from the time that they received that green card >> that they signed for that they were notified that's day one >> the

green card. And so even though there's four addresses, should the countdown start with the first one? >> I would. >> Okay. Just wanted to be sure just so like we're all in the same like same page club on that. >> If this goes after 120 days, doesn't mean we can tear that building down yet. There's still is more procedures we have to do legally to get there. But we're going to move forward with that now. We hadn't moved forward in the past. >> instead of standing still, we're going to we're going that building is coming down one way or another soon. >> Okay. So, at least we're headed in the right direction to get this done and off our plate. So, we don't have to worry about this anymore. We don't have to worry about

people breaking in. We don't have to worry about that place falling down or burning up or, you know, >> killing somebody >> or Yes. I was very afraid of people going in there and mold in there and stuff and getting it in there. Long as >> kids. Kids >> kids. I was worried about kids. >> Well, you were telling me before the meeting that they have vermin in there becoming it's affecting the neighbors property. >> It's the neighbors property. I told them the neighbors I couldn't do anything for them, but that I could get them the addresses. They had to spend over $800 uh getting a trapper out there to trap all the crap animals that were coming across onto their property. They're very nice people. >> And that's they shouldn't have to go through

that. >> No, but we we can't force Kaja into giving them money for this. They they've got to do that. All I could do is give them I could say it would be a great thing for you guys to take care of these people that you know that have to live next door to your crap, >> you know. But >> I don't care. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's pretty obvious. They they really don't care about anything or they can two meet two public hearings and have a show three. So, okay. On to the mill project. Fun a 2A funding application submitted. I submitted an application for funding to Oakland County Historic Preservation um to get started with uh inspecting the building, the build. They'll help us with that. Although I did get I thought a very

good price from one one uh person, one constructional engineer, but I asked him to send me a legal quote with his, you know, with his heading and everything on it for his company and I haven't got it yet. So, I'll be working on that here after this meeting going forward. We'll we'll be working on on that to see if we can't get something started over there and get something in there some maybe by fall. >> Really quickly Bill, sorry to interrupt. Did you say that was Oakland County Historical Preservation? >> Oakland. Yeah, it's Yeah, Oakland County Oakland County Historical Conservation. >> Conservation. That's Ron Campbell and Tim Kbec and Gota thing. It's all that's the three county people. >> Oh, okay. I know. Okay. Gotcha. >> So, the other thing was we were we got

a uh a mailing from uh Gary Peters, our our state our our federal senator. Um, and in there we found what you do if you want to get not what you do but the National Registry of Historic Buildings. If we could get this on that registry, it opens us up to a whole new avenue for funding. And not to throw anybody these big numbers, but the average the average request that they that they put out for funding these historical preservation of these buildings and things is $388,000. which would go a long way to solving some of our issues over there to get moving forward in the right direction. However, there's one caveat, no new building. So, if you remember, if you looked at our plans and stuff, we had an attachment to the building where

we were going to put the toilets in. Now, I was thinking about this, and I don't know what to do about this. I'm going to have to talk to somebody about this knows more than me. But if we disassociate that building with the mill itself and put them separate from there, maybe we could that we're going to have to have toilets. If we're going to have people over there, you got to have toilets. You got to have water. There's two things we got to do. So, >> would that toilet be opened all the time? >> No. Only during the hours that it's doing that being >> that's being used. So, someone just coming down the trail is not going to be >> No, the trail the trail uh toilet is open all the time. >>

But it's got a camera on it. >> So, I have a question. So, with the no attachments, does it mean their money cannot be used or that you must keep the building >> separate >> the same as far as like integrity goes to have a historic look? I I have to think about it. >> It's probably the last because we looked into our >> So there there wasn't there was an old lean to behind the mill >> where they kept the poles. >> So I thought maybe you put it there >> as a and as a as a toilet, you know, call it the call it the cold bin or something. Is there any way that there could just be one unisex bathroom in there or >> Yeah. Well, the idea was to put two

family style bathrooms in. That was the original. >> That was the original. >> It doesn't mean it can't be changed because not there yet. We haven't done anything to go that direction. It's an idea. This is what we'd like to see there. >> What about septic? >> Okay. >> There's enough room for septic there. >> So, it's subject. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. Well, it's exciting opportunity. >> So, I I but it's that one caveat that I had to go back home and read over again this weekend when I was at I looked at it again. I said, "Oh, no. I don't like the sound of this one." >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, that deals with that. Now, of course, we had a meeting on the 26th, right, >> of February when Gimples

and Webster came out for a uh meeting to show us where we're at. They have the Southside uh improvements done. That's all here on the table. Uh we're still within our budget. We're still where we were at. nothing else. But we we came up the thing about this is when we were going through this, we were talking about this and I said, "Okay, we repaved this road. What are we going to get out of it? Another 15 years." So I said, "Gee, we only get 15 years now." I said, "We need to get more out of this road." He said, "That's all you'll ever get on ashole. You always got to be top after 15 years. Our problems are deeper. Our problems are in the substrate. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, they came up with

with a monetary figure >> for us to fix the the road the way it should be fixed now. And when we did that, I asked, okay, what happens if we don't do this work? What happens if we don't fix this substrate? We just recount it. And what happens in 15 years when we got to do it again? Total rose jelly. The road is complete. >> It would have to be done then and it's just going to be more money. So I asked for the figure on what it would take for us to do it now. It's a lot of money. We're talking somewhere north of $3 million. questioner. >> Since this world is used heavily by large trucks heading out board 69, can't there be some kind of exception as far as it funding? >>

I was I was asked the road at the >> and you stand there and one one afternoon I just watch this way and that way this way and that way. Huge trucks. >> I was I was asked >> Well, I'm getting ahead of myself. Yes. >> So, so after this meeting when we got all the facts and figures and Katie and I, we were waiting for this meeting before we filed for the funding to release the MLAN's office. So, we put that funding and Katie did most of the work. I was on the phone with engineering trying with questions we couldn't figure out. So, but thank God for her. I'm telling you, she's she's got employee of the month of the sky. I'm telling you tomorrow. [laughter] She said, "Hi, I'm here. I'm here to

help. So what happened there is when we when we did this when we put the uh funding requests together I gave them a minimum maximum or not maximum we gave them two figures. One would be if we did the minimum amount that what we were asking for and one would be with the maximum amount we were asking for to do the roadway. If I can get the money, we have from now until September, October time frame to make adjustments in this road project. At that point, it's it's cut in stone that were done. So, I don't know what's going to happen here, but we're pushing to get the whole thing done. Uh we I can we'll be sending a a request out to Gary Peter's office. I think we have one from Senator Lockin, too.

>> Yeah. I don't know if they're this like I said, I don't know if it's the same request like both senators sent out stuff. I don't know if it's for the same program or not. >> So, we'll be we'll be doing that trying to get this road done the way it should be done. So, that means all the drains will be done and corrected and all the all the gravel base will all be done and everything will be corrected there and then we'll reamp the road and and we'll get 15 years. >> So, don't let me forget tomorrow. I got to I'm sorry for going off. our uh pole patch. It's getting kind of bad up there in Rochester that I was talking with Jim L. We were talking about doing co patch here pretty

quick. So any we have it. I just don't know how we buy it every day. I don't know how much we have. Okay. >> So that takes care of the mill project, forestry re restructuring project. We're we're we're going forward that we're doing everything we can and we do have the financial advisor on board. By the end of this year, we have to hire a bond attorney. That's who sells your bond so that you get the money for your bond. You can get to a bond, but if you can't get it sold, nobody will buy your bond. You won't get the money. So, that that's an issue. So we that's that's going to be another uh I don't know >> where do you find these people? >> Actually uh actually uh our financial advisor sent

me a list of two. That's the only two I know. >> Okay. >> Right. >> Okay. Nature Nature Park land sale Thursday. I've got it done. And I actually signed the paperwork with the Ashley's. Gave him a check for $300. That's done, but it still has to be notorized. This was late Thursday, and I took two copies of it down there to get it notorized. And I can't do it because their their signatures are the ones that have to be notorized, not mine. So, they wouldn't do it. So, they But they're up north. So, it's been another week and then it's going to come back here and Jennifer Swack and I and and are going to get together here in the hall and we'll we'll do the flat split and we'll do the land the

combination with our property. Then we'll be done. Then we'll be able to finally move forward with with the park. >> Okay. >> Rolling network upgrades. I'm not going to speak to this because I think Alex should speak to that because I don't know. It's just it's just blinking lights to me. >> So, we've got um the Wi-Fi is set up. So, um depending on what network you're on, you can access the printers. You can do uh access some of the files and stuff. So, if you have village laptops, let me know. I can get you set up on that Wi-Fi. Um otherwise, we have a guest network now, so anybody can come in. It is feeding to 20% of our bandwidth which is >> slow >> extremely slow compared to a very slow connection as

it is >> for um >> we've got so we've got all the storage up there now. Um we've got a couple sensors around. So basically we're monitoring the temperature in the hall here. So we'll get sent alerts if stuff gets below temperature, above temperature, below humidity, above humidity. I put one in the records room upstairs as well. We have one more available that we can put somewhere else in the hall if we need. Um, we also have a phone uh in the network that we can use as well. Um, so we're potentially thinking about changing the phone service from like AT&T over to the other service cuz that drops it from like $80 a month to I think it's like 25. >> Is that true? uh for the internet. Yes. But for the >> phone

and internet and possibly splitting them. >> Yeah. The phone would be a VO service. >> Um but then that also gives us the ability to put in like those phone assistants like if we want you know like when you call and it's like you know normal business hours of this we could have call forwarding. I mean there's a lot of a lot of opportunity available for us right now if they need certain things. Um, but if you have printer or the scanner, you can print from the Wi-Fi, you can print from the network and then when you do a scan on the scanner upstairs, it goes to the um the server and it holds onto those documents. So, they can't be quite ident. We have fair amount of storage and we have lots of room

to expand. If anybody has any questions, I'll be happy to lay out more information, but some of that stuff is uh we don't say publicly. Thanks, Alex. Okay, on a DPW update, truck maintenance. And this is great this is on here because I just talked about this with our our employee this afternoon. And we're going to he's going I'm going to go pick him up. He's going to come down here and take the truck back with him. He's got his garage all ready for the truck to be in there for repair uh for maintenance. And we're going to start working on the truck while this weather holds. So yeah, watch it snow tomorrow. Watch it snow four or five in. >> Of course, >> I'm trying to make it snow. >> The thing is it'll

be gone melt. >> So anyway, well, we're going to do all the small things stuff that doesn't require taking stuff apart in case we need the truck for right now. So, at least we can get changed filters and fluids and stuff like that and put the new strobe lights on the top of the truck. Put them back on. So, it actually I don't like that truck out there on the road because if we're going to do some coal patching, I want those strobe lights going. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let's go on to president's report. FA report. I don't have one. C EG report. I don't have one on that ordinance enforcement. I got a call from the fire chief Jerry Saturday Saturday last week, two Saturdays ago. >> He had had pulled a inspection over

a distinctive design and he was afraid somebody was living up in the upstairs in the A-frame. At one point in time, that A-frame was separate from the quant. They were separate entities. One was a family home. Steve, guy that I own for a long time. He's gone now. He combined the two and took and made that an office rather than living quarters. So Jerry wasn't sure. He told me nobody's living up there. Well, like, you know, it it was a home at one time. So it's obviously a bad maybe a bedroom out there or something. >> So, that came to me. Now, there's no ordinance enforcement yet because he didn't Jerry didn't put a time limit on there for the guy to make all the corrections, some corrections he wants me to make in the

shop. It's a wood shop. There's going to be dust and dirt all over the place when they're milling uh wood all the time. >> Chance of fire. >> But, but but it should be stored outside. It's not cleaned up. And I mean, anybody with that kind of operation is going to want a place like that to be clean as he can get it anyway. >> Why does that fall on you? >> Cuz I'm the ordinance enforcer. >> So, but I did go over to talk to him. He wasn't in I guess wrecked his shoulder, seeing a doctor about getting that fixed up. So, I >> Okay. So, some >> But there's other there's fire suppression there that he wasn't happy with and Jerry wasn't happy with our our fire chief. just there's some things that

he's got to fix up. >> Okay. >> So, I will be going back home and talking to him about it sometime this week. >> Okay. On to on to trustee committee reports. Cable commission. I got no updates. Um there's no last meeting 15th because the April meeting got cancelled too. Okay, reading committee. >> Uh, Jennifer is asking me to request $800 for the remainder of 26 for fall and um, summer flowers and fall decorations >> to put that into the budget or the money, right? >> Just to have it approved for um, >> for the decorating. We got uh 650 last year. Um we didn't do the we didn't do the Christmas um event. We won't be doing it again this year for the tree right now. So >> there's [clears throat] money that he's

budgeted for it cuz I didn't change it from last year and I'm looking at last year. >> Is it the same? >> Yeah, I didn't change it. Says >> how much do we have in the budget for for this year? It says for beautifification $2,100 and for labor 600. So I mean >> labor. [clears throat] >> Yeah. I I don't That's how Judy I didn't I I didn't touch the allotments. So that's how it would be for this budget. >> So it appears there's plenty of money in the budget this year for that. It is smart to approve it early just because it seems like sometimes spring comes on you and somebody wants to run >> and go and pick up the stuff and if the money hasn't been approved by council even though it's

been budgeted >> then it create it creates a problem for reason. It's just smart. Then that way we don't have to worry about it like when you guys are ready for fall, you can just do fall and you want to do it as two motions or one motion or whatever. >> Pick it up and then I pick up the stuff and put it in. And do >> I have to amend the agenda to do that? So we do that or can we just put it in decorating committee? >> It's just under decorating committee. >> Just under decorating. >> Yep. Mhm. >> Okay. >> Can I get a motion to approve $800 for the remainder of the 20 26 year >> for decorating committee? I'd like to make a motion to approve $800 for the decorating

committee for use throughout the year. >> So I can't >> um Hopkins. >> Yes. >> Moore. >> Yes. >> Kennedy. >> Yes. >> Okay. North Oakland Transportation Authority. I did meet the new uh deputy director last meeting. That was kind of nice. We did uh like I said, it was all about concrete and and people that were going to come in and work on the new office and and garage area for for that building down there. So, we approved a lot of people to come in and start working. So, that's going to kick off here pretty quick. As soon as uh the office moves out, they'll be able to get in there and start tearing down walls and reworking things. >> Anything from planning commission? >> We do have to meet. So, there was meet

on the third Thursday and we do need to meet this Thursday. >> Is it going to be about the guy that wants to put the golf? >> Yes. Yes. So, what we need is a motion just actually we don't need a motion. We do motions to cancel, don't we? >> Yeah. >> Yes. So, we're good. Then we will meet. >> Polyan Trail Management Council. There's not been a meeting till later this month. So, I don't uh it'll be the spring meetings. We'll be starting to figure out what's going to happen. The only thing I know about going into this is that we're going to try to get the uh east side of town here, the trail paved all the way to Forest Street with a ashalt pavement through there. We we this trail gets more

use out here than anywhere else on the 17 miles right now. >> Paid from where to where >> would be from Elwood to Forest Street. >> Yeah. Yeah by the trail head in the middle. >> Okay. Village Park. I talked about that that in the uh that that the uh purchase agreement is signed and delivered. So So we just need to finish that up. Um hopefully this year I'll go back into getting a something done in the front of the park there with sidewalks and improving the crossing of of of the Pan Trail at Forest Street because they're they're not in line with one another. And what is in there also in this is is to fix that to line them up so that people can see better. I have nothing on community develment We

have I don't think we have anything this year with that unless anybody has anything to say else they want to talk about this evening. >> I'd like to make a motion we adjourn at 7:40 p.m. >> All in favor? I I >> Thanks for coming everybody.
