001Y >> 6:30. Uh, I'd like to call to order the Charter Township Church of Oxford Board of Trustees regular meeting for Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. Please rise and pay respects to the flag to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Thank you. I'd like to take a moment of silence for recognizing Cheryl Lotan, the zoning and planning administrator, who passed on January 4th of this year. Thank you. >> Not in the role. >> Noted that there is a quorum. >> Thank you. Approval of the agenda. >> I'll make a motion to approve the agenda as presented. >> I'll second. >> I have a motion by Treasurer Ferrari, a second by Trusty Coven. Are there
002any questions? Hearing none. Uh, all those in favor signify by saying I >> I. >> Those opposed hearing none. Item five, approval of the consent agenda. >> I'll make a motion to approve the consent agenda as presented. >> I'll second that. >> Okay. I have a motion by Treasurer Ferrari. I have a second by Trustee Charles. I'm going to give him that one. Um, any questions on the consent agenda? Hearing none. Roll call. >> Trusty Charles. >> Yes. >> Trusty Wagner, >> yes. >> Ferrari, >> yes. >> Clerk Wright, yes. Trusty Coven, >> yes. >> Supervisor Curtis, >> yes. Item six. Excuse me. Public comment on items not on the agenda. Is there any members of the public that have any comments that are not on the agenda? >> I do. >> Ah, yes, sir.
003CJ Kio, communications grants manager. I just wanted to let you guys know in case you didn't see it on Facebook. The uh purple heart signs are up on put up on 24 and north and south ends of the township last week. So now between that and before we put up number on county roads, we have six purple heart signs uh recognizing our communities honoring of those who served and sacrificed so much for us. And I wanted to thank Gary Allison and Andrew Baitman from the road commission for Oakland County. They made this process very smooth. They were very helpful and uh they made they helped me greatly and make sure this happened. So huge shout out to them and uh what fine employees they are the RCOC. >> Thank you. Any other members? Seeing none,
004Board of Trustee comments. I'll start with Trustee Col. >> Um drive carefully. Thank you, >> Clark. Yeah, I want to touch on a few things for elections. Uh, currently we have two coming up in 2026, one in August, one in November. And, uh, based upon the situation we are having on our agenda tonight, um, there there will be, uh, the opportunity to serve on this board. And if that's the case, uh, petitions or your money, $100 will be due on April 21st to be put on the August ballot. So, anybody that's of interest that wants to be part of this township board in the township, that that's the deadline there. Um, other than that, there's uh also some Facebook comments have been going around the community about uh consolidation of precincts, and there's several reasons
005why that was done. Uh, number number one, uh, we looked at the expansion of having up to 4,999 voters that can be in one precinct. So that consolidated those down from seven to five precincts. And also what that will do is it will save this community some funds in the future because we will have to have less workers for the election. We have less uh precincts that are uh needed for the precincts. And just on a side note, uh I have to have nonprofit facilities to host a voting precinct. So so therefore they're very limited in Oxford. and and also the way the voting has uh er uh evolved now there's several ways to vote that you don't have to go to a poll to do that with a 9-day early voting. Also, our absentee
006voter ballots have also uh I would say exceeded the in-person voting. So, um I just want to bring those points out that the these even though we're probably 100 days out from that deadline of applying for for the August election, um these days approach quick and it and it gets very busy in the clerk's department. So, I just want to bring those points out and if there's anything else anybody has that wants to discuss elections, feel free to contact our office. We're more than happy to discuss that. So, those are my comments right now, Supervisor Curtis. Thank you also for the moment of silence. >> Thank you, Treasurer Ferrari. Just a couple items. Winter tax collections are coming in quite well. We're in the middle of that. That'll finish up at the end of February.
007Also two early part of February, we're going to start the transition to BSNA payments and so that'll be end up transition over to the cloud as that comes along as well. It's all I have. >> Trusty Wagner. Yeah, I would like to inform the board that the water and sewer committee is starting the process of looking at and potentially establishing a a new well site well site for the township. And basically my understanding is at this point or at this time that we could have a new well site up and running in about 3 years if everything goes well. >> Super. Trusty Charles. >> Just a quick uh thank you to the clerk's department regarding the uh precincts. I know there's a lot of work and time that went into that. So, thank you. >>
008Okay. I have no comments at this time. I'm going to save mine till the end. Uh item eight, fire department. Um Chief, you submitted your year-end report for 2025. >> Yes. Uh just to kind of go over some of the highlights for you and for the the folks at home watching where they should be tonight, this terrible weather, safe at home hopefully. Uh in calendar year 2025, the fire department responded to a total of 2449 calls for service. That's the most we've ever had here in Oxford. uh EMS incidents uh accounted for approximately 74% of those uh which is actually down uh from last year because last year we were at about 75%. Um more than 1,800 emergency medical responses um transported uh 1338 people in total uh through our ambulance service. Um, and one
009of the big things that I wanted to share with you and and you uh some of the data that I did send along in the packet is the amount of time it takes us from because we don't have a hospital here, right? That we have to go other places and people will say, well, we got McLaren and Oxford. The the only thing is keep in mind we are not allowed to take a lot of stuff by Oakland County Medical Control Authority. We are not allowed to take stuff to McLaren Oxford that we feel is at a potentially life-threatening or life-threatening situation. It's for the most part it is very low priority minor injuries, minor illnesses, uh stuff like that that we're allowed to take there from the county. So um while it would be wonderful
010as you could see um in the the the information I shared with you just going to um McLaren Oxford we can have a turnaround time in under an hour from time of call to clear take care of them and clear but when we go to another community when we go to a hospital we're gone for almost two hours you know and that's huge uh when we only have a couple of units in service right and that falls right in line with as you saw in my report about how how often we've had to ask for assistance from other communities to back us up when we're busy. And same thing when we go to other communities and we're helping them out as well. Still, uh our numbers were down this year uh on times we needed
011help, but we went to other communities quite a bit um because just they're busy and more fires and what have you. As you can see uh uh on the on the report uh we had 43 confirmed uh fires involving homes, vehicles or businesses. So that was uh that was up from previous years as well. Um one of the numbers that's at the bottom of the report is at risk. Um and it's kind of an important one. While we all know and I imagine Treasurer Ferrari could tell us what the township's uh uh overall value of residences and businesses uh is. I what we have to do is we have to estimate after a fire what the value was worth, what the contents were worth and how much was at risk and then how much we
012actually lost. And so when we look at that, we looked at little almost $39 million was placed at risk due due to direct exposure to fire last year. And of that, we had a loss of just over $5 million. So, sounds like a lot, but in all honesty, when we're talking 30 almost 39 million, I think we did pretty good. So, that was that was one thing. And then one that I did not have time to get to you because I just got it on Monday. um uh working very closely with Captain Snell who's our EMS coordinator who has worked tirelessly with the the guys right the crews that are are doing all our paperwork uh on our cost recovery uh for we in cost recovery we received $760,153.99 which is a 9% increase over
013what we had which was our previous best year of 24 uh average monthly revenue rose to $63,346 that we recaptured through and this is billing that we send out to non-residents and billing that we send to residents that we take only their what insurance pays and I I got to stress that very that's a very important thing to understand residents but we only take what their insurance will pay us. It's it's if they have insurance and if insurance is going to pay, we take it to help offset our cost. We'll never, you know, cover all our costs, right? But we can help offset and it's a wonderful thing that we have the ability to do. And that um and I completely give all credit on that to the crews for their for their documentation because
014insurance companies are very picky about every little thing, right? And so between Captain Snell and the guys responding to the calls and their documentation being able to improve and and increase that cost recovery. Um, and then in all honesty too, I got to give uh Lindsay Young and Tracy uh credit too because they work very closely to consolidate those monies that come in because our billing company changed their processes and it's a it's a whole let's make sure we got the right money in from the right places and they've done a wonderful job and I can't thank them enough for that. Um, what we did see also again uh 1393 transports, a 5.69% 69% increase year-over-year. We had um our our our improved transport utilization and billing efficiency uh rate went from uh 63.5% in
01524 to 68.6%. So, it's a pretty good increase. And again, I give all the credit on that to the guys in the Captain Snowell for staying on top of them, making sure they're doing their build their their reports correctly and making sure that they're crossing crossing the tees and dotting the eyes. So, that's that's completely on them. Uh, and then the rest, I guess, uh, falls back to our mutual aid and some of the other data that I sent you as far as uh, our turnaround time. So, if you have any questions on any of that, be happy to entertain those. No. >> Any questions? Yes. Trusty Charles. >> If it would take for McLaren's uh status to be changed where they could handle what you were describing, >> they have to turn into a
016real hospital. >> Well, what's the definition of a real hospital then? >> Beds. >> Number of beds is what you're saying. >> Beds period. Be able to >> I could help you with that. It's called an acute care facility. An acute care facility allows patients to stay there over 23 hours and 59 minutes. We have an emergency room that can stabilize, but it has to get rid of the patient. A patient that goes to that hospital that has an injury or a trauma that's going to require them overnight, they have to go to another hospital. >> So, the definition is overnight stay. >> I'm sorry. So the definition is overnight stay >> beyond anything more than 23 hours and 59 minutes. >> Yeah. So um one thing I should have pulled and I didn't think
017to pull now that we're talking about is how many transports we took out of McLaren Oxford >> this last year. uh for people that end up going there on their own because they're whether they're local to our community or our surrounding communities and they want to go there because it's got an emergency department and then they're going there for a heart attack, a stroke, something of that nature and we're transporting them out of there because it's an emergency situation and they are beyond their capabilities to provide the uh definitive care to help those folks out and we've gone there quite a bit actually and we have a great uh rapport and relationship with both McLaren Oxford and McLaren Oakland. Um, and it is good that when they do get something bad through the door, they're
018calling us right away so that we can get them down to McLaren Oak in a timely manner. So, >> maybe just a quick followup. So, so instead of using an ambulance that they call the fire department to transport the patients >> for emergency situations for emergencies. >> Yep. Only for emergencies. If if a person comes in and they're and I'll just if they've been having abdominal pain or or flank pain for the last two weeks and they got a kidney stone. >> I don't like that example. >> Yeah, I know. Right. But if somebody comes in and and and like they're doing okay and they but they need to be admitted to the hospital then McLaren and Oxford will call a private ambulance company and they transport them down. We don't do those. >> Okay.
019We're not we're not transporting the non-emergencies out. We're only transporting uh true priority one life-threatening emergencies out of McLaren Oxford down to the McLaren Main. >> And you had a number of those, huh? >> Oh, yeah. Wow. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. We go there quite often because it while us and the surrounding departments and EMS providers know that they can't take severe things or critical things there. >> Yeah. the regular citizen sees emergency department and they're, you know, >> a number of >> mom's having a heart attack, dad's having a stroke or whatever. Yeah. >> They take them there and and McLaren Oxford does a wonderful job of stabilizing them, right? But they also know that if a person's going to need, >> you know, definitive care, they're going to need surgery. They're going to
020need MRIs, CAT scans, things of that nature, >> depending on the time of day, right, they're going to call us right away and we get them out of there and get them down to the main hospital. So, Okay. Item 8B, fleet replacement update. >> Yep. Um, clerk right reached out and, uh, reminded me to, uh, give you an update. Uh, so we've got new engine one is has been in service. New alpha 2, which is I know the numbers are weird, so just bear with me on that. While it's running at station one, right, it was it would it replaced our oldest. And then we still have uh three additional ambulances on order. Two should be coming late this spring. We got them through Emergency Vehicles Plus out of the Holland area which are actually
021being built in Florida. I know. Um and then our our second fire engine uh is slated to be here this fall. Uh again, another it's a twin to what we bought from the Suffin Corporation in Ohio. uh and everything seems to be going really well on that. So um and then our last ambulance to replace the existing one will be sometime 2728 uh end of 27 beginning of 28 if all goes well and that's already again on order. So >> questions on fleet replacement >> beyond that we've we've put in uh still grants for the uh to have our tankers redone. Our our tankers are in good shape. One of them especially we we had substantial work done on it this this past year during 25 um and um you know we're going to knock
022on wood that it holds out. We also but we did put in for grants and we haven't had any response yet. Um but I guess the the government shutdown last year didn't help. All of that got delayed. So we have not heard a yes or no on either of those. So, and that would be the rest of our fleet as far as our daily replacements and what have you. So, >> thank you, Chief. >> Thank you. >> Thanks, Chief. >> Thank you. >> Item nine, sharp engineering report. Uh board members, in your packet is our monthly sharp engineering report, updating us where we are on certain projects. Uh, as you went through your packet, uh, do you have any questions for Engineer Sharp, who's here tonight? >> Good job. >> Perfect. >> Thank you. >>
023Silence is golden, huh? >> Yeah. Item 10, unfinished business. 10A, Polymorphic Artificial Intelligence AI service. Trusty Wagner. >> Okay. So, I'm excited here to add the opportunity to be able to provide additional services available 24/7 for Township staff, residents, and business owners through the implementation of an AI enabled chatbot on our website. Capability will be able to help answer township related questions and find information just using plain language searches as opposed to digging around and then click downs and everything else. Um, the company Polymorphic Incorporated, which specializes in supporting local governments, literally has bent over backwards to accommodate us by allowing us to cancel the potentially cancel the service anytime with 30 days notice, making this a lowrisk and high high reward effort for our township. Polymorphic is also now providing services for one of
024our southern neighbors, Beverly Hills, and they will also be working uh with BSNA to provide services as well. John Doyle is here to answer any additional questions you may have and I'm here asking the board for your support in providing this service for our township. Um, I move to approve the artificial intelligence search and chats chatbot subscription services agreement between Polymorphic Incorporated and the Charter Township of Oxford and authorized Supervisor Jack Curtis to sign the agreement on behalf of the Charter Township of Oxford. I'll second that. >> Okay. I have a motion by Trustee Wagner and a second by Trustee Charles. So, I'm going to open it up for questions at this time. Um, you want I can start. You know, I I was the proponent that wanted us to investigate and uh find areas
025that we need help with uh artificial intelligence. Um, you know, I'm I'm looking at this and I go down and I start looking at the things that I would do before I would buy something. First off, uh we do not have an identified problem with our website. Our website will start testing on Monday, the new website, so we don't know if there's any problems there. Um uh secondly, the hits that we get on our website, developers looking for zoning ordinances, developers or builders looking at what it takes for setbacks, developers and builders looking for uh instruments to make their job easier. That's uh a for-profit organization that's going to be using these tax dollars that'll buy this AI implement. Monday we are start testing our new website and we don't know if we have a
026problem there. Uh sec thirdly on that um Shoemaker does have an AI partner that they use. Um I I just don't see us spending $9,000 on an on something we don't have an identified problem on. I don't see spending $9,000 of taxpayer money uh to help developers make more money and revenue in their building. Out of the 900 visits to our site uh in the past 30 days, which is down 14% from the previous month, which is down 18% from the previous month before that. I I want to recommend we vote no on this right now until we get our new website up until we find out if we have a problem. So I I just don't want to spend nine grand to say that we did AI. I appreciate the committee's investigation, but in
027my opinion, I thought we were going to come back and say, "Yes, we have identified problems in payroll or problems in the building department or problems here." I don't see I don't see a problem. So, that's my comments. Trusty Charles, >> uh, would this have to be timed at the same time as the new website or could the website be in place for a couple months and then bring in the AI to answer your concerns about do we have a problem with the website? >> I don't have to repeat that. You heard it. Sure. >> Yeah, I got you. Yeah, >> thank you. >> Um, yeah. uh trusty Charles this is something you could implement at any moment in you know parallel with the website I did speak with Kyle at the conclusion of the
028last board meeting and understanding that he was he does have a third party that he uses it's pretty open it's not just someone that he kind of recommends when the issue comes up um we are confident services that we could provide in parallel with the website um to give kind of a you know a great experience for for residents and those folks. So you could essentially launch the website. It is a something we can implement at any time. Um most cases they roll them out at the same time so that the the residents and folks kind of get like one revamp of a system as opposed to like here's the new website, wait a few months, here's the new chat or however that looks usually like one just in previous experiences that tends to be
029the >> supervisor Curt if I may. >> Yes sir. Trusty Charles. So, the risk factor is $9,000 over a 12-month period. Um, what would you think here again to to consider that concern? I think uh Mr. Wright brought it up previously at the last meeting, right, about the the one year and you said we had 30 days notice. If we did this, what's the minimum amount of time that you think would be reasonable? Let's say would we do it? Would you want at least three months to try it? One month, two months? I mean, what's our what is our risk factor if we decided not to go the full $9,000 a full 12 months? You know, would we find this out in, let's say, three months? And our risk would be what, 2250? I mean,
030I'm just trying to respond or you know what, uh, Supervisor Curtis brought up about the 9,000 bucks if we are we really risking 9,000? How much would we risk if at some point in time we decided to cut cut the cord? How many months do you need? >> Yeah. Like um you talk about in regards to like a time to value or when >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How much time would be a reasonable time to figure that out? >> Sure. Um what we're seeing is an implementation through the testing make sure things are accurate and and giving the responses that we'd like to see. Um you know anywhere between three to four weeks. Those are like some folks are depending on the complexities of you know your website and things. >> So a month and
031then if we gave you 30 days our risk factor would be two months. Our risk would be 1,500 bucks if we decided to cut. That's that would have cost us if we said this is not worth doing. It's a $1,500 gamble, I guess, or I don't like the word gamble, but that's our down that's our downside right there. >> Yeah. And I I think the reception um you know, three months to get used to the system and things. I mean, it's we've we've seen a lot of folks I mean outside of Beverly Hills, Birmingham as well, right from on board like it seems to be a topic that folks are eager to to lean in and get excited about. But again, what makes sense to you all? >> I'm just I'm just trying to get
032a figure on, you know, now we're saying three months roughly is what we a reasonable time to evaluate it and then we at that point or two months to evaluate it and then then the 30-day notice would kick in. So we have three months of money that we'd spend. >> Yeah. >> So 2250, right? >> Okay. Any other questions? >> U call the roll, please. >> Treasure Ferrari. No. >> Trusty Wagner. >> Yes. >> Trusty Charles. >> Yes. >> Trusty Kovven. >> No. >> Quick Wright. Yes. And Supervisor Curtis. >> No. >> Okay. It's a three- three tithe. So, the motion dies and nothing happens. >> Thanks. >> Thank you. Item uh 10B 2026 trustee compensation resolution. uh the compensation and performance evaluation committee uh put together a resolution for uh the compensation of the
033Oxford Township trustees for 2026 uh fiscal year. The following proposed motion is offered. I move to approve the resolution to establish the annual compensation for the Oxford Township trustees for fiscal year 2026 as presented. >> Second. I have a motion by Supervisor Curtis. I have a second by Treasurer Ferrari. Are there any questions? >> What? >> I have a question. >> Yes, sir. >> What will be the overall increase in our budget with these uh new um compensations, >> right? >> U what what I'm thinking is just the the increase from 25 to 26 is what? $5 a meeting? >> $5 a meeting. So the impact will be minimal plus the committee meetings. >> So we had 12 meetings times five that real quick is 60 times 4 is $240. >> All right. >> So
034this is just strictly trustee compensation. >> Trustee compensation. >> Nothing else. Okay. >> Call the roll. >> Clerk right? Yes. Trusty Culvin. >> Yes. >> Trusty Charles. >> Yes. Trusty Wagner, >> yes. >> Treasure Ferrari, >> yes. >> Supervisor Curtis, >> yes. >> Okay. 10 C. Board members, this is 10 C is Brad Dwey subdivision alleyway special assessment district for stairway repair. As as you're aware, uh we've discussed the uh disrepair of the Road Commission of Oakland County alleyway stairway, lack of a homeowners association, lack of response from the road commission of Oakland County, and with the health, safety, and welfare in mind of the residents that live down below these stairs, we were directed to set up a uh tenative assessment resolution for the Brad Dwey sidewalk and stairway improvement. I move that the
035that the township board approve the resolution titled tenative special assessment resolution ra dwy stairway sidewalk Improvement project and authorize the township clerk to certify and file same and hereby set the first public hearing required under public act 188 of 1954 from February 11th 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Township Hall 300 Dunlap Road, Oxford, Michigan. >> I'll second. >> I have a motion by Treasure Ferrari and a second by Trusty Coven. I'm going to ask Clerk right to give us a quick synopsis on what we have to do or I could even ask attorney Ellis to come up. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah, we could do that. She drove all this way in this. >> Make it worth the price. Huh? >> Good evening. So, the next steps will be um we're going to notice everyone
036who lives in the subdivision of the first public hearing. Um the content of that notice is governed by statute. So, click right and I will be working closely together to get those out. Um on file will be the plans and cost estimates with the clerk for anyone from the public to come and view. Um and we're we're going to have a first public hearing on this in February. Um if the first public hearing um well at close of the first public hearing rather if the resolution passes to approve the cost estimates the plans and the dis in the district boundaries um we will then set a second public hearing. So and the second public hearing is on the SAD bound or I'm sorry the SAD role and that will be the final public hearing. If
037that is approved by this board, um at that time we will have an SAD that will go into effect. >> Any questions? >> Yes, sir. Trusty Wagner. >> So, at what point during this process or do we have to wait till the SAD process is over before we can go out and and start getting bids and getting contractors potentially lined up in order to implement the stairway? >> Sure. So you can start getting bids as soon as your cost estimate um is approved after your first public hearing. Um all of the bids will be tenative and of course we're not extending any offers until such time that the assessment role would be approved. >> Okay. And then we so the final selection then is once the role is approved. >> Correct. >> Okay. Are these
038hearings the same time I'm sorry. >> Go ahead. >> Are these hearings at the same time as our regular board meetings or separate meetings? >> They are at the same time as your regular board meeting. You'll have a public hearing. um at the time allocated in your agenda for public hearings and then you'll have an action item to approve a resolution later on in the meeting. >> Okay. Any other questions? Roll call. >> Trusty Wagner? >> Yes. >> Trusty Culvin? >> Yes. >> Trusty Charles? >> Yes. >> Treasure Ferrari? >> Yes. >> Click Wright? Yes. And Supervisor Curtis? >> Yes. Oh boy. Item 10D, Brad Dwey Subdivision Special Assessment District for sanitary sewer construction. Board members, um, this resolution is tenative assessment resolution for Brad Dwey sewer improvements. I move that the township board approve
039the resolution titled tenative assessment resolution Bradue sewer improvement project special assessment district authorize a township clerk certify and file the resolution at the first public hearing acquired under public act 188 of 1954 February 11th 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Township Hall 3000 Delft Road, Oxford, Michigan. >> I'll second. >> I have a motion by Treasurer Ferrari and a second by Trustee Coven. Any questions on the motion? >> Hearing none. Roll call. >> Trusty Charles. >> Yes. >> Trusty Wagner, >> yes. >> Treasure Ferrari, >> yes. >> Clerk Wright, yes. Trusty Coven, >> yes. >> Supervisor Curtis, >> yes. >> Okay. 11A new business board members. Trustee Paul Shapiro uh called me and submitted a letter of resignation uh due to his time constraints with his new position. So uh regretfully so uh Paul has submitted
040his signed letter effective tonight. I move to accept the resignation of Oxford Township Trustee Paul Shapiro with regret effective January 14th, 2026. Further, a legal notice will be published in the Oxford leader January 21st, 2026 to inform interested residents that a resume and letter of interest shall be submitted in person to the clerk's office by 12 p.m. Thursday, January 29th, 2026. Interviews and possible appointment will be scheduled for February 4th, 2026 charter township of Oxford board trustee special meeting to fill the vacancy. >> A second. >> I have a motion by treasurer Ferrari and a second treasure for and a second by trustee Coven. I keep thinking about my calendar. Yes, clerk. Right. >> And on that motion was the time set for the deadline for the for the submitt. >> He said 12 p.m.
041>> 12 p.m. Okay. All right. All right. Thank you. >> You're doing 12, not four. >> What? Yeah, it said 12. That's what >> 12. Yeah. The reason why is it allows us to put the packet together, which is due by four. >> Yeah. Board members, what we're doing is we're trying to fill this position. This position will last from now until >> different December 1st. If legislation passes to move >> legislation to move it from 20th to December 1st, at which time that individual who fills this position >> may only do it for that short period of time or elect to file to run for another two-year term. So, um, roll call. >> I have a question first. >> Yes, sir. >> What's the process for people that wish to apply? I just read
042that out. >> I know. Just just repeat that. So, I want to make sure that we catch that. >> You want to repeat the motion? >> No. Well, go ahead. Go ahead. Is >> Yeah. Further, a legal notice will be published in the Oxford Leader January 21st, 2026 to inform interested residents that a resume and letter of interest shall be submitted in person to the clerk's office by 12 p.m. Thursday, January 29th. >> So, the Oxford leader. >> Yeah. Interviews and possible appointment will be scheduled for a February 4th, 2026 Charter Township Board of Trustees special meeting to fill the vacancy. >> Okay. Thank you. >> My only comment on this is please look at your calendars for February 4th. We are closing a special meeting. >> So February 4th, I will not be here.
043>> Okay, >> that's not allowed. Sorry. I should be good. >> Depending on where he's going, maybe we go with him. >> One, two, three. Go for that. Five. That'd be a quorum. You guys can make the decision. >> Sure. >> Okay. Call the roll, please. >> Uh, Treasure Ferrari. >> Yes. >> Click Wright. Yes. Trusty Coven. >> Yes. >> Trusty Wagner. >> Yes. >> Trusty Charles. >> Yes. >> Supervisor Curtis. >> Yes. >> Okay. Boy, I got a lot of stuff on the agenda.
