Motion by Mick. Do I have a second? >> I'll

second. >> Second by Connie. All in favor say I. >> I. All motion carries. All in favor? Next, we have the appointments for uh administration recommendations for the approval of appointments of six teachers for 2627 school year. Uh this includes three elementary teaching positions and three high school teaching positions. All resumeumés have been included in the board's review packet. Uh, do I have a motion to approve the appointments of Brooklyn Pro Fman, Christopher Magner, Jack Melstrom, Paige Plates, Joel Pomi, Luke, Stacy, all motion by carry a second? >> I'll second. >> Second by Sarah. All in favor? I motion carries. All in favor? Next, we have the master teachers agreement for 2527. Uh, as negotiated from the district teachers union, this agreement has been ratified. It includes a total package increase of 7.6%. It's part

of the contract settlement. Uh, any discussion on this? I just want to um as board members, we spent a lot of time on this contract and on the MSEA contract as well. In fact, we went to um mediation on on both contracts. And I know that's you as a board members don't sit in on every negotiation. So, you have faith in in those that are negotiating. Um five of the six of you were in those meetings with myself a lot. So, thank you for your time. Um, and I'm recommending approval of the master for teachers. With that, do I have a motion to approve 2520 through 27 master teachers agreement? >> I would make a motion to approve that. >> Has made a motion. Do I have a second? Second by Mick. All in favor

say I. >> I. Opposed. >> Motion carries. All in favor. Uh, next we have the MSDA agreement for the 2027 school years as negotiated by the district. MSEA the agreement has been ratified includes a total package increase of 6.94% as part of the contract settlement discussion on this one just same as before. Yeah. Um we met many times in this one as wellation recommending this as well with that motion to approve 25 to 27 MSA as presented. by a second. Second by Karen, second by Karen. All in favor say I. >> I. >> All opposed. Motion in favor. Uh next we have the 2627 school year adjustments. Uh so the motion is to approve the administration's recommendation of the following 2627 school year adjustments. Adjust the paraprofessional work day to align with the student pay

from 7:45 a.m. to 3 pm. Reduce elementary teaching staff by three positions to reflect the current enrollment trends. Reduce districtwide pair professional staffing by five positions. Decrease the number of Chromebooks utilized elementary levels specifically in the lower grade levels. Reduce the number of technology applications utilized district five and eliminate five teacher overlook segments. discussion of this. >> I I just got a question, Miss Holland. I I know you had trial and error this year with reducing Chromebook usage. Um is there any further development on how we plan to pursue that this year forward? >> Um so some of the changes that we'll be making, sixth graders will not be taking them home. Um they will still have them to use during the school year, but they won't take them home with them. Um rather than

having one onone Chromebooks for every student in first through sixth grade, which we currently have, um some of the younger grade levels will have more in the classroom set so that if they need them, they'll have access um the teachers, you know, will likely keep a few of them in their classrooms so that students will always have access to them for AR tests and those sorts of things. Um and then in the upper grades, again, it still won't be one to one. it'll be more like a um about twothirds um of the the class would have them so that as teachers make them they can share them for the bigger assignments that will require those. But um we are definitely reducing it because there is so much research out there that frankly says that IQ's

are decreasing, attention spans are decreasing, and while it's not 100% screen time, it's a huge contributing factor. >> I like it. >> I think it's a great move. I think just on some of the other um you know back in January there's always a motion by the board directing us administration to look at our budget look at um how we need to adjust our budget. I told you back in January that as a board that definitely what I see coming from the state of Minnesota over the next two three years uh we definitely need to start adjusting ours as well. um eliminating the five teacher overlap alone assignments those vary every year. It's even questionable whether I would bring that to a board meeting. So I usually meet with Naen and Troy and it all

depends on do we need an extra class of Spanish? Do we need an extra class in FIA? Do we need a Dave teacher? So, uh, every year, next year we might have an increase of three overload, but we know that this year coming up, um, as we've looked at our high school students who are registering, um, we don't need them. We've got we've got the classes covered at the high school. So, that's where the elimination of those um, overload assignments. Uh, we got together with Mike Godford, who's sitting over here. We asked him to pull what are the technology apps that we use districtwide. And what happens is very true of every school district. You get two teachers at the high school level who like this app. You get five that like this app. You

get six that like this app. Same with the elementary. and we talked about becoming more streamlined and saying that um we can't keep supporting all these different apps both from a financial standpoint and also from Mike as our IT guy. So that was part of those reductions um as well. again the uh when we changed our school time this past year and we went from uh getting out at 3:10 to 255, we never adjusted the time for our pair professionals. So this is just a reflection of adjusting uh that time as well. Uh and then also just looking at our enrollment coming in uh with the timing that we had for elementary teachers uh retiring this year were making that recommendation too. So it's all as a lump sum package then too from the administrators.

Perfect. Appreciate that. So with that, do I have a motion to approve the school year adjustments7 school year? So move >> motion by Sarah. Do I have a second? >> Second by Connie. All in favor say I. >> All opposed. >> Motion carries. All in favor. Next we have the technology lease which is including supporting documentation. It's a three-year lease for $21,838.70 for 75 licenses for high school elementary goods. Discussion on this. I assume this has been >> adjusted for >> our reductions. >> Oh, it has been adjusted for reductions. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And Mike uh again um does an unbelievable job on this. We've analyzed. Do you purchase them? Um what type of problems, what type of costs you have if you purchase them, if you try to keep them beyond three

years, beyond four years, etc. Um, the percentage that Mike is able to get on the lease agreement is extremely extremely low. And again, he keeps pushing. He wanted me to enter into this agreement what, two months ago already because he's definitely knows the impact of um the tariffs, the market, everything. And so, um, he's very happy that we have this tonight. We're we're continuing to move forward with the leasing rather than purchasing our our own. And because it's a big item, we bring it to the board. Perfect. So with that, do I have a motion? Do I have any motion approved the three-year technology use with American Capital? >> I make that motion. >> Conniey's made a motion. Do I have a second? Second by Dud. All in favor say I. >> I. >> All.

Motion carries. All in favor? Next we have the resolution for membership in MSHL for the 2627 school year. Do I have a member to introduce this resolution? Dick has introduced the resolution. Motion for adoption of resolution was seconded by >> Karen's got a second. With that, can I get a roll call? This will be a roll call vote. Karen, >> yes. >> Myself, yes. Ben, >> yes. >> Connie, yes. >> Sarah, >> yes. >> And Doug, yes. said resolutions declared duly pass. >> Mick, just a reminder that um I think Kate talked to you about electronic certification correct comment you probably tomorrow then from her. >> All right. Next we have a resolution establishing dates for filing the academics of candid candidacy July 28th through August. I have a motion for adoption of this resolution.

I'll >> second. We got Karen. >> Yes. >> Myself. >> Yes. >> Sarah, >> yes. >> And uh >> yes, said a resolution must declare committee pass. >> Next, we have the school calendar for 2728 school year. uh administration recommends the approval of the calendar as presented in your supporting documentation. Do we have any discussion on this? >> Well, we had a lot of discussion about this at our last board meeting on the 2627 school year. This calendar that's brought forward by a committee to the administration to you. The committee is recommending almost almost identically the same calendar. Uh the only change is that a Friday graduation in 2027 28 versus a Sunday graduation. Um as a board at at your last meeting you decided to go with the Sunday graduation next year. Um and

as you know as board members as you've talked to other board members every district has it on different days whether it be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. So that's if you're comparing the calendars, it's saying start early again before Labor Day, then everything else is pretty much the same timeline with a Friday. >> Are we ready to graduation? >> I still have some questions on the graduation date. I just want to be certain the right reasons. And is it for the the best interest of the students, you know, and and I would say my only thought there is, you know, I know they have to grad, you know, what kind of impact may that or may not to have student participation. That would be just my only question. Has that been through? >> That's totally up

to you as a board if you're not comfortable with it. Um later on here, we're going to be setting a summer work session which actually I'm pushing um into June more than into the summer. So if you'd want to discuss it more at that work session, let's table it. I think there's some reservations. >> All right. Item 13. Next, we have the 2627 yearbook contract copying agreement with default publishing as or documentations extension. Yes. Hearing none. I have a motion to approve the default publishing high school books for 2627 school year as presented. >> I'll make a motion. Second. Second. Second by Mick. All in favor say I. >> I. >> All oppose. Motion carries. All in favor. Uh board participation at graduation. So 2026 high school graduating ceremony is the high school gym on

Sunday, May 31st, 2 p.m. Do I have any board members who would like to participate in 26 high school graduation? >> Sarah is one. I can't >> Sarah Car will participate the 26th of graduation. Do I have a motion to approve this? >> Made a motion and I've got second by Connie. All in favor say I. >> I. All oppose. Motion carries. All in favor. Uh, next we set the date for the school board summer retreat. >> And again, I um once we get past graduation, I'm I'm pretty open during the day. And definitely this one's going to be heavy, but Mr. Gensel will be some with with Nine, but it'll be heavy. high school um from ranging from attendance policies to other policies that we need to spend some time on. We'll as a

board will also talk about budget as far as what we want to have for a reserve. We'll now talk about the calendar. Um so I'd rather have that in June than in July or August. I can go in the morning, I can go at noon, I can go at the evening. It's it's really up to you. June 10th open for everyone. >> You're not. >> We'll spend just a few more shots at it and then we'll have if we can't get it in the next two or three shots, then we'll have Katie reach out somebody else throw out another date and time. >> I'm open. I'd like to see where we're not. >> Okay. So, on Karen's point, I would propose that we start at 10 or noon, whatever we so choose. >> I I

I agree. >> So, the 11th is closed. >> What about the ETH on that Monday? enough time after graduation. If it works for everybody else, I can make it work. 125. Take three more steps. 15 >> 15 motion to set the 15th day of June at Was it 10 noon? Start. Nothing else today to be held in the commons. >> Common. >> West Commons. All right. So, establishing date as the 15th of June at 10:00 a.m. West Commons. Do I have a motion to approve this date for the summer? >> So, move. >> Motion by Connie. Do I have a second? >> Second by Karen. All in favor say I. >> I. >> Opposed. Motion carries. All in favor. Next we have the first readings of policy 530 immunization requirements 701 establishment adoption of school

board district budget and 807 health and safety policy. Again, two of those are just revisions, so there's nothing new to them. Um, however, the school district budget is one that we'll we'll take a close look at a 701 policy on. 15. >> Perfect. With that, maybe elementary. >> This past Friday, uh we had our first annual Math Madness Festival in elementary and it involved kids from kindergarten all the way through sixth grade. Um it was facilitated by the Compass Math um leadership folks that are provided to us at no charge to self co-op and we're fortunate because Andrea Hansen also is a um community member so she knows the kids well. Um we had 14 different stations set up with different math games. There were high school seniors that volunteered to facilitate those games. There

were parents that came in and even though it was all the same games from kindergarten to sixth grade, they all were able to participate in it. They all kind of brought a different level of understanding and problem solving to it. And when they first came into the gym to do this, most of the kids were like, "Yeah, man. This is going to be real fun." But by the time they left, the kids like, "Yeah, I love your time." So, um, it was it was a good day and I hope we get to do that again and we'll continue to work with the staff as we have new math standards that are going to be implemented in the next few years. Um, testing season, we're still in the middle of it. Our MCA testing is done,

but we are still working on all of the required testing through the react. So, um we're doing our fast bridge testing. We're doing the required cap testing. Um so, you know, that's a great always a good way to end the year doing all those assessments, but we are seeing some really >> I've got one I'm sorry, just one question about this read. The new hires that we receive, I notice one is already trained on that. >> Yep. >> Are the other ones are they trained or if not, how do we get them caught up to where we are at? >> Yeah, one of them is fully trained in letters. One is fully trained, but they did um carry out which is there were three approved trainings by MDE. And so that's just one of the

other trainings. So, um, Christy, who is our district nursing team, will work with that person just to make sure that if there are any differences, you know, we can can iron that out. And then the third person has completed year one of the letters training and so we already have him registered um to complete year two. Perfect. >> Um, through South Central service. >> Thank you. So then going forward, we would expect coming in to either have had that as part of their previous employment or whatever. >> Yeah. And those coming out of college um over the next few years should have it. So eventually it will all shake out so that everybody has that training. But until then, this compass group and South Central service co-op um are helping get all of those folks

caught up so the training. So that's been very nice that all of the little singletons that we have to work with um that training isn't necessarily falling on students. Um and then the last thing I have is we got lots of end of year activities coming up the season for field trips. We have a track and field day coming up next week for the third through sixth graders. And then of course our last day of school, we got all kinds of activities, you know, picnics in the room and that sort of thing. So it's not any other questions for that. I'm going to excuse myself because my fifth and sixth graders have a concert starting in three minutes. So I'm going to go. >> We're going to try to wrap this up quickly to get

there as well. >> All right. With that, we'll move to Troy. Thank you. No pressure trying to be brief. Struggle with that. The testing season recap. Um big thank you to Christy um stepping in and filling that void this year to assist with a new school counselor. Um as well as myself never having to steer that. Christie stepped in, helped out the high school. Also, thank you to our students, teachers, and pair of professionals on. We did something new this year involving a late start schedule on two of those dates which allowed some classes to not have to be here. But the goal was to have the students more focused. They're in that testing session causes less disruptions to their classes. Um overall, we're still kind of dissecting what the results look like. Um I

hesitate to read too far into them yet without knowing, for example, that last year was a brand new science test. This year is a new reading test. Um and looking at math scores. Um again, MCAS are not the end all be all. They are just a measuring stick of norm to norm test. So, but again, Christy did a great job. I'm very thankful for her. Um, registration and the master schedule, registration, master schedule are complete. Um, juniors and seniors received their schedules last week, working through some schedule changes there. Ninth and tth graders are receiving theirs this week. Seventh and eighth graders hopefully by the end of this week. Um, big thank you to Joe. um you worked very closely with me and it it worked as it should have as far as that collaboration

which is one of the reasons I will miss working with them um and students definitely benefited from that um as we try to find out conflict analysis. Speaking of conflicts, one of the added challenges is as St. Claire has navigated to within the associates department, English language arts and a few others. We have what I refer to as a singleton course, meaning it runs one time. Uh so you have a 116th chance of making that work into your schedule. Um this particularly impacts the juniors and seniors. um as we are in year two of it now going into year three of it with the English department um I'm going to have some conversations with them on have we now added too many options to the point where it was really difficult for students to fit

them into their schedules and that actually led to more I'll say student agony over their schedules because they really wanted creative writing but creative writing was offered at the same time as literature through film but they also wanted that so which way go with and kids having to choose is a good thing. Um but yet I hate when kids don't get what they want. And so one of the things that a lot of districts are are doing, it's kind of like what St. Clair used to do where you have English 11, you still have your also your college offerings, but then within English 11, you have two week long units where you hit on sports literature, you hit on um literature through film, Once Upon a Crime. That way it fits more for more and

you can appeal to all their passion areas and it also in a good way forces students outside of their comfort zone because they're being exposed to all things. >> So again, I'm not saying that's the direction we're going. Um, spoiler alert to the English department, social studies, but I think we have to get back to as we're doing some right sizing, looking at what we offer so that it can get more kids into it and expose them to more things. Um, and which aligns with to the mission that we've had this year and moving forward on college and career readiness and trying to give our students as many opportunities as they can while they're in our building so that they have a better idea of what they want to do next. Um, last couple weeks

of school um we're almost to the finish line students and I know staff are feeling it too. I appreciate everybody going to the finish line. Um, a lot of crazy events happening. Last night we had the uh yesterday afternoon the senior awards and recognition. Um so big thank you to Sherry Pearson for all her work organizing. Couldn't do it without her. Um all of our presenters and the donors. Again, it's hard to have those awards and recognition without them. And then Chris Lynching Company for preparing the treats. Um I wish I could say that it was well attended yesterday. Um again, a little bit of disappointment on my end. I really wish the students would take advantage of this opportunity. Um, by those that were there, I I believe that they did a nice job

and they reflected their parents' efforts to raise them well. Um, but I just wish we would have seen more of them there. But I don't know what the limiting factor was. Is a Sunday a limiting factor at 2 o'clock? I don't know. Other than that, that's all I have. >> I know you and Joe and did a lot of work to move our master schedule and all that from system >> and we're still not there. I appreciate that. Uh we use again the Google platform to get that out to kids, have them build a Google form to get at least early numbers so that we can try to bring it down even further. And then what we found actually worked out the most effective was student by student going through their schedules. And we did

we we handbuilt them by the student um because you have to go back and check them all anyway. And so yes, still a little antiquated. We're almost there, but it's progress. >> Progress is progress, right? Any other questions for Troy? >> Thank you. Moving on to Tim. >> Yeah, already Katie had inserted some of the uh new MSBA board recommendations. We've already followed those tonight. Also, if there'd ever be a virtual meeting or one of you had to call in or Google in or whatever, then it would be a roll call vote by by everyone uh we have a work session now. It's going to be required that we have our notes from the work session or the bullet points. So, that we did meet before here talking about uh the art position and some

other issues that will be reflected then in the minutes of the next board meeting. So, those are some of the MSBA I still have not heard or read yet. uh MSBA had proposed that a school district of less than 1500 students could go to a five member board. I have not seen anything on that yet because a lot of it just came out today and you can imagine how much there is to uh to read through. Just as was predicted though, compensatory in the state of Minnesota revenue for all student school districts uh took a hit and there were more losers than there were winners. Fortunately for us, we lost, but we don't lose as bad as a lot of other school districts our size. Uh they've changed TRA on uh retirees coming back. So,

a person like myself who uh retired, we have a teacher or two that's retired and come back. They're now saying the school districts have to pay in to the TR for that person even though that person can't benefit from it. >> It's to really is to keep the pot going for those who are still part of the pension plan. That's their um method to the madness. Um one other thing by July 1st of 2028, every school district will have to have an anonymous threat reporting system. Most school districts used to have that. We have tip 411 and quite honestly over a five to six year period we maybe had two tips during that entire period. So it's not some I think there's still a belief that from people that it's not anonymous and I think

that's part of it. So it's going to be interesting to see statewide what they can >> where does that go to? >> It would come to uh administration or to Mr. Gotbury and then he would alert me. Um and even though it was anonymous that I we didn't we didn't know who it was. I still think there was that belief that it really wasn't anonymous and that I or Mike could look it up and see that it came from your daughter or your son. >> Yeah. >> Um and so it never and this was true when I was at Hastings and it was true when I was here too. We had it. So it's I definitely see and understand the want and the need for it. Um, I hope there can be a system that

there's more confidence that it does get used by students and parents alike because it definitely would potentially avert some terrible situation uh in a school. And it can be used for other things too where a student might see another student sitting and eating alone at lunch. And it's just to let administration maybe know, hey, I I noticed that Susie sits alone a lot. It's so it's not only for what could be a bad situation with gun violence just for other things as well. Um, and then I'll I'll dig in more into it and in our uh work session I'll update you on what some of the other items. Definitely was a session where there wasn't uh a lot done as far as you know from the financing end. Um there's going to be something with

a permanent school fund distribution bullet that's going to be coming for everybody in November on the ballot. And I believe that it's going to be confusing and unfortunate for school districts that are running bonds or levies in November. And then there's going to be another vote for the state fund which is going to be confusing to some people. So I'll know more about that when I dig into it. Um volunteers. Uh just again last week the board you recognized all the volunteers in the school district and I just wanted to take the time to mention it again. Um so many parents and community members and organizations in the Sinclair community that helped make the machine run both financially and with all the volunteers that it takes for us to get activities off the ground. It

takes a lot of volunteers. So, just thank you to everyone um who steps up and gets involved. We appreciate it. And I promise that next year the track meet when we host it, it won't be 70 miles an hour. >> 70 mph. >> Yeah. >> That's great. >> So again, thank you to the organizations and all the individuals who give their time and their money. We rely on it heavily. >> Thanks, Tim. Any questions for Kevin? All right. >> Uh, city council, um, the fidium fiber install should be in and once it's supposed to all be done and they approved it for the city hall and water tower. Um, road construction update. There was some they had some temporary water hookups were done and they're doing sewer sewer and water mains is on schedule. Um

they had some donations of $500, $800 from a couple different locations and there was a rate increase on the tombstones. Uh 41 uh yearto date calls from the fire department. They actually interviewed two interviews and so um they're fully staffed now with those uh interviews and they're keeping a fire truck down at Palmer bus uh station during the construction so that they can get out of that town end of town if they need to go. Um they're going to install the um emergency Yeah. Um, yeah. In the in the park building down the parking building and uh >> so they're going to be in that would be outside of the building. >> They debated where they should put it. Um worried if it's outside when there's nobody down there be vandalism to it or most

of the time it would be used. There's somebody down there in the building with the bathroom. So anyways, they would have access to signage or something to show that people that is there if there's an emergency. So um that was kind of pretty much it I think for my for anyway. doing anything with >> fidium fiber internet. >> Thanks. >> You're welcome. I'm glad we had a virtual meeting on May 12 to discuss what we're chang Awesome. >> All right, with that we'll move on to open forum. I varity uh request address school board here for formal comment. Um I guess just for all open forum items. We can't discuss anything personal. So specific teachers, specific individuals, that kind of thing. We do allow five minutes for this. start timer. >> Thank you. So, as

I said before, my name's Jonathan Perry. I'm a 2007 graduate of St. Clair High School. Both my daughters attend school here. Uh, I'm a terrible public speaker, so I apologize if I talk fast or get emotional. Um, I also want to point out I have had discussions with Miss Holland and Mr. Gensel and they went very well. I just wanted to bring some of the stuff to your attention as well. Um, I'll be done with my ninth grader. My first concern is the presence of one-sided political messaging in the classroom, particularly in an English class. Students were given an assignment that include articles presenting only one political perspective and criticizing the conservative side of politics. I respect that people are entitled to their own beliefs and opinions, and I teach my children to do the

same. However, public school classrooms should be spaces for education, critical thinking, and balanced discussion, not places where political viewpoints feel one-sided or pushed on students. That concern becomes even more troubling when disclaimers attached to the assignments appear to reinforce a particular perspective. My second concern is bullying. My daughter has experienced bullying over the years for a variety of reasons. I have had multiple conversations like I said um with administration during both elementary and high school regarding these issues. I'm only going to name drop one person and it's a good thing. Um I want to acknowledge Mr. Cybert. He supported my daughter during a very difficult situation just in the past week. He listened to our concerns, administered quarter and involved the administration to address the students involved. However, what concerned me afterwards is when I

contacted the parents involved, they didn't know anything about it until it happened again. Um, why are parents not being notified immediately? If my kids bullying somebody, I want to know because I'm going to take care of it at home. Um, at one point I expressed to Mr. against how serious this was for my family and I was considering pulling my children for their major year if meaningful action was not taken. I was also told um the students involved have a right to fair education. I understand that principal but I did ask him and I'm going to ask now what about the child who is coming to school miserable, anxious, and simply trying to make it through the day. Where is the balance between protecting every student's education and ensuring victims of bullying feel safe and

supported? Now on to my third grader. This concern is even harder to speak about because in this case the behavior appears to be coming from a teacher. My daughter has come home repeatedly in tears after feeling belittled in front of classmates. She has described situations where she's felt humiliated publicly and has been called a liar more than once. As a mother, hearing that your child feels embarrassed, dismissed, or afraid at school is heartbreaking. I have spoken with other parents who have similar concerns and I understand why some of them may hesitate to speak publicly. Raising concerns about teachers or administration can feel intimidating. When your child comes home crying multiple days a week, staying silent is no longer an option. Based on my family's experience throughout the years here, it has become difficult not to

question whether the bullying policy is being applied in a way that creates meaningful change or is simply referenced when necessary. At times it feels more focused on protecting the district from liability than proactively protecting students from continued harm. Policies matter, but only if they are consistently enforced and followed by a meaningful action. Families gain confidence that when bullying is reported, concerns are taken seriously, communication happens promptly, and students feel genuinely supported and safe. I have intentionally chosen not to name individuals publicly tonight. However, I'm more than willing to have conversation with any or all of you to discuss specific details. I firmly believe the idea if you say see something, say something. When it affects our children, uh I'm sorry, when it affects our children, staying silent should not be the expectation. I also believe

there is a larger conversation that needs to happen about priorities within our schools. We place tremendous emphasis on students performing well on standardized tests, but I worry at times the bigger picture is being overlooked. Education should be about learning, growth, critical thinking, and creating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and respected, not solely about numbers on a report. To be candid, standardized test scores matter far less to me than whether my children are receiving a meaningful education and coming home feeling valued and encouraged to learn. Academic success matters, but so does the experience students have while achieving it. Thank you for having me. I sincerely hope for an undamental and positive end to the school year for my children and all students. Thank you very much. >> I'd like to meet with you just

for a minute after meeting with that call meeting at 6:15. Motion close. >> Motion by Nick. >> Second. Seconded by county. All in favor say I. >> I. >> All oppose. Motion carries. It's all in favor.
