It was a a nice courtesy that we could do this for Chips so that and his board so that his board can get started at their meeting on Monday night uh in their s search for a new superintendent because they will they will be under the gun as
004well. So, thank you for making this happen. Um hopefully you've had a chance to look through the contract. Uh, a couple of things that I did want to point out is the the range for the contract is one that we ended up exceeding because of other things that were negotiated in the contract. For example, um, Chip will not be taking insurance and a couple other things that that happened in there. So, um to be able to counteract that and still compensate him, uh the package still comes out the same or less than we had anticipated for um budgeting for this position, but where that money is used is in different places. So, I know you've likely all had a chance to look through that, but just wanted to mention that out loud. Um I'll look
