The board must adopt by roll call vote an agenda that includes the time date placed and tenative agenda for meeting for the meeting. A copy of the notice and the agenda for this meeting was posted on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025 at the administration uh center located at 8855 Dun Road, Hazlewood, Missouri and online and sent to local newspapers.
