001this Monday morning today the Spotsylvania County School Board will look at adopting a new policy for transgender students this follows new guidelines issued by the state the proposed policy says students will be referred to by the names in their record or nicknames tied to that name with pronouns according to their biological sex unless a parent or Guardian issues written instructions otherwise it also says participation in sports will be determined by sex and not gender or gender identity
