001hello big hallo it's mrs. Keenan with some PBIS news so I wanted to share with you some data for each grade level and so each pod each hallway will be getting some graphs and a big yellow sign that says second-grade data third grade down to fourth grade data and so you're gonna see just for your grade level at the end of each hall the data for that month and what do I mean by data well I'm going to be showing you numbers of different office referrals and I'm going to talk to you in a minute about what that means and each month we're going to see if we can do better and better with the number of office referrals that we have for that grade level so the first graph that you're going to start

002seeing is going to say a minor behavior referral minor behavioral referrals are anytime that your teacher needs to talk to you about something that's happening in the classroom and they're probably going to also tell your parents and probably give you some sort of a classroom consequence when that happens they're gonna write a minor behavior referral and that's what you're gonna see on this graph so this is for the whole month and it's going to tell you how many minor office referrals or minor behavioral referrals we have for that month the other craft you're going to see looks like this and this says office referrals this is any time that mrs. Morley or mrs. Petrovitch needs to speak to you about a major problem that is happening with your behavior so these are the two graphs

003that you're going to see and I want every month to see if we can get fewer and fewer and maybe one month maybe we can even have zero wouldn't that be great I know your teachers then principals would love that so let's see if we can encourage each other to continue to show star expectations and keep an eye out for those graphs and at the end of each month we're going to see how well we did with beating our score from the month before I know you can do it keep following those star expectations everybody
