One includes indemnification language. one of the waiverss does not include indemnification language. So that's the only difference. I do believe it's either that last paragraph the next to the last paragraph. Um and one of the reasons why I drafted a version with the the language that states that there would the lang I'm sorry the waiver that includes no indemnification language because I did want to give Mr. just two options. Uh cuz you know indemnification language is very strong and and while we need to
006ensure that the district is legally protected, I I did not want to include anything that may prevent parents or students from participating in this non MCOME school district sponsored and sanctioned activity.
