Because I told them they need to take me off and put Crystal on. No, you need to have it by board motion that says they replace me and assign Crystal. Um for the first one on the 2335 NF1 am I to understand that the the health enhancement curriculum we have we have all of these curriculums they have been approved we're not adding any we're just sorting them correct

>> no that well and the change all of those were courses that we're already offering or uh classes that we identified la last After the first time that we went through this policy, >> okay, >> with the addition of the twig science at the middle school, we um went back through that science curriculum and noticed that the one item that we had originally marked as a seventh grade lesson is now in the sixth grade with the new resource. Um so we shifted that one and it was actually two units, not just one as previously listed. And then going through that twig science, we also noticed the eighth grade unit that we felt like needed to be on there to be in alignment, but everything else is exactly the same. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Any

No. >> Any public comment? Okay. Okay, information items.

We have the LHS books for approval. So, that'll come as an action item next meeting. Discussion items, the bond campaign update. Matt, do you have anything on that? >> Uh, a few things. Um, we are in the process of ordering the trifolds that'll go out, the door hangers. I approve those today. and I have to pick up some uh new signs, the new bigger posters. Um, and then we also have I'm writing an article for our normal uh newsletter that's going out, the data puts out. Um, I also met with uh last week I met with the um Oh, goodness gracious, Julie. Would we meet >> the Rotary? >> Rotary. That's right. Rotary. Yeah, Rotary. And then uh I meet with I've invited you all to my next meeting of the uh chamber. I got

I'm on their talent calendar as well. And I have also put out to all the the ministerial association in town with all the churches. And I've uh reput that out to them on uh Friday that I would like to go to any of their community meetings, any of their group meetings and present. I did that to a number of churches around town uh three years ago and I would like to do that again. Um it's always nice to have some board members there too, but I did volunteer if there was an evening or a weekend or a Sunday whenever that group meet, I would be more than happy to to be a part of that as well. So, um is that if those things come up, I'll uh we'll need some help putting on door

hangers again. Uh uh we may need some people to attend a few meetings here and there. I'll keep you informed as those things get closer. >> Is there any other comments, questions on that? Any public comment? Okay. The next thing is the forensic detention facility. Um they had a community meeting last week here at the high school and it was well attended. Britney and Chris both spoke. Um, the letter was sent, right, Matt? >> As far as you know, >> say that one more time. >> The letter we sent to the governor and >> Yes. Yeah, that was all sent out. Uh I talked to our lawyer today actually and uh he's going to put together um uh another just another document for us to look at internally that uh just talks about our how

to move forward and and uh he's got some ideas. So I talked to him today on that. >> Is there any other questions or comments on that from the board? Any public comment? Okay. Um, Independence Day celebration update. Matt, do you have anything? >> No, I've heard nothing from the uh I sent an email last week just saying they're ready to meet with the city. We will uh Wayne and I would jump in and join them. Uh we definitely want to be a part of the conversations. Uh just so people know that we're definitely pro fireworks, pro Independence Day. Uh, but I've not heard anything back from, uh, Casey, uh, from the fire department. Uh, I don't think Wayne has either, but we we're still a part of that and we think they have a

a, you know, way to move forward. Uh, they just need to present it to the city and I think that's coming up at some point, but we've asked to be a part of that and whether they will or not is up to the fire department and those representatives, I guess. >> Matt, can I be a part of that conversation as well? just to update um the Dodgers since or I think some of the field will be a part of that. Um just report back. >> Yeah, it does affect that field somewhat. Doesn't mean that they can't still be on it. And the Dodgers, it sounded like they could still sell, you know, for the fundraising. >> Uh it would just have to be the fence would go kind of just on the very edge of

the outfield or the infield, I think. But yeah, for sure. I'll I'll put you in the loop on that. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Any other questions? Any public comment? >> Okay. Uh future agenda items. Does anybody have anything? >> Um can we have Coldwell Banker Commercial come back in and kind of give us an update on the building? Any other creative ideas? Get it offloaded. >> Okay. Nope. Anything else? Okay. So, it has been determined that the next matter to come before the board is a personal matter and it has been determined as follows. That the matter of the individual's privacy is involved. that such privacy demands protection of the individual for the sake of reputation and otherwise little if anything could be gained by publicly disclosing the information to be discussed. Uh the

demand for privacy in this matter clearly exceeds the merits of public disclosure. Therefore um I call for an executive session for the purpose of student expulsion. So we'll have everybody head out. Thank you for coming. If you didn't sign in,
